专利说明:
Description: [0001] The present invention relates to a watch mechanism forming all or part of a watch movement and comprising components that are inclined relative to one another. The present invention relates in particular to a curved clock mechanism can be mounted in a wristwatch box itself curved to substantially marry the wrist of the user. Mechanisms of this type are described in patents CH 60 360 and CH 705 985. [0003] A disadvantage of curved watch mechanisms and more generally inclined component watch mechanisms is that, because of the inclination of some of their teeth or other engagement parts, their components are complicated to manufacture and the manufacturing dispersions are big. The sharing (height arrangement) of the mobiles between them and the penetration of the teeth are therefore not very precise which can affect the efficiency of the mechanism. The present invention aims to remedy this drawback or at least to mitigate it and proposes for this purpose a watch mechanism comprising: - a frame comprising a first portion and a second portion inclined relative to each other a first axis mounted on the first part of the frame, a second axis mounted on the second part of the frame, a first rotary member equipping the first axis, a second rotary member equipping the second axis and cooperating with the first member. rotary device, characterized in that at least one of the first and second axes is supported by at least one eccentric rotary element for adjusting the relative inclination of the first and second axes. The eccentric rotary element comprises for example a rotary ring engaged in a hole of the frame and whose central bore receives the corresponding axis, said central bore being eccentric with respect to a peripheral surface of the ring which is coaxial with said hole and in contact with the wall of said hole. The eccentric rotary element may further comprise a bearing fixed in the central bore of the ring and receiving the corresponding axis. Typically, at least one of the first and second rotary members is a pinion or toothed wheel. In particular embodiments, each of the first and second rotary members is a pinion or toothed wheel and meshes with the other rotary member. Advantageously, the watch mechanism according to the invention is curved to be mounted in a wristwatch box itself curved to substantially marry the wrist. Other features and advantages of the present invention will appear on reading the following detailed description with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a watch mechanism according to the invention; fig. 2 is a top view of an eccentric rotary control ring used in the watch mechanism according to the invention and mounted in a bridge of said mechanism; and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the eccentric rotary adjusting ring and said bridge. [0011] Referring to FIG. 1, a watchmaking mechanism M according to the invention comprises a support plate 1, typically constituting the platen of the watch movement which includes said mechanism. This support plate 1 comprises parts inclined with respect to each other, two of which, designated 1a and 1b, are visible in FIG. 1. The support plate 1, and more generally the clock mechanism M, and has a curved shape allowing it to be integrated in a watch case of corresponding shape substantially matching the wrist of the wearer. Bridges 2 fixed on the support plate 1 form with the latter the frame of the clock mechanism M. On the part 1a of the support plate 1 is mounted a first mobile 3 comprising a coaxial wheel 3a and secured to an axis 3b which defines a pinion 3c. The axis 3b is supported and guided at both ends by two pads 4, 5 in the form of pierced stones. These pads 4, 5 are located one in a hole 6 of the first part 1a of the support plate 1 and the other in a hole 7 of a bridge 2a of the frame fixed on the support plate 1 and parallel in part 1a. On the part 1b of the support plate 1 is mounted a second mobile 8 comprising a coaxial wheel 8a and secured to an axis 8b which defines a pinion 8c, the pinion 8c meshing with the wheel 3a of the first mobile 3. In the example shown, the first mobile 3 is a mobile second while the second mobile 8 is an escape mobile. The axis 8b is supported and guided at both ends by two bearings 9, 10 in the form of pierced stones. These two pads 9, 10 are located one in a hole 11 of the second part 1b of the support plate 1 and the other in a hole 12 of a bridge 2b of the frame fixed on the support plate 1 and parallel in part 1b. Because of
权利要求:
Claims (6) [1] the relative inclination of the parts 1a, 1b of the support plate 1 and the corresponding relative inclination of the bridges 2a, 2b, the mobiles 3, 8 are inclined with respect to each other. According to the invention, at least one of the pads 4,5, 9,10 is driven, or fixed in another way, in an eccentric rotary adjusting ring 13. In the illustrated example, a such eccentric rotary adjusting ring 13 is engaged, for example driven, in the hole 7 of the bridge 2a and can be rotated using a tool such as a screwdriver. The ring 13 comprises (see Figures 1 to 3) a central bore 13a in which is fixed the pad 5, a cylindrical peripheral surface 13b engaged in the hole 7 of the bridge 2a and coaxial with said hole 7, and a shoulder 13c which leans axially on a surface 14 of the bridge 2a. To facilitate the rotation of the ring 13, the wall of the hole 7 comprises portions 7a which are in contact with the cylindrical peripheral surface 13b and which alternate with recessed portions 7b which are not in contact with the cylindrical peripheral surface 13b. The central bore 13a is eccentric with respect to the cylindrical peripheral surface 13b, as shown in FIG. 2, so that a rotation of the ring 13 changes the inclination of the axis 3b, thus the relative inclination of the axes 3b, 8b, and therefore the relative position in height (apartement) of the respective teeth of the wheel 3a and pinion 8c and the penetration of said teeth. The gear sets can thus be adjusted and the efficiency of the mechanism can be improved. claims 1. Watch mechanism comprising: - a frame (1, 2) comprising a first part (1a, 2a) and a second part (1b, 2b) inclined relative to each other, - a first axis (3b) mounted on the first part (1a, 2a) of the frame, - a second axis (8b) mounted on the second part (1b, 2b) of the frame, - a first rotary member (3a) equipping the first axis (3b), a second rotary member (8c) equipping the second axis (8b) and cooperating with the first rotary member (3a), characterized in that at least one of the first and second axes (3b, 8b) is supported by at least an eccentric rotary element (13) for adjusting the relative inclination of the first and second axes (3b, 8b). [2] 2. Watchmaking mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the eccentric rotary element (13) comprises a rotary ring (13) engaged in a hole (7) of the frame and whose central bore (13a) receives the axis. corresponding (3b), said central bore (13a) being eccentric with respect to a peripheral surface (13b) of the rotary ring (13) which is coaxial with said hole (7) and in contact with the wall (7a) of said hole ( 7).
