专利说明:
Description Field of the Invention The invention relates to a household cooking appliance with a movably arranged cooking support. BACKGROUND [0002] DE 10 2011 051 669 describes an oven having two food supports on which goods to be cooked can be arranged. Next linear actuators are provided, which are mechanically connected to the Gargutauflagen. With the linear actuators, the food supports can be extended and retracted horizontally to facilitate operation of the appliance. However, the construction according to this document is quite complex. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION It is therefore the object to provide a device of the type mentioned, which is structurally simple. This object is achieved by the cooking appliance according to claim 1. Accordingly, the cooking appliance has at least the following components: A cooking space: This is the space in which the cooking takes place. It can be heated in the usual way with suitable heating means. - A Gargutaufläge arranged displaceably in the cooking chamber: The Gargutaufläge is e.g. designed as a support grid or support plate and serves to receive the food (directly or in a vessel). It is slidably arranged in the cooking chamber. It can also be provided several such Gargutauflagen. - A linear drive: This is designed to extend the Gargutaufläge horizontally at least partially from the oven and / or retract into this. So that we simplify the operation of the device for the user. In this case, the linear drive has a stator and a rotor. The stator is the stationary part of the linear drive while the rotor forms its moving part. The stator has electromagnets, which are arranged outside the cooking chamber, in such a way that with the electromagnet, a changeable magnetic field can be generated in the cooking chamber. The rotor is arranged in the cooking chamber in the region of this magnetic field, so that it can be driven by the magnetic field. By this arrangement eliminates a complicated mechanical coupling between the linear drive and Gargutaufläge. The temperature-sensitive electromagnets are arranged outside the cooking chamber, but they can act directly on the arranged inside the cooking chamber rotor and move it. The rotor may be arranged on the Gargutaufläge, i. be mechanically fixed with this. Alternatively, the rotor may be arranged on a support means, which in turn receives the Gargutauflage, in particular removably receives. Advantageously, the linear drive is designed as a reluctance motor, so that no permanent-magnetic components inside the cooking chamber are required. The household cooking appliance is advantageously an oven, a steamer or a microwave oven. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Further embodiments, advantages and applications of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and from the following description with reference to the figures. Showing: 1 shows an oven (the door is not shown), 2 shows a horizontal section through the cooking chamber at the height of a Gargutaufläge, 3 shows a detail from FIG. 2, Fig. 4 shows a second embodiment of a baking oven (the door is not shown). 1 shows a household cooking appliance with a housing 1 and a cooking chamber 2 arranged in the housing 1. In the cooking chamber 2, one or more food supports 3 known per se are arranged. The cooking appliance is, for example, an oven. However, it may in principle also be a steam cooker ("steamer"), a microwave oven or a similar device. The device can also be a combination device which combines two or more of these functions. The cooking chamber 2 is, as usual for household cooking appliances, closed on five sides and the user side through a (in Fig. 1 shown in dashed lines) door 2a accessible. The food supports 3 can be e.g. be designed as a grid, sheets or the like. The Gargutauflagen 3 are laterally supported on support means 4, in such a way that they are movable in the horizontal extension direction along the arrows 5. Advantageously, they can be removed from the support means 4 as needed. 2 and 3 show a horizontal section through the cooking chamber 2 at the level of one of the Gargutauflagen 3. In this example, the Gargutaufläge example is shown as a grid support. In the embodiment of FIGS. 2 and 3, the support means 4 are configured as rollers, which are arranged on opposite side walls 6 of the cooking chamber 2 and are each rotatable about a horizontal axis of rotation. Alternatively, the support means 4 may be e.g. are formed by shelves - in this case, however, are preferably attached to the Gargutaufläge 3 rollers or wheels, which can roll on these shelves. In any case, each Gargutaufläge 3 is preferably stored so that it can be moved with little effort in the extension 5. As mentioned above, a linear drive 8, 9 is provided to extend at least one of the Gargutauflagen 3 in the extension 5 at least partially from the cooking chamber 2 and retract into this. The food supports 3 may preferably be extended by at least 50% of their depth (i.e., their extension in the extension direction 5). In this case, the support means 4 are advantageously designed such that the cooking supports 3 do not tilt even in the extended position, e.g. by the Gargutauflagen are also secured from above (not shown). The linear drive 8, 9 comprises a stator 8 and a rotor. 9 The stator 8 has a plurality of electromagnets 10a-10c. Each of the electromagnets has a coil 11 which is located outside of the cooking chamber 2. The coils 11 are arranged around rod-shaped cores 12, i. the rod-shaped cores 12 extend through the coils 11. The cores 12 are ferromagnetic. Each core 12 extends with advantage through the side wall 6 of the cooking chamber 2, so that the magnetic field is introduced into the cooking chamber 2. Preferably, the electromagnets are arranged side by side in a row extending in the extension direction of the Gargutaufläge so as to act optimally on the described below, arranged in this direction runner 9. The rotor 9 is arranged in the example shown on the Gargutaufläge 3. In the embodiment shown, the rotor 9 extends along a side edge of the Gargutaufläge 3 along and is mechanically connected thereto. It is designed so that it can be moved in the extension direction 5 by the magnetic field generated by the stator 8. In the illustrated embodiment, the rotor 9 has a periodic, ferromagnetic structure, so that the electromagnets 10a-10c can exert horizontal magnetic forces on the rotor 9. In the concretely shown embodiment, this ferromagnetic structure forms at regular intervals arranged armature 14, which can be detected by the magnetic fields of the electromagnets 10a-10c. In the illustrated embodiment, the three electromagnets 10a-10c distributed over two periods of the ferromagnetic structure, so that the rotor 9 can be driven in a conventional manner by three mutually phase-shifted by 120 ° alternating currents through the coils 11. The direction of rotation is clearly defined by the phase sequence of the alternating currents. Second Embodiment: In the first embodiment according to Figures 1-3, the rotor 9 is part of the Gargutaufläge 3, i. firmly attached to this. However, it can also be arranged removably on the Gargutauflage 3. Another embodiment is shown in Fig. 4. As in the embodiment according to the preceding figures, at least one Gargutaufläge 3 (not shown in Fig. 4) can be removed removably introduced into the support means 4 here. In this embodiment, however, the rotor is not arranged on the Gargutaufläge 3, but at least one of the support means 4, which receive the Gargutaufnahme 3. The support means 4 are not fixedly mounted in the cooking chamber 2, but relative to the cooking chamber 2 horizontally in the direction 5 movable. For this purpose, a suitable support guide 18 may be provided, via which the support means 4 are movably connected to the side wall 6 of the cooking chamber 2. Preferably, the support means 4 are arranged movably on both, opposite side walls 6 of the cooking chamber 2 and equipped with its own linear actuators. If a plurality of support means 4 provided at different heights to accommodate Gargutaufnahmen 3 in several, vertically different positions, so basically each of them can be equipped with their own linear drive 8, 9. As shown in Fig. 4, the differently high arranged support means 4 but are connected to each other with advantage mechanically via connecting means 19 and driven by a common linear drive 8, 9. In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, therefore, the receiving means 4 are moved. At least one Gargutaufnahme 3 can be introduced into this receiving means 4, in which case the Gargutaufnahme 3 can then be moved in solidarity with the receiving means 4. Remarks: In the examples shown above, at least three magnets 10a-10c are provided in the stator. It is also conceivable to use only two magnets whose centers are e.g. are separated by one and a half periods of the ferromagnetic structure. In this case, a linear movement of the rotor 9 can be generated with two alternating currents phase-shifted by 180 °. The running direction depends on the starting position. Preferably, in this case, a position sensor is provided, with which the starting position can be determined and, if necessary, by an initial movement (in the wrong direction) can be corrected. In principle, at least one position sensor 15 (FIG. 2) may also be provided for detecting the position of the rotor 9 or the food supports 3 (not only for the two-phase embodiment, but basically and for both of the embodiments shown above). This serves to detect the position of the rotor 9 or the Gargutaufläge 3 at least in one position, so that the control of the device knows how many current pulses are required by the electromagnets 10a-10c to the Gargutaufläge 3 in its extended position bring. For example, the position sensor 15 may be arranged so that it detects whether a food support 3 or the rotor 9 is in a fully retracted position. The position sensor 15 may be e.g. optically, for example as a reflection light barrier, work, or electromagnetically, for example, by detecting the ferromagnetic structure of the rotor 9. In the embodiments shown above, the linear drive is designed as a reluctance motor, i. E. as a synchronous motor having on the rotor side a periodic structure of varying magnetizability, which can be moved synchronously by a variable magnetic field. Such a drive requires in the hot cooking neither permanent magnets nor coils and can be moved accurately. Conceivable, but more complex and particularly technically demanding in devices with high cooking temperature, is the use of permanent magnets on the side of the rotor. Further conceivable is the use of a drive which is designed as a linear induction motor. In this case, the rotor advantageously comprises a conductive structure, in the simplest case a metal body, and the electromagnets 10a-10c generate a magnetic field running in the desired direction, which induces eddy currents in the rotor 9 and thus entrains the rotor 9. In this case, however, the movement is asynchronous and should be monitored with advantage by means of suitable sensors. Advantageously, the linear drive 8, 9 extend the Gargutaufläge 3 (directly or by moving the support means 4) at least partially from the cooking chamber 2 and then retract again into the cooking chamber 2. However, it is also conceivable that the movement in one of these directions is carried out manually by the user. The extension and / or retraction can e.g. be triggered manually via controls 17 of the device control 16. However, the device may also be designed so that the movement can be automatically triggered by the device control 16, in particular when the door 2a is opened, i. when the user operates the door of the device. If the device has a plurality of support means 4 for receiving the Gargutaufläge 3 at different heights, a plurality of these support means 4 each have a stator 8 (and, if the rotor 9 is arranged on the support means 4, each associated with a runner 9) so that individual movement on different floors of the device is possible. While preferred embodiments of the invention are described in the present application, it should be clearly understood that the invention is not limited to these and may be practiced otherwise within the scope of the following claims.
