专利说明:
Description Field of application [0001] The present invention relates to the field of cycling clothing, in particular for the upper part of the body, for example a jacket. Prior art [0002] Clothing for cycling is made in different versions suitable for use in different climatic conditions. A garment for cycling, in particular a jacket, a jacket or a t-shirt, must be able to protect from atmospheric agents and at the same time keep the rider cool and comfortable even under intense stress. [0003] In particular, clothing for cycling must expel sweat from the body and ensure effective thermoregulation. The human body reacts to overheating by producing more sweat, which evaporates, releasing water vapor and regulating body temperature. Moreover, the heat generated by the body under intense heat heats the air contained between the body and the garment causing further overheating and discomfort for the cyclist. The garment must be able to cope with these phenomena. [0004] Some cyclists have the habit of wearing a specific outer garment for protection from external agents (rain, wind) and an inner garment suitable for direct contact with the skin and to transport sweat away from the body. These two garments are called, respectively, the outer layer and the inner layer. [0005] However, this solution has some disadvantages. First, the performance of a layer can be negatively affected by the other layer. This happens in particular if the properties of a layer (eg elasticity, breathability, etc.) do not suitably match the properties of the other layer; for example, an inner layer of different elasticity with respect to the outer layer reacts differently to pedaling, forming folds or wrinkles that can rub against the skin causing discomfort or pain and can even degrade some features of the outer garment, such as adherence and aerodynamics. Furthermore, this solution tends to be impractical due to the use of two items of clothing. [0006] According to the prior art, cycling garments can also have a double layer structure comprising an outer layer made of a material suitable for ensuring protection from the external elements and an inner layer joined internally to the outer layer and made of a material suitable for direct contact with the skin and to provide thermal comfort. [0007] However, not even this solution is completely satisfactory for transporting sweat in the vapor phase away from the body and ensuring good thermoregulation. Summary [0008] The object of the invention is to give a solution to the problems of the known art described above. In particular, the object of the invention is to provide a jacket for cycling which is particularly suitable for use in conditions of intense effort and which is able to expel sweat from the body, to provide adequate protection thermal and to ensure adequate ventilation and thermoregulation. [0009] The object is achieved with a cycling garment according to claim 1. Said garment comprises an outer layer of fabric and an inner layer of fabric. Said inner and outer layers are preferably joined only along a perimeter floor, defining a gap space between them. Said inner layer is made of a breathable material while said external layer is made of a water barrier material and is substantially impermeable to water coming from outside. The garment comprises at least one ventilation door which is positioned through the outer layer and over the inner fabric layer, said ventilation door communicating with said gap space. [0010] The garment of the invention is intended for the upper part of the body and is preferably a jacket, a jacket or a sweater. In the following, for simplicity, the term "jacket" will be used, although the invention is to be understood more generally with reference to a garment for the upper part of the body. [0011] The inner layer is advantageously made of a material suitable for contact with the skin. The inner layer ensures that the sweat produced by the cyclist and the air trapped between the body and the jacket are transported into the gap space formed between the strange interior and the outer layer. Said gap space, on the other hand, is suitable for channeling sweat into the vapor phase and air through the door or ventilation doors, which in turn provide greater expulsion of sweat and better ventilation compared to conventional garments, thanks to a fireplace effect. Consequently also thermoregulation is more efficient. [0012] Preferably, the inner layer intended for contact with the skin is made of a material based on polypropylene. More preferably the inner layer is made of a mesh fabric which is able to ensure the required qualities of transpiration and permeability. [0013] The outer layer is intended to act as a barrier against atmospheric agents. The external layer is impermeable to water coming from outside, but guarantees the transpiration of water vapor (sweat) from the inside to the outside. In some embodiments, the outer layer is made of a mixture based on polyamide / elastane or polyester / elastane. In a preferred embodiment, the outer layer is a laminated fabric comprising a plurality of laminated layers on each other, wherein a layer is a membrane layer. Even more preferably, the outer layer comprises two or three laminated layers. [0014] The term "membrane layer" denotes a layer which is able to act as a barrier (shield) to water and wind and, at the same time, is permeable to the passage of water vapor and guarantees transpiration. Consequently, the membrane layer is resistant to water coming from outside and guarantees the evaporation of sweat whenever the partial pressure of the water vapor inside the membrane layer is higher than that outside. [0015] In some embodiments, said membrane layer is made of a non-woven material. Preferably the membrane layer is made of polyurethane (PU) or microporous PTFE. In some embodiments, a conventional fabric layer with a closed structure can be used for the membrane layer, provided that said closed structure provides the characteristics of the aforementioned membrane in terms of impermeability to water from outside and transpiration. [0016] Preferably, said at least one ventilation door is positioned near the armpits or near the shoulders, which typically constitute the regions of greater accumulation of sweat. More preferably, the garment comprises two ventilation ports and each door is positioned near a respective armpit or shoulder. [0017] According to preferred embodiments, said at least one ventilation door is directed upwards or substantially upwards. An orientation of the ventilation door towards the top increases the ability of the door to carry sweat in the vapor phase and the air away from the body. [0018] Preferably, said at least one ventilation door is not in direct contact with the skin. [0019] In a preferred embodiment, said at least one ventilation door comprises an opening of the outer layer, for example in the form of a window. Accordingly, the inner layer is exposed at said opening of the outer layer. In some embodiments of the invention, a region of the inner layer at said opening is differentiated from the other (unexposed) regions of the inner layer. Differentiation may include the use of a different material and / or use of the same material but with different weight, thickness or finish. In some embodiments, the exposed region of the inner layer has a refractive surface. [0020] According to a further embodiment, the garment comprises a covering which is positioned on said opening of the outer layer. Said covering is for example a covering of fabric. [0021] The outer layer is preferably stronger and more resistant than the inner layer. Furthermore, by using different fabrics or the same fabric but provided with different thickness and / or subjected to different processing, different transpiration properties can be obtained between the inner and outer layers. [0022] The great advantage of the invention is that of providing a double-layered structure comprising a gap space between the inner layer and the outer layer for the circulation and accumulation of sweat and air, and at least one ventilation door for expulsion from the body of sweat and air thus accumulated. Therefore, the object of the invention is able to remove sweat effectively, to keep the user's skin dry and the temperature constant under intense stress in order to ensure optimal thermal protection and to achieve the highest performance. The ability to remove sweat and carry it away from the body is also called "perspiration". [0023] Further features and advantages of the present invention will emerge more clearly from the following description of a preferred embodiment. Brief description of the figures [0024] Fig. 1 shows a cycling jacket according to a way of carrying out the invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic section of the layers forming the jacket of fig. 1, in a first way to realize the invention. Fig. 3 is a schematic section of the layers forming the jacket of fig. 1, in a second way of carrying out the invention. Fig. 4 is a construction diagram of the outer layer of the jacket of fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment. Detailed description [0025] The cycling jacket 1 shown in fig. 1 has long sleeves 2 and a front zip closure 3. The jacket 1 has a structure made of an outer layer of fabric 4 to act as a barrier layer and an inner layer of fabric 5 to act as

Claims (14) [1] base layer. In other words, the jacket 1 is made of an outer layer 4 exposed to the surrounding environment and an inner layer 5 having a surface 6 in contact with the user's skin (Fig. 2). [0026] The inner layer 5 is sewn with sewing lines 7 along the perimeter of the outer layer 4. As clearly shown in Fig. 2, the two layers 4 and 5 are joined only perimetrically by the seams 7 and an interspace 9 is present between them. [0027] The outer layer 4 is preferably a laminated fabric comprising a membrane layer. [0028] The outer layer 4 comprises two ventilation ports 10, each of which is located near a respective shoulder of the jacket. [0029] Each ventilation door 10 is made with an opening 11 (ie a continuity solution) of the outer layer 4, where therefore a surface 8 of the inner layer 5 is exposed. [0030] It should be noted that the ventilation door 10 is not in direct contact with the skin, being above the inner layer 5. [0031] Fig. 3 illustrates an embodiment in which the inner layer 5 comprises a differentiated region 12 at the opening 11. Said differentiated region 12 can be of a different material and / or have a different finish than the other regions of the inner layer 5. [ 0032] In the embodiment of fig. 3, the opening 11 of the outer layer 4 faces said differentiated region 12 of the inner layer 5. This embodiment is preferred when the inner layer 5 is an "open" fabric and the direct exposure to the outside (through the opening 11) of said inner layer 5 (as in Fig. 2) is not desired. [0033] The interspace space 9 makes possible the circulation of sweat produced by the body under intense stress and the circulation of air between the body of the cyclist and the jacket 1; the ventilation doors 10 are particularly suitable for conveying away from the body the sweat and air circulating in said gap space 9. [0034] Fig. 4 shows an example of a preferred structure of the outer layer 4. In the example, the outer layer 4 comprises a membrane layer 4B laminated on an underlying fabric layer 4A. [0035] The invention achieves the aims set out above, providing a garment particularly suitable for use in conditions of intense effort. claims 1.
