First example of execution (figures from 1 to 22) [0012] In figures from 17 to 20, with 10 a zipper is indicated as a whole, according to a first example of execution of the present invention.
[0013] Said hinge 10 comprises:
- a first continuous flexible strip 11 (fig. 1-6), made of plastic, having two branches, 11.1, 11.2, substantially orthogonal in reciprocal L-shaped arrangement, wherein a first branch 11.1 has an enlarged free end 11.2, forming continuous longitudinal guide 11.3, integral with said first branch 11.1, and, on a first face 11.4, a continuous longitudinal channel seat 11.5, parallel to said guide 11.3;
- a second continuous flexible tape 12 (fig. 7-12), made of plastic, having two branches, 12.1, 12.2, substantially orthogonal in reciprocal L-shaped arrangement, in which a first branch 12.1 has, near the end free and on a first face 12.4, a continuous longitudinal molding 12.3, having a relief shape complementary to the shape
CH 715 077 A1 of the cavity of said channel seat 11.5 of said first belt 11, wherein the height of said first branch 12.1 of said second belt 12 is lower than the height of said first branch 11.1 of said first belt 11;
- a rigid cursor 13 (fig. 13, 14), made of plastic, comprising a body 13.1 essentially in a "C" shape, in cross section, which provides a sliding block, mounted sliding along said continuous longitudinal guide 11.3 of said first belt 11 , and presents:
- two opposing integral cheeks 13.2, spaced from each other and extending outwardly from respective areas close to the opening of said body 13.1 essentially a "C", in which the opposing faces 13.21 of said cheeks 13.2 have respective convex surfaces which delimit a free space between said cheeks 13.2 decreasing from each longitudinal end of said body 13.1 towards the inside of the body itself, and
- a fin 13.3 retractor provided integral at one end and extending outwards from an area close to the opening of said body 13.1 essentially "C", spaced with respect to said cheeks 13.2.
[0014] It will be noted in particular that said longitudinal guide 11.3 of the first belt 11 has at least partially cylindrical shape.
[0015] The zip 10 comprises end stop means 14 (fig. 15, 16), including an essentially "C" shaped body 14.1, in cross section, made of plastic, stably fixed at a longitudinal end of said continuous longitudinal guide 11.3 of said first belt 11, two opposing integral cheeks 14.2, spaced apart and extended outwardly from respective areas close to the opening of said body at essentially "C" 14.1, wherein the faces 14.3 opposite of said cheeks 14.2 have respective convex surfaces, mutually converging and delimiting a free space between said cheeks decreasing in direction towards said longitudinal end of said guide 11.3, and an integral and transversal wall 14.4 between said cheeks 14.2, provided at said longitudinal end of said guide 11.3 and forming end stop.
[0016] Furthermore, said zip 10 comprises joining means 15 (fig. 17, 18, 21) which can be dismantled by pulling said first Ile according to 12 opposing continuous belts, which are configured as Velcro®-type Velcro fastening and they are made in two continuous strips 15.1, 15.2 (fig. 1-6, 7-12), fixed respectively on said first Ile according to 12 opposing continuous belts.
[0017] In particular, said detachable break-away joining means 15 configured as Velcro®-type hook and loop closure comprise a first continuous slotted closure strip 15.1, respectively hooked, fixed on said first face 11.4 of said first continuous belt 11, and a second continuous slotted closure strip 15.2, respectively hooked, fixed on said first face 12.4 of said second continuous belt 12 and opposite to said first strip 15.1, so that, when said first 11 and second 12 belts continuous juxtaposed stably, by geometric and / or force coupling of said molding 12.3 of the second belt 12 in the channel seat 11.5 of the first belt 11, the decomposable coupling between said first 15.1 and said second 15.2 continuous strips is carried out jointly and automatically of said joining means 15 which can be dismantled by tearing.
[0018] Operatively, the zip 10 according to the above described embodiment works in the following way.
[0019] Said first continuous belt 11 is arranged said said second continuous belt 12 with the respective first branches 11.1, 12.1 mutually opposite one another substantially for the same length, since said continuous channel seat 11.5 is provided in said first face 11.4 of the first branch 11.1 opposite the said continuous molding 12.3 provided in said first face 12.4 of the first branch 12.1 of the second belt 12; said slider 13 is arranged at one end of said first continuous belt 11, as sliding shoe on said guide 11.3 and with its cheeks 13.2 in contact with second faces 11.6, 12.6, opposite to said first faces 11.4, 12.4, of said first branches 11.1, 12.1 of the first continuous belt 11 and of the second continuous belt 12; said spreading flap 13.3 of the cursor 13 distal from said end of said first continuous belt 11 with respect to said cheeks 13.2 of the cursor 13; said slider 13 is gripped and said slider is manually moved in the direction of the other end of said first continuous belt 11 along said guide 11.3 and, during this movement, the convex surfaces 13.21 mutually opposite of said cheeks 13.2 carry, gradually, said first branches 11.1, 12.1 of said continuous belts 11, 12 to juxtapose stably by means of geometric and / or force coupling of said molding 12.3 of the second belt 12 in the channel seat 11.5 of the first belt 11, until the complete closure of the hinge 10, when the slider 13 reaches said other end of said first belt, while, by reversing movement of said slider 13 along said guide 11.3, said spreading flap 13.2 progressively disengages said molding 12.3 of the second belt 12 from said seat 11.5 of the first belt 11, opening, gradually the hinge 10 itself (fig. 21,21).
[0020] It will be noted that, during the closure of the hinge 10 by juxtaposition of the first branches 11.1, 12.1 of the continuous belts 11, 12, the said first 15.1 and second 15.2 continuous strips of the detachable closing means 15 can also be mutually juxtaposed. and automatically in closing, consolidating the closing and creating a barrier against atmospheric agents. Conversely, during the opening phase of the hinge 10 described above, said first 15.1 and second 15.2 continuous strips of the detachable closure means 15 are automatically brought to disengage from each other, allowing the opening of the hinge.
CH 715 077 A1
Second example of execution (Figures 23 to 36) [0021] Figs. 23 to 36 illustrate a second embodiment of the zipper object of the present invention, which is indicated in this case by 10 '. Said hinge 10 'differs from the zipper 10, illustrated with reference to figs. from 1 to 22, only in that which does not include the mutually opposed separable tear-off joining means of the first continuous tape and the second continuous tape, which detachable tear-connecting means in the first embodiment are indicated by reference 15.
[0022] For the rest in figs. from 23 to 36 the remaining parts of the hinge 10 ', which are completely similar in structure and function to the corresponding parts of the hinge 10, are indicated with the same references as the latter hinge.
[0023] The further description of the hinge 10 'is therefore omitted and reference is made to the description given above of the hinge 10. As can be seen from the foregoing, the present invention allows to achieve the purposes set out in the introduction in a simple and effective way.
[0024] In fact, the present invention provides a convenient and practical zipper in use and easy to install on garments and clothing accessories and, in any case, on objects in general.
[0025] Furthermore, the present invention provides a zipper which achieves, on site, a secure and also watertight closure with respect to atmospheric agents.
[0026] On the other hand, the present invention provides a zipper of simple and inexpensive construction, in mass production processes, and which in any case ensures a good quality of closure.
