专利说明:

The present invention relates to a bathtub, in particular a bathtub for babies and / or toddlers, comprising at least one frame device and at least one tub body. The present invention also relates to a method for emptying a bathtub.
In bathtubs in the medical environment, hygiene plays a very special role. Particularly in the case of baby baths or baths for toddlers, which may also be used in intensive care units for children and / or premature babies, it must be possible to reprocess them quickly and reliably in accordance with all hygiene standards.
Such baby bathtubs are usually designed to be mobile and thus have no permanently installed fresh and waste water connections.
A particularly critical area in terms of hygiene is the drainage of the bathtub. For example, if a normal stopper is inserted into the drain as a closure, the nursing staff has to reach into the water with their hand to remove the stopper. This can quickly lead to contamination.
The drain itself also poses a considerable hygienic risk. Usually, a small gap remains between the drain, the tub bottom and the seal, in which germs can settle and multiply. A hygienic preparation is only possible with aggressive cleaning agents. To do this, special cleaning agents are poured into the bathtub and remain there for a longer period of time. However, such cleaning or preparation of the bathtub takes a relatively long time and is still relatively expensive due to the larger amounts of cleaning agent. In addition, the aggressive cleaning agents pose a health risk for the cleaning and care staff.
The interior of the drain, the drain pipe and other components are very problematic from a hygienic point of view. In conventional drains, there are usually various openings and projections in or on which germs can attach and multiply. The inside of the drain is very difficult to clean due to the openings and projections. Even special cleaning agents often cannot guarantee satisfactory treatment due to the very short residence time in the drain pipe.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a bathtub in which the processing is faster, more reliable and easier and where the processing is preferably cheaper.
This object is achieved by a bathtub with the features of claim 1 and by a method for emptying a bathtub with the features of claim 17. Preferred developments and embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims. Further advantages and features of the invention emerge from the exemplary embodiments.
The bathtub according to the invention in particular provides an infant and / or toddler bathtub. The bathtub comprises at least one frame device and at least one tub body. The tub body is pivotably received on the frame device, as a result of which the tub body can be pivoted at least between a bathing position and at least one emptying position.
The bathtub according to the invention is intended in particular for use in hospitals and / or care facilities, with different people, in particular small children, infants and / or premature children can be bathed in the bathtub. The people to be bathed can also be sick or weakened.
In order to be able to use the bathtub according to the invention as versatile as possible and also in patient rooms, the bathtub is preferably designed to be mobile or mobile. For this purpose, the bathtub or the frame device preferably comprises a mobile foot or a foot on which rollers are attached. Then the castors of the foot are especially equipped with brakes so that the bathtub can also be safely locked at any location.
At least two pairs of rollers, that is to say a rear and a front pair of rollers, are preferably attached to the foot. The two pairs of rollers can differ in size and / or other properties. The rear pair of rollers is preferably larger than the front. The front pair of rollers is particularly equipped with smaller rollers, which are preferably designed as steering rollers.
In order to provide a simple way to determine the bathtub at a certain point, a brake bracket is preferably assigned to the rear pair of rollers, which fixes the rollers of the rear pair of rollers when the brake is actuated. A brake analogous to a brake, as used in many strollers, is preferred here.
In order to prevent damage to furniture and / or the building by the method of the bath as possible, can at de bath, especially at the foot z. B. rubber buffers and / or rollers can be provided. Other protective devices can also be used appropriately.
Preferably, the bathtub is designed as an infant and / or toddler bathtub which has a relatively small capacity for water. Such a bathtub can hold between 30 liters and 60 liters, for example 33 or even 50 liters. In any case, a water level of 150 mm is preferably specified in the bathtub, so that infants and small children can be bathed well in the bathtub. Other water levels can also be used to advantage.
The dimensions of the tub body are preferably about 50 cm to 100 cm long and about 30 cm to 60 cm wide. However, other advantageous dimensions can also be selected.
In addition to the tiltability of the bathtub for emptying, the frame device particularly preferably also comprises a lifting column or other suitable device, by means of which the height of the bathtub or the tub body can be adjusted for bathing and / or also for emptying.
In particular, it is also preferred that the lifting column can also be raised in such a way that the tub body has a drainage height of up to 1 m or more in the emptying position. So it is possible that the bathtub can be emptied into normal sink basins, which are usually 700 mm high. However, it is also possible to pour the bathtub into any conventional wash basin with, for example, a drainage height of 900 mm.
So that the bathtub is stable and secure even at a particularly high working height, in particular a weight is provided on the frame device or on the foot of the frame device, so that the center of gravity of the bathtub is shifted as far down as possible. For example, a foot with a weight of 40 kg, 50 kg, 60 kg, 70 kg or even more can be provided.
So that the bathtub can continue to be moved comfortably from one place to another, smooth-running castors can preferably be provided. However, it is also possible to integrate a travel drive in the base or in the foot of the frame device. Then the bathtub can preferably automatically z. B. be moved by means of a remote control.
The tub body is preferably firmly connected to the frame device. For this purpose, it can be screwed, glued or pushed onto the frame device. In other configurations it is also possible for the bathtub to be detachably connected to the frame device. For example, the tub body can also be removed from the frame device to prepare the bathtub. With an exchangeable bathtub body, the reprocessing time or the time until the bathtub is reused can be reduced considerably in some cases.
The bathtub can preferably be made of stainless steel and / or made of plastic or other materials or include. Especially when using plastics, the bathtub can also be provided in a child-friendly color scheme. Glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) is particularly suitable as a material for the bathtub, especially for the bathtub body.
[0023] According to the invention, the tub body is pivotably received on the frame device, with pivotable in particular also being understood here to be tiltable.
The tub body is preferably received on the frame device in such a way that it can be pivoted so that the water can be tipped out of the tub body into a suitable drain or spout. The pivoting can be done by hand or automatically or semi-automatically. In particular, mechanical and / or electrical pivoting is preferred.
The bathtub according to the invention offers many advantages. A considerable advantage is that, depending on the design, the pivotable design of the tub body on the frame device means that there is no need for a drain in the bathtub. To empty the bathtub, it is pivoted or tilted at a suitable point, for example above a sink, so that the water runs out of the tub body into the sink.
Because there is no drain in the tub body, at least the inner surface of the tub body can be made completely closed, so that a very hygienic bathtub is made available, which incurs particularly lower process costs for processing and which also a particularly fast processing is made possible.
A considerable effort in the preparation of a bathtub in the medical field is the cleaning of the bathtub after use. A considerable amount of time is lost in cleaning the drain.
A drain represents a hygienic weak point, since various projections and possibly even openings or cutouts are usually provided in a drain, in which germs can quickly accumulate and multiply. Cleaning such a drain is very difficult and usually requires aggressive cleaning agents. These cleaning agents are expensive, they often have a long exposure time and the removal or rinsing of the cleaning fluid required takes time and causes costs.
[0029] The bathtub, which is preferably height-adjustable, and the tilting of the bathtub or the pivoting of the bathtub body also provides a particularly back-friendly and therefore caregiver-friendly bathtub.
The tub body preferably has a completely closed inner surface. As already stated, this is possible in that no drain is provided on or in the tub body. This enables a particularly simple cleaning or preparation of the bathtub for the next use.
The frame device particularly preferably comprises at least one pivot device on which the tub body is received. Such a pivot device preferably comprises at least one pivot axis or at least one hinge and / or at least one joint, by means of which the tub body can be pivoted. For example, a plate and / or a frame device, on which the tub body is fastened, can be provided in a pivotable or tiltable manner on the frame device. By tilting such a plate or the frame, the tub body is automatically brought into a certain inclination in order to empty out the water present in the tub.
The tub body preferably has a longitudinal extension and a shorter transverse extension, the pivot axis for the tub body being oriented essentially transversely to the longitudinal extension. With such a configuration, a particularly advantageous tipping of the bathtub is possible, since the narrower side of the bathtub functions as a spout.
In expedient developments, the pivot axis is provided in the upper half, preferably in the upper third and particularly preferably in the upper quarter of the tub body. For this purpose, the pivot device preferably comprises at least one holding arm which provides the suspension of the tub body or the pivot axis. In this case, such a holding arm and / or another suitable device can displace the pivot axis preferably around the tub body or along the tub body or embedded in the tub body in an upper region. The holding arm preferably protrudes at least slightly over the foot of the frame device. In this way, the tub can preferably be moved sufficiently close to or over a basin for emptying. The advantage of the above-described designs with a pivot axis, which is arranged in the upper half, in the upper third or in the upper quarter of the tub body, is that the spout or the edge of the tub body over which the water is poured remains virtually stationary. For emptying, the tub body does not have to be raised so high in comparison to a pivot axis in the lower area of the tub body.
The tub body preferably has at least one pouring device. Such a pouring device supports the user in emptying the bathtub in a targeted and hygienic manner. Such a pouring device provides in particular a pouring aid which, for example, can be integrated into the tub body and / or can also be designed as a separate component.
For example, the side of the tub body over which the water is poured out of the tub body can be shaped in such a way that a substantially beak-shaped structure is made available as a pouring aid.
If a pouring device is integrated into the tub body, the pivot axis is preferably connected to the tub body in the region of the pouring device. Depending on the configuration, a separate pouring device can also be provided exclusively or in addition, which can be attached to the tub body, hooked into it, clipped onto it or, for example, attached to the tub body with suction cups. Such a separate pouring device can comprise, for example, a pouring channel, a hose, a pipe and / or a running plate, via which the water is guided or guided from the tub body into a suitable outlet. In particular, a telescopic tube can be provided which is attached to the tub body only for emptying the bathtub. The telescopic tube can then preferably be extended to an advantageous length so that the water does not splash up or splash into the sink in an uncontrolled manner after it has been poured out of the tub body when it hits the sink.
In all configurations with a pouring device, it is particularly possible for terminal filter systems on washing water taps not to be soiled. Other care materials on wash basins are not soiled or contaminated by the leaking water. In addition, it prevents water from splashing up into the sink when it hits, thus causing contamination with bacteria from the bath water and / or the sink.
In expedient refinements, the pivoting device comprises at least one push tube and / or at least one preloading device. In particular in connection with a type of pivot lever which is connected to the push tube, a simple tilting or pivoting of the tub body can be achieved, for example, via a spindle drive, for example with a crank or other manual or electrical or mechanical operating device. In an embodiment with a preloading device, this is preferably designed as a pressure cylinder which can also provide damping. When using a pre-loading device, the tilting can preferably take place automatically or a certain initial force must first be applied by a user. This is because the tilting process and thus the emptying of the tub body can be achieved, for example, by a user by slightly lifting or tilting the tub body. For example, a lifting force of 3-8 kg can be advantageous here, but the necessary lifting force can also be larger or smaller, depending on the setting.
At least one locking device is preferably provided which prevents the tub body from pivoting at least in the bathing position. The locking device can then be released to pivot the tub body. Here, for example, snap locks can be provided so that inadvertent pivoting of the tub body is effectively prevented. Other locks can also be used advantageously. In particular, if the pivoting device comprises a preloading device which automatically continues or supports the tilting out of the tub body after an initial lifting force, such a locking device or securing device is useful and preferred.
In advantageous developments, the suspension of the thrust tube and / or the preloading device is designed to be rotatable. Thus, the push tube or the preloading device is preferably not permanently screwed or connected to the frame device, but rather mounted in a suitable manner on the frame device so that the push tube and / or the preloading device can experience a certain deflection when the tub body is pivoted.
The push tube can preferably be moved manually and / or automatically. For example, the push tube, which can be moved in particular via a spindle drive, can be moved back and forth by means of a crank or motorized, for example by means of a motor or a cordless screwdriver, in order to move the tub body from the bathing position to the emptying position and vice versa . to pivot or relocate.
At least one motor device is preferably provided. Such a motor device can preferably be used to pivot the tub body. The motor device can in particular be operated with a rechargeable battery, wherein wireless charging of the rechargeable battery is preferably possible. For this purpose, the bathtub can, for example, be brought into operative connection with an inductive charging station, so that plugging in cables and thus exposing electrical connections can be avoided.
In an automatic operation or pivoting of the bathtub, the control is particularly preferably designed in such a way that accidental emptying or tipping of the bathtub cannot take place during a bathing process. For this purpose, for example, a jog mode can be provided in which the bathtub or the tub body is only pivoted when a button is also actuated. As soon as this button is released, the bathtub stops automatically.
In the case of motorized pivotability, the control device can in particular be integrated into the tub body and advantageously made available by a type of touchpad or a touch surface, for example can be embedded in the edge of the tub body. If the tub body can be pivoted automatically, however, control, for example via an app, is also possible.
The tub body is particularly preferably designed to be at least partially double-walled. It is thus possible for an insulating core, for example a PU foam core, to be provided within the tub body, so that the water temperature in the tub body is maintained particularly well and for a particularly long time.
In expedient developments, an angle between the bathing position and the emptying position is at least 30 °, in particular at least 45 °, preferably at least 60 °, particularly preferably at least 75 ° and in particular at least 90 °. The tub body is preferably essentially horizontal in the bathing position. At an angle of 45 ° to 90 ° or more, particularly simple and complete emptying of the tub body is ensured. At an angle of 90 °, for example, the tub body is essentially vertical, so that the water runs out of the tub body completely and quickly.
The tub body is preferably designed without joints at least in an upper region. Particularly preferably, the tub body is completely seamless, so z. B. cast in one piece. This is particularly preferred when the tub body is double-walled. It is particularly advantageous in a jointless design or in a unanimously manufactured tub body that critical areas such as joints or connecting edges, on which bacteria can quickly accumulate, are avoided. Such areas are difficult to clean, which would again increase the process costs for reprocessing.
In this case, the tub body is designed without joints, in particular on the inner surface, and preferably predominantly or completely without joints.
A particularly suitable material for the tub body and / or the frame device or at least one cladding of the frame device is GRP.
At least one cover device is particularly preferably provided for covering the interior of the tub body. The interior of the tub body is the receiving space for water or the space in which a child or toddler or infant is placed to bathe.
The cover device preferably has feet or rubber feet or other feet for placing on the underside, by means of which the tub body can be placed at a distance on, for example, a table.
It is also preferred that a suitable receptacle for hanging or laying down the cover device is provided on the tub body and / or on the frame device.
A cover device can preferably comprise at least one handle and in particular at least two handles, so that the cover can be moved by a user particularly easily and also in a balance.
Such a cover device can preferably be used in conjunction with a flexible hood, e.g. B. a film hood can be used, so that the flexible hood represents a hygienic or predominantly sterile closure, wherein the cover device can be used as a fixed closure and thus also as a storage area.
The tub body and / or the cover device particularly preferably provides at least one storage option. Such a storage facility can be incorporated into the tub rim, for example. For example, a storage facility can also be provided integrated in a pouring device. Storage options can also be provided on and / or in the cover device. Such a storage space or a deposit option is particularly advantageous to use for care materials or other objects.
In expedient developments, at least one tub insert is provided, which is preferably designed as a tub reduction.
Such a tub insert or such a tub reduction can in particular be placed on the edge of the tub body and thus provide a tub interior that is reduced in size.
This is particularly advantageous when very small children or infants are to be bathed in the bathtub. The body of very small children or infants is better supported by the reduced tub space, which makes bathing more pleasant for the children.
A tub insert can preferably also be provided by a cover device or be designed as a cover device.
In order to ensure a secure support of the tub insert, suitable fastening means are preferably provided in order to fasten the tub insert at least temporarily to the tub body.
Due to the smaller capacity of the tub insert or the tub downsizing, the required amount of water can be significantly reduced again.
The tub insert can preferably also be used separately. For example, the tub reduction can also be placed separately on a table and used.
The tub body is preferably designed to be removable from the frame device. Thus, depending on the configuration, the tub body can also be used separately from the rack device. In addition, the frame device can preferably also be used for other areas of application independently of the tub body. For example, other articles such. B. a cot or the like can be connected to the frame device. The frame device can thus be used in a variety of ways.
The frame device particularly preferably comprises a height adjustment device which, in particular, comprises a pumping device. Such a pump device comprises in particular at least one foot pump or at least one hydraulic foot pump. In this way, the tub body can be raised or lowered to a suitable height with the foot at any time. By using a foot pump, it can be achieved in particular that the hands are not required for height adjustment. A particular advantage of this is that the nursing staff can still adjust the height of the bathtub when the hands have already been immersed in the bath water and hygienic contact with the hands would only be possible after the hands had been cleaned beforehand. Using a foot pump, the nursing staff can hygienically adjust the bath height at any time, for example if a previously set bath height proves to be unfavorable and back pain may arise.
In expedient refinements, the frame device comprises at least one stand device with at least one fastening device and / or at least one grip device. Such a stand device can in particular provide a stand area so that the tub body can be set up, for example, directly on the work surface next to a wash basin or on a trolley. In order to be able to easily move the tub body with the rack device, handles are preferably provided. In order to ensure safe use of the tub, fastening devices such as suction cups or other detaching fastening elements are preferably provided. In general, the fastening devices or fastening elements are easily detachable. In particular, bolts z. B. can be used in conjunction with a wing nut, latches, a tension belt, Velcro or a magnetic connection.
In all of the embodiments described, it is preferred that at least one edge section of the tub body is ergonomically shaped or has shaped sections which enable an infant to be comfortably held in the tub. In particular, at least one such shaped section can be provided in the edge of the tub body or in the tub body so that the person bathing a child can ergonomically place one arm on the tub body and is thus relieved when bathing. Such a shaped section can be provided on both sides of the tub body so that both left-handers and right-handers can use the tub optimally.
The inventive method for emptying or emptying a bathtub and z. B. can be used in a bathtub, as described above. The tub body is pivoted from the bathing position into the emptying position in order to teach the tub body.
In this case, the tub body is preferably arranged in front of or above a suitable spout before being pivoted from the bathing position into the emptying position. For example, the bathtub can be moved to a wash basin or a sink or a sink let into the floor if it is designed to be mobile.
In particular when emptying into a wash basin or a sink, the height of a height-adjustable bathtub can be adjusted in a suitable manner, so that the emptying is particularly simple and hygienic.
The method for emptying a bathtub also offers the advantages mentioned above. In particular, it becomes possible to provide a bathtub without a spout, since the bathtub body is not emptied via a drain, but rather by pivoting or tilting the tub body.
For emptying the tub body, a separate pouring device is preferably attached to the tub body. By attaching a suitable separate pouring device, for example a pouring channel, a hose, a pipe and / or a running plate, it is possible for the water to be directed particularly precisely and without splashing into the sink during emptying. In particular, this prevents terminal filter systems on taps or wash basins or other care materials in the vicinity of the wash basin or a sink from being contaminated with germs.
Such a pouring device is preferably attached to the frame device or the lifting column or received in it when not in use, so that it can be docked to a tub body at any time if necessary. For this purpose, the pouring device can in particular be suspended in or plugged into the tub body, or it can also be provided with suction cups or other fastening means on the tub body.
It is particularly preferable for the locking device to be released by a user and then the tub body to be lifted slightly by the user until the preloading device becomes effective.
Another bathtub not according to the invention is designed in particular as a bathtub for babies and / or toddlers. The bathtub comprises at least one frame device and at least one tub body, the tub body being received on the frame device and at least one drainage device being arranged in the bottom of the tub body. Furthermore, the drainage device comprises at least one pipe which extends from the drainage opening in the bottom of the tub body of the drainage device to below the tub body.
Apart from the drainage device, the bathtub is preferably designed like a bathtub already described above. The bathtub is provided in particular mobile or mobile and adjustable in height.
The drainage device can preferably be manufactured in one piece with the tub body or also be provided as a separate component, for example for screwing and / or gluing into the tub body. Particularly in the case of one-piece production, a particularly hygienic drain is made available, since the connection between the drain and the tub body is provided without joints. However, if a separate component is used, the drain can be integrated into the tub floor essentially without any joints.
It is preferred that the drainage device is designed entirely without edges and projections. The pipe, which extends through the trough bottom to below the trough body, is preferably connected to the drainage opening without joints and, overall, provides a smooth surface or inner surface.
The tube extends at least so far below the tub body that a connection option is provided for a hose, for example. In particular, the tube protrudes at least 0.5 cm, preferably at least 1 cm and in particular at least 2 cm downwards over the tub body.
The tube extends below the tub body. The further continuation of the final water can easily be attached and / or removed there.
This bathtub also offers many advantages. A considerable advantage is that the process costs for the preparation can also be reduced considerably here. This is possible in that a smooth pipe is provided for draining the water from the tub body, which is easy to clean.
This tube extends below the bottom of the tub, so that further components that may be difficult to clean can be removed when the tub body is processed and, for example, autoclaved or sterilized in other cleaning systems or processed in another way.
At least one quick release device and / or at least one hose device can preferably be attached to the lower end of the tube. This makes it possible to connect a sewer pipe, for example a hose, a pipe or other sewer pipe, to the pipe. Then, for example, a hose can be connected to the pipe via a quick-release fastener, or a hose can be attached directly to the pipe, for example with clamp connectors. In this way, they can be removed quickly and easily from the bathtub for cleaning or reprocessing.
The smooth drain pipe can be easily cleaned, for example, with a brush and a suitable cleaning agent.
At least one holding device for at least one hose device is particularly preferably arranged, in particular on the outside of the tub body. In this case, the holding device is arranged in particular at such a point that it is higher than the water level used in the tub. For example, a hose can be connected to the pipe of the drainage device and guided upwards and hooked into the holding device. This automatically closes the drainage device, since the free end of the hose is above the water level in the tub body. To drain the water, the hose can then be removed from the holding device and moved downwards in the direction of a drain.
The rack device preferably has at least one receptacle for at least one pouring vessel. In particular, a type of parking space or transport space can be provided on the frame device, preferably on or in the foot of the frame device, in order, for example, to transport a bucket or another vessel together with the bathtub.
Thus, the water contained in the tub body can preferably be poured in batches into the pouring vessel or into a bucket, and then tipped into a sink or sink or into the toilet by a nurse. By discharging the water in batches, the bathtub can be emptied in a way that is easy on the back.
Further advantages and features of the present invention emerge from the exemplary embodiment which is explained below with reference to the accompanying figures.
The figures show: FIG. 1 a purely schematic representation of a bathtub according to the invention in the bathing position in a perspective view; 2 shows a purely schematic representation of a bathtub according to the invention in the emptying position in a perspective view; 3 shows a purely schematic representation of a bathtub according to the invention with an attached cover device in a perspective view; 4 shows a purely schematic representation of the frame device of a bathtub according to the invention in the emptying position in a perspective view; 5 purely schematic representations of a bathtub according to the invention in the bathing position in a side view and a top view; 6 shows a purely schematic representation of an exemplary embodiment of a swivel device of a bathtub according to the invention in the bathing position in a detailed view from the side; 7 purely schematic representations of a bathtub according to the invention in the bathing position in a side view and a rear view; 8 shows a purely schematic representation of an exemplary embodiment of a swivel device of a bathtub according to the invention in the bathing position in a detailed view from the side; 9 purely schematic representations of a cover device for a bathtub according to the invention in a top view and a view from the side; 10 shows a purely schematic representation of a tub body of a bathtub according to the invention with a tub insert; 11 shows a purely schematic representation of a further exemplary embodiment of a bathtub according to the invention in the bathing position in a view from the side; FIG. 12 shows the embodiment according to FIG. 11 in the emptying position; 13 shows a purely schematic representation of a next exemplary embodiment of a bathtub according to the invention in the bathing position; 14 shows a purely schematic representation of another exemplary embodiment of a bathtub according to the invention in the bathing position; and FIG. 15 purely schematic representations of another bathtub not according to the invention in a top view and a side view.
In FIG. 1, a bathtub 1 according to the invention is shown purely schematically in a perspective view, which in the embodiment shown is designed as an infant and / or toddler bathtub 200. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the bathtub 1 comprises a frame device 2 on which a bathtub body 3 is placed.
The tub body 3 or the shell of the tub body 3 is preferably made of GRP. A double-walled design is selected here, with an insulating core, here made of PU foam, being arranged in the interior of the tub body 3.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the tub body 3 or the shell of the tub body 3 is manufactured in one piece around the insulating core, so that a seamless design of the tub body is achieved. This leaves no joints or edges that would be difficult to clean. In general, it is preferred that at least the upper region 18 of the tub body 3 and the inside of the tub body 3 are seamless.
Other components of the bathtub 1, for example cladding parts of the frame device 2, are made of GRP in the exemplary embodiment shown.
The tub body 3 has a longitudinal extension 12 and a narrower transverse extension 13, the longitudinal extension 12 preferably being between 40 cm and 100 cm. In the embodiment shown, the length is 65 cm. Other longitudinal extensions can also be freely selected.
The transverse extension 13 is preferably between 30 cm and 70 cm. In the embodiment shown, the transverse extension is 5 and 46 cm.
In general, it is preferred that the tub interior 20 has a capacity between 30 and 70 liters. In particular, a fill level of approximately 150 mm should be able to be recorded in the tub body 3, so that small children and babies can be bathed in a suitable amount of water or at a suitable water level.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the bathtub 1 is designed to be mobile or movable. For this purpose, a foot 24, on which four rollers 25 are attached, is provided on the frame device 2. In addition, the bathtub 1 is also designed to be height-adjustable, for which purpose the frame device 2 comprises a lifting tube 22 which can be operated with the crank 26.
The height of the tub body 3 can be adjusted by means of the lifting tube 22. For this purpose, the crank 26 is actuated in the exemplary embodiment shown. This is in connection with the here hydraulic lifting column 22.
In order that sufficient security against tipping is ensured even when the tub body 3 is raised relatively far, a weight is accommodated in the foot 24 so that a particularly favorable center of gravity is achieved. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the weight is approx. 60 kg. Due to the rollers 25, the bathtub 1 can nevertheless be pushed very easily by the nursing staff from room to room.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the tub body 3 is received on the frame device 2 in a pivotable manner. The tub body 3 is in the bathing position 4 in the illustration shown. Here, the tub body 3 is in an essentially horizontal orientation, so that water can be poured into the tub interior 20.
The tub body 3 is pivotably received on the frame device 2 so that the tub body 3 can be pivoted from the bathing position 4 in such a way that the water can be poured or tipped out of the tub interior 20.
For this purpose, the tub body in the illustrated embodiment 3 can be erected by means of the crank 27, an emptying position 5 being provided in the illustrated embodiment, in which the tub body 3 is essentially perpendicular or 90 ° to the bathing position 4.
Many advantages are achieved by such a configuration. An essential advantage is that the tiltable configuration of the bathtub 1 means that a closed inner surface 6 of the bathtub body 3 can be realized, since no drainage has to be provided in the bathtub bottom 28. To empty the bathtub 1, it is simply pushed to a suitable drain or spout and then tilted from the bathing position 4 into the emptying position 5 by means of the crank 27.
In FIG. 2, the bathtub 1 already shown in FIG. 1 is shown purely schematically in a perspective view in the emptying position 5. Here, by means of the crank 27, the tub body 3 was shifted from the bathing position 4 into the emptying position 7 via the pivoting device 7 of the frame device 2.
It can be seen that the pivot axis 14 is arranged transversely to the longitudinal extension 12 of the tub body 3 in the exemplary embodiment shown. This ensures that the bathtub is poured out over the narrower side, as a result of which the water from the inside of the bathtub 20 can be poured out much more precisely and thus more hygienically.
In order to enable particularly targeted and precise pouring, a pouring device 16 is provided on one side of the tub body 3. The pouring device 16 is here formed in one piece with the tub rim 29. The tub rim 29 is shaped on the pouring side in such a way that a kind of beak or a pouring spout is created.
In FIG. 3, the bathtub 1 previously shown is shown in the bathing position 4, a cover device 19 covering the bathtub body 3 here. The cover device 19 comprises two handles 30, by means of which the cover device 19 can be removed from the tub body 3.
The tub body 3 can be hygienically closed by means of such a cover device 19. In addition, a cover, not shown in any more detail in the figures, can also be provided, which is particularly flexible. This can cover the tub body 3 hygienically. The cover device 19 can then be put on as a rigid cover.
In the embodiment shown, the entire cover device 19 is designed as a storage facility 21. Here, nursing staff can move care products and auxiliaries together with the bathtub 1 from room to room.
The cover device 19 is double-walled in the embodiment shown and contains an insulating core, here made of PU foam, so that the tub 1 can also be conveyed with filled water, with the placing of the cover device 19 prevents the water from cooling too quickly will.
In Figure 4, the frame device 2 of the bathtub 1 according to the invention is shown purely schematically in two perspective views. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the swivel device 7 comprises a plate 31 which is connected in an articulated manner to the swivel axis 14. The plate 31 is pivoted by means of the push tube 8 via a pivot lever 32, so that the tub body 3 is pivoted together with the plate 31 when the tub body 3 is fastened on the plate 31 of the pivoting device 7.
In Figure 5, the bathtub 1 according to the invention, as it was already shown, is shown in a schematic side view. Here, too, all components for adjusting the height of the bathtub 1 and for pivoting the bathtub body 3 can be seen. The right-hand view shows a top view of the tub interior 20 of the tub body 3.
Furthermore, it is indicated purely schematically that protective means can be provided in all configurations on the frame device 2 or also on the tub body 3 in order to prevent damage to furniture and / or the building when moving or pushing the bathtub 1.
In the embodiment shown, the use of rollers 45 or rubberized rollers and rubber buffers 46 is indicated purely schematically. These are provided here on the foot 24 of the rack device. However, they can also be attached to other suitable locations.
The rubber buffer 46 shown in the exemplary embodiment shown and the roller 45 are also designed to be adjustable, so that a particularly effective effect is achieved.
In FIG. 6, an enlarged detail of the swivel device 7 of the bathtub 1 according to the invention according to FIG. 5 is shown purely schematically. Here, too, the thrust tube 8 can be seen, which can be retracted and extended by means of a spindle drive 33.
In the embodiment shown, the thrust tube 8 is displaced by turning the crank 27. By moving the push tube 8, the pivoting lever 32 is pulled or this is pushed back, so that the plate 31 rises or falls. The tub body 3 is also pivoted in this way.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, a locking device 17 is provided, which is designed as a bolt 34 here, so that the bathtub 1 or the three bathtub bodies 3 cannot inadvertently be moved from the bathing position 4 to the emptying position 5. Other types of closure can also advantageously be selected without preventing the tub body 3 from pivoting inadvertently.
In FIG. 7, the bathtub 1 previously shown is shown purely schematically in a schematic side view and a view from the rear, the bathtub body 3 being in the emptying position 5. It can be seen that in the exemplary embodiment shown there is an angle 15 of 90 ° between the bathing position 4 and the emptying position 5. However, any intermediate position can also be adopted if this is necessary or should be required.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, it is shown, purely by way of example, that the water is emptied from the tub body 3 into a floor drain 35. For this purpose, in the exemplary embodiment shown, a separate pouring device 16 is used, which in the exemplary embodiment shown is designed as a telescopic drainage pipe or as a drainage channel 36.
The separate pouring device 16 is connected to the tub body 3 before pivoting, so that the water in the emptying position 5 is guided over the pouring device 16 and, in the embodiment shown, over the drainpipe or drainage channel 36 and is directed very specifically into the floor drain .
In the embodiment shown, the pouring device 16 is fastened to the tub body 3 with a suction cup 37. This ensures that the bathtub 1 can be tipped out in a particularly clean and hygienic manner.
In particular, if the tub body 3 is to be placed in a wash basin or a sink, such a pouring device 16 such as a pipe, a hose, a pouring channel or a pouring plate can be used. A pouring device 16 of this type enables the bathtub 1 to be emptied cleanly and accurately, without the water hitting a wash basin in an uncontrolled manner, for example, and splashing up.
In particular, the contamination of care materials standing on a sink or wash basin or also of terminal filter systems on water taps can be avoided.
If the pouring device 16 or the drainage pipe 36 is not used, it can be stored on the lifting column 22 by means of a corresponding holder 40 in the exemplary embodiment shown.
In FIG. 8, the pivoting device 7 of the bathtub 1 is shown in a purely schematic manner in an enlarged detail. It can be seen here that the push tube 8 has been retracted far so that the pivot lever 32 is retracted, whereby the tub body 3 is pivoted from the bathing position 4 into the emptying position 5.
In order to ensure the movability of the push tube 8 and the pivoting of the plate 31, the push tube 8 in the exemplary embodiment shown is not permanently connected to the frame device 2, but rather has suspensions 9, 10 which allow the push tube 8 to rotate to a certain extent .
In FIG. 9, a cover device 19 is shown purely schematically from above and in a side view. It can be seen here that the cover device 19 has two handles 30 by means of which the cover device 19 can be safely conveyed. In addition, two depressions are indicated which provide receiving devices 21.
In the side view it can be seen that small feet 39 are attached to the underside 38 of the cover device 19 so that the cover device 19 can be placed on a table without direct contact between the table and the underside 38 of the cover device 19 .
In FIG. 10 it is shown purely schematically that the bathtub 1 according to the invention can also comprise a bathtub insert 42. Such a tub insert 42 can have various designs and is provided by the cover device 19 in the exemplary embodiment shown.
In the embodiment shown, the tub insert 42 is designed as a tub reduction 43. In this case, the tub reduction 43 is simply placed on the edge of the tub body 3 and thus reduces the tub interior 20. Thus, the required amount of water can be significantly reduced again.
The illustrated tub reduction 43 can be used in particular for bathing very small children or infants. The body of very small children or infants is better supported by the reduced tub interior 20, which makes bathing more pleasant for the children.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the tub reduction 43 or tub ice set 42 is fastened or fixed to the tub body 3 with adjusting screws 43 in order to ensure that the tub insert 42 is securely supported. Other suitable fastening means can also be used advantageously.
In FIG. 11, a further exemplary embodiment of a bathtub 1 or baby bathtub 1 according to the invention is shown in a purely schematic manner. In terms of the basic structure, the bathtub 1 shown corresponds to the previously described exemplary embodiments of bathtubs comprising a frame device 2 and a bathtub body 3.
Here, the tub body 1 is pivotably received on the frame device 2. What is achieved hereby is that the tub body 1 can be pivoted from a bathing position 4 into an emptying position 5, so that the tub body 3 can be easily emptied. The tub body 3 is in the bathing position 4 in FIG.
The bathtub 1 or the frame device 2 shown here also comprises a height adjustment device 48, by means of which the tub body 3 can be adjusted to a suitable working height. In the exemplary embodiment shown here, however, the lifting tube 22 is not operated with a crank, but the lifting tube 22 is designed as a hydraulic cylinder 54.
Furthermore, a pumping device 49 is provided which a user can operate here with his foot. By stepping on the pump device 49, the hydraulic cylinder 54 can be moved apart so that the tub body 3 is moved upwards. Depending on the configuration, the tub body 3 can be lowered to a desired height by pressing the pumping device 49 for a longer period of time.
Such a configuration of the height adjustment device 48 makes it possible, in particular, for a user to be able to optimally adjust the bathtub 1 or the height of the bathtub body 3 to his needs independently of his or her hands. In particular, this enables a user to adjust the tub height while an infant is bathing, for example if it is realized that the previously set height is not optimal or if the tub height has to be adjusted during bathing for other reasons.
Since a pump device 49 is provided, which can be operated for example by means of the foot, it is possible to implement a hygienic height adjustment of the bathtub 1 without a user having to interrupt the bathing process in order to clean his hands, so that the bathtub is not contaminated from the outside with hands that have been soiled or contaminated by bathing.
The foot of the frame device 2 is designed to be mobile and comprises a front and a rear pair of rollers, the rollers of the rear pair of rollers being made larger. The smaller rollers of the front pair of rollers are designed as steering rollers so that the bathtub 11 can be moved easily and precisely.
In order to be able to fix the bathtub 1 at the place of use, a brake 59 is provided. In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the brake 59 comprises a pivotable brake lever 60 which, when the brake is activated, presses against the rear pair of rollers. The type of brake used here is known, for example, from strollers.
In contrast to the previously shown embodiment of a bathtub 1 according to the invention according to FIGS. 1 to 10, in the embodiment shown here, the pivot axis 14 of the tub body 3 or the pivot axis 14 provided by the pivot device 7 is arranged in the area of the pouring device 16 .
It is particularly preferred that the pivot axis 14 is arranged in the upper half of the tub body, preferably in the upper third and very preferably the upper quarter of the tub body 3.
In this way, as can be seen in the following figure, it is achieved that a particularly advantageous emptying of the tub body 3 is made possible, since the special arrangement of the pivot axis 14 means that the tub body does not have to be raised unnecessarily to allow the water in the tub body 3 to enter To empty the sink or in a wash basin 400.
In FIG. 12, the exemplary embodiment of a bathtub 1 according to the invention already shown in FIG. 11 is shown again, the bathtub body 3 being pivoted into the emptying position 5.
In this illustration it can be clearly seen that the frame device 2 comprises a holding arm 57 which displaces the pivot axis 14 around the tub body 3 or along the tub body 3 into an upper region of the tub body 3.
In the embodiment shown here, the pivot axis 14 is arranged in the area of the pouring device 16, the pouring device 16 being provided in the embodiment shown here by a corresponding shaped area in the edge of the tub body 3.
The fact that the pivot axis 14 is in an upper region of the tub body 3 makes it possible to empty the tub body 3 into a wash basin or a sink 400 without the tub body having to be moved unnecessarily high by means of the height adjustment device 48. In particular, this also offers the advantage that, depending on the configuration, a shorter, extendable height adjustment device 48 can be used and that the bathtub 1 has particularly good stability even when it is emptied.
In order to support a user when emptying the bathtub 1 or when emptying the bathtub body 3, the pivoting device 7 comprises a preloading device 47 in the exemplary embodiment shown here.
The preloading device 47 is designed here as a gas pressure spring 53 which assists a user when the tub body 3 is pivoted from the bathing position 4 into the emptying position 5.
In the exemplary embodiment shown here, it is provided that the preloading device 47 or the gas pressure spring 53 only engages in a supporting manner as soon as a user has lifted the tub body 3 a little with a predetermined force. It can be provided that a user has to apply, for example, an initial force or lifting force of 6 kg or more or less until the gas pressure spring 53 is activated.
In other configurations, a specific pivot angle can also be provided, which must be achieved so that the preloading device 47 or the gas pressure spring 53 is activated.
In other embodiments, not shown, the preloading device 47 can also be provided, for example, by a hydraulic cylinder cylinder 54, which in turn z. B. can be actuated by means of a pump device. Thus, analogously to the extension of the push tube 22 or analogously to the height adjustment of the bathtub 1, the bathtub can also be emptied by means of a hydraulic cylinder 54.
So that the tub body 3 cannot inadvertently be pivoted from the bathing position 4 into the emptying position 5, a locking device 17 is also provided here.
In the embodiment shown here, the locking device 17 comprises an unlocking lever 56 which unlocks a locking mechanism 58 when the unlocking lever 56 is actuated, so that the tub body 3 can be pivoted. If the tub body 3 is moved back again from the emptying position 5 into the bathing position 4, the locking device 58 automatically engages so that the tub body 3 rests securely on the frame device 2 in the bathing position.
In FIGS. 13 and 14, the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 1-10 and 11-12 are each shown with different frame devices 2. In the case of the embodiments according to FIGS. 13 and 14, no mobile foot or no mobile frame device 2 is provided.
In both embodiments shown, the frame device 2 comprises a stand device 50, by means of which the bathtubs 1 can be set up on any suitable surface.
The bathtubs 1 with a stand device 50 can be set up, for example, on the work surface of a normal transport trolley for care products or on a serving trolley. Alternatively, the bathtub can also be placed on the work surface next to a sink or wash basin 400.
Thus, the bathtubs 1 with a stand device 50 can be used flexibly as required, and they can then either be carried by hand to a specific place of use or also placed on a trolley.
So that the bathtubs 1 can be easily transported, handles 52 are provided in the embodiments shown. In this way, the bathtub 1 can be carried from one place of use to another place of use or it can also be set up on a mobile pedestal.
Furthermore, it is shown purely schematically in the figures that fastening devices 51 are provided on the base device 50. The bathtub 1 can be securely placed at the place of use by means of the fastening device 51.
In order to enable particularly flexible use, it is provided in the two embodiments shown that suction cups 5 are provided as fastening devices 51, by means of which the bathtub 1 is securely connected to the ground at the place of use.
In other configurations, other fastening elements can also be provided as fastening device 51. For example, the base device 50 can also contain through openings which can be used for fastening, for example, in connection with a bolt and a corresponding union nut.
Depending on the configuration, the bathtub 1 can, however, also be connected to the base by means of magnetic force, clipped, glued, connected to the base with a tensioning belt or also with Velcro. In general, a temporary or releasable fastening is preferred.
It is obvious and preferred that the features of the four described exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 14 are combined with one another as desired in order to achieve further embodiments according to the invention.
In FIG. 15, an exemplary embodiment of a bathtub 300 not according to the invention is shown purely schematically. In contrast to the bathtub 1 shown above, this bathtub 300 does not have a continuous inner surface 6. In this embodiment, a drain device 305 is provided in the tub bottom 304.
As in the embodiment shown above, however, the bathtub 300 comprises a frame device 302 and a tub body 303, the frame device 302 also having a lifting tube 315 with which the tub body 303 can advantageously be adjusted in height as required.
In order to nevertheless provide a bathtub 300 that is particularly easy to clean, the drainage device 305 comprises a pipe 306 which extends over the lower end 308 of the bathtub body 303.
The pipe 302 is seamlessly connected to the drain opening 307 and extends through the trough bottom 304 as a smooth, continuous pipe 306. The drainage device 305 is formed in one piece with the trough body 303 in the exemplary embodiment shown. A jointless connection is thus also created here with the tub bottom 304.
In other configurations, the drainage device 305 can also be designed as a separate component, which is screwed, glued or also clamped or otherwise fastened in the tub bottom 304, for example.
A quick release device 309 or a hose device 310 can be connected directly to the free end of the tube 306, depending on the application and requirements.
The design of the drain device 305 or the pipe 306 protruding below the tub bottom 308 provides a particularly easy-to-clean drain for a bathtub 1. This tube 306 can be cleaned particularly easily, for example by means of a brush. All other components such as the quick-release fastener 309 or a hose system 310 can be removed before cleaning and then, for example, autoclaved.
In the embodiment shown, the tub body 303 comprises on the outside 312 a holding device 311 into which the hose device 310 or the free end of the hose device 310 can be hacked. The holding device 311 is arranged on the outside 312 of the tub body 303 in such a way that the hose device 310 is hooked with the free end above the filled water level. An automatic closure of the drainage device 305 is thus effected as soon as the hose device 310 is hooked into the holding device 311.
To empty the bathtub 300, the hose 310 is removed again from the holding device 311 and can then be hung, for example, in a drain or a wash basin for emptying. The height of the tub can be varied as required.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, a receptacle 313 is also provided on the foot 316 of the rack device 302, in which a pouring vessel 314 such as a bucket can be placed. This makes it possible for the nursing staff to empty the bathtub 300 or the bathtub body 303 in batches into the pouring vessel 314, which enables the bathtub 300 to be emptied in batches, which is particularly gentle on the back.
