专利说明:

Description [0001] This invention relates to a particular label for use with transparent material beverage bottles, for example, glass bottles and / or PET bottles, which are filled with a transparent beverage. Furthermore, the invention relates to such a beverage bottle, which is equipped with such a label.
Conventionally labels are glued to the bottler at the bottler, where they are usually attached around the bottle body and therefore the same wrap around. They are printed exclusively on the outside, with the name of the product and other details of its contents. Thus, for example, the contents of mineral salts, whether carbonated or not, whether sugary or not, the calorie content, the shelf life, a product code, the name and address of the manufacturer or bottler etc. are specified.
The object of this invention is to develop such etiquette, firstly by finding much more information than before on a label place, and secondly, her reading on a special sexy, curiosity anstiling the way done.
This object is achieved with a label for attachment to a transparent beverage bottle for mineral waters and other transparent drinks, which is guided around the periphery of the beverage bottle and glued overlapping, wherein the inside of the label is printed with information, and the reading of this information from the respective opposite outside of the label is made possible by having a peep-hole there.
In the figures, the invention is illustrated and described and explained with reference to these images. It shows:
Fig. 1a: a transparent bottle with a glued-on label with peephole;
Fig. 1b: an alternative label with a vertical slot as a peephole;
Fig. 1c: an alternative label with a horizontal slot as a peephole;
Fig. 2: the way, as seen through the peephole, and which area of the inside of the label is thus visible.
In Fig. 1a, this label 1 is shown attached to a bottle 2. This wraps around the bottle body 2 and is adhered to a point 4 little overlapping on the same. As a special feature, this label 1 is printed on the inner side with information, be it pictures, text or combinations of pictures and texts. Such a region 3 is indicated here on the inside of the label 1. It can extend over the entire height of the label 1. Opposite this inside of the label 1, a peephole 5 is punched through which the opposite inside of the label 1 can be viewed. For viewing one holds the bottle 2 with the peephole 5 in the label 1 close to an eye and can read the text on the opposite inside of the label 1 or view pictures.
In Fig. 1b, a particularly high label 1 is shown, which is provided instead of a peephole 5 with a slot 6, so that the opposite inside can be viewed on its entire height. This provides more space, for example, to tell a short story with pictures and speech bubbles in the manner of a comic or a sequence of a sequel story. In order to see the individual images and to read the associated speech bubbles, it is necessary to look through the slit one after the other from top to bottom to view image line after image line. It is the same when the inside of the label 1 is printed in the area visible through the slot 6 from top to bottom only with text.
In Fig. 1c, a label 1 is provided with a horizontal slot 7. The idea behind this is that a line that extends around a large peripheral area of the opposite inner side of the label 1 can be read so that at first looks at the right side of the slot on the inside of the label and starts reading while rotating the bottle clockwise about its axis, and then slotting the groove 7 horizontally past the viewing eye, permitting reading of the entire line over a wide peripheral area on the inside of the label.
Fig. 2 shows the basic principle again. By a peephole 5, possibly also executed in slot shape, the opposite inner side of a label 1 can be considered. 2, an interior area with a vertical and an arrow along the inner circumference is indicated, which area can be viewed through this peephole shown here. He is also bounded on both sides by a vertical dashed line. These lines may also be formed as perforated edges 9 of the printed interior, so that the inside printed portion of the label 1 after the purchase of the bottle can be torn away from the same. In this case, the label is not coated on the inside in this printed area with adhesive, so that the inside printed area after tearing along the perforated edges 9 easily and free of the bottle is removable bar. In a particularly high label, a vertical slit 6 is required as a peephole, and when the label 1 is provided with information on its inner side over a wide peripheral area, a horizontal slit 7 helps to recognize this entire area.

Claims (11)
[1]
This etiquette opens up new possibilities for the advertising industry to provide previously unused advertising space, namely the insides of the labels, with messages and to communicate them. Especially charming is the storytelling of short stories in comic form, which appeals especially to children and adolescents. These must look through the peephole to follow the story in its entirety. With a sequel story, one can address the curiosity of people by finding the sequel to a new batch of bottles. If the labels are also prepared so that the area on the inside of the label 1 on which it is printed by means of perforations from the bottle can be torn away, so can create books, and the continuation story can be as a sequence of image Sticking labels in a book, or the sequences of the continuation story can be exchanged with other consumers of the beverage bottles to complete their own collection. This appeals to the collector's passion of many people and can have a promotional effect on the said beverage bottles. In this case, this printed inside is not carefully coated with an adhesive, so that it does not adhere to the bottle, but after tearing along the two side perforations 9 free of the bottle from the rest of the label 1 is solvable. For the contents on the inside of the labels 1, there are hardly any limits. Apart from pictures or comics stories, be they short stories or continuation stories, it goes without saying that even pure text stories can be printed on them. Beverage bottles are bought very frequently and are needed daily, ensuring a steady flow of storytelling. The labels can be easily numbered on the outside, so that a buyer immediately recognizes whether it is a bottle whose history he already knows, or a new one with the continuation of the story. The application of these labels 1 can be done by machine, as shown here by means of a video clip: http://youtu.be/jsL9_CBicvo. claims
