专利摘要:
A clamp (10) for securely holding cables, preferably high-voltage cables, comprises an elongated clamping body (12) which is provided with at least two ducts (13a, 13b, 14a) for receiving the cables and for this purpose a lower part (13) and a top (14). The latter form clamping jaws (15, 16) for fixing the cables (11a, 11b, 11c) in the ducts (13a, 13b, 14a) of the clamping body (12). This clamp (10) is given a compact, space-saving structure, which at the same time ensures that the power cables are fixed in a completely tensile manner. 公开号:CH712238B1 申请号:CH00679/16 申请日:2016-05-26 公开日:2020-08-14 发明作者:Enzler Christian;Enzler Philipp 申请人:Tresco Ag; IPC主号:
专利说明:
The invention relates to a clamp for holding cables with tensile strength, preferably high-voltage cables, according to the preamble of claim 1. Such clamps are known to be used as tensioning devices, which have the task of relieving the cable from the tensile stresses acting on them. In practice, the cables are drawn in in bundles of normally three individual cables running side by side, each cable being secured separately with individual clips. As a result, the cables have to be pulled apart during assembly, so that a larger assembly space and additional work are necessary. In contrast, the invention is based on the object of avoiding these disadvantages and of creating a clamp of the type mentioned above, which enables installation under unfavorable space conditions and thereby a saving in assembly costs. According to the invention, this object is achieved according to the features of claim 1. The Bride according to the invention thereby receives a compact, space-saving structure, which at the same time ensures a completely tensile fixation of the power cables. It also enables the strain relief of three power cables at once and considerably facilitates the assembly work because the cables no longer have to be moved apart. Because of these advantages, the Bride is particularly suitable for the simultaneous pulling in of electrical high-voltage cables in pipe runs with a protective cable pipe for receiving three cables. The invention can also provide that the ducts of the clamping body of the Bride are arranged triangular in cross section, the lower part and on the other hand the upper part act as clamping jaws for fixing the power cable in the ducts of the clamping body. This arrangement facilitates the laying and fixing of the three cables, and also has a structurally simple and robust structure that ensures that the three cables are firmly fixed. It is also advantageous in this sense if the ducts of the clamping body are cut in half in the clamping jaws of the respective pair of clamping jaws, with a circular cross-sectional area in view of the generally round cross-section of the power cable, the diameter of which is that of the one to be drawn in Cable is adapted. The invention can also provide that the clamping jaws can be clamped against each other in pairs by fastening means, which are guided on both sides of the clamping jaws in laterally protruding approaches of the clamping jaws. [0011] The invention is described in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing. Show it:<tb> Fig. 1 <SEP> a cross section of the clamp according to the invention (according to the line I - I according to FIG. 2), and<tb> Fig. 2 <SEP> a side view of the clamp according to FIG. 1. The clamp 10 according to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is used to relieve the strain on three power cables 11a, 11b, 11c along the respective specified power line. It can be used in particular for high-voltage cables with a diameter of up to 200 mm, both as a layered cable, as a copper and corrugated aluminum cable, armored and non-armored cables, plastic, oil and gas cables or as special cables with fiberglass inserts. The clamp 10 can be anchored on a support beam or foundation with fastening screws, which are preferably guided between the outer clamping screws of the lower pair of clamping jaws. This arrangement enables the fastening of the clamp on the supporting body provided for this purpose, regardless of whether the cables are already inserted in the feed-through channels of the clamp or not. As can be seen from Fig. 1, the Bride has an elongated clamping body 12, which is provided with three triangular cross-section through ducts 13a, 13b, 13c for the power cables 11a, 11b, 11c. The clamping body 12 is composed in cross section with a lower part 13 and an upper part 14 each with a clamping jaw 15, 16 for fixing the power cables 11a, 11b, 11c in the ducts 13a, 13b, 13c. The latter have a circular cross-sectional area, the diameter of which is adapted to that of the respective power cables to be fixed, i.e. have approximately the same diameter. Half of them are recessed in the clamping jaws 15, 16. In addition, they can be provided with inserts such as rubber inserts to protect the cable sheathing. To fix the power cables 11a, 11b, 11c in the clamp 10, the clamping jaws 15, 16 can be clamped against each other with fastening means, for example with clamping screws 18, which are guided on both sides of the clamping jaws with laterally protruding lugs 17 of the clamping jaws. In the lower part 13 of the clamping body 12 lugs 19 are provided for supporting the clamp 10 on a foundation, support beam or the like, and the clamping body can be fastened on it. The elongated design of the clamping body 12 and the semicircular recesses for the ducts 13a, 13b, 14a the clamping jaws 15, 16 contribute to the fact that the cables 11a, 11b, 11c are evenly and completely fixed in the clamp. Expediently, the clamping jaw 15 of the lower part 13 is assigned two lead-through channels 13a, 13b, while the clamping jaw 16 of the upper part 14 is assigned the third lead-through channel 14a. The clamping jaw 16 of the upper part 14 is shaped in cross section such that in its center the duct 14a for the upper cable 11c and on its underside on both sides next to this duct 14a each have a segment-shaped clamping surface 14b for pressing the two adjacent cables 11a , 11b is provided in the lower clamping jaw 15. These segment-shaped clamping surfaces 14b are viewed in cross section with the curves as the diameter of the cables 11a, 11b approximately the same dimensions and they extend approximately at an angle of 90 °. The clamping jaw 16 of the upper part 14 preferably protrudes into the opening of the lower part 13 and is laterally guided therein. It is very advantageous if a longitudinal insert 20 is inserted between the clamping jaws 16, which can be inserted between the three cables 11a, 11b, 11c and extends approximately over the length of the clamp 10. This longitudinal insert 20 is dimensioned such that the three cables each lie flat on it and by means of which, in addition to the clamping surfaces 14b, an additional contact pressure can be generated on the two adjacent cables 11a, 11b. This ensures that the three cables are pressed evenly when the upper part is tensioned on the lower part. In principle, this longitudinal insert 20 could also be dispensed with and the cable 11c in the upper part 14 would then rest directly on the lower two cables 11a, 11b and advantageously exert a pressure on them in the tensioned state. The proposed arrangement of the clamping screws also contributes to the fact that the clamp according to the invention is characterized by a very compact and space-saving structure. The lead-through channels 13a, 13b, 13c are provided with a circular cross-sectional area. In special cases, however, they can also easily have a cross-section with a wavy or polygonal profile, for example, if they thus ensure better fixation of the cables to be drawn in. The diameter of the three ducts 13a, 13b, 13c is illustrated with the same dimensions. The clamp according to the invention can, however, also easily be provided with feed-through channels of different diameters. The inventive Bride can be made of different metals, such as aluminum with chrome steel screws or with galvanized screws, or made of plastic, also with chrome steel screws or with galvanized screws. In addition, the half-shell-shaped lower or upper part 13, 14 and the associated clamping jaws 15, 16 can be made from different materials and either by machining, cast or as plastic injection molding, by 3D manufacturing processes, as composite materials and / or from wood products. The invention is sufficiently demonstrated with the exemplary embodiments explained above. However, it could be represented in other variants. In principle, two, four or even more ducts could also be provided, in which these ducts would advantageously be arranged two on top of one another. The clamping jaws could also be incorporated into the lower or upper part 13, 14 or each consist in one piece of the same material. As fastening means, clamping clips or the like could also be used instead of clamping screws.
