专利说明:
The invention relates to a noise barrier, as it is used in particular for noise protection of residents or residential areas on railway lines or on roads. Noise protection walls on railway lines or roads have been built for many years to protect noise, in particular from residential areas along the railway lines or roads, while at the same time preventing unauthorized access to railway lines or roads. They are also intended to minimize the pressure-suction effects of fast-moving trains or vehicles on the environment outside a route or street. In the case of electrified railway lines, noise barriers must also be provided with an earthing in order to prevent the risk of electric shock as a result of destroyed traction power lines, for example in the event of storms or accidents. Noise protection walls can be designed as compact walls or ramparts or can also be assembled from individual, flat elements. The elements can be made of wood, concrete, aluminum or combinations thereof, for example, and can also contain other absorbers. For example, DE 20 2017 000 950 U1 describes a noise protection element which, in conjunction with a large number of such noise protection elements, is installed to form a noise protection wall. The noise protection element has a box-shaped noise protection profile, in which at least one flat absorber is arranged. End covers of the noise protection profile are provided with elastic bearing elements, see also DE 202006 009 133 U1. To minimize the manufacturing costs and for a high user benefit, noise protection profiles are preferably made of aluminum materials. [0006] According to DE 019 947 704 B4, noise protection elements can also consist of acrylic glass. Each noise protection element is arranged on the end faces in or on supports or posts, often steel profiles. Depending on the length of the noise protection elements, the supports or posts are anchored in the ground at a distance from one another. Anchoring in the ground is usually done using a concrete foundation, which in turn is labor and noise intensive. Furthermore, the posts or supports must be provided with corrosion protection, which is usually still to be renewed, in order to achieve a service life of approx. 40 years. In EP 1 607 541 B1 it was therefore proposed to produce such supports from a fiber-reinforced plastic, in particular a glass fiber-reinforced vinyl ester resin. Such a support requires no maintenance and can have a lifespan of approximately 80 years. It is double-T-shaped in cross section, one belt having an outwardly convex curvature and the second belt being essentially rectangular and being provided with an outwardly pointing rib in the extension of the web. Between the belts there is a groove into which the end areas of the noise protection elements can be inserted with little assembly effort. The invention has for its object to develop a noise barrier so that electrical grounding of the noise barrier is not required and at least the side of the noise barrier facing away from the railway line or road is electrically isolated or electrically non-conductive. [0010] This object is achieved with the features of patent claim 1. A noise protection wall according to the invention for noise protection of residents or residential areas on railway lines or also on roads comprises at least one noise protection element which is provided with elements for sound insulation and which is arranged between two supports or posts. The noise protection element is provided with at least one electrically non-conductive cover surface, particularly towards the residential area, preferably a GRP panel. [0011] Preferred embodiments of the noise barrier are disclosed in the dependent claims. The noise protection element (s) of the noise protection wall are preferably box-shaped or plate-shaped and is / are provided on the head side with an electrically non-conductive cover. In an advantageous embodiment, the noise protection element comprises a sound-absorbing perforated plate attached in an aluminum profile (or other light metal profile), followed by an insulating fleece and a plate-shaped sound insulation, on which an electrically non-conductive plate, preferably a GRP, is spaced apart from the sound insulation -Plate is arranged. The noise protection element can also consist of wood, concrete, lavabone, glass, acrylic glass, aluminum materials and / or combinations thereof. The supports, the top surface and the cover advantageously consist of a reinforced plastic, preferably a glass fiber reinforced plastic. The noise barrier according to the invention can be created with little effort in comparison to conventional solutions, is durable, requires little maintenance and requires no grounding. The invention is described below in an embodiment with reference to a drawing. In the drawing, the 1: an inventive noise barrier seen from above; CH 714 632 A2 Fig. 2: a noise barrier according to Fig. 1 in longitudinal section. [0018] A noise protection wall 1 according to the invention comprises supports 2 which are arranged at a uniform distance from one another and between which noise protection elements 3 are arranged. The supports 2 (FIG. 1) correspond in their basic form to the posts disclosed in EP 1607541 B1 by the applicant. In the example, they consist of a glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) and have a double T-shaped cross section. A web 23 connects an outer belt 20 to an inner belt 21 and the groove 24 formed between the belts 20, 21 is somewhat larger than the thickness of the noise protection elements 3. The outer belt 20 has an outwardly convex curvature and the inner belt 21 is essentially rectangular and is provided with an outwardly pointing rib 22 in the extension of the web 23. The inner belt 21 is directed to a railway line (not shown) and the outer belt 20 to a residential area (also not shown) and shields it from the noise and pressure-suction waves of trains passing by. At the same time, it prevents people and animals from entering the railways. The supports 2 are colored by adding color pigments, electrically non-conductive and, in the example shown, with one end anchored individually to the floor in a simple, not shown, foundation. The other end of the supports 2 protrudes freely from the floor. The noise protection elements 3 are box-shaped or plate-shaped and can be formed at the height of the noise protection wall 1 or several elements can be stacked on top of one another until the intended height of the noise protection wall 1 is reached. Viewed in cross section, each noise protection element 3 (FIG. 1) comprises a sound-absorbing perforated plate 33 attached in an aluminum profile 35, followed by an insulating fleece 32 and a plate-shaped sound insulation 31. Spaced from the sound insulation 31 is an electrically non-conductive GRP plate 30 arranged, which closes the noise protection element 3 as a cover surface to the outside, towards the residential area. The thickness and stability of the GRP plate 30 can be dimensioned such that it withstands even coarse blows or impacts without damage. The GRP panel 30 also serves as a variably designed cladding of the soundproof wall 1 to the residential area. If necessary, the noise protection element 3 can also be covered on the web side (absorber side), covering the perforated plate 33, with a GRP plate 30 or the perforated plate 33 consists of an electrically non-conductive material. The aluminum profiles 35 are covered with rubber profiles 34 (Fig. 1), which allow a sealing and stable reception of the noise protection elements 3 in the grooves 24 of the supports 2. An upper end of the noise protection elements 3 is achieved by a cover 4 made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (Fig. 2). It is clamped so that no contact with electrically conductive parts of the noise protection elements 3 is possible. The outside of the noise barrier 1 is thus completely electrically insulated and it is not necessary to ground the noise barrier. The construction and assembly costs of the noise barrier 1 can thus be reduced significantly (for example by 15-20%) compared to previous solutions. In the assembled state, the outside of the noise barrier 1 facing the residential area is smooth and provided with a closed top surface. The inside, facing the railway line, has an openwork, sound-absorbing structure (perforated plate 33). Except for the GRP plate 30 and the cover 4, the noise protection element 3 can also consist of wood, concrete, aluminum materials or combinations thereof.
