专利说明:
Description FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The invention relates to a watch provided with a bracelet comprising, between a first end and a second opposite end, a device for attaching and adjusting the bracelet. The invention relates to the field of devices attached to the human body, particularly time measuring devices such as watches and the field of jewelry bracelets or fashion items. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0003] Bracelets, and especially watchbands, are generally of dimensions adjusted to the morphology of the user. Setting ranges are limited. Few wristbands offer quick donning or withdrawal possibilities, while ensuring a good fit and support during wear. Traditional clasps require delicate handling, whether it is barbed buckles, or mechanisms with folding clasp. In particular, handling with gloves is impossible. These clasps are moreover expensive, and generally comprise blunt protruding parts. Bracelets made entirely of elastic material do not always ensure good performance, especially when the user, for example a sportsman, submits his watch or his bracelet to strong accelerations. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0006] The object of the invention is to develop a watch equipped with a bracelet without a clasp in the usual sense of the term, having a large adjustment amplitude, easy to put on and take off by the user, and suitable for professional or sports use. These objectives, as well as others which will appear more clearly later, are achieved according to the invention with the aid of a watch comprising at least one box which has horns at a first side. and a second side opposite to the first side, and a bracelet formed by a flexible strand with a first end attached to the box and an opposite second end arranged to cooperate with a fastening device and adjusting the length of the bracelet. According to the invention, the adjusting device comprises at least two superimposed rings, each ring comprising a passage, so as to define at least two transverse openings for the introduction of the strand, said at least two rings being articulated to the box by connecting means, and the free end of the strand successively traversing the transverse openings formed by said at least two rings so as to adjust and tighten and loosen the bracelet. Thus, the object of the present invention, by its different functional and structural aspects described above, provides a watch easy to put on and adjust to the morphology of the wearer. According to other advantageous variants of the invention: the rings comprise knurling over all or part of their surface; the rings are of the same size; - the rings are of different size; the rings have a rectangular shape; the connection means comprise a flexible or rigid band for articulating the two rings to the box; - The rings are made of metal material, plastic, ceramic or composite material; - The strap strand is leather, rubber, fabric or synthetic material. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [0011] Other features and advantages will become clear from the description which is given below, by way of indication and in no way limitative, with reference to the appended drawings, in which: FIG. 1 illustrates a perspective view of a watch according to the invention according to a first embodiment; figs. 2 and 3 respectively represent sectional views of the watch according to the invention illustrated in FIG. 1; fig. 4 illustrates a perspective view of a watch according to the invention according to a second embodiment; DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS [0012] The watch according to the invention comprises at least one box 1 which comprises horns, at a first side and a second side opposite the first side, and a bracelet formed by a flexible strand 2 with a first end 20 fixed to the box 1 and a second end 21 opposite arranged to cooperate with a fastening device and adjusting the length of the bracelet. As shown in FIG. 1, the fastening and adjusting device according to the invention comprises two rings 10 and 11 superimposed in two parallel planes, each ring comprising a passage for the strand of the bracelet. In what follows, and for the sake of clarity, there is described a watch according to the invention comprising at least two rings of substantially rectangular shape, and this as a simple illustrative and non-limiting example. Of course, the rings may also be circular, oblong, square or any other shape likely to form a ring. The two rings 10 and 11 have a substantially rectangular shape and may have the same size as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, or of different dimensions as shown in FIG. 4. The first ring 10 comprises a first passage 14, also of rectangular shape, the first passage 14 being disposed above a second adjacent passage 15 formed in the second ring 11. Each ring 10,11 comprises two parallel crosspieces, said upper cross and lower crossbar, and two parallel side posts, and each of the passages 14 and 15 extends in the transverse direction of the strand 2. In the case where the two rings 10 and 11 are of the same size, the latter are superimposed in offset so as to form two transverse openings 16 and 17 to be able to pass the strand 2 of the bracelet. Advantageously, the width of the strand 2 is slightly less than the width of the passages 14, 15 of the rings to limit the friction of the strand 2 against the edges of the passages. According to the invention, the two rings 10 and 11 are articulated to the box 1 by means of connecting means 12 such as a flexible strip of fabric, or a metal strip, or any other element that can hold the two rings 10, 11 superimposed while being connected to the box 1. As illustrated in the figures, the connecting means 12 are articulated to the box 1 by means of a bar 13 so as to maintain the connecting means 12 between the horns 101 and 102 of the box 1. As can be seen in FIG. 1, the first end 20 of the strand 2 is secured to the box 1 at a first side, between horns, for example by means of a bar. The second end 21 of the strand 2, passes under the lower face of the second ring 11, then passes through the two openings 14 and 15 forming a transverse opening 16, and folds over the upper face of the first ring 10 . The second end 21 of the strand 2 is then inserted into the transverse opening 17 located between the upper cross member of the first ring 10, and the lower cross member of the second ring 11, and finally comes into a loop to maintain the second end 21 against the strand 2. A pulling force exerted on the second end 21 of the strand 2 causes a longitudinal approximation of the two rings 10 and 11 and the maintenance of the strand in the opening 32. This results in a self-tightening effect of the strand 2, which remains in the absence of voluntary unlocking action on the rings 10 and 11. In order to reinforce the holding of the strand 2, the rings 10 and 11 may have a knurling on their surface, the knurling being preferably on the upper and lower crosspieces of the rings 10, 11 in the case of a ring. rectangular shape. In the case of a cylindrical ring, it can provide a knurling over the entire surface of the ring. To loosen the strand 2, it is sufficient to exert a traction force on the two rings so as to increase the distance between them and release the strand 2. The strand 2 forming the bracelet can be made of leather, rubber, fabric or synthetic material. One can also imagine that the second end 21 of the strand 2 comprises an extra thickness so that the strand 2 can not leave the passer inadvertently. The invention is thus easy to handle with gloves, which may be necessary in the case of use in scuba diving for example. [0028] Its manufacturing cost is very moderate. The invention lends itself well to a bracelet exchange, depending on the use or aesthetic considerations. With these different aspects of the invention, there is a simple design watch to adjust and tighten the bracelet quickly. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the example shown but is susceptible to various variations and modifications that will occur to those skilled in the art. NOMENCLATURE [0031] 1.
