    THE iNVENTION field
    The present invention relates to disposable products made of plastic or paper with a security marking element and its execution, which is intended to prevent the repeated use of disposable plastic or paper.
    State of the art
    Presently packaging of plastic wrap for disposable products are known, which give the user when opening the information that this package was opened for the first time that it was not opened by an unauthorized person and the disposable product was not used. The disadvantage of this solution is its unreliability and the ability to repack the disposable products.
    Another known solution is published and described in the Czech patent application PV 3385-97 under the name "paper disposable products with display means", wherein the display means give a visually recognizable sign to the user that the desired properties are not maintained. When the paper product comes into contact with liquid and gets wet, this sign disappears. The disadvantage of this solution is that the user can be misled by not checking the fact whether the manufacturer has attached the display means to the concrete paper product or not.
    Another known solution is given in the description of CZ 260773, under the name of «device for fixing the dye on the surface of hoses or bands made of plastic». In this case, dividing sleeves or labels for marking are produced from the tubes or bands by dividing. The disadvantage of this solution is not only a very sophisticated fixation of the dye on the disposable products, but also the impossibility of determining whether the disposable product has already been used by another user.
    Another known solution is described in EP 532002, under the name of the permanent security markings and security objects that use these terms. These safety markings are not only resistant to chemical and mechanical damage, but also to liquids. The disadvantage of this solution is the impossibility of its use in disposable products made of paper or plastic.
    Principle of the invention
    The above-mentioned disadvantages are substantially eliminated by the invention of disposable plastic or paper with a security marking element according to this invention, wherein the principle of the invention is that it consists of at least one marking tape. A color indicator is attached to the marking tape and the second side of the marking tape is attached to the disposable product by an adhesive layer.
    Preferably, the disposable product is a disposable product from the following group of disposable products: a hygienically safe disposable straw and / or hygienic disposable cutlery and / or a hygienically safe disposable bowl and / or a hygienic disposable dish and / or a hygienically safe disposable plate and / or a hygienically safe disposable cup and / or a hygienically acceptable disposable bottle and / or a hygienically safe disposable box and / or a hygienically safe disposable tray and / or a hygienically safe disposable container and / or a hygienically safe Disposable tablecloth and / or a hygienically safe disposable thermobox.
    The above-mentioned disadvantages are substantially eliminated by the new embodiment of disposable plastic or paper with the security marking element according to this technical solution, which is characterized in that a part of the marking tape is adhered to the cleaned disposable product and the other Part of the marking tape, a color indicator is applied, which subsequently dissolves on contact with a liquid and discolored the marking tape and the disposable product.

    Figure 1 shows an example of a disposable plastic or paper product having a security marker consisting of a marker tape 2 formed from a foodstuff paper. On one side of the marking tape 2, an adhesive layer 11 is attached, which is formed by a food adhesive. The marking tape 2 is attached to the disposable product 1 by means of the adhesive layer 11. On the second side of the marking tape 2, a color indicator 3 is mounted, which consists of a food coloring powder.
    Example 2
    The execution of a disposable product made of plastic or paper with a security marking element according to the Fig. 2 is based on that the cleaned disposable product 1, which is a hygienic paper bag, a part of the marking tape 2 is adhered (shown is the sticking on the outside of the bottom of this cup) and on the other part of the marking tape 2, a color indicator 3 is applied, which dissolves on contact with a liquid and its dusty state changes to the liquid and last the marking tape 2 and the disposable product 1 discolored and so the user informed about its cancellation.
    Industrial use
    The disposable product of plastic or paper with a security marker according to this invention can be used to prevent the multiple use of disposable plastic or paper products, such as e.g. the reuse of disposable straws, disposable cutlery, disposable bowls, disposable plates, disposable containers, disposable cups, disposable bottles, especially in canteens and fast food restaurants.
