TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a watch comprising a mechanical clockwork movement provided with a tourbillon pivoting on several axes positioned at the center of the movement. State of the art [0002] The vortex is an exhaust system designed by the watchmaker Breguet in order to reduce the gait of a mechanical watch due to the position of the regulating member relative to the vertical. Examples of vortices arranged to perform a rotational movement produced by composition of several rotations around several axes are known in the art. These constructions ensure that the movement of the watch is absolutely independent of its position relative to the vertical and produces a unique and highly appreciated aesthetic effect. [0003] CH 698 315 describes a watch movement with a tourbillon rotating around three axes. The vortex drive system is positioned laterally off-center with respect to the center of the oval-shaped plate. In addition, the vortex carries clues to read the time that it is directly from the position of the vortex. This solution requires that the rotational periods of the vortex around the three axes are integer values of hours, and minutes, which limits the freedom of design, and does not give a reading as clear as a conventional display needle. [0004] CH 693 047 describes a vortex rotating around two axes. The important height of the vortex is in this case a very thick movement. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0005] The object of the present invention is to propose a watch comprising a clockwork movement in which the tourbillon executes complex movements determined by its rotation around several axes, and is placed at the center of the movement. for optimal visibility. This goal is achieved by means of the watch which is the object of the main claim. Another object of the present invention is to provide a watch comprising a display of the current time perfectly visible and intuitive that does not hinder the sight of the regulating organ of the vortex in the center of the movement. This object is achieved by particular embodiments of the invention described by the dependent claims. Another object of the present invention is to provide a multi-axis tourbillon movement free from the limitations of known movements. This object is achieved by particular embodiments of the invention described by the dependent claims. The solution according to the invention has the advantage over the prior art to position the vortex in the center, so as to highlight, in combination with a conventional time display needle in an outer ring which offers maximum visibility without obstructing the whirlpool. This solution has the further advantage of carrying the vortex by a cradle carrying the regulating member, and which can be made so as not to obstruct the view of the regulating member. This solution also has the advantage of allowing a dissociation between the regulating organ on the one hand, which is fully supported by the cradle in a circular area in the center of the watch and the movement, and the time indicators that are all integral with an annular ring on the periphery of this circular zone. It is thus easy to modify the type of indicators, and the number of needles or other indicators, by acting only on the components in this annular zone, without having to modify the central part of the movement occupied by the regulating organ. This solution also has the advantage of fully releasing the central part of the movement of the needles, finishing workings and other organs dedicated to the display of the time, to push them to the periphery of the movement. We gain a precious place in the center of the movement to highlight the whirlwind, without his sight being hindered by the needles or finishing workings that cause these needles. By placing the time indicators at the periphery, they are placed on the largest diameter, which makes reading both more convenient and more accurate. Moreover, the two time-counting functions are more clearly dissociated by means of the regulating organ and the display of time by means of the indicators. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES [0012] Examples of implementation of the invention are indicated in the description illustrated by the appended figures in which: Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a movement that can be mounted in a watch according to one aspect of the invention, seen from the front. Fig. 2 is a side view of the movement of FIG. 1. Fig. 3 shows the movement of FIGS. 1 and 2 on a larger scale, in perspective. Fig. 4 illustrates a part of the movement, including the vortex, and its actuation system. Fig. 5 is a section of the motion of the invention. Figs. 6 and 7 illustrate the display system jumping minutes and hours according to one aspect of the invention. Example (s) of Embodiment of the Invention [0013] FIG. 4 illustrates a part of a movement that can be mounted in a watch according to one aspect of the invention. The movement is advantageously circular and can be mounted in a round watch. On a plate 15 are arranged two fixed barrels 75, 76 which allow, in a conventional manner, to store the mechanical energy necessary for the running of the watch. Other arrangements with a different number of barrels are possible within the scope of the invention. The winding is here manual with a winding crown on the rod 91, but an automatic winding mechanism could be imagined. The barrels actuate, through a gear multiplier not shown, a cradle 20 centered relative to the movement and relative to the watch. The cradle rotates about an axis z perpendicular to the plane of the barrels 75, 76 and the plate 15. Preferably, the cradle 20 passes through the plate 15 through a central opening made for this purpose, and its foot is guided and supported by a ball bearing 21 (shown in Fig. 5) fixed in bridge 19 under plate 15. According to another variant, the bearing 21 could be directly implanted on the upper face of the plate 15. This version is simpler because the bridge 19 under the plate is not required. However, the height of the resulting movement would be greater than in the previous variant. The cradle 20 comprises a ring-shaped foot provided with an external toothing driven by the barrels. This foot rotates about the axis z through the bearing 21. Several arms, in this example two arms 180 ° from one another, extend widening from this ring so as to carry a peripheral ring away from the bottom. The peripheral ring 25 carries a peripheral toothing. The peripheral ring 25 belongs to a gear system with the function, as will be seen later, to drive the time indicators from the periphery of the movement. The ring 25 and the arms connecting it to the foot define an empty volume in which turns the vortex, which seems to float in a void in the middle of the movement. This volume is located at least partially above the two barrels 75, 76, so as to reduce the total diameter of the watch. Thanks to the flared shape of the arms, the thickness of the barrels does not add to that of the cradle and the regulating organ. Two straight supports 27 project beyond the plane of the ring 25 and carry a crosspiece 30 rotating about an axis integral with the cradle and parallel to the plate 15 and the barrels 75, 76. The crossbar can be guided in rotation by two bearings, bearing, or any other suitable means. The cross member 30 is rotated by the wheel 23, engaged with a ring gear 18 (visible in Figure 5), fixed relative to the plate. In the center of the cross member 30 is located a tourbillon mechanism with a Swiss lever escapement comprising a balance 61, a spiral 62 and an escape wheel 65 (shown in Figure 1). The exhaust is enclosed in a cage 40 itself rotating about an axis orthogonal to the axis of rotation of the cross member 30 and positioned in the middle thereof. The mass of the vortex drive system 38 is compensated by the two counterweights 38 in the form of arches. In a preferred embodiment, the tourbillon is of the "flying" type with a light cage 40 which supports the exhaust without surrounding or hiding it. The periods of rotation of the cradle 20, the cross member 30 and the support 40 are interconnected, and with the proper period of the exhaust, by the multiplication ratio of the workings or elements 18, 23 and 38. In an example, one can recommend rotation periods of 1 turn / 6 minutes for the crossbar 30, 1 turn / 40 seconds for the support 40, and 1 turn / 30 minutes for the cradle. Other ratios are possible, but it is preferable that the rotation of the cradle 20 is done in an integer of minutes, to simplify the display system. A rotation of the cradle relatively fast, that is to say in less than 60 minutes, is advantageous because it allows to see the movement, which creates an animation and allows to control the proper operation of the mechanism. Figs. 1,2,3,5 show the movement with its display system. The hands of the hours 81 and minutes 82 are actuated by the periphery of the watch and point inwards. They indicate the time when moving in a peripheral region of the watch in the shape of a circular crown, without ever covering the multiaxis vortex in the center. The flange 13 carries a graduated scale and hides the needle drive system. Figs. 6 and 7 illustrate a jumping device that can be used in the context of the invention to actuate the indicator hands of minutes and hours. The jumping minute ring 72, integral with the minute hand, is normally blocked by the jumper 77 and the wire spring 75. The peripheral wheel 25 integral with the cradle performs a revolution in 30 minutes and carries at its periphery 30 teeth , which raise once per minute the jumper 77, thus allowing the ring 72 to advance a notch. The minute hand 82 thus rotates in one hour, while the cradle 20, with a rotation period of 30 minutes has a double angular velocity. The hour hand 81 may be mounted on another ring actuated by the ring 72, with an interposed reduction gear train, or by another jumper system, or by any other appropriate actuation. The needles are driven by the periphery of the movement while their free end points inwards. As can be seen in FIG. 5, the arrangement of the elements of the movement of the invention allows to place the thicker elements in the center, so that the height of the movement is not constant, but decreases from the center to the periphery. This allows the realization of a watch less massive than known multiaxis vortices. The provision of all the time indicators 81, 82, and the gear train, on the periphery of the movement can easily achieve watches with different indicators, for example to add date indicators, day / night, etc. by acting only on these organs on the periphery of the movement and without modifying the central part of the movement and the regulating organ on its cradle. This solution also makes it possible to simplify the mechanism for setting the time by means of the winding and setting rod 91. This rod acts directly on the ring jumping minutes 72, by means of the time setting wheel shown in fig. 5 and 6, to rotate it in successive notches of one minute. The indicators of minutes and hours are coupled to the regulating organ only by the jumper 77 so that this setting does not act on the cradle 20 or on any member carried by the cradle.
