专利说明:
description The invention relates to a chronograph watch comprising a column wheel which controls the operation of the clock, the column wheel being mounted on a frame, and said clock further comprising a lever for controlling the column wheel. Such a chronograph watch has been known for decades; a very detailed explanation of their structure is on https: // www. watchprosite. com / a.-long-and-s% C3% B6hne / howcolumn-wheel-chronographs-work-notably-the-long 1951-movements- / 10.1026673.7293393 / to find. In a conventional chronograph watch, the column wheel is a multi-layer column wheel that determines the position and movement of all remaining parts in the chronograph. It is operated by a human keystroke. With this pressure, a ratchet lock is pulled down, causing the column wheel to rotate. When turning, a tooth on the column wheel comes into contact with a first lever that moves outward (this first lever is a horizontal clutch that engages the current second gear with the chronograph gear). At the same time, the rotation of the column wheel activates a second lever that falls inwards (this second lever is a brake lever that is released to set the chronograph hand in motion). Ultimately, a spring with a hook is used to prevent the column wheel from moving further or back. Basically, this construction gives the column wheel a stable position. In order to stop the chronograph running, another key press is required so that the bolt moves down, the column wheel continues to rotate, releases the horizontal clutch and actuates the brake lever. The conventional chronograph watch has several disadvantages, in particular that the mechanism consists of many parts (> 20) and requires assembly. In addition, the column wheel is a multi-layered part and is difficult to manufacture. Finally, the system with the column wheel, frame and levers is not planar when assembled, resulting in a relatively large thickness of the chronograph watch. The invention aims to provide a chronograph watch in which these disadvantages are at least partially eliminated. In the context of the invention, a chronograph watch is proposed which has the features of one or more of the attached claims. In a first aspect, the chronograph watch according to the invention has the feature that the column wheel is elastically connected to the frame and is provided with at least two stable positions with respect to the frame, the column wheel being movable between the at least two stable positions by operating the lever is. Such a column wheel can then fulfill the function of a conventional column wheel, which considerably simplifies the construction of the chronograph watch. The column wheel can be used, for example, to move gears of the chronograph watch from a non-operational position to an operational position. In general, it is advantageous that the column wheel is connected to the frame by at least two bends, said at least two bends being arranged with a first position and a second position, the first position and the second position being the at least two correspond to stable positions of the column wheel. In an advantageous embodiment of the chronograph watch, the at least two bends are not kinked in the first position, and the at least two bends are kinked in the second position. In another advantageous embodiment of the chronograph watch according to the invention, the at least two bends are bent in the first position, and in the second position the at least two bends are bent in a second direction opposite to the first direction. In an advantageous embodiment, the lever is connected to the frame by at least two intermediate bends, the intermediate bends ensuring that the lever has a preferred position in which it automatically returns after it has left it. This construction can easily be made in one part. In another aspect of the invention, at least one of the column wheels, the frame and the lever or these elements together form a single part. This makes the manufacture of the chronograph watch less cumbersome and expensive. This also promotes the reliability and accuracy of the chronograph watch. In a further aspect of the invention, the column wheel, the frame and the lever are provided on the same plane. This makes it possible to assemble and provide an ultra-thin chronograph watch. Another preferred feature is that the column wheel is provided with slots which are arranged to cooperate with projections attached to resilient support beams connected to the frame. This can secure the respective stable positions of the column wheel. Another noteworthy feature is that the lever is drivingly connected to a bar which can be displaced in the longitudinal direction by operating the lever and which bar, when the lever is operated, activates a contact surface of the column wheel in order to move said column wheel. This enables the actuation of the lever causes the beam to move the column wheel from a first stable position to a second stable position or vice versa. Further preferred features are: -that the column wheel functions as a horizontal clutch during use. -that the column wheel works as a brake lever during use. -that the column wheel functions as a horizontal clutch and brake lever during use. The invention is explained below with reference to the drawing of exemplary embodiments of a chronograph watch according to the invention, which is not restrictive with regard to the appended claims. It show: Figure 1 shows a picture of a chronograph watch according to the invention; Figure 2 shows a plan view of the column wheel, the frame and the lever of the chronograph watch according to the invention; Figure 3 shows a first embodiment, in particular of the suspension of the column wheel in the frame; Figure 4 shows a second embodiment, in particular of the suspension of the column wheel in the frame; Figure 5 shows a system in which the column wheel contains both the function of a horizontal clutch and the function of a brake. Whenever the same reference numbers are used in the figures, these numbers refer to the same parts. With reference to Figure 1 and Figure 2, the basic operation of the chronograph watch shown in Figure 1 can be explained, as far as this is relevant to the present invention. Not all of the remaining parts of the chronograph timepiece required for operation are shown in the figures, as they are or may be completely the same as the construction of the chronograph timepiece of the prior art and are therefore not necessary to an understanding of the present invention. The column wheel 3, the frame 2 and the lever 10 are made entirely from one piece 1, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to produce only the column wheel 3, only the frame 2 or only the lever 10 in one piece. It is also possible to produce a combination of these elements in one piece. By pressing the upper right button A in Figure 1, the lever 10 (see Figure 2) is pressed down to the left, whereby it is due to the bends 12, 13 that connect the lever 10 to the frame 2, against the Rotates clockwise around an axis. This movement of the lever 10 pushes the beam 11 in the longitudinal direction towards a contact surface of the column wheel 3. When the beam 11 activates the column wheel 3, the column wheel 3 rotates counterclockwise and jumps from a first stable position - as shown in Figure 2 - into a second stable position that one skilled in the art can imagine from the construction shown. The rigidity of the bends 12, 13 causes the lever 10 to return to its original position, provided that the upper right button A is not pressed. If the upper right button A is pressed again, the sequence of events is the same, except that by activating the column wheel 3, the bar 11 causes the column wheel 3 to rotate clockwise and to spring back from the second stable position to the first stable position, this is the position shown in Figure 2. Figure 3 shows an embodiment in which the column wheel 3 is connected to the frame 2 by at least two bends 4, 5, said at least two bends 4, 5 being arranged with a first position and a second position, the first Position and the second position correspond to the at least two stable positions of the column wheel 3, so that in the first position the at least two bends 4, 5 are unbent (see the left part of the figure) and in the second position the at least two bends 4, 5 are kinked (see the right part of the figure). Figure 4 shows another embodiment in which the column wheel 3 is connected to the frame 2 by in this case four bends 14 to 17, said four bends 14 to 17 are arranged with a first position and a second position, the first position and second position correspond to the at least two stable positions of the column wheel 3, in the first position the four bends are bent in a first direction (see the left part of the figure) and in the second position the four bends 14 to 17 in are bent in a second direction, which is opposite to the first direction (see the right part of the figure).
