Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a winch support element for Venetian blinds. More particularly, the present invention relates to a support element of the drive winch for Venetian-type darkening systems and to the related apparatus.
STATE OF THE ART
[0002] In the sectors of application of blinds such as blinds, blinds, sun screens, technical blinds, pergolas, screen etc., for internal and external applications, it is known to use support elements suitable for positioning and fixing the winches of operation and orientation, and of mechanical transmission and movement parts, inside load-bearing profiles, boxes or channels in sheet metal.
[0003] In particular, the traditional applications of Venetian blinds comprise a multiplicity of horizontal elements or lamellas arranged in a packet, vertically deployable and adjustable by means of mechanical movement elements operable by a winch that can be operated manually by means of a jointed rod or with a electric servomotor. Said drive winch, as shown in figs. 5a and 5b, is traditionally placed inside a load-bearing section or box made of sheet metal, generally having a polygonal "U" shape, below which the stack of lamellae of the Venetian blind is arranged.
[0004] Said "U" -shaped supporting section is usually advantageously provided, at the open side, with two substantially bent-shaped folded edges. Said bearing section is, moreover, usually and preliminarily installed and stabilized at a wall structure, a box, a window or door of a window frame, by means of one or more U-bolts and fixing brackets able to stabilize the same at said edges. folded. Subsequently, again with reference to figs. 5a and 5b, the winch is slidably inserted inside said containment section by means of a support element having a generally polygonal shape with a central through housing able to house the winch and an outer surface conjugated with the inner part of the containment profile and with its edges folded. The central housing of said support element has a radial cut which makes its internal diametrical surface discontinuous in such a way as to render a portion of said deformable support element and adapted to be tightened in a stable manner approaching the two edges of said cut, thus tightening said inner surface around the outer surface of the winch by means of a screw. Said deformable portion, once screwed and clamped on the remaining part of the support element, in addition to locking the winch in a stable manner inside the central housing, stabilizes by means of a tangential tongue the support element to the containment section .
[0005] In another known embodiment, the support element may have a central housing with a large open portion adapted to be closed by a mating removable closing element, separated from said support element, and adapted to be fixed thereon by means of at least two screws in such a way as to surround and lock the winch and the support element itself on said containment profile.
SUMMARY
[0006] Said traditional solutions for Venetian blinds, however, present drawbacks and operating limits.
[0007] A typical disadvantage of said traditional solutions for Venetian blinds is due to the difficulty of installation in particular to the difficulty in inserting and axially sliding the support element inside the self-supporting section bar, especially in modern fixing systems, called "self-supporting", where said containment profile is stabilized directly on the load bearing masonry structures. In this operation the deformable portion or the closure element of said support element, also suitable for locking the support element itself, slides and rests on the folded edge of the containment profile, interfering with the U-bolts and the fixing brackets.
[0008] A further drawback of said traditional solutions for Venetian blinds is due to the fact that in order to allow the adjustment sliding of said support element, in the case of interference with the clips or the fixing brackets, it is necessary to act on one or more screws in small spaces where the maneuver is often difficult and difficult.
[0009] A further drawback of said traditional solutions for Venetian blinds is due to the fact that said containment sections can have cutting burrs on the ends and variable dimensional dimensions along the longitudinal development of the section such as to cause jamming and difficulty in sliding the element support. The object of the present invention is to improve the traditional solutions for Venetian blinds.
[0010] More particularly, an object of the present invention is to provide a winch support element for Venetian blinds designed to ensure an easy and rapid installation of the winch inside the containment section with better accessibility and maneuverability to the fastening elements .
[0011] More particularly, a further object of the present invention is to provide the user with a winch support element for Venetian blinds such as to ensure easy sliding thereof in said containment section without jamming and interference with U-bolts and brackets fixing.
[0012] More particularly, a further object of the present invention is to provide the user with a winch support element for Venetian blinds capable of ensuring a high level of resistance and reliability over time, and such as to be easily and economically achieved .
[0013] These and other objects are achieved by the winch support element for Venetian blinds as claimed and described herein.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0015] With reference to figs 1a and 1b and in particular to Figs. 2, 3a and 3b, the support element of a winch for Venetian blinds, indicated as a whole by 10, comprises a body 11 with a through axial opening 12, generally of circular shape, defining an inner surface 12 'suitable for housing a winch 50 at its outer surface 52, an outer surface 13 configured to conjugate in cooperation with the inner surface 71 of a U-shaped containment profile 70 provided with folded edges 72. In said body 11 is advantageously formed a radial through aperture 14 developed over the entire length of said body 11 and joining said inner surface 12 to said outer surface 13, said radial opening 14 being defined between an elastically deformable portion 16 with respect to the remaining part of said body 11. In correspondence of said deformable portion 16, said body 11 can be further provided with at least one through hole 19 for the passage of a screw 30 which, as will be understood, acts as a pusher device. Said radial aperture 14 is generally defined by a zone with no material such as to interrupt the elastic continuity of the body 11, but can also be defined by an area having material with different elasticity or stiffness or suitably formed and shaped, for example with a zone bellows or spring, in such a way as to allow in said zone an expansion of the body 11 located substantially in correspondence of said deformable portion 16. Said deformable portion 16 is substantially the portion of body 11 where the deflection arrow is greater, i.e. the elastic displacement of the material of the body 11 when subjected to the expansion forces in a deformed configuration with respect to an undeformed configuration.
[0016] With reference to figs 2 and 3a, said through hole 19, radially developed and communicating with said axial opening 12, is formed inside a central appendix 18 extending radially outwards on said outer surface 13 of said body 11 at said portion deformable 16. In said through hole 19 a pusher device is arranged, adapted to enlarge said body 11 by pushing on the external surface 52 of said winch 50. Said pusher advantageously comprises a pressure screw 30 rotatable in said hole 19 and adapted to engage in screwing with the outer surface 52 of said winch 50 in such a way as to move said deformable portion 16 away from the remaining part of the body 11, expanding said radial opening 14. Said pressure screw 30 can alternatively be any pusher element such as a pin provided with mechanical means designed to push it and hold it in position inside said through hole 19 such as a cam lever or equivalent, so as to allow a pressure to be applied to said outer surface 52 of said winch 50. In a preferred embodiment of said support element 10, said through hole 19 is provided with a threaded element 40, for example a given metal frame coaxially arranged in said through hole 19, in cooperation with said pressure life 30, said threaded element being integrated or drowned directly in the material of the support element 10. In an alternative embodiment, said through hole 19 can be a threaded hole able to cooperate with said pressure life 30.
[0017] With particular reference to fig. 2, the said through hole 19 can also be provided with a counterbore 19 'designed to act as a stop for the head of the said pressure screw 30, so that the same screw engages the outer surface 52 of the winch 50 for a limited length.
[0018] With reference again to figs 2, 3a, on said outer surface 13 is further formed at least one first lobed portion 20 generally (and not limited to) developed in a substantially tangential direction to said axial opening 12 and at least one second lobed portion 21 generally (and not limitatively) developed in the direction substantially radial, said first and second lobed portions 20, 21 being adapted to engage the inner surface 71 of a containment profile 70 substantially at the corners and folded edges 72.
[0019] In the preferred embodiment of fig. 3a, the inner surface 12 'of the axial opening 12 can comprise a portion of a knurled surface 12 "provided with an axial knurling cooperating with a mating knurled surface formed on the outer surface 52 of said winch 50, in such a way as to prevent any rotation of the winch 50 around its own axis once locked in position Said support element 10 is generally made of material having a good elasticity, preferably made of polymeric plastic material, but can also be made of metallic material.
[0020] Said second lobed portions 21 can also be advantageously provided with reinforcing ribs 23 connected with said outer surface 13 and integrally formed with the body 11.
[0021] Still in the preferred embodiment of the support element 10 of fig. 3a, the sharp edges are chamfered or radiused in such a way as to define the inlet ends suitable for facilitating the sliding of the support element 10 itself within the contact profile 70.
[0022] In an alternative embodiment of the support element 10, with particular reference to fig. 3b, a first lobed portion 20 and a second lobed portion 21 are formed on the outer surface 13 of the body 11 at the body portion 11 closest to the radial opening 14, where the deviation of the deformable portion 16 is greater. In the body portion 11 opposite to said radial opening 14, always in correspondence of said external surface 13, a single first lobed portion 20 is formed to engage at the corresponding folded edge 72 of said containment profile 70, while the lobed portion 21. This alternative configuration defines a form of external encumbrance of said support element 10 such as to allow its insertion into the support section in a manner transverse to the same.
[0023] The object of the present invention is also an apparatus for Venetian blind 100 comprising a support element 10 of a winch 50 arranged in a containment section 70. From the description of the parts constituting the support element 10 winch for Venetian blinds, object of the present invention, the operation of the same described hereunder is shown.
[0024] With reference to figs from 1a to 3b and in particular to Figs. 4a and 4b, the winch support element 10 for Venetian blinds of the present invention is suitable for housing the winch 50 for actuating a Venetian blind 100 at the axial opening 12, with the inner surface 12 "of the element of support 10 which locks the outer surface 52 of the winch 50 in a non-locked manner.
[0025] Subsequently, said support element 10 with the winch 50 is inserted inside the containment section 70 (typically) previously stabilized to a structure by means of one or more jumpers 80 which hold said containment section 70 in position in position. in cooperation with fixing brackets 81 and fixing means 82 suitable to clamp said brackets in a stable manner on the folded edges 72 of said containment profile 70.
[0026] The support element 10 is slidably adjustable inside said containment section thanks to the first and second lobed portions 20, 21 which have an extension of shorter length, with respect to the space delimited by the inner surface 71 of the same section containment 70, in such a way as to guarantee a constant play able to compensate for any geometric variations thereof and any cutting edges cutting.
[0027] The central appendix 18 of the support element 10 advantageously protrudes beyond the plane identified by the folded edges 72 of the containment profile 70 in such a way as to be easily grasped by the assembly operator during the sliding and adjustment of the position of the winch 50. Said central appendage 18 does not extend laterally to the folded edges 72 and is not in direct contact with them, in this way the support element 10 is
