[0001] The subject of the present invention is an oscillation device for the wick of a spinning machine according to claim 1.
[0002] As is known, a spinning machine is capable of processing slivers of roving to make bobbins of thread, after having made an ironing and a twisting on the wick.
[0003] For this purpose, the spinning machine is constituted by a portal, to which roving coils are hung, which extends along a longitudinal axis.
[0004] Downstream of the wick coils there is a drafting device, generally formed by three pairs of cylinders having a longitudinal extension, between which the wick passes to be stretched.
[0005] Downstream of the drafting device, on a base, the spindles are arranged, in a row along the longitudinal axis, rotating around their own vertical axis, to which the stretched and twisted yarn is wound.
[0006] Usually, the spinning-wheel has two opposing banks, each provided with a row of spindles.
[0007] The wick, during its travel through the drafting device, would always engage the same restricted area of the cylinders, causing them to wear over time that would be uneven with that (practically non-existent) of the other areas of the cylinders, not affected by the contact with the wick.
[0008] To avoid this drawback, oscillation devices are known, which operate by performing an axial oscillation of the wick, for example at the entrance to the stretching device, so that the wick is in contact with different areas of the cylinders.
[0009] However, the currently known embodiments are kinematically rather complex.
[0010] The object of the present invention is to provide an oscillation device for the wick which overcomes the aforementioned drawbacks with reference to the known art.
[0011] This object is achieved by a spinning machine comprising an oscillation device made in accordance with claim 1.
[0012] The characteristics and advantages of the oscillation device according to the present invention will be evident from the description given below, given by way of non-limiting example, in accordance with the attached figures, in which:fig. 1 <SEP> shows an embodiment of a spinning machine, comprising an oscillation device according to the present invention, in accordance with an embodiment;fig. 2 <SEP> represents a diagram of the oscillation device according to the present invention;fig. 3 <SEP> illustrates a diagram of a main group of the oscillation device;fig. 4 <SEP> shows a diagram in side view of the main group of fig. 3;fig. 5 <SEP> represents an axonometric view of the main group according to the present invention, observed from above; isfig. 6 <SEP> shows an axonometric view of the main group according to the present invention, observed from below.
[0013] A spinning machine according to the present invention extends mainly along a longitudinal axis X and can comprise a support portal for hanging roving bobbins for processing.
[0014] Furthermore, the spinning machine comprises a drawing device 100 of the wick, consisting of a set of coupled cylinders, arranged longitudinally and adapted to rotate about its own axis. The wick, passing between the cylinders of successive pairs, undergoes an ironing, due to the different rotation speed of the cylinders of the two pairs.
[0015] Preferably, in a pair of cylinders, the lower cylinder or drawing cylinder is motorized, while the upper cylinder or pressure cylinder is idle and dragged into rotation by the pressure contact with the underlying drawing cylinder.
[0016] In particular, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, each side of the spinning machine comprises:a first pair of cylinders, comprising a first drawing cylinder 1 and the relative first pressure cylinder, immediately upstream of the spindles; the first drawing cylinder can be rotated on command around a first axis of rotation;a second pair of cylinders, comprising a second drawing cylinder 2 and the corresponding second pressure cylinder, immediately upstream of the first pair; the second drawing cylinder can be rotated on command around a second axis of rotation; isa third pair of cylinders, comprising a third drawing cylinder 3 and the relative third pressure cylinder, immediately upstream of the second pair, i.e. immediately downstream of the wick coils; the third drawing cylinder can be rotated on command around a third axis of rotation.
[0017] Taking into account the two sides forming the spinning machine, this will be provided with two first cylinders 1, two second cylinders 2 and two third cylinders 3.
[0018] The spinning machine further comprises at least one movement apparatus adapted to rotate on command the drawing cylinders around the respective axes of rotation.
[0019] According to an embodiment, the spinning machine comprises an head moving apparatus, a tail moving apparatus and an intermediate movement apparatus, for example for the case of a high number of spindles, generally greater than 1200 and about equal to 1800.
[0020] The first drawing cylinders 1 are interrupted along the longitudinal axis X, preferably in correspondence with the intermediate movement apparatus, so as to define the first sections 1a and second sections 1b.
[0021] The tail movement apparatus comprises a first first cylinder engine 10, i.e. an electric motor, for moving the first drawing cylinders 1. The first first cylinder engine 10 is kinematically connected to both the first drawing cylinders of the two sides of the spinning machine and moves the first sections of these.
[0022] The head-moving apparatus also provides a second first-cylinder engine 10 all'est arranged at the longitudinal end opposite to that in which the first first-cylinder engine 10 is arranged. The second first-cylinder engine 10 ́ is kinematically connected to both the first drawing cylinders of the two sides of the spinning machine and moves the second sections 1b of these.
[0023] The second and third cylinders 2, 3 are interrupted longitudinally in two points: at a separation line S substantially positioned at 1/3 of the total longitudinal length of said cylinders and in correspondence with the intermediate movement apparatus.

[0025] The tail movement apparatus further comprises a first motor second and third cylinders 20 for moving the second and third stretching cylinders 2, 3. In particular, the first motor second and third cylinders 20 is kinematically connected to both the second cylinders 2 for stretching the two sides of the spinning machine and for both the third cylinders 3 for stretching the two sides of the spinning machine and moving the first sections 2a, 3a of these.
[0026] Furthermore, the intermediate movement apparatus comprises a second motor second and third cylinders 30 for moving the second and third drawing cylinders, arranged in an intermediate position longitudinally with respect to the longitudinal ends of the drawing cylinders, and moves the seconds sections 2b, 3b and thirds 2c, 3c of said second and third cylinders 2, 3.
[0027] Each movement apparatus comprises a support structure for supporting the motors of the relative devices for transmitting the rotary motion to the cylinders.
[0028] The spinning machine further comprises an oscillation device 200 adapted to provide a forced longitudinal oscillation of the roving during the operation of the spinning machine.
[0029] The oscillation device is moved by the second motor second and third cylinders 30, that is by the motor included in the intermediate movement apparatus.

[0061] Advantageously, moreover, the oscillation device can be adapted to different spinning machines, since numerous components have an adjustable position according to the occurrence.

Claims (12)

1. Spinning machine having a plurality of spinning points aligned along a longitudinal axis X, comprising:- a stretching device (100) comprising at least two stretching cylinders (2, 3), motorized and coupled to relative pressure cylinders;- an intermediate movement apparatus arranged in an intermediate position between the longitudinal ends of the cylinders (2, 3), thus identifying sections (2b; 3b) on one side and sections (2c, 3c) for said cylinders along the longitudinal axis X ) on the other side, said apparatus being adapted to move the sections of one side and the other of the cylinders;- an oscillation device (200) to impart a longitudinal oscillation to the wick, moved by the intermediate movement apparatus and comprising thread-guide rods (270, 280) which extend from one side and the other of the movement apparatus.

2. Spinning machine according to claim 1, wherein the thread guide rods extend to the longitudinal ends of the cylinders.

3. Spinning machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the oscillation device (200) comprises an input shaft (202) and a belt (203), connected to a motor (30), to rotate said input shaft .

4. Spinning machine according to claim 3, wherein the oscillation device (200) comprises a reducer (204) suitable for transforming the incoming rotary motion along a horizontal axis, parallel to the longitudinal axis X, in an outward rotary motion according to an axis vertical V.

Spinning wheel according to claim 4, wherein the oscillation device (200) comprises a cam (206) rotatable around said vertical axis V and connected to the output of the reducer (204), provided with a bilateral constraint suitable for transforming a continuous rotary motion in an alternating translational motion along the longitudinal direction X.

6. Spinning wheel according to claim 5, wherein the oscillation device (200) comprises a main crosspiece (208) engaged with the cam (206) to be moved with the reciprocating translational motion along the longitudinal direction X.

7. Spinning wheel according to claim 6, wherein the main crosspiece (208) comprises a central portion (212) and a side wing (214) which flanks the central portion (212), in which said side wing lies on an imaginary plane parallel to the longitudinal direction X and incident to the horizontal plane.

8. Spinning machine according to claim 7, wherein the oscillation device (200) comprises a lever (220) reducing the oscillation amplitude, connected to said thread guide rods (270, 280).

9. Spinning machine according to claim 8, wherein the connection of the thread guide rods (270, 280) is adjustable.

10. Spinning machine according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the thread guide rods (270, 280) are provided with a plurality of funnels for guiding the wick.

Spinning machine according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the drafting device comprises three stretching cylinders (1, 2, 3), interrupted longitudinally, in which the first cylinders are moved at the head and in the tail and the second and third cylinders are moved in the queue and by said intermediate handling apparatus.

12. Spinning machine according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the intermediate movement apparatus comprises a support structure for the motor support (30) and in which said oscillation device is supported by said support structure.
