专利说明:
Slurry pump with flap valve The present invention relates to a manure pump with flap valve, more particularly to a manure pump for use at the end of a crane arm of a manure or trailer. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Self loading slides and trailers are well known in the art. These usually have a crane arm lying along the length of the vehicle. This crane arm comprises one or more manure hoses connecting a pump at the end of the crane arm to the manure tank of the vehicle so that it can be filled with or emptied of manure, for example from or to a storage tank, typically through a hopper. In order to avoid swine and contagion, it is important to avoid slurry from the pump when the crane arm is swung out and packed. Known manure pumps are therefore equipped with a shovel valve for opening and closing the pump inlet and outlet pipes. However, such a solution causes at least two problems, both of which result in both the "spade" and the cylinders activating it protruding to the side of the pump when the pump is open. First, these cylinders and / or the spade are frequently hit against an obstacle and damaged or destroyed when the pump is to be lowered into a recess, such as a hopper from which to slurry slurry. Secondly, it means that cylinders and spades protrude to the side that the pump must be fitted with a piece of pipe or hose outside the spade cylinder if it is to connect tightly to a funnel or other coupling units through which the slurry is to be sucked into the tank of the slurry / -anhængeren. This gives a higher suction height compared to the manure to be sucked up, which in turn can cause problems in getting the manure pump diluted and in maintaining the required suction / vacuum - especially if the manure has a high solids content and / or the compound. between the manure pump and the hopper is not quite close. Thus, "false air" in the pump suction extends the loading time considerably. Brief description of the invention It is an object of the present invention to provide a slurry pump without the aforementioned problems which characterize known slurry pumps on the market. The present invention relates to a manure pump for mounting on a crane arm to a manure or trailer for pumping manure into and / or out of a tank on the manure / trailer, which manure pump is provided with a valve, so that the manure pump outlet can be blocked when the pump is not in use. In one embodiment of the invention, the flap valve is located outside the inlet / outlet and opens inward towards the inlet / outlet. With such a configuration of the manure pump, a closing mechanism is obtained which does not extend out of the pump either in the open or closed state, thus avoiding the aforementioned problems with known manure pumps in the market. The flap valve also provides a closer closure than the spade valves normally used. It should be emphasized that the term "flap valve" in this connection is not to be understood as a simple pressure controlled one-way valve, but as a valve that can be opened or closed mechanically by the pump control system so that the slurry pump can be used for pumping in both directions. In one embodiment of the invention, the slurry pump is provided with an opening mechanism for active and controlled opening of the flap valve and with a spring load or the like arranged to keep the flap valve closed when not actively opened by the opening mechanism or held open by a inward flow of slurry. Using such a ladder-loaded flap valve is achieved, among other things, by simpler and more efficient dilution of the slurry pump as described below. In one embodiment of the invention, the opening mechanism comprises a hydraulic, pneumatic or electric actuator. In one embodiment of the invention, the spring mechanism comprises a coil spring or a gas spring. In one embodiment of the invention, the manure pump further comprises a vane wheel which can be displaced axially against and away from the manure pump inlet / outlet by means of an actuator. With a displaceable impeller, the pump can be opened for flow without blocking of the inlet / outlet if another pump in the system delivers the pumping power, while at the same time an optimal pumping effect can be obtained with the impeller close to the inlet / outlet when the manure pump is in. function. In one aspect of the invention, it relates to a slurry trailer or trailer which comprises a slurry pump as described above. The drawings In the following, an embodiment of the invention is described in more detail with reference to the drawings, of which FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a manure pump according to an embodiment of the invention, wherein the manure pump is ready to commence dilution of the pump prior to a manure suction, FIG. 2 shows a cross section of the same slurry pump while diluting the pump, FIG. 3 shows a cross section of the same slurry pump after completion of dilution, and FIG. 4 shows a cross section of the same slurry pump during slurry intake. Detailed description of the invention FIG. 1 shows a cross section of a slurry pump 1 according to an embodiment of the invention, wherein the slurry pump 1 is ready to start diluting the slurry pump 1 prior to a slurry intake. The manure pump 1 shown is a centrifugal pump with a wing wheel 5 arranged in a pump housing 2, which is connected to the tank (not shown) on the manure / trailer (not shown) through a pump tube 3. On the opposite side of the pump housing 2 there is a - / outlet 4, through which the slurry can be pumped into or out of the pump housing 2. In the embodiment shown, the impeller 5 is mounted so that it can be axially displaced towards and away from the inlet / outlet 4.1 Fig. 1 and 2, the impeller 5 is offset from the inlet / outlet 4, while in FIG. 3 and 4 are offset towards the inlet / outlet 4. The slurry pump 1 is provided with a flap valve 9 which can open inwards towards the inlet / outlet 4. The flap valve 9 can be opened and closed actively and controlled by means of an actuator 8 and kept, if not opened actively or kept open by an inward slurry flow, closed by a spring load 11. The actuator 8 can hold the flap valve 9 in the open position (for example during loading or unloading of manure using all the pumps of the system), or it can hold the flap valve 9 in a closed position (for example to withstand the vacuum that can build up in the system at the start of the vacuum pump for connection to the suction nozzle, or generally to avoid spillage when the slurry pump 1 is not in use). In a third spring-operated use of the actuator 8, the flap valve 9 opens when vacuum in the pump housing 2 so that a flow function of the flap valve 9 is obtained during the suction phase and the flap valve 9 closes during the closing phase to prevent the return of the pumped manure when the pumps stopped. The spring load 11 can, for example, be designed as a hydraulic accumulator which can be controlled by means of pressure return valves with free return flow which are inserted into the hydraulic string of the system. The flap valve 9 can be made much closer than the known spade valves, and the location of the actuator 8 and its connection to the flap valve 9 makes the space very efficiently utilized. The figure further shows how the slurry pump 1 is provided around its lower edge with a rubber ring 10 which ensures a close connection between the slurry pump 1 and a funnel 7 through which the slurry is sucked into or pumped out of the tank of the slurry / trailer. Contrary to known systems in which a rubber hose is used, the use of such a rubber ring 10, which may also be interchangeable, means that the slurry pump 1 can withstand a higher pressure on the connection point / hopper 7. It is clearly seen how the slurry pump 1 can go completely to the bottom of the hopper 7, because the valve 9 and its actuator 8 do not extend outside the slurry pump 1, as is the case with the known spade valves normally used for such slurry pumps, but having external dimensions. corresponding to the dimensions of the funnel 7 near the bottom thereof. Thus, since the slurry pump 1 can be brought very close to the slurry surface, a maximum suction effect is obtained due to the low suction height combined with a very close connection between the slurry pump 1 and the funnel 7 due to the rubber ring 10. In the shown configuration of the slurry pump 1 with the wing wheel 5 away from the inlet / outlet 4 and the flap valve 9 closed, the slurry pump 1 is inactive and ready for use. Since a centrifugal pump 1, as shown, is not self-priming, it is necessary to dilute it. If this cannot be done by lowering the inlet / outlet into the manure, the manure can be sucked in by means of a vacuum pump (not shown) as described below. FIG. 2 shows a cross section of the same slurry pump 1 under dilution with a vacuum pump (not shown). In this case, the system shovel valves (not shown) between the pump tube 3 and the tank of the slurry / trailer are closed and the vacuum pump sucks vacuum in the pump tube 3 and the pump housing 2, thereby opening the spring-loaded flap valve 9 and slurry into the pump housing 2 and on. in the pump tube 3 as indicated by the arrows in the figure. In this phase, the impeller 5 is stationary and it is still in the position away from the inlet / outlet 4 so that it does not block the flowing manure. In FIG. 3, the tightening of the manure pump 1 is completed, the pump housing 2 is filled with manure and the vacuum pump is stopped, therefore the pressure of the manure in the pump housing 2 and the spring load 11 keep the valve valve 9 closed and closed. The shovel valves between the pump tube 3 and the tank of the slurry / trailer can now be opened without slurry being spilled out of the slurry pump 1. The impeller 5 has moved towards the inlet / outlet 4 and the slurry pump 1 is ready to be started. The active pumping phase is illustrated in FIG. 4, where the shovel valves into the tank of the slurry / trailer are opened, the wing wheel 5 rotates, the slurry pump 1 pumps slurry through the pump housing 2 and further through the pump tube 3 into the tank of the slurry / trailer as indicated by the arrows in the figure. The flap valve 9 can be kept actively open by means of the actuator 8, but it is not actually necessary since the slurry flow will in any case keep the flap valve 9 open as long as the slurry pump 1 is running. The fact that the space between the impeller 5 and the flap valve 9 is filled with slurry when the slurry pump 1 is started up means that any air under the flap valve 9 will be mixed up with this slurry. Thus, a self-priming effect is obtained, which is why the slurry pump 1 is almost immediately in full operation after start-up. The configuration of FIG. 4 is also the one used for pumping manure from the tank of the manure / trailer. In that case, the impeller 5 rotates in the opposite direction and the slurry flows in the opposite direction from the arrows in the figure. In connection with pumping out slurry, the valve 9 must be kept actively open by means of the actuator 8, otherwise the slurry flow would close the valve 9. Reference list 1. Slurry pump 2.
