专利摘要:
Device by noise shield of the type comprising vertical supports or posts anchored to the ground, whereby said supports or posts are fixed elongated generally extending screen elements consisting, for example, of thin-walled profiled metal sheets and a core of a sound-absorbing granulate or fiber material, characterized in that the granulate used is based on recycled fiberglass. The fiberglass has previously been used in wind turbine blades, sailboats and other non-polluting components. The fiberglass granulate is mechanically subdivided into pieces that vary in length and thickness, so the granules used are not homogeneous. Costs for landfill and further processing are avoided, so that the environmental aspects of end-of-life fiberglass components can be met by recycling the granulate to absorbent material.

Title: Granular Absorbent Noise Shield Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a granular or fiber-filled noise shield. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
When setting up a noise barrier along, for example, railways operated by high-rise trains, it can often be problematic to achieve the desired and required noise reduction and absorption.
The granules used are based on recycled fiberglass. The fiberglass has previously been used in wind turbine blades, sailboats and other non-polluting components.
The fiberglass granulate is mechanically subdivided into pieces that vary in length and thickness, so the granules used are not homogeneous.
The use of the granules in question could help to alleviate the major environmental storage problems that the wind turbine industry is affected by in the landfill of waste wind turbines.
Objective of the Invention In view of the foregoing, the object of the invention is to provide a new type of noise reduction material and device for an improved noise barrier, which is primarily designed for mounting along railways or high-traffic highways, etc., which are operated by high-speed or high-speed electric, etc. motor vehicles for road users.
Description of the Invention
Device by noise shield of the type comprising vertical supports or posts designed for anchoring in the ground and wherein elongated generally extending horizontally extending screen elements consisting of one or more layers of plates and or layers of a sound-absorbing granular material are fixed between said supports or posts. . The sound-absorbing granule is based on recycled fiberglass.
One or more plates are reflective and / or one or more plates are corrugated plates. There may be perforations in one or more plates which perforations retain the granulate. In a particular embodiment, the device by noise shield is of the type comprising vertical supports or posts which can be anchored to the ground, whereby said support or posts are fixed elongated, generally horizontally extending screen elements, for example consisting of thin-walled profiled metal plates and a core of a sound-absorbing granular material, characterized in that granules based on recycled glass fiber are used. Furthermore, the noise shield is special in that it is designed to allow granules to be blown into a total cassette structure.
This ensures that the granulate must not be glued or otherwise processed before the blow-in. In one embodiment, the cartridge, which is designed to be filled with granules, is specially designed to be capable of being added to internal stiffening. Alternatively, there may be an internal bracing. Thereby further formality and strength are obtained. In one embodiment, the noise shield is special in that the absorption is different and varied as a result of the blown fiber size. In one embodiment, the noise shield is special in that the granulate is without further processing or degradation. In one embodiment, the noise shield is special in that the granulate is hygroscopic and thus water-sucking. The hygroscopic property will contribute to increased density and thus an increased noise reduction. In one embodiment, the noise shield is special in that it is designed to be mounted so that the granulate is blown in after mounting. In a particular configuration, the cassettes are designed to be interconnected and have one or more channels so that the granules can be blown in after mounting. The mounting can be done after the cassette is mounted in Il columns on-site,
The cassette may further be formed with a removable plate or opening so that the granules can be refilled into the cassettes. Such a plate or opening is positioned so that the granule removal and refilling can be done with the cassette mounted in H-pillars on-site.
The device of the noise shield according to the invention is especially in that the noise shield is arranged so that granular fill can be blown into the screen wall. The noise wall thus becomes absorbent on both sides facing the noise source - for example the railway or the highway. The noise shield cassette is based on a self-supporting structure with internal stiffening - so that the granules etc. only act as absorbent material. In this way, noise can be absorbed by the filling blown into the screen and very efficient absorption of the sound pressure waves is obtained from, for example, a passing high speed train or a motor vehicle, the pressure sound waves being effectively absorbed in the granulate.
Absorption in the noise screen as a unit is greatly increased.
Preferably, the device of the noise shield according to the invention is designed so that the cassette can be manufactured in various self-supporting designs.
A cassette consists of a top and a bottom as well as side pieces, all of which are connected to a single frame.
The frame is provided with a net or a perforated plate. A fiber diaphragm is installed behind the net or perforated plate to allow passage of air. In the end pieces an injection hole is made so that the granulate can be blown in from each end.
This results in a good filling. The permeable fiber membrane permits passage of the supply air and at the same time acts as a filter, so that the granulate is retained by the fiber membrane.
Depending on the length of the screen, the internal design of the screen will be designed in many ways to achieve sufficient stability.
drawing Description
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings, in which:
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a noise foam device according to the invention, filled with granules.
FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a noise shield device according to the invention and designed for filling granules; possibly, after installation on-site.
FIG. 3 shows the ingress of granules in the FIG. 1 from a side view of a noise shield according to the invention. The blow-in takes place at the cassette standing horizontally on the floor level.
FIG. 4 shows the coating of granules in the embodiment of FIG. 1 from a side view of a noise shield according to the invention. The blow-in takes place at the floor standing vertically on the cassette.
FIG. 5 shows an elevation of a cassette with an embodiment of a noise shield device according to the invention.
Detailed description of the invention
The FIG. 1-4 noise shield is constructed as a self-supporting structure. The cassette is mounted in or posts, for example, with an H-profile, which is anchored in the ground, and between which they are mounted in the main horizontally extending screen elements. The casing set consists of, for example, thin-walled 4, profiled metal sheets and a filled core 9 of a sound-absorbing granular material. The noise shield 10 may, as shown, also comprise various profile plates, granulated trapezoidal plates which form a mechanical barrier and front of the screen 10. Common to all the panels mounted on the front is that they are perforated to some extent and extent. It will be extremely easy to provide potential equalization of all metal parts in a noise shield of the type described so that it will also be suitable for use along railways with electrically powered trains. The screen consists of a top profile 1, a bottom profile 2 and side pieces 6, which are joined together to form a stable and self-supporting frame. The internal bracing 8 ensures that the cassette remains stable. To retain the granulate 9, a mechanical mesh 4 is mounted. Behind this mesh is mounted a permeable fiber membrane 3. The fibrous membrane allows passage of the supply air, but at the same time retains the injected granulate.
Figure 2 shows, cf. Figure 1, an empty cassette with a plate, here a side section 6 a top profile with a hole 7 for blowing granules. The cartridge is designed for serial coupling with identical cartridges.
Figures 3 and 4 show a cassette or screen element 10 located on a substrate 12 as the ground and with connecting means to a hose 11 for blowing granular in the form of recycled fiberglass.
Figure 5 shows a cassette 10 designed to receive a granulate. The cassette 10 shown can receive one or more sound-reflecting plates and at the same time receive a granule as cited in previous figures.
