专利说明:
Description [0001] The present utility model concerns a transversal bar for a track of a tracked vehicle, in particular of a snow groomer vehicle. In general, the groomer vehicles have tracks, each of which comprises a plurality of closed-loop rubber belts, and a plurality of transverse bars, which are fixed to the rubber belts and extend perpendicularly to the belts themselves. Generally, a crossbar for tracks of snow groomer vehicles includes a bar configured to be fixed to the rubber belts and a blade fixed to the bar to sink into the snow and ice to allow a secure grip of the track and ensure high safety for the driver of the snow groomer also when the snow groomer operates on very steep slopes and on a very icy surface. A crossbar of the type identified above is described in the patent application US 2008/0 309 157. [0002] Recently, the tracked vehicles designed to be connected to equipment for the preparation of the ski slopes are also used outside the skiing period. Often these snow groomers have advanced along delicate supports such as pasture land. In this field of use, the traditional transverse bars excessively move the surface layer of the soil damaging the pasture. In fact, the traditional crossbar often mills the surface layer of the snowpack on which it normally operates. In the case of ski slope preparation, the "milling" performed by the tracks is a desired effect, while on other supports the effect is obviously undesirable. [0003] One object of the present utility model is to provide a transverse bar that is able to mitigate the drawbacks of the known art without compromising the track gripping capacity and the lateral stability of the tracked vehicle. [0004] In accordance with the present utility model, a transverse bar is provided for a track of a tracked vehicle, in particular of a groomer vehicle, for advancing on delicate supports, the transverse bar comprising a bar, which has a cross-section U-shaped, extends along an axis, and comprises a base parallel to the axis and provided with fixing elements; and two wings integral with the base, facing each other and having respective free edges, parallel to the axis and along at least one of which recesses are formed to form teeth configured to make a grip with the delicate support in a parallel direction axis. [0005] In this way, the wings sink slightly into the support ensuring traction of the track, while the teeth prevent lateral sliding of the track. [0006] In particular the wings are parallel to each other to ensure a better grip and have respective opposite ends tapered towards the base to allow greater maneuverability of the track. [0007] In general, each wing is configured to sink to a depth between 13 and 17 mm to avoid damaging the support. [0008] In particular, the crossbar comprises a support which connects the wings to each other so as to stiffen the wings and limit the sinking of the wings within a predefined limit. [0009] In particular, the recesses are distributed with a constant distribution pitch along at least a portion of the free edge of a wing so as to form a "toothed" section in a regular manner along the free edge. [0010] In accordance with alternative embodiments, each free edge comprises three "toothed" sections: a central "toothed" section; and two "toothed" side sections. [0011] In particular, the central "toothed" sections of the facing wings are aligned, while the lateral "toothed" sections are offset from each other. [0012] Preferably each recess has a U-shaped contour and the depth of each recess is between 6.5 and 8.5 mm. [0013] Other features and advantages of the present utility model will appear clear from the following description of a non-limiting embodiment thereof, with reference to the attached figures, in which: fig. 1 is a plan view, with parts removed for clarity, of a track comprising a transverse bar made in accordance with the present utility model; fig. 2 is a longitudinal section view, with parts removed for clarity and on an enlarged scale, of the transverse bar illustrated in fig. 1 according to the section lines ll-ll; fig. 3 is an elevation view, on an enlarged scale and with parts removed for the sake of clarity of a detail of the transverse bar of Fig. 2. fig. 4 is a cross-section view, with parts removed for clarity, of the transverse bar of Fig. 1 according to the section lines IV — IV; and fig. 5 is a plan view, with parts removed for clarity, of a blank for making the transverse bar of fig. 1.
权利要求:
Claims (10) [1] [0014] With reference to fig. 1, with the reference number 1 a track for a tracked vehicle is indicated as a whole, in particular for a groomer vehicle not shown in the attached figures. The track 1 comprises a plurality of rubber belts 2 closed in a loop and a plurality of transverse bars 3 (only one of which shown in the attached figures) uniformly distributed along the belts 2 and arranged transversely with respect to the belts 2. [0015] The bars transversal 3 have the function of realizing a grip with the support on which the groomer vehicle is advanced both in the direction of advancement, and in a direction transverse to the direction of advancement and in conditions of dry or wet weather and, according to the forms of actuations more common, to mesh with a driving wheel not shown in the attached figures. [0016] Each transverse bar 3 comprises a bar 4 with a U-shaped section. The bar 4 extends along an axis A and has a base 5 parallel to the axis A and configured to be fixed to the track 1; and two wings 6 and 7 integral with the base 5 and facing each other. The wings 6 and 7 are provided with respective free edges 8 and 9, parallel to the axis A and along which recesses 10 are formed to form teeth 11 configured to make a grip with the delicate support in a direction parallel to the axis A second when best indicated in figs. 2 and 3. [0017] With reference to fig. 1, the wings 6 and 7 have respective opposite ends tapered towards the base 5. [0018] The base 5 has openings 12 distributed along the axis A and the transverse bar 3 comprises nuts 13 which are fixed to the base 5 in correspondence of the openings 12. The assembly of the transversal bar 3 to the belts 2 is achieved by tightening the belts 2 between the base 5 and a plate, not shown, which is fixed to the base by screws, not shown, which engage the nuts 13. [0019] With reference to fig. 4, wings 6 and 7 are parallel to each other. Moreover, each transverse bar has a support 14 which connects the wings 6 and 7 to each other. In particular the support 14 comprises a plate parallel to the base 5 and which limits the sinking of the wings 6 and 7 within a predefined limit. Each transverse bar 3 is configured to allow a sinking of the wings 6 and 7 between 13 and 17 mm. [0020] With reference to fig. 1, the support 14 is continuous at the central part of the transverse bar 3 and is absent in correspondence with end portions of the transverse bar 3. [0021] With reference to fig. 3, each recess 10 has a U-shaped contour and preferably has a depth with respect to the respective free edge 8, 9 between 6.5 and 8.5 mm. The recesses 10 are distributed with a constant distribution pitch along at least a portion of one of the free edges 8, 9 so as to form a "toothed" section. [0022] In accordance with the present utility model, the number and the extension of the "toothed" sections along the free edges 8 and 9 can be selected according to the specific use requirements. [0023] In particular, the embodiment illustrated in fig. 2 comprises three "toothed" sections along each of the free edges 8 and 9: a central "toothed" section and two lateral "toothed" sections. The central "toothed" sections of the wings 6 and 7 are aligned, while the "toothed" side sections of the wings 6 and 7 themselves are slightly offset from each other. [0024] The transverse bar 3 can be made of steel or aluminum by two procedures. A first process recommended for making a transverse steel bar 3 provides for cutting the blank 15 of fig. 5 from a sheet of metallic material, preferably, steel; welding the nuts 13 at the openings 12; to fold the blank 15 into the U to make the bar 4, and to weld the support 13 to stiffen the wings 6 and 7. [0025] A second advisable method for making a transverse aluminum bar 3 is to extrude the bar 4 with section U-shaped; taper the ends of wings 6 and 7; making the openings 12; make the grooves 11; thread openings instead of welding nuts 13; and to weld the support 14. [0026] It is also evident that the present utility model also covers embodiments not described in the detailed description and equivalent embodiments which fall within the scope of protection of the appended claims. claims 1.
