State of the art
The commonly known designs of padlocks are described in numerous patents, for example US4138868, US4998422, US6766673, US7856855. The majority of existing padlocks use a specially designed lock cylinder, which is adapted to the shape of padlock bodies and is provided with a partially covered shackle.
Essence of the invention
The purpose of the invention is to create a padlock that is better adapted to the commonly used locks and has a higher level of resistance to mechanical attacks.
This aim is achieved by a padlock according to claim 1.
A first bolt and a second bolt are advantageously firmly attached in the first part of the housing, wherein the first part of the housing, the first bolt and the second bolt together form the bracket of the padlock, which is in the second part of the housing by two locking rods can be locked in that they can be brought into locking depressions formed in the first and in the second bolt by means of the lock.
The parts of the housing are advantageously shaped so that a space for a locking eyelet is formed. The padlock advantageously includes documents for setting the width of the space for the bolt eye.

An advantage of a padlock according to the invention is that the padlock can be easily adapted to the specific lock used, for example a Euro profile lock cylinder. The shape of the padlock must be such that it can be adapted simply by changing the end part of the lock cylinder by adding a driver. This versatility is possible through the use of a lock separate from the key part of the lock cylinder.
The padlock according to preferred embodiments of the invention is characterized by a high level of security, which is primarily guaranteed by absolute protection of the shackle of the padlock (the first bolt) and thanks to the high degree of protection of the front of the lock cylinder of the lock - the locking bolt is against direct Tool engagement for the purpose of a violent attack or against a grinding wheel is protected thanks to the special housing shape of the padlock, and in addition, the lock cylinder head of the lock is protected with a rotatable metal cover made of tool steel.

Embodiments of the invention

The housing of the padlock and the lock cylinder 3des of the lock are divided in a plane arranged perpendicular to the axis of the lock cylinder 3des of the lock. The first part, the key part 9 of the lock cylinder 3 of the lock, is arranged in the first fixed housing part 1 of the padlock and is provided with an outwardly protruding entrainment means 10. The second part, the locking part of the lock cylinder 3 of the lock, is arranged in the second movable housing part 2 of the padlock and is provided with an eccentric rotatable lock 12, at the end of which, on the first part, the key part 11 of the lock cylinder 3 of the lock, a recess for inserting the entrainment means 10 ( see Fig. 5) is provided. The entrainment means 10 consists, for example, of a pair of pins or a rib (see Figs. 7 and 8).
The locking bolt 6 and the pivot bolt 7 made of solid steel are fixedly attached to the fixed part 1 of the housing of the padlock. In the present embodiment, the fixed part 1 of the housing of the padlock with the key part 9 of the lock cylinder 3, the locking bolt 6 and the pivot bolt 7 together form an integrated shackle of the padlock, which can be locked in the movable part 2 of the housing of the padlock with a pair of cylindrical locking rods 13, which are through the eccentric rotatable lock 12 can be taken along into the recess 8 of the lock bolt 6 and the pivot bolt 7. The two parts 1, 2 of the divided housing of the padlock are shaped for the design of the space 14, for example for a locking eye (not shown), while the width of the space 14 for the locking eye can be adjusted with pads that are attached to the locking bolt 6. All of this ensures a high level of protection for the locking bolt 6 and the entire integrated bracket. In front of the cylinder insert 4, the fixed part 1 of the split housing of the padlock is equipped with a cover membrane 20 made of metal, which is made of tool steel and forms a rotatable protective screen.
The pivot pin 7 is provided in part of its length with a longitudinal groove 15 for guiding with an adjusting pin 17 which is fixed in the sliding part 2 of the split housing of the padlock, which defines the area for the extraction of the movable part 2 of the body of the padlock from the fixed Part 1 of the housing of the padlock in the unlocked state of the locking function. At its end, the longitudinal groove 15 merges into a circumferential groove 16, which enables the movable part 2 of the housing of the padlock to be rotated on the rotary bolt 7 and the locking bolt 6 to be easily pushed into the locking eye. The contact surfaces of the eccentric rotatable lock 12 and the locking bars 13 are advantageously rounded. The contact surfaces of the locking rods 13 and the recesses 8 of the bolts 6 and 7 are also advantageously rounded.
