专利说明:
Description: The present invention relates to a device for managing magazines and ammunition for firearms. [0002] During field operations, a combatant generally equipped with a loaded submachine gun, also carries additional ammunition and magazines. For the management of these additional ammunition and magazines, the combatant generally uses a magazine holder to store spare magazines and also a management pouch which can be used to recover empty magazines, contain loose munitions or other weapons of fist such as grenades. The magazine carrier can in particular be worn hung directly at the level of the tactical vest or bullet-proof vest worn by the combatant, for quick access to the magazines, or even at the level of leg cases. The management pocket can be hung on the belt or also on the lower part of the tactical vest or bulletproof vest worn by the combatant to be quickly accessible and immerse the hand. However, these devices for the management of magazines and ammunition are not completely satisfactory. Indeed, in an alert or ambush situation, the combatant does not always have time to fully equip himself and therefore he may be obliged to fight without his tactical vest or his bullet-proof vest that he didn't have time to put on. In addition, the wearing of the management pocket at the waist can have drawbacks, especially when wearing a bulletproof vest because of the latter being quite thick, can hinder access to said management pocket. . One of the aims of the invention is therefore to at least partially remedy the drawbacks of the prior art and to propose an improved device for magazine and ammunition management. The present invention therefore relates to a device for managing magazines and firearms ammunition, worn over the shoulder by a user, comprising: a magazine holder capable of receiving at least one firearm magazine, said magazine holder comprising an upper side directed towards the head of the user and a lower side directed towards the feet of said user, - an adjustable strap connected to the upper side of the charger holder, and - a magazine and ammunition management pocket fixed to the lower side of the magazine holder by means of a fastening device, and the opening of which is oriented towards the head of the user and directed towards the outside of the body of said user . The fact that the charger holder and the management pocket are fixed to each other by means of the fastening device makes it possible to have a management device in one piece. This allows the combatant user to be able, even in the event of an ambush or a need for a rapid reaction, to grab his device for the management of magazines and ammunition to put it on his shoulder quickly and be ready in combat with ammunition and spare magazines and which can also store empty magazines. In addition, the fact that the management pocket is directly attached to the charger holder and worn over the shoulder, if the user is wearing a bulletproof vest, said management pocket remains directly accessible by the user, despite the offset related to the thickness of the bulletproof vest. This offset would have been inconvenient in the case of a management pocket worn on the belt. According to one embodiment, the attachment device is flexible and allows bending between the charger holder and the management pocket. According to another embodiment, the attachment device between the charger holder and the management pocket is removable and said charger holder and said management pocket are detachable from each other. According to another embodiment, the attachment device between the charger holder and the management pocket is permanent and said charger holder and said management pocket are inseparable. According to another embodiment, the fastening device is a seam between the lower side of the charger holder and the management pocket. According to another embodiment, the fastening device comprises an adjustable strap fixed on the side of said device and comprising a device for fastening and unfastening, said adjustable strap being intended to surround the body of the user. According to another aspect of the invention, the management pouch comprises, within its opening, a retaining skirt comprising an elastic orifice of diameter smaller than that of said opening. According to another aspect of the invention, the management pocket includes: - at least one semi-rigid strip around the entire periphery of its opening, - a drawstring connecting two distant points on the at least one semi-rigid strip so that a shortening of the drawstring brings said two points closer to one another and spreads the opening of the management pocket. According to another embodiment, the drawstring has two elastic strands and allows the formation of the elastic hole passing through the retaining skirt. CH 707 922 B1 According to another embodiment, the management pocket has an inner lining forming folds within it. Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following description, given by way of illustrative and nonlimiting example, and of the appended drawings among which: fig. 1 shows a schematic representation in front view of the device for managing magazines and ammunition, FIG. 2 shows a schematic representation of the connection between the charger holder and the management pocket, FIG. 3 shows a schematic representation in rear view and folded of the device for the management of magazines and ammunition. In the various figures, identical elements have the same reference numbers. As shown in fig. 1, the device for managing magazines and ammunition 1 comprises: - a charger holder 3, - an adjustable strap 5, and - a management pocket 7 of magazines and ammunition. The magazine holder 3 is adapted to receive at least one gun charger, said magazine holder 3 having an upper side 3a directed towards the head of the user and a lower side 3b directed towards the feet of said user. The chargers can in particular be held within a pocket 33 by means of a flap 35 fixed by a clip 31 or by any other means such as for example by hook-and-loop tape. The charger holder 3 can be made of high resistance textile. The adjustable strap 5 is fixed to the upper side 3a of the charger holder 3. It may in particular include a strap passing through adjustment loops in order to be able to modify its length according to the morphology of the user for optimal comfort. In addition, the strap can also include padding, always to improve comfort. The adjustable strap 5 can also be made of high-resistance textile. The management pocket 7 is fixed to the lower side 3b of the charger holder 3 by means of a fastening device 9. The opening 71 of the management pocket 9 is oriented towards the head of the user and directed outward from the body of said user. The management pocket 7 can also be made of high-resistance textile. As shown in fig. 2, the management pocket 7 comprises, within its opening 71, a retaining skirt 73 delimiting an elastic orifice 75 with a diameter less than that of said opening 71. This retaining skirt 73 makes it possible to keep the ammunition or magazines within of the management pocket 7 even in the event of strong tremors, or even reversal of the latter. The elastic opening 75 also contributes to this maintenance by limiting the entry opening in the management pocket 7 while allowing the insertion or removal of objects (magazines or the like) from the latter. For this it suffices to move aside the elastic opening 75, for example by threading the hand therein, which increases its diameter. The management pocket 7 also includes: at least one semi-rigid strip 77 over the entire periphery of its opening 71, a drawstring 81 connecting two distant points on the at least one semi-rigid strip 77 so that a shortening of the drawstring 81 brings said two points closer to one another and separates the opening 71 from the management pocket 7. This configuration thus allows to open the opening 71 by tightening the tightening cord 81 which allows easier access for the user to the elastic orifice 75 and therefore a rapid insertion or removal of an object from the management pocket 7. The drawstring 81 may advantageously have two elastic strands and allow the formation of the elastic orifice 75 while passing within the retaining skirt 73. In order to avoid nuisance knocking noises within the management pocket 7, the latter may include within it, in continuity with the retaining skirt 73, an inner lining forming folds. The folds of the lining are placed between the objects present in the management pocket 7 and absorb the shocks between these objects. The management pocket 7 may also include on one of its faces a fixing means 79 at the rear of the charger holder 3, for example a hook-and-loop strip, which makes it possible to fix it on the back of the door charger 3, folded or not, when it is empty so that the management device 1 takes up less space, as illustrated in FIG. 3. The attachment device 9 allowing the connection between the management pocket 7 and the lower side 3b of the charger holder 3 is preferably flexible, that is to say that it allows bending between the charger holder 3 and the management pocket 7 in order to improve the carrying comfort. CH 707 922 B1 [0031] The attachment device 9 can be permanent and therefore fix the management pocket 7 and the charger holder in an undeniable manner. As illustrated in fig. 1 to 3, said fastening device 9 can thus be a seam, with or without a textile connecting strip, between these elements. On the contrary, the fastening device 9 can be removable and thus make it possible to detach the management pocket 7 from the charger holder 3. In this embodiment, the fastening device 9 can for example be a zipper, a hook-and-loop strap or snap hooks passing through eyelets. To facilitate carrying comfort and avoid annoying movements of the management device 1 when worn over the shoulder, the latter may include an adjustable strap 11 fixed on the side of said management device 1 and comprising a fastening device and unwinding 11a, 11b. The adjustable strap 11 is intended to surround the body of the user and thus maintain the management device 1. The fact that the charger holder 3 and the management pocket 7 are fixed to each other by means of the fastening device 9 makes it possible to have a management device 1 in one piece. This allows the combatant user to be able to, even in the event of an ambush or a need for a rapid reaction, to grab his device 1 and management system for magazines and ammunition to put it on his shoulder quickly and be ready to fight with ammunition and spare magazines and can also store empty magazines. In addition, the fact that the management pocket 7 is directly attached to the charger holder 3 and worn over the shoulder, if the user is wearing a bulletproof vest, said management pocket 7 remains directly accessible by the user and this despite the offset related to the thickness of the bulletproof vest. This offset would have been inconvenient in the case of a management pocket worn on the belt. Thus, it is clear that the management device 1 of magazines and firearms ammunition according to the invention allows rapid equipment as well as constant accessibility to its elements facilitating its use and therefore allowing the user fighter to stay focused in combat.
