[0002] Solar tracking systems as a top-mounted construction usually have high-precision, expensive slewing ring components installed for the azimuthal rotary movement (worm gear).
One object of the invention is to guarantee the azimuthal rotary movement of a pole-top solar tracking system as independently as possible, inexpensively, simply and with little maintenance for the entire operating time. The tube of a round mast itself serves as the shaft and mount for the bogie. The tube centering unit in particular is understandable for everyone and is able to keep the azimuthal rotary movement free of interference during the entire operating time of a pole-top solar tracking system.
The bearing forces that act on the bogie are aligned centrally symmetrically in the axial direction. The centering unit of the bogie has sliding bearing segments and transfers radial forces precisely to the mast or tube (shaft). The axial forces are transmitted to a sliding ring towards the flange. Individual parts of the invention can be realized in the 2D manufacturing process. The bogie can be screwed together as a kit. All dimensions of the bogie can be scaled to different pipe diameters and construction requirements.
The centering unit for the rotary movement is mechanically reduced to a minimum of parts and manufacturing steps. All individual parts can be reproduced cost-effectively by anyone by hand with the simplest mechanical processing or with light industry in the 2D process.
The invention is explained using simple 2D drawings (sketches). Fig. 1 corresponds to a side view.
