The invention relates to a pillow for use at night, a pillow for sleeping on and off, which closes around the head so that the face is free. The pillow is a shaped and three-piece foam pillow, where the three pieces are sewn together on the upper side, ie the side on which you lie. The cushion folds and opens in the wedges at the seams, thereby closing around the cheeks and the back of the head. In people with sleep problems, there are several things that disturb the night's sleep. If sounds are the main problem, earplugs are often used. Some people also use to put a pillow over their head, or pull the duvet up over their ears. If you have sleep problems, you are often cold-skinned and uncomfortable, and this three-piece cushion meets all three needs, ie lowering the sound level, increased warmth of the head and a feeling of safety during sleep, as the pillow encloses the head as an embrace. The sleeping pad is constructed so that three cut foam pieces, two of the same size and shape placed in the side pieces, and a center piece which is slightly smaller, are sewn together by an almost inelastic piece of fabric which is smooth on the top of the pad, and folds into the wedges on the underside of the pillow. The fact that the fabric is almost inelastic means that the side pieces do not slide out when turning. Thus, the pad is immediately in the unfolded state to be considered a plain shaped foam pillow. Manually fold the pillow from behind by taking one side and folding the head as you pull a duvet over it. You place the cheek / face on one side, the middle piece closes around the back of the head and the other side wraps around the upside-down cheek. Thus, in the folded state, the cushion has the shape of a horseshoe, which at both bends is cut up on the outside, but held together on the inside of the horseshoe. The weight of the pillow leaves it in a folded state. In addition, the wedges at the back (drawing: Fig. 1) between paragraphs a) and b) ensure that the cushion does not fall back into horizontal position when lying on the side, with the cushion around it. The cushion is the same width and length as the standard foam pads available on the market. It differs from these in addition to being three-fold and foldable in that it has a shape like a landscape hourglass. It has the advantage that the 1st cushion is more easily held in place around the head in a supine position, since the shoulders naturally support the cushion in its position 2. The middle piece is pushed down more into the supine position, at the weight of the head, thereby lifting the sides slightly for the benefit of the enveloping effect 3. there is less fullness at the back, thereby reducing the risk of feeling too warm around the head when sleeping In the drawing of the pillow there are four figures. Figure 1. shows the technical function of the cushion. The pillow is sewn together by three parts (a + b + a) on the upper side. On the underside, the cushion is divided in two places, cut (c) from bottom to top in the cushion's width direction, and at an angle of approx. 15 degrees towards the center of the pillow. The center piece is, as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3, ca. 3 cm narrower than the side pieces (lengthwise of the pillow) upwards (Figs. 3, f), and approx. 10 cm narrower than the side pieces at the bottom (Fig. 3, g). The center piece is approx. 10 cm narrower (at the center of the hourglass) in the width direction of the cushion (Fig. 2, d) relative to the side pieces (Fig. 2, e). In FIG. 4, the contours of the cushion are seen from the end of the cushion (Fig. 3, h). It is seen more that the cushion rounds so that the center strip of the cushion in the longitudinal direction (Fig. 4, i) is higher than all sides. In the center of the pad, on the center piece (Figs. 1, b), the apex of the cushion is slightly lower (Figs. 4, j) than at the apexes of the side pieces (Fig. 4, i and Fig. 3, k). The increased thickness of the middle strip means that there is more consistent contact between the ears and the pillow, thereby increasing the sound attenuation. The drawing (Fig. 2.1, Fig. 4.1) shows where the contour edge on the upper (lying side) of the pad goes. In Fig. 3, (Fig. 3, m), the contour of the cushion is seen from the long side of the cushion, (Fig. 2, n), where the line (m) reflects the upper edge of the exterior of the cushion (also seen in Fig. 4, m).

Claims (4) [1] The sleeping pad is a pillow, designed for people with sleep problems and is FEATURED in that it is three-piece, sewn on the upper side (Fig. 1), so that it can be closed on the three sides of the head. The head is placed on one side (Fig. 1, a) and the rest of the pillow is pulled over the other cheek, whereby the center piece (Fig. 1, b) is located at the back of the head. It resembles other foam pads in the knocked-out position (fig. [2] 2), but is CHARACTERIZED in that it has an hourglass shape (Fig. 2), is cut into three parts, the center piece being smaller and narrower than the side pieces (Figs. 2). [3] 3) and the pillow is thicker / taller in the middle in the longitudinal direction (fig. [4] 4) so that it ends tightly around the ears in the closed position when sleeping with it. The hourglass shape makes it easier to stay in place around the face when lying on your back as the shoulders provide a natural support for the pillow.
