Description: The invention relates to a device for dispensing a strand-shaped merchandise which has a holding frame with a means for receiving a reel with the merchandise.
Such devices are known from the prior art, in particular from hardware stores, in which goods such as ropes, chains or belts are offered for cutting to length. The receiving means usually comprises a rod which is passed through an opening of the reel, which extends coaxially to the axis of rotation, both ends of the rod abutting against a holding frame into which the reel is inserted. A disadvantage of the devices known from the prior art is the complex exchange of a reel. If several are attached to one another on a product display wall and / or one above the other, the upper reels have to be removed in order to remove a lower reel to be replaced and reinserted after the exchange.
The present invention is therefore based on the object to provide a device of the type mentioned, which enables easy replacement of a reel.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that the receiving means comprises at least two rotatable rollers which are intended to bear against the reel.
Advantageously, the reel with the merchandise can simply be placed in the holding frame on the rotatable rollers, so that easy unwinding is possible. Storage of the reel on a rod passed through it is no longer necessary. If a reel is to be used to unwind a particularly heavy material, for example a steel chain, the device can have several rotatable rollers in order to better distribute a load.
Advantageously, at least one of the rotatable rollers is provided on a lateral surface with a coating, in particular a powder coating or / or a coating which increases the coefficient of friction. A particularly high wear resistance can advantageously be achieved. A coating which increases the coefficient of friction advantageously reduces the slip between the reel and the at least one coated roll against which the reel bears.
In one embodiment of the invention, the rotatable rollers have the same or different diameters.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the rotatable rollers are arranged at a distance from one another, the distance between adjacent rollers being in particular equal to the radius of the reel. As a result, an axis of rotation of the reel and the at least two axes of rotation of the rotatable rollers form corner points of an equilateral triangle. As a result, the reel is kept particularly stable in the device.
The rotatable rollers are expediently arranged in a horizontal plane or vertically offset from one another. In the case of a staggered arrangement, several rollers can be arranged on a circular path, for example, in such a way that each of the rollers lies against the reel. As a result, a total load capacity is better distributed to all roles so that reels can also be used to deliver heavy goods such as chains.
In one embodiment of the invention, the rotatable rollers are provided to increase the rigidity of the holding frame. Advantageously, no further or particularly stiffening stiffening elements are required. For this purpose, for example, a round stiffening element formed from a metal could be provided for each of the rollers, which is arranged within the holding frame and is connected to it in particular in a form-fitting, fabric and / or non-positive manner and which is enclosed by the roller such that it can rotate is connected to the stiffening element.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the receiving means has a holding means by which the rotatable rollers are held in the holding frame and which preferably comprises a pivotable holding element. The holding means can for example comprise a U-shaped holding element, between the legs of which a pin projecting from an end face of a roller is arranged and abuts against a base leg. It goes without saying that two opposing holding elements arranged in the holding frame must be provided for holding each roller, each holding a pin projecting from each end face of the roller. If the holding means is designed to be pivotable or at least partially pivotable, it can be moved from an open position in which a roller can be arranged in the holding means to a closing position in which the roller is rotatably mounted in the holding means. Jumping out of the roll is advantageously prevented when using the device.
It is also conceivable that the holding means has a holding section or a holding leg, which can be moved from an open to a closed position by a plastic deformation. Such a deformation can be caused, for example, by a hammer blow.
In one embodiment of the invention, the holding frame is at least partially powder-coated, in particular on the outside. Individual areas or the entire holding frame can advantageously be provided with a wear-resistant coating.
The holding frame expediently has on an outside a means for attachment to a holding frame or to a product display wall, the means preferably comprising a U-shaped rail. Advantageously, the device can be part of a delivery system, which he has several, arranged side by side or one above the other

In one embodiment of the invention, the holding frame has a means for attachment to a product display frame or to a product display wall, the means preferably comprising a U-shaped rail, and forming a rear wall of the holding frame. A particularly rigid holding frame can advantageously be formed, since the U-shaped rail acts as a further stiffening element and at the same time forms the rear wall of the holding frame.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the holding frame has side wall parts, which are preferably formed from flat steel sheets, and which are preferably connected to one another, in particular welded, by at least two reinforcing elements. As a result, a particularly stiff and firm holding frame can be formed, which can also carry heavy goods for sale and / or heavy reels.
The holding frame expediently has a pivotable front flap. The merchandise does not have to be inserted into the device from above, but can be inserted through the opened flap. This is particularly advantageous when a further device is attached above and it is difficult or impossible to insert from above.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the front flap has a section which is in particular bow-shaped and is provided for opening and closing the front flap. A handle is advantageously provided on which a user of the device according to the invention can open the flap in a simple manner. Furthermore, the merchandise to be cut to length can be guided over the section, in particular the bracket, so that it acts as a guide and a simplified delivery is possible.
[0019] In a further embodiment of the invention, at least one of the rollers can be rotated by a preferably electrical drive means. Dispensing of the sales goods is advantageously simplified. It is not necessary to manually turn a reel with the merchandise. It is conceivable, for example, that the drive means for delivering the goods to be sold must be actuated manually, or that the drive means supports manual delivery of the goods to be sold in the manner of an auxiliary drive.
Appropriately, the holding frame and the receiving means form a single assembly. A particularly stable and one-piece device is advantageously formed, in which tilting of a reel with goods to be dispensed is avoided in particular.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments and the attached drawings relating to the exemplary embodiments. It shows:

A device (1) shown schematically in a top view in FIG. 1 a comprises a holding frame (2) formed from steel, which has two flat side wall parts (3, 4) arranged parallel to one another, which are supported by metal struts (5, 6) are connected. Ends of the metal struts (5, 6) are welded to mutually facing sides of the side wall parts (3, 4). A front flap (8) is pivotably attached to a front end (7) of the device (1) shown in FIG. 1.

A schematically shown in Fig. 2a in a side view detail of a device according to the invention (la) shows an inside (28) of a side wall part (4a) to which an essentially U-shaped holding element (13a) is welded, which has a peg-shaped Projection (12a) of a roller (9a) shown in dashed lines, which is rotatably connected thereto, receives. Furthermore, the roller has a coating (32) which increases a coefficient of friction. This can be, for example, a rubber coating. As a result, the slippage when a product is unwound from a reel can be reduced, so that the unwinding requires less effort. In addition, faster unwinding is possible.
If the pin-shaped projection (12a) rotatably connected to the roller (9a), the leg (30) would have to be bent such that the projection (12a) has sufficient play in the holding element (13a). This would nevertheless make it possible to rotate the roller (9a) introduced into the device (1a).
A side view shown in Fig. 2b of a detail of a device (la) according to the invention differs from that shown in Fig. 2a in that an upper portion (33) of a leg (30) of the holding element (13a) by a torsion spring ( 34) is pivotally connected to it. By means of a restoring force of the spring (34), the section (33) can be moved from an open position, in which a pin (12a) of the roller (9a) can be inserted into the holding element (13a), into a closed position, in which the roller (9a) cannot jump out of the holding element (13a). This enables a roller (9a) of the device to be replaced in a simple manner.
Reference is now made to FIG. 3, where the same or equivalent parts are designated with the same reference number as in FIGS. 1 and 2 and the respective reference number is attached to the letter b.
A front flap (8b) shown in detail in a partially sectioned side view in FIG. 3 is connected to side parts (3b) of a holding frame of the device (1b) by two pins (35, 38) protruding from the inside (28b), of which a first pin (35) is guided in a first slot (36) of a front flap connecting section (37) and a second pin (38) in a further slot (39), which is provided with a recess (40).
In Fig. 3a, the front flap (8b) is shown in a closed position, in which both pins (35, 38) bear against upper ends (41, 42) of the elongated holes (36, 39). To open the flap, it is moved by lifting it into a position shown in FIG. 3b, in which the pin (38) is at the same level as the recess (40). By pivoting the front flap (8b) away from the pin (38) in the direction of the arrow (43), it is moved into an open position in which it is pivoted from its closed position by at least 90 degrees and in particular up to 200 degrees. As a result, a reel (not shown in FIG. 3) can be removed to the front through the open flap and replaced by another reel. This is particularly advantageous if a plurality of devices (1b) are mounted one above the other on a goods display rack and removal from the top is not possible or is difficult.
