Description: [0001] The invention relates to an apparatus for turning over shirt sleeves according to the preamble of claim 1. PRIOR ART [0002] As fashionable, a shirt is no longer used solely on account of its external appearance but also in terms of the way the shirt of a person is worn. Accordingly, the shirt sleeves are often turned upside down in long-sleeved eggs so as to move away from the correct and somewhat stiff appearance and thus demand a looser appearance.
Conventional shirts allow the sleeves to be rolled up through a sleeve slit that extends from the cuff to about half of the forearm. In doing so, the buttons are unbound along the slit to roll over the sleeve piece by piece. Depending on the skill and skill of the shirt wearer, the procedure can take from a few seconds to several minutes. The turning of an armlet with the "weak" hand, which is particularly difficult, is particularly tedious. for example, with the left hand at a right-hander. If the roll-up is made retrograde, the fabric of the shirt sleeve is usually so much crumpled that the shirt has to be ironed before it can be worn again.
US Pat. Nos. 5,997,883, 1,336,339 and 2011/0139,834 A1 disclose devices used to more easily tighten garments over, for example, a shirt, the shirt sleeve with the device during coating is fixed. However, these devices do not allow for easy rewinding of shirt sleeves.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus for turning over shirt sleeves which is handy and easy to operate and which avoids crushing of the shirt sleeves.
Description: [0006] According to the invention, this object is achieved in an apparatus for turning over shirt sleeves according to the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that the auxiliary device has a cross-sectionally substantially round or U-shaped shaped part which can be applied to the forearm of a person Front edge of the molded part defines a plane and the longitudinal axis of the molded part is perpendicular to the plane. The front edge serves as a stop line around which the shirt sleeve is repelled resp. can be folded. Furthermore, an ordinary handle is provided on the molded part, which has a handle longitudinal axis. With the aid of the invention, the rewinding of the shirt sleeves is substantially facilitated. The embodiment according to the invention has the advantage that the auxiliary device can be operated simply and easily. The auxiliary device can be clicked on the forearm, and then the shirt is turned over with the free hand. When using the auxiliary device according to the invention, the shirt sleeves are no longer needlessly crumpled when folded back and can thus be unfolded again and carried out in a long-lasting manner.
Advantageously, the handle extends at a distance from the front edge at an angle a to the longitudinal axis of the molded part. By bending the handle away from the molding, the tool can be easily grasped with one hand. In addition, the front edge can fit snugly on the arm. Conveniently, the angle between the longitudinal axis of the molding and the longitudinal axis of the handle is between 0 and 90 degrees, preferably between 5 and 70 degrees, and more preferably between 15 and 65 degrees. An angle between 15 and 65 degrees has the advantage that the auxiliary device is compact.
Preferably, the molding has a length between 3 cm and 12 cm and more preferably between 5 cm and 8 cm. In this case, the form part length is to be understood as meaning the distance between the front edge and the bend between the surface line of the molded part and the handle longitudinal axis.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the molded part is designed as a cylinder jacket and has a continuous opening, which is formed by the two mutually oriented ends of the cylinder jacket.
Advantageously, the opening is designed so that the forearm of a user can be easily inserted into the opening and at the same time the Hilfsgerât is easily fixed to the arm.
Conveniently, the molding has a diameter between 5 and 15 cm, preferably between 7 and 12 cm and more preferably between 7 and 9 cm. In this diameter range is the approximate average circumference of the forearm of an adult.
According to a preferred embodiment, the handle has a length between 5 cm and 20 cm, preferably between 7 cm and 14 cm and particularly preferably between 8 cm and 12 cm. With the handy handle, the shirt carrier can simply pull the aid out from underneath the fabric of the shirt sleeve during use and relocate it without the already rolled-up part of the sleeve slipping.
In principle, it is conceivable that the end of the handle is designed as Schuhlöffel, which offers the user a further benefit of the auxiliary device. The concave recess of the shoe hole and the molded part are oriented relative to the handle in opposite directions.
In principle, the auxiliary device can be designed as a frame or framework. Such an embodiment can be easily made from a correspondingly bent wire.
In principle, it is conceivable that the Hilfsgerât is integrally formed. This prefers a production of plastic as an injection molded part, which has the advantage that the Hilfsgerât can be produced in large quantities and thus also inexpensive.
Appropriately, the Hilfsgerât is made of an elastic material. This on the one hand requires the stability of the auxiliary device and, on the other hand, the application of the auxiliary device to the user's arm is more pleasant because of the increased flexibility. Another advantage is that the auxiliary device clamps itself to the forearm and therefore does not have to be held after it has been attached. This frees the user's hand to beat back the shirt.
Advantageously, an opening is provided at a short distance from the edge of the molding on the longitudinal centerline. This opening can be used to hang the appliance on, for example, a wall nail or a wire hanger.
According to a favorable embodiment, the transition from the ends of the round molding to the handle substantially has a continuous, in particular low profile. This has the advantage that the auxiliary device does not catch in the folded-back sleeve of the shirt and can therefore pull back well. In particular, the transition is essentially a slope connecting the ends of the molding to the handle.
The present invention also relates to the use of an auxiliary device according to the invention for rewinding shirt sleeves.
An embodiment of the invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the following figures. It shows:
FIG. 1: a top view of the auxiliary device according to the invention for rewinding shirt sleeves; FIG.
Fig. 2: A side view of the auxiliary device of Fig. 1;
Fig. 3: A front view of the auxiliary device of Fig. 1;
Fig. 4: A perspective view of the auxiliary device of Figure 1 from schräg above.
FIGS. 1 to 4 show an exemplary embodiment of an auxiliary device 11 according to the invention for rewinding shirt sleeves 13. This has a substantially circular or U-shaped molding in cross-section 15 with two oppositely oriented ends 17 resp. Legs between which an insertion 19 for the forearm 21 is defined. The molding has an in-plane leading edge 22 which serves as a stop line and is folded back around the shirt arm. In this case, the longitudinal axis 25 of the molded part stands perpendicular to the predicted plane 22. On the molded part 15 a handle 23 with a handle longitudinal axis 26 is arranged. The molding 15 is designed so that it can be applied to the forearm 21 of a person and clamped. This is advantageous if the ends 17 can be spread elastically. The handle 23 is at a certain angle a of preferably 10 or 15 degrees to 65 degrees to the longitudinal axis 25 of the molded part 15 (FIG. 2). Starting from the molded part 15, the handle 23 merges with increasing distance to the molded part 15 in the plane of the longitudinal center line 25 until a final width is reached. The smearing with increasing distance to the molding 15 is preferably continuous. As can be seen in Fig. 1, there is an opening 27 on the longitudinal centerline 25 at a short distance from the edge 29 of the molding 15, to which the handle 23 is not provided.
FIGS. 5 to 8 show how the auxiliary device 11 according to the invention is used. First, the shirt buttons 31 must be unbuttoned along the sleeve slits 33 to allow the sleeves 13 to be rolled over. Then, the arm 21, whose sleeve 13 is to be turned over, is stretched forward. The auxiliary device 11 is applied to the forearm 21 so that it is located at the point where the end of the shortened sleeve 13 is to be located after the roll-over. The forearm 21 should now be in its intended insertion opening 19 of the molding 15, as shown in Fig. 5. Next, the arm 21 is pulled over the Hilfsgerät 11 towards the shoulder. The edge 29 of the molding now forms the new end of the sleeve 13 (Figure 6). With the aid of the handle 23, the auxiliary device 11 can be removed carefully and placed again on the forearm 21. In doing so, it should be placed over the already rolled-up part of Armlet 13 that there is still enough material available for further roll-up. In the next step, the rollover is repeated, as has already been done once (Figure 7). After the second turning of the sleeve 13, the auxiliary device 11 can be carefully removed again by means of the handle 23 (FIG. 8). The same procedure can now be repeated on the other arm. Finally, if the shirt wearer wishes to reverse the roll-up process, he can be pulled on the cuff 35 in the direction of the back of the hand and the sleeve unfolds again. By rewinding only twice, the shape of the sleeve is spared, so that the shirt sleeve is not unnecessarily crumpled.
