The device comprises a flexible pocket 6 of a liquid to be infused housed inside a flexible container 3. The drive unit 1 comprises a barrel 15 allowing energy to be stored, the barrel 15 being arranged to rotate in one direction when the device is running. The barrel 15 is driven by the control wheel 9, the control 9 comprising on its periphery at least one graduated scale 16 of power reserve which extends around the periphery of said control wheel 9. A marker is placed on the device for cooperating with the corresponding graduated scale 16 of power reserve located on the periphery of the control wheel 9 to indicate at each revolution or each fraction of a revolution of the barrel 15 the power reserve on the periphery of the control wheel 9 .
