专利说明:
In the patent literature, a number of proposals are made as to how an emergency call device and the associated organizational model should be designed, which a person who has to be threatened or harmed in a violent manner, or as innocent bystanders, witnesses to become criminal or to get into a medical emergency due to a medical condition. As intended, the emergency call device to be carried by the person concerned is easy to use, handy and small. It is able to record information about the location of the event in the form of images and / or sound and / or film, this information, as well as identification information about the user and information about the location of the event by radio to a remote station to send. Often it is also suggested that the emergency call device emit signal tones and emit light directly at the scene, so that it is immediately signaled that there is an alarm state and is reported to nearby and distant locations. Help, such as a police operation and, if necessary, a medical rescue operation, is then organized from the notified remote station, and the data received that are useful for legal processing are securely stored in this station. There are also many proposals for the externally visible execution of the emergency call device. The emergency call device can have the size and shape of a cell phone, or its functions can be integrated into a cell phone. According to other proposals, the emergency call device has the shape of a wristwatch - and can also have the function of a wristwatch integrated. There are also proposals to design the emergency call device as a bracelet. For emergency call devices that are not structurally combined with a mobile phone, there are proposals to let the emergency call device independently set up the radio links to a remote station. According to other proposals, the emergency call device communicates via a radio standard for the short range with a mobile phone carried by the user, and the mobile phone establishes the radio link to one or more remote stations if necessary. WO 2008120917 A1 describes an emergency call device which is designed either like a wristwatch as a combination of a flexible band running around the forearm and a rigid device attached to it, or as a bracelet which consists of two hingedly connected and detachable rigidly to one another fixable in itself rigid half-rings is formed. The emergency call device is able to determine its geographical coordinates using radio localization (GPS navigation) and send this data by radio to a remote station as soon as an alarm button attached to the device is pressed. In one construction, the alarm button is mounted on a half-ring, somewhat recessed, under a cover that is slidable along the ring. As long as nothing threatening is to be expected, the cover and thus the alarm button are protected against inadvertent pressing and also against mechanical damage and soiling when closed. EP 2378496 A2 shows an emergency call device which is designed as a wristwatch with additional functions. A camera for the optical recording of events, as well as a light source, which is used to illuminate the surroundings to be filmed or photographed by the camera, are in a housing separate from the watch, which is attached to the wristwatch on the side opposite the watch case is arranged. The alarm button can also be located on the separate housing and can be protected from damage and accidental use by an openable cover. US 8880119 B1 describes an alarm device which typically looks like a wristwatch and is worn. The device has a lot of sensors and additional functions, including GPS tracking (recording of movements using satellite navigation), a camera, a transmitter and an alarm button, which when triggered, an alarm message and additional information can be sent to a remote location. The device looks extremely technical and also complicated. Operation in an emergency is too difficult for people who are not used to dangerous situations. The same points of criticism apply to an emergency call device which US 2008/0001764 A1 suggests; However, this device looks more like a technical bracelet than a wristwatch. [0008] CN 103561163 B describes a device similar to US 8880119 B1. There is no indication of how the alarm button is secured against unintentional operation on the one hand, and how it can be found and operated correctly in an emergency situation - which may only arise after years of use - on the other. The publications CN 205015632 U, CN 204595448 U, CN 204331308 U, CN 105193407 A and CN 204274420 U show other monitoring devices with comparable functions, but with - according to the patent drawing - more pleasing appearance. At least with regard to the mechanical design of the devices, the problem is not addressed that on the one hand false triggering of the alarm should be reliably prevented, on the other hand, in the expected very rare stress situation in which an alarm is attached, the handling should still be carried out safely and correctly, including all parts how the sensitive camera in particular should work safely. The same points of criticism apply to the devices according to the scriptures. [0010] The documents AT 11943 U1, US 2012/0050532 A1, US 2007/0200716 A1 and CN 204444487 U show further emergency call devices constructed in the manner of a wrist watch. With these, the alarm button is protected by a cover that can be opened in an emergency, thus protecting against accidental activation. The protection for sensitive parts such as the camera and the security needed to hold them properly in an emergency leave a lot to be desired. The object on which the invention is based is to perform an emergency call device designed as a bracelet compared to the designs known from the discussed prior art to the effect that it can be combined very well and more flexibly with conventional wristwatches and other devices worn on the arm , as well as can have many functions, as well as can be brought to reliable complete function even after years of wearing with the simplest operation. To solve the problem, an emergency call device according to the preamble of claim 1 is proposed, which has the features according to claim 1. [0013] The emergency call device is preferably also equipped with a microphone. The invention is illustrated with the aid of somewhat stylized drawings: FIG. 1: shows essential parts of an exemplary emergency call device according to the invention including a wristwatch connected to it in a partial sectional side view for understanding the invention. FIG. 2: shows a cross-sectional view through the housing and the slide of the emergency call device from FIG. 1. FIG. 3: shows the slide of the emergency call device from FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 alone in a perspective view. Fig. 1 shows the emergency call device forming a ring and a wristwatch 2 attached to the ends of the ring. Instead of a wristwatch 2, another (electronic) device such as a mobile phone or an additional device or a small remote control etc. could be used Be attached to the emergency call device 1. As intended, the emergency call device 1 extends like the strap of a wristwatch or like a bracelet on the wrist around the forearm of the person using the device. The housing 3 of the emergency call device is essentially a hollow profile, typically made of a rather soft, elastic plastic. As can be seen particularly well from FIG. 2, the housing 3 in the example shown has two hollow chambers 4, 5 which lie radially inside one another with respect to the axis of the ring that the emergency call device forms. In the inner hollow chamber 5 electrical and electronic components of the emergency call device are housed. Of these devices, only the alarm button 6, the camera 7 and the microphone 8 are shown in FIG.A slide 9 designed as a flat band, for example made of thin sheet metal, extends along the outer hollow chamber 4. It is illustrated in FIG. 3 by itself. The housing 3 has two openings 10, 11 which extend through the radially outer housing wall and the housing wall located between the hollow chambers 4, 5 into the hollow chamber 4 located inside. The two hollow chambers 4, 5 are spaced from one another in the circumferential direction of the housing. The slide 9 has at one end a punched-out tongue 12, which is arranged raised in relation to the adjacent slide surface, the surface of which is otherwise parallel to the adjacent slide surface. At a short distance from the second end of the slide 9, an opening surface 13 is punched out on this. The slide 9 inserted into the housing 3 covers the opening 10 of the housing 3 with its tongue 12 in the closed state. That surface of the slide 9 which extends between the opening surface 13 on the slide 9 and the end of the slide 9 closer to it covers the opening 11 on the housing 3. By moving the slide 9 along the housing with the end in the vicinity of which the opening surface 13 is located, both openings 10, 11 in the housing are exposed with a single movement, since the opening 10 is then outside the longitudinal extension of the slide 9 and because the opening surface 13 of the slide comes to lie congruent with the opening 11 in the housing. As outlined, it is advantageous to make the one opening 10 close to a longitudinal end of the housing 3 and the second opening 11 approximately diagonally opposite. The emergency call device 1, including the wristwatch 2, can thus be placed on the wrist of a person in such a way that the tongue 12 is located on that circumferential side of the wrist on which the thumb of the adjacent hand is located. The tongue 12 can thus be easily grasped by the second hand, and thus also the slide 9, the operating handle of which represents the tongue 12, can easily be moved. At the same time, the opening 11 is located on the circumferential side of the wrist on which the little finger of the adjacent hand is located. It is advantageous to mount the alarm button 6 in the opening 10 on the thumb side, as shown, and the camera 7 and the microphone 8 in the opening 11, which is located on the side of the little finger. The alarm button is located on the thumb side also clearly visible and easy to use for the person using the emergency call device when they have raised their forearms in a protective or defensive position in front of the face or chest area. At the same time, when the opening 11 is uncovered, the camera 7 and microphone 8 are inevitably oriented towards the front as seen from the person using it, so that the events to be documented by the camera and microphone can be recorded as best as possible.Since the alarm button 6, the camera 7 and the microphone 8 are covered by the slide 9 when there is no danger, these sensitive parts, which are the only parts of the electronics of the emergency call device, must be accessible from the outside in the event of an emergency well protected against mechanical force, moisture and dirt. With this protection, even after years of wearing the emergency call device, it can still be assumed that the device is fully functional. As all these devices are switched from the covered to the exposed state by moving a single slide, operation is so simple that it can still be carried out without errors even under the great stress that can prevail in threatening situations. As indicated in Fig. 1, the emergency call device 1 can be equipped with sensors 14 which, when the emergency call device 1 is put on, bear against the skin of the person using the device. The sensors can measure temperature and pulse, for example. As also indicated in Fig. 1, one end of the ring that the housing 3 forms can be permanently connected to a closure 15, by means of which a connection to the wristwatch 2 can be made detachably and which is possibly also adjustable in length, since it is a size adjustment of the combination of emergency call device 1 and wristwatch 2 becomes possible. Since a large number of implementation options for closures between watch straps and wristwatches are known from the prior art and the options are applicable to the application at hand here, possible designs of the closure 15 will not be discussed in detail here. With the opening or closing of the shutter 15, switching functions on the emergency call device 1 - such as switching the emergency call device itself off or on - can also be triggered automatically. It makes sense to use the emergency call device according to the invention in combination with a smartphone, since such a smartphone is almost always carried anyway and since it has a number of data processing options and communication options available anyway. [0022] The emergency call device could also be combined with a so-called smartwatch, that is to say a wristwatch which, in addition to displaying the time, has other “smart” functions. As in the previous case, the smartwatch could supplement the functions of the emergency call device, possibly also by the smartwatch in turn interacting with a smartphone.Of course, however, it would also be possible to design an emergency device according to the invention as a “self-sufficient” individual device. At least a very simple keyboard would have to be provided in order to be able to preset various settings and states. The housing 3 does not necessarily have to have two separate cavities 4, 5. It is also sufficient if it has a single cavity in which both the electrical or electronic parts are accommodated and the slide 9. The slide 9 can then be held in the cavity such that it is guided by ribs on the side walls. It would also be possible to arrange the slide 9 on the outside of the housing and to hold it longitudinally displaceable on profile ribs that protrude from the outside of the housing. Especially for reasons of manufacturing and robustness, it can be very advantageous not to introduce electrical or electronic parts into a prepared cavity, but to encapsulate them with the material of the housing. If necessary, the electrical or electronic parts could be provided with a protective jacket beforehand before they are encapsulated with the housing material - which is associated with increased temperature and high pressure. Typically, the protective jacket could be formed by a cold-setting synthetic resin in which the parts were dipped. For the sake of clarity and also to point out further advantageous technical additional functions, the essential functional sequences of an exemplary emergency call device according to the invention are briefly described: Function 1 - preventive standby modeThe person using the emergency call device 1 moves into a threatening area such as an underground car park or a remote parking lot, etc. Still in the safe zone, he moves the slide 9 and thus activates the standby mode. The alarm button 6 is now freely accessible and the camera 7 and microphone are exposed.By moving (opening) the slide 9, a switch is actuated that switches on radio location so that the emergency call device continuously sends radio location data (GPS data) to the smartphone that the person is also carrying. If the person leaves the threatening area and feels safe again, he pushes the slide 9 back into the closed position and thus switches off the standby mode again. Alarm button 6, camera 7 and microphone 8 are covered again and protected from dirt and wear. Function 2 - Occurrence of a personal emergencyThe person is in a threatening area and has switched on the standby mode by opening the slide 9 as described under function 1.If a dangerous situation actually develops, the person can place a finger on the alarm button 6 without first pressing. If the situation escalates further, the person presses the alarm button 6, which then lights up. Camera 7 and microphone 8 are thus in recording mode. The person tries to hold the arm with the emergency call device so that the attacker is detected by the camera 7; the optimal posture for this is also a defensive posture. When the alarm button 6 is actuated, position data as well as the current image and sound recordings together with personal identification data are inexorably sent via the smartphone to previously defined recipients. Such recipients are, for example, an emergency call center and next of kin.In the emergency call center, the triggering of the alarm button is made clearly visible as an alarm on a screen and the personal data of the person threatened, audio and video recordings, and current position data appear (on a map). The person on duty in the emergency call center can immediately initiate the necessary steps to help and also order the emergency services closest to the alarm center, such as rescue, police, etc., to the alarm center. If necessary, the person on duty can also call that of the person threatened using the mobile phone number that appears with the personal data and thus gain greater clarity about the situation. If contact is made, the situation can be discussed. The emergency call can only be canceled by the triggering (threatened) person himself by entering a defined code on the smartphone. The code also appears in the emergency call center. If the code is incorrect or if the person on duty does not reach the threatened person by phone, the alarm is confirmed as an emergency call. Function 3 - Occurrence of an emergency situation for other people The person wearing the emergency call device encounters a dangerous situation from a third person (scuffle, accident, health emergency). The person wearing the emergency call device first moves the slider on the wristband, which starts standby mode (as described above).Next, the alarm button 6 is pressed, which triggers an emergency call. Furthermore, the person wearing the emergency call device holds his arm in such a way that the switched-on camera 7 is oriented towards the relevant situation. For this application or function, the emergency call device is equipped with a microphone which picks up noises. When the alarm button 6 is actuated, position data as well as the current image and sound recordings together with personal identification data are inexorably sent via the smartphone to previously defined recipients. Such recipients are, for example, an emergency call center and next of kin.In the emergency call center, the triggering of the alarm button is made clearly visible as an alarm on a screen and the personal data of the person threatened, audio and video recordings and current position data appear (on a map). Function 4 - Occurrence of a health emergency situation of the person wearing the emergency call deviceThe sensors 14 resting on the skin are always active. This means that the state of health can also be monitored. For example, if the person is diabetic and the diabetes values change dramatically from an area stored in the personal data, an alarm is automatically sent to the smartphone that is carried along. If this alarm (e.g. "call" from the emergency device to the smartphone you are carrying) is not acknowledged or not accepted, a message is sent to the mailbox and at the same time to one or more phone numbers stored in the software (family / doctor / etc.).If, for example, the pulse rate changes dramatically from an area stored in the personal data, the same procedure is started as before. If the pulse stops, the emergency call is automatically set in motion as when the emergency call button is pressed, and suitable rescue measures can be initiated in the emergency call center. Function 5 - The bracelet is removed and the radio connection to the smartphone is disconnected: The sensors 14 for fitness and pulse monitoring are automatically switched off mechanically when the lock 15 is opened. Optionally, the skin sensors can also be switched on or off using an operating screen of a control application on the smartphone. Function 6 - The emergency call device is destroyedIf for any reason the emergency call device becomes inoperable, an emergency call is automatically made to the emergency call center and the procedure is started as in function 2 or 3. Function 7 - The battery voltage of the emergency call device is weak The battery voltage is constantly monitored and if the voltage falls below a set value stored in the software, a message is automatically sent to the smartphone. The armband is preferably built in such a way that it still ensures all functions for 2 days after such a message and the battery can be changed easily. Function 8 - self-testIn order to be able to practice handling the emergency call device, the person wearing the device moves the slide 9 into the open position and thus activates the standby mode. To simulate an emergency, the alarm button 6 is pressed, the camera 7 is aimed at a target and any sounds are generated, for example words are spoken. Within a predetermined time (for example 2-3 seconds after pressing the alarm button 6), the alarm button 6 is pressed briefly twice. The emergency call device confirms by flashing the alarm button 6 five times that the self-test has been recognized as such. The emergency call device goes back to standby mode and the slide 9 can be closed again.During the self-test, the alarm call does not go to the emergency call center. As in the case of an emergency call, all data is only sent to a recipient stored in the software - typically a separate computer. The recipient can check whether the information has arrived, is complete and correct, and whether the quality of the image and sound is sufficient.
