Floating frame security system FIELD OF THE INVENTION BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a floating frame security system - in particular to a fish breeding system, said floating frame at one side comprising a plurality of uprights and an intermediate handrail forming a railing along the inside of the floating frame which comprises a working platform outside the railing, which safety system is arranged to maintain a security line associated with an employee working on the work platform. The floating frames can be round, polygonal or square. The floating frames may be made of plastic or steel or a combination thereof. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Aquaculture in aquaculture has developed into a very large and important business area, where it has become increasingly aware that aquaculture for fish farming involves a high risk of accidents at work, since there is inevitably a high risk that employees may be so unlucky that they fall into the sea at risk of drowning, because the work in aquaculture most often requires warm and waterproof work clothes, which are usually relatively heavy and hampering movement. WO 2010/015852 A2 describes a fish farming facility that includes a fishing cage and work platform that has a number of insurgents on which a handrail is mounted. This system includes, within the handrail, an annular net which is suspended on two annular tubes. On one of these pipes is fitted a sliding sleeve with an eye to which a safety line from a person can be attached. Placing the tube with the sliding sleeve inside the handrail causes nuisance to the users who are on the work platform. Objects of the Invention In view of the foregoing, it is the object of the invention to provide an improved safety system with floating frames of the specified kind, which in a simple way makes it possible to improve safety very substantially. Description of the Invention The floating frame security system according to the invention is characterized in that between said uprights or integrated in the handrail a primary safety line or rail extending along the outside of the railing is arranged, which security line or rail is arranged to hold a first end part of one a secondary safety line which, at an opposite, second end portion, is connected to a harness or belt worn by the employee. In a simple way, a safety system for use in aquaculture of the said type is hereby provided, which makes it possible to protect employees working on the work platform from falling into the water at high risk of drowning. Especially during the winter season, there is an extra risk of slipping on an ice-covered platform and accident by falling into the sea. Due to the location of the primary safety line or rail at the outside of the railing, employees can easily and freely move around the platform and be constantly attached to the primary safety line or rail. An embodiment of the security system according to the invention may advantageously be designed such that said primary safety line or rail extends along said handrail and is affixed to said uprights, and said secondary security line comprises two first end parts, each with its own carabiner or the like. fastening means are intended to be attached to said primary safety line or rail, on either side of said fasteners, and comprising a common second end portion connected to said harness or belt. Alternatively, the security system of the invention may be designed such that said primary safety line or rail extends along the top of the platform and is secured to said uprights, and said secondary security line comprises two first end portions, each with its own carabiner or similar fastener. for attaching to said primary safety line or rail, at each side of said fasteners, and comprising a common second end portion connected to said harness or belt. According to a further alternative, the security system according to the invention may be designed such that said primary security line or rail consists of two mutually parallel security lines or rails which are attached to said uprights in such a way that a connecting means at said first end part of said secondary the safety line may be fixed in a slidable manner between said parallel security lines or rails and partly pass unimpeded past said fasteners. According to a further alternative embodiment, the security system according to the invention may be designed so that said primary safety rail is built into said handrail, so that a connecting means at said first end part of said secondary safety line can be slidably fixed in said safety rail. Character description BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a photographic view of one embodiment of a fish farming facility in the form of a circular basin with a circular flow frame with railings between the basin and flow frame; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a floating frame element of the same type as shown in FIG. 1, and where a primary safety line is established along the top of the platform - outside the railing; fig. 3 is a perspective view of a floating frame element of the same type as shown in FIG. 1, and where a primary safety line is established along with a handrail of the railing - outside this, fig. 4 is a perspective view of a floating frame element of the same type as shown in FIG. 1, and where a primary safety line in the form of two mutually parallel security lines - outside the guardrail - is established, away from the platform; and fig. 5 shows a close-up view of the attachment to the primary safety line on either side of an attachment by carabiner hooks of outer end portions of the secondary safety line. Detailed Description of the Invention In FIG. 1 is a sectional view of one embodiment of a circular basin 2 at a fish farm for aquaculture. The breeding basin 2 is in a known manner closed downwards by means of a net wall not shown, so that a circular breeding basin 2 is formed, which is enclosed by flow frame elements 4, to which the bag-shaped net is attached. The floating frame elements 4 consist of a working platform 6 as well as an internal railing 8 consisting of a number of vertical uprights 10 and an upper handrail 12. Alternatively to the circular breeding basin 2 shown, the basin within the flow frame elements 4 can have any basic shape - triangular, square, pentagonal, hexagonal, etc. FIG. 2 shows a floating frame element 4 with a working platform 6 as well as a railing 8 consisting of two uprights 10 and an upper handrail 12. Immediately above the working platform 6, a primary safety line or safety wire 14, for which secondary security lines 16 are fastened - for example, by carabiner hooks 18 (Fig. 5) - while opposite end portions of the secondary safety line 16 are attached to a belt 20 worn by the employee 22 shown. FIG. 3 shows a floating frame element 4 with a working platform 6 as well as a railing 8 consisting of two uprights 10 and an upper handrail 12. Immediately outside the railing 8 a primary safety line or security wire 14 is fastened to which outer end portions of secondary security lines 16 are attached - for example by means of of carabiner hooks 18 (Fig. 5) - while opposite end portions of the secondary safety line 16 are attached to a belt 20 worn by the employee shown 22. FIG. 4 shows a floating frame element 4 with a working platform 6 as well as a railing 8 consisting of two uprights 10 and an upper handrail 12. Between the railing 8 and the working platform 6, two mutually parallel primary primary safety lines or wires 24 are interconnected between them. a connector 26 such that a first end portion 28 of a secondary safety line 30 may be displaceably connected to the primary safety lines or wires 24 - while the opposite end portion 32 of the secondary safety line 30 is attached to a belt 20 worn by the employee shown. 22nd FIG. 5 shows an enlarged view corresponding to the situation, cf. 3, wherein outer end portions of a secondary safety line 16 are secured by the carabiner 18 to the primary safety line or safety wire 14 on either side of an attachment to an upright 10. As indicated, a further alternative embodiment may comprise that, in connection with the handrail 12, a profile rail (C-profile) with an outwardly open groove may be embedded or attached, in which engages a complementary connecting member connected to an outer end portion of the secondary rail. a safety line, the opposite end of which is connected to a harness or belt worn by an employee. This gives the employee concerned optimal freedom of movement when working on the work platform - close to the sea.

Claims (5) [1] 1. Float frame safety system for basin (2) - in particular for a fish farming facility, which float frame (4) at one side comprises a plurality of uprights (10) and an intermediate handrail (12) forming a railing (8) along the inside of the flight frame (4), which comprises, outside the railing (8), a working platform (6), which security system is adapted to maintain a safety line connected to an employee (22) employed on the working platform (6), characterized in that between said uprights (10) or integrated in the handrail (12) a primary safety line or rail (14) extending along the outside of the railing (8) is arranged, which security line or rail (14) is arranged to retain a first end portion of one secondary safety line (16) connected to an opposite second end portion by a harness or belt (20) worn by the employee (22). [2] Security system according to claim 1, characterized in that said primary safety line or rail (14) extends along said handrail (12) and is secured to said uprights (10), and said secondary security line (16) comprises two first end portions, each with its own carabiner (18) or similar fastener, intended to be attached to said primary safety line or rail (16), at each side of said fasteners, and comprising a common second end portion associated with said harness or belt (20). [3] Security system according to claim 1, characterized in that said primary safety line or rail (14) extends along the upper side of the platform (6) and is secured to said uprights (10) and said secondary security line (16) comprises two first end portions, each having its own carabiner (18) or similar fastener, intended to be attached to said primary safety line or rail (14), at each side of said fasteners, and comprising a common second end portion associated with said harness or belt (20). [4] Security system according to claim 11, characterized in that said primary security line or rail consists of two mutually parallel security lines or rails (24) which are secured to said uprights (10) in such a way that a connecting means (26,28 ) at said first end portion of said secondary security line (30) may be partly fixed in a displaceable manner between said parallel security lines clay rails (24) and partly can pass unimpeded past said fasteners. [5] Security system according to claim 1, characterized in that said primary safety rail is built into said handrail, so that a connecting means at said first end part of said secondary safety line can be slidably fixed in said safety rail.
