The predetermined breaking area can take place through a circumferential perforation arranged on a line or a linear circumferential material taper, e.g. in the form of a constriction in the wall of the funnel-shaped area. In a further embodiment, not shown, the funnel-shaped area is connected to the protective tube by a breakable adhesive bond. The invention will be explained in more detail with the aid of an illustrated embodiment. This comprises two sections, namely the funnel-shaped section 25 and preferably also a cylindrical section 27 adjoining it at the bottom. The funnel-shaped section 25 serves, on the one hand, to insert the key rod 19 through the protective tubes 9a and 9b essentially in the center of the protective tubes 9a and 9b to hold and on the other hand, the funnel-shaped section 25 carries the cylindrical section 27, the lower edge 27 'of which is designed to form an axial stop for the upper edge 23' of the coupling sleeve 23.
