专利摘要:
The invention relates to a battery-powered feed or straw trolley, especially for use on fur farms, and more particularly to the kind in which the trolley is equipped with a set of fixed, rechargeable batteries intended for electric traction of the trolley. Known wagons of this type are arranged in such a way that the other power-demanding functions of the carriage, such as feed pump, feed stirrer, straw dosing apparatus, etc. are hydraulically driven by a hydraulic pump driven by a gasoline, diesel or gas powered auxiliary engine built into the carriage. . The invention is characterized in that the battery-powered feed or straw trolley, in addition to the fixed set of traction batteries, is equipped with a replaceable high capacity battery (10) of the rechargeable type and that the various mechanical functions of the trolley are electrically driven by one or more electric motors, which either is connected directly to the respective mechanical working functions of the carriage, or which operates indirectly via a hydraulic system whose pump is driven by an electric motor. Conveniently, the hydraulic system is provided with one or more solenoid valves intended partly for energy optimization of the system and partly for ensuring precise feed dosage and / or straw dosage. According to the invention, the high capacity replaceable high capacity battery (10) may advantageously be a lithium-ion, nickel-cadmium-type battery or a similar high-capacity rechargeable battery type in terms of size and weight. This battery or battery set can advantageously be enclosed in a separate unit in the form of a compact power pack. The power pack can then be easily accessible, preferably externally on the trolley, for example on the front or rear of the trolley for quick and effortless replacement of the battery. 公开号:DK201500669A1 申请号:DKP201500669 申请日:2015-10-30 公开日:2017-05-15 发明作者:Klaus Strøm Kristensen 申请人:Ksk Finans Aps; IPC主号:
专利说明:
The present invention relates to a battery-powered feed or straw trolley, in particular for use on fur farms, and more particularly to the kind set forth in the preamble of claim 1. Known carts of the type in question are usually equipped with a set of fixed, rechargeable batteries intended for electric traction of the carriage. The other power-intensive functions of the carriage, such as feed pump, feed stirrer, straw dosing apparatus, etc, are hydraulically operated by means of a hydraulic pump coupled to a diesel engine built into the carriage. Modern fur farms, especially mink farms, are often built as steel halls with closed sides. Steel halls of this type are consequently less ventilated than the previously used open mink farms, where the sides of the barn lengths are fully open. The closed steel halls give rise to a serious air pollution problem when, as is common today, feed or straw trolleys with motor-driven working functions are used. The motor-driven work functions can be, for example, feed pumps, feed stir augers, straw metering units and sweeper units, and the engines used for the purpose are mainly diesel engines. These engines cause an emission of harmful exhaust gases that pollute the air in the barn. Another problem associated with the use of diesel and gasoline engines in enclosed stables, especially on mink farms, is the hair loss that the animals emit to their surroundings by their natural hair loss. The hair loss consists of ultra-fine hairs, which have an unfortunate tendency to get caught in the air and fuel filters of the engines, causing them to become clogged. The result is that the motors must be serviced more often than usual, ie have the filters cleaned or replaced. In order to overcome the aforementioned problems, it is proposed according to the invention to fully electrify the feed or straw trolleys concerned, that is to say, not only the traction but also the various working functions of the trolleys are driven by electric power. This avoids the air pollution in the stables and the problems with the regular clogging of the combustion engine filters. According to the invention, the solution of the task consists in arranging the feed or straw trolley as stated in the characterizing part of claim 1. The invention is characterized in that the battery-powered feed or straw trolley, in addition to the fixed set of traction batteries, is equipped with a replaceable high-capacity rechargeable type battery. Furthermore, know that the various mechanical functions of the carriage are driven electrically by this battery via one or more electric motors, which are either directly connected to the respective mechanical functions of the carriage or which operate indirectly via a hydraulic system. The pump function in the hydraulic system is then driven by an electric motor. By fully electrifying the feed or straw trolley in this way, the intended improvement of the air quality in the barn buildings is achieved, while minimizing the service requirements of the trolley. Furthermore, thanks to the electro-drive, you achieve a much lower noise level compared to similar diesel-powered vehicles, and the heat emission is often avoided by a diesel engine. Both conditions greatly contribute to improving the working environment in the barn in connection with feeding and straw bedding. Preferably, the hydraulic system is arranged as claimed in claim 2. The hydraulic system comprises at least: a hydraulic pump driven by an electric motor, which is powered by the power pack, one or more hydraulic solenoid valves with a short response time, a hydraulic motor which operates the feed pump of the feed truck, which is activatable and deactivable by means of said hydraulic solenoid valves, and an oil tank for the hydraulic oil. Furthermore, the system comprises a bypass connection inserted between the hydraulic pump and the oil tank for direct pressure relief of the hydraulic pump during the periods when the feed pump hydraulic motor is deactivated, ie during periods when no feed is pumped out. The hydraulic pump operates continuously as long as the trolley is in operation. The solenoid valves make it possible to control the feed pump motor in such a way that the feed is pumped out in carefully metered doses. The pumping takes place at short intervals during the passage of the feed trolley by the mink farms set up in the mink farm. The feed hose 8 is constantly open during the feeding process; only the feed pump determines the amount of feed delivered in each pump interval. The short reaction time of the solenoid valves gives the pumping system an extremely fast response, which is a condition for achieving the desired precision in the feed dosage. An accurate feed allocation to the individual cages is crucial for the economy of the mink breed and for the well-being of the animals. In the intermediate intervals where no feed is pumped out, the hydraulic system's solenoid valves and bypass connection ensure that tank circulation takes place. This avoids the hydraulic pump using power for unnecessary idling under back pressure. In this way, the principle of the hydraulic system helps to make the available amperage hours in the power pack 10 more efficient, ie the operating time of a power pack is as long as possible. The operation of the various work functions of the feed or straw trolley is relatively energy intensive, so it is appropriate according to the invention, as a high capacity battery, to choose a lithium-ion, nickel-cadmium-type battery or a similar high-capacity rechargeable battery type in terms of size and weight. A battery of this type allows a relatively long operating period between each battery change. Feed or straw trolley's fixed traction batteries are in most cases sufficient to ensure the trolley for 8-10 hours of effective driving time, as trolleys of that type usually run on a flat, horizontal cement floor which does not impose high power requirements on the traction engine of the trolley. In a preferred embodiment, the replaceable high capacity battery is encapsulated as a separate unit constituting a compact power pack, and this power pack is conveniently mounted readily accessible, preferably externally on the carriage, for example on the front or rear end of the carriage. By encapsulating the high-capacity battery in this way, you obtain a convenient and easily manageable battery unit, which is quick to change. Especially when, at the same time, as stated, the unit is easily accessible on the outside of the vehicle. As set forth in claim 5, in a preferred embodiment, the carriage is provided with a carrier frame into which the interchangeable power pack can be suspended. The power pack is retained in the carrier frame by one or more quick-release devices of a type that can be operated manually without the use of tool. Other ways of fixing and securing the power pack are of course also possible. According to the invention, each feed or straw trolley includes at least one battery charging station and at least one additional power pack. Furthermore, there is for handling and transporting the power pack by replacing this one with wheels and hydraulic or mechanical lifting device, which provides transport auxiliary equipment, which makes it easy to handle and transport the power pack back and forth between the carriage and the battery charging station. The transport auxiliary tool makes the battery change quick and easy. The battery charging station and the extra power pack allow the battery to be recharged while the feed or straw trolley continues to operate with the second just charged power pack. In this way, feeding and littering can continue regardless of the time it takes to recharge the power pack. In a particular embodiment, the trolley is equipped with an electrical coupling device which makes it possible to connect the power pack to the electric traction system. In this way, the power pack achieves an additional function as a backup for the traction battery in cases where this is discharged or almost discharged for power. In such more extreme situations, the feeding or bedding work can be carried out without unnecessary delay for recharging the traction batteries. For very demanding tasks, for example in the case of feeding or bedding on very large mink or fur farms, it may be advantageous according to the invention to equip the feed or straw stroller with a trailer coupled to the trolley. The trailer can carry up to several power packs, and via a flexible electric cable these can be connected to the car's electric drive system. In this way, the trolley can achieve almost unlimited reach in terms of both driving distance and working capacity. A somewhat similar property can be obtained from a feed or straw trolley of the hybrid type of claim 10. The car's hybrid drive system includes, in addition to the fixed, rechargeable traction batteries and the interchangeable power pack, a relatively small internal combustion engine that drives an electric generator. The engine can be a gasoline, diesel or gas engine. By means of the motor-driven generator, the car's power-pack and / or rechargeable traction batteries can be recharged in a manner known per se, while the carriage is in operation. The result is that the range of the car, both in terms of driving distance and working capacity, is unlimited. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, in which 1 shows an electrified feed truck in a first embodiment according to the invention, shown schematically in side view, FIG. 2 the same feed truck from the front, FIG. 3 a powerpack carrier frame belonging to the feed truck, shown separately in perspective, FIG. 4 the power pack seen from the side in perspective, FIG. 5 is an auxiliary device intended for manual handling of the power pack during battery change, shown schematically in side view, and FIG. 6 shows an electrified feed truck in another embodiment, where a number of power packs are carried in a trailer coupled to the feed truck, shown in side view. In the FIG. 1 and 2, the feed carriage consists essentially of a chassis 1, a set of front wheels 2 and a set of rear wheels 3, a feed container 4, a driver's seat 5 with seat 6 and steering wheel 7, a flexible feed dosing hose 8, and a phonon mounted carrier frame 9 for a power pack 10. The feed carriage is crank-driven, the chassis being divided in two with a front la and a rear lb. The two chassis parts are connected in a common pivot joint 11 located approximately in the middle of the chassis. The feed container 4 is mounted on the rear chassis part 1b and the seat 6 of the driver's seat is arranged on the front chassis part 1a. An inclined stand 12 located immediately in front of the seat 6 serves as dashboard and as a support for the steering wheel 7. The chassis 1 is made of plate welded in box form. In this way, a front and rear cavity is formed inside the chassis in which the feed pump's feed pump, hydraulic system, hydraulic pump with associated electric motor, traction battery and other technical components are arranged. The components concerned are not shown in the drawing. At the front of the chassis 1, the support frame 9 for the power pack 10 is mounted. The support frame 9 is formed by a rectangular profile frame frame 13, which is provided at the bottom with a base piece 14 on each side, and on which the two side pieces 15 are arranged on each side of the frame a pivotable gripping lug 16. The two gripping lugs can be opened out to the sides ( not shown), whereby the power pack 10 can be inserted or removed from the closed frame of the carrier frame 9.1 (as shown in the drawing), the latches engage around the power pack, thereby holding it. The catches 16 are provided with locking mechanisms (not shown) which ensure the closed position of the lugs. A power pack 10 of the type in question is usually composed of a number of single batteries to achieve the required electrical voltage and capacity. The single batteries are enclosed in a closed metal plate housing 17. In this case, the housing 17 is shaped like a flat box that fits into the carrier frame 9. At the top of the housing 17 is a connecting device 18, where the electrical connection to the feed carriage itself takes place by means of a cable not shown. The feed traction system comprises a wheel motor mounted internally in the rear chassis section lb. The wheel motor is supplied with electricity from a set of fixed lead acid batteries located in the front or rear chassis part 1a or 1b. The batteries give the trolley a total driving time of 8 - 10 hours, which is in most cases fully sufficient for the task the trolley is to handle. The trolley is equipped with a hydraulic system, the hydraulic pump of which is powered by an electric motor, which is powered by the power pack. The hydraulic pump operates continuously as long as the trolley is in operation. The hydraulic system includes a hydraulic motor that drives the car's feed pump. Furthermore, the hydraulic system comprises one or more solenoid valves, by means of which the hydraulic feed pump motor can be activated and deactivated. The solenoid valves make it possible to control the feed pump motor in such a way that the feed is pumped out in carefully metered doses. The pumping takes place at short intervals during the passage of the feed carriage of the mink cages arranged in series in the mink farm. The feed hose 8 is constantly open during the feeding process; it is only the feed pump that determines the amount of feed that is delivered in each pump interval via the feed hose. The short reaction time of the solenoid valves gives the pumping system an extremely fast response, which is a condition for achieving the desired precision in the feed dosage. An accurate feed allocation to the individual cages is crucial for the economy of the mink breed and for the well-being of the animals. In the intermediate intervals where no feed is pumped out, the hydraulic system's solenoid valves, together with a bypass connection, ensure that there is circulation from hydraulic pump to tank. In this way, it is avoided that the hydraulic pump uses power for unnecessary idling under back pressure. The principle of the hydraulic system helps to use the available amperage hours in the power pack 10 most efficiently, so that the operating time of each power pack is as long as possible. The FIG. 5, the auxiliary tool 20 shown when the power pack 10 is to be replaced. The tool consists mainly of a profile grommet 21, which has a horizontal base frame 22, and a vertical column 23 mounted thereon. On the column a fork part 24 is mounted vertically displaceable. The fork part 24 can be moved up and down by means of a handle 25 which is operated manually. In use, the implement with the fork part 24 is driven under the power pack 10, which is then lifted free of the support frame 9 by the handle 25. The power pack can now be driven to the charging station and placed therein. In FIG. 6, the electrified feed trolley is shown in another embodiment, wherein a plurality of powerpack batteries 10 are carried on a trailer 30 which is post-tensioned the feed trolley. The drawing is immediately understandable and should therefore not be explained in more detail here. The invention is not limited to the embodiment shown and described in the drawing. Other retail designs and other constructive solutions for the individual components and accessories of the feed cart are conceivable within the scope of this invention, and the use of the cart may be extended to areas other than those specified. Other electrically operated work tools and trolleys of a similar nature, for example, straw hauling, sweeping and transport tasks in the stable, can be designed according to the same concept as described above, ie with both drive line and work functions fully electrified.
