专利说明:
Description Technical Field [0001] The present invention relates to a set of watch crowns extended by a control rod passing through a case and connected to an internal mechanism which it is capable of driving at least in rotation, during manual action. on said crown, the latter being directly accessible, to allow its operation. In other words, it is a crown of the apparent type, unlike that of the caged type retracting in the housing, which must be removed to perform its operation. STATE OF THE ART [0003] Crowns of the apparent type have the disadvantage of being able to be actuated involuntarily, when the watch is worn. Description of the invention The aim of the present invention is to remedy the aforementioned drawback and for this purpose relates to a watch crown assembly, the watch comprising a case and an internal mechanism, the crown assembly extending by a control rod arranged to pass through the housing and be connected to the internal mechanism which it is capable of driving in rotation, during a manual action on said crown, the latter being directly accessible, to allow its operation according to the position of associated locking-unlocking means. It is characterized in that the crown comprises an integrated central push-button, this being extended by a barrel capable of sliding in a bore of the crown and the end of which comprises an internal zone, of form capable of driving in rotation a zone of corresponding shape of the control rod, and an external zone, of shape able to cooperate in blocking or not with a corresponding axial zone of the fixed housing, according to the axial relative position of said push button, corresponding to a blocking position or for unlocking the crown, the control and immobilization in these positions being effected by manual pushing on the push button and by means of a switching part interposed between the latter and the control rod. This description given by way of nonlimiting example will make it easier to understand how the invention can be produced with reference to the attached drawings in which: Brief description of the figures [0006] Figs. 1,2 and 3 represent, on an enlarged scale and in axial section, a set of watch winding crown associated with locking-unlocking means, respectively in the crown locking position, during unlocking and in unlocking position , allowing its actuation in rotation or axially, and vice versa, to return to the locked position. Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the switching part. Figs. 5 and 6 show front and side plan views of the switching part, according to FIG. 4. Fig. 7 shows a cross-sectional view of the assembly along line VII-VII of FIG. 1, before mounting on the housing, showing the connection in rotation of the end of the barrel of the push button with the control rod on the one hand, and on the other hand the blocking connection of the same barrel with a fixed area of the housing. Fig. 8 shows a cross-sectional view of the assembly along line VIII-VIII of FIG. 1, before mounting on the housing, showing the rotation connection of the push button with the crown, while leaving it free axially. Fig. 9 shows, on an enlarged scale, the development of the switching axis. Detailed description [0007] For ease of understanding of the description of the mechanism, the four sub-assemblies making it up have been distinguished by intoxicating them or hatching them in different ways, without taking account of their own constituent parts and their particular arrangement. necessary for their assembly. These are: the hatched sub-assembly for the housing 4 integrating the fixed tube 5 and the seals 6, 7; a dark gray sub-assembly representing the moving body in rotation and / or axially by traction composed of the crown 2 and the associated control rod 3; a light gray sub-assembly representing the push-button 10 movable axially; a hatched sub-assembly representing the switching part 18. CH 706 888 B1 The figures represent a set 1 of crown 2 extending by a control rod 3 passing through a housing 4 and connected to an internal mechanism (not shown) which it is capable of causing to rotate and / or by axial traction, during a manual action on said crown 2, the latter being directly accessible, to allow its operation according to the position of associated locking-unlocking means. In fact, the functions to be obtained from the crown 2 and by means of the control rod 3 are carried out by an action in rotation on said crown 2, within the framework of the control of a flange, or to wind the watch spring, or alternatively by axial traction on the crown 2 and therefore on the rod 3, within the framework of the command to reset the hands to the time or to reset the date for example. The housing 4 is traversed by the control rod 3, by means of a fixed tube 5 which is housed, by its external upper end 8, in an internal concentric recess 9 of the ring 2, via of seals 6 and 7. According to the invention, the crown 2 comprises a central push button 10 integrated, the latter extending by a barrel 11 capable of sliding in a bore 12 of the crown 2 and whose end 13 has an internal zone 14, of a shape capable of driving in rotation a zone of corresponding shape 15 of the control rod 3, and an external zone 16, of shape able to cooperate in blocking or not with a corresponding axial zone 17 of the fixed housing 4, in l 'occurrence the tube 5, according to the axial relative position of said push button 10, corresponding to a locking position I (fig. 1) or unlocking III (fig. 3) of the crown 2, the control and immobilization in these positions being effected by manual pushing on the push button 10 and by means of a switching part 18 interposed between the latter 10 and the crown 2. The sliding of the barrel 11 in the crown 2 is effected by means of seals 19, 20 housed in an internal chamber 40 of the crown 2. The rotational connection of the crown 2 with the push button 10, and more particularly with its barrel 11, while leaving it free axially, is effected by means of arms 41, 42, of arc section of circle, passing through two corresponding lights 43, 44, to the play, of the crown 2. More specifically, the part 18 is constituted by a cylindrical element housed in an internal housing 21 of the push button 10. The switching part 18 is free to rotate relative to the push button 10 and relative to the control rod 3 to which it is only connected axially, by its internal head 22 housed freely in an opening 23 of said part 18. The switching part 18 is subject to the push button 10, by means of one or more balls, in this case two, "A" and "B", for a better balance, interposed between two housings radials 24, 25 diametrically opposite from the barrel 11 of the push button 10 and a ball track produced in two identical parts 26, 27, produced symmetrically on either side of a median plane "PD" of the external wall of the switching part 18, which part 18 is capable of being rotated on itself by said balls “A”, “B” when they move axially under the push of the push button 10. As shown in the developed 28 of FIG. 9, the parts 26, 27 of the ball path each have different portions of ramps "a", "b", "c", "d", "e", "f", leading to stable positions high I and low III balls “A”, “B”, in the ramps 26, 27, positions corresponding respectively to the locking I in rotation of the crown 2, hence the rod 3, or to the unlocking III of the latter, allowing its rotational drive by the crown 2, and consequently of the mechanism (not shown) of the watch case 4. In more detail, the parts 26 and 27 of the ball path are made on either side of a diametrical plane "PD", in which the balls "A", "B" roll at the same time , according to the following path and positions corresponding to a complete blocking-unblocking-blocking cycle: - locking position I: the balls “A”, “B” are located at the top of the ramp portions “a”; - lower intermediate position II, from I to III: the balls “A”, “B” are located in the bottom of the inclined ramp portions “b”, after a first press on the push button 10, seen from a release. The part 18 turns on itself. - Unlocking position III of the switching part 18 by raising the balls "A", "B" in the bottom of the ramp portions "c". - lower intermediate position II, from III to I: the balls “A”, “B” are located in the bottom of the ramp portions “d”, after a second press on the push button 10, in view of a return towards a blocking position; - locking position I: the balls "A", "B" go back up into the ramps "e" and bring the push-button 10 back to the initial position. The operation of the system is as follows: The balls "A", "B" being integral with the push button 10 when they are in the high locking position I, that is to say that the contact zones 14, 15 and 16, 17 of axis 3 and the housing are connected, and that said push-button 10 is pressed for the first time, the balls “A”, “B” move in the ramp portion “a” of the 'switching axis 18, which rotates on itself until the balls "A", "B" come in intermediate position II at the bottom of the portion "b". The zones 16, 17 are then no longer in contact. By releasing the manual push on the push button CH 706 888 B1 10, and thanks to the return spring 29, the balls “A”, “B” are housed at the bottom of the ramp “c” in position III for unlocking the zones 16, 17. It is then possible to turn the crown 2 for control of axis 3, the contact of zones 14, 15 thereof with the barrel 11 of the push button 10 being, as far as they are concerned, permanent. The return to the locking position I is carried out by pressing the push-button 10 again, still against the spring 29, which has the effect of pushing the balls “A”, “B” towards a new intermediate position II of the rotary switching part 18, then allow them, by releasing the push FF, to raise the ramp position "e" to a new locking position I, position in which the zones 16, 17 return to contact between them, therefore blocking. According to another characteristic, the push-button 10 retracts more or less into a corresponding housing 30 of the crown 2, depending on whether it is in a locking position I thereof, therefore inoperative on the control rod 3, or in an unlocking position III, therefore in an operating position on said rod 3, the operation by manual axial pressure FF on the push button 10 being effected against at least one spring of reminder 29, interposed between the bottom 31 of the internal bore 21 of the push button 10 and the bottom 32 of a coaxial bore 33 of the switching part 18. Advantageously, the pressing of the return spring 29 of the push button 10 on the bottom 31 of its internal bore 21 is effected by means of a pin 34, engaged in the spring 29 and the rubbing end 35 on said bottom 31 is generally conical, so as to provide a point contact with reduced friction. An additional return spring 36 is interposed between the end face of the barrel 11 of the push button 10 and a flange 37 of the control rod 3. As before, the axial support between the switching part 18 and the control rod 3 is effected by a conical end portion 38 thereof, bearing on the underside 39 of said switching part 18, so as to provide a point contact with reduced friction.
