State of the art
The history of human uses of jewels and jewelry can be traced back to antiquity. Since the day of humanity, there is the longing and the pursuit of beauty and so there is the need for decorative items. Since the twentieth century, jewels have become decorative items for most people, especially women, for showing their own personality and beautifying themselves. The development of jewelry implies an improvement in the processing technology of jewelery. Traditional craftsmanship has gradually turned into a large-scale and modern industry. Extensive experience of technology, design, quality management, etc. are collected. However, the present production of jewelery and jewelry still depends on the level of processing technology of workers. The traditional jewelry structure limits the development of this industry in terms of standardized and large-scale processing. When selling jewelery, especially precious gemstones (such as diamonds) to showcase their own personality, customers need to encase the selected gems into processed jewelery. For some types of jewelry (e.g., rings), dimensional inequalities exist for different people. As such, different types of products must be stocked to sellers, causing financial pressure on sellers. Content of the invention
To avoid the disadvantages of traditional structure rings, e.g. that the rings are difficult to standardize and process on a large scale, the casing needs to be maintained for too long, the gemstones have been slightly damaged during processing, the casing is unstable, a combination ring suitable for standard and large scale processing must be provided which can be framed in real time and correctly.
The objects of the present invention are realized by the following technical solution: A combination ring, comprising a resilient C-shaped ring tire, a ring socket, which is connected to the C-shaped ring tire in an annular circle, and a decorative piece, with the Upper part of the ring socket is connected by thread.

In this respect, rings with multiple types and different properties can be combined in real time in order to meet the different needs of customers. According to the combination ring of the present invention, after the customers have selected the diamond, the diamond is fastened therebetween by means of mating ring element and diamond carrier, the bent claw parts on the ring element securing the diamond from above. As a result, damage to the diamond is avoided due to the technique of stone setting at a later stage. Furthermore, by the claw parts with a predetermined bending angle, the risk of falling of the diamond due to reduction of the strength during the turn of the post-processing can be avoided. In addition, the smallest surface of the claw parts can be processed so that the beautiful crown can be displayed more.

Detailed embodiments
In the following, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments and drawings.
Embodiment 1
As shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3, a combination ring comprises a resilient C-shaped hoop 1A, a hoop 2A which is connected to the C-shaped hoop 1A in an annular circle. At the peripheries of the elastic C-shaped ring tire 1A, a projection 7A is formed respectively. Accordingly, two grooves 8A are formed on the lower bottom of the ring socket 2A. At the time of mounting, a projection 7A is first engaged at one end of the elastic C-shaped ring tire 1A in the corresponding groove 8A formed at the lower bottom of the ring socket 2A. Thereafter, the elastic C-shaped ring tire 1A is compressed inwardly to lock the other projection 7A in the other corresponding groove 8A formed on the lower bottom of the ring socket 2A. In the center of the ring socket 2A, a threaded hole part 9A with an internal thread is provided. In the bottom center of a diamond carrier 5A, a spindle 11A protrudes with an extra thread. The thread of the threaded hole portion 9A mates with the thread of the spindle 11A. At the upper part of the diamond carrier 5A, a reverse conical groove 15A mating with the pavilion of the diamond 4A is formed. Outside the diamond carrier 5A, a ring element 6A clamps, wherein within the lower bottom of the ring element 6A a spring groove 12A is provided. After the diamond 4A is inserted in the inverted conical groove 15A, the ring member 6A clamps firmly. From below by means of a spring 10A, the ring member 6A outside the diamond support 5A is stably clamped. The crown above the belt of the diamond 4A protrudes from the ring member 6A. On the surface of the ring member 6A, a plurality of claw portions 14A symmetrically extend inward. The bending angle of the claw parts 14A corresponds to the obliquity of the crown facets of the diamonds 4A, so that the diamond 4A is protected from falling down from above. On the surface of the ring member 6A, a plurality of gems 13A are edged.
Embodiment 2
As shown in Figs. 4, 5, 6, a combination ring comprises a resilient C-shaped hoop 1B, a hoop 2B connected to the C-shaped hoops 1B in an annular circle. At the peripheries of the elastic C-shaped ring tire 1B, a projection 7B is formed respectively. Accordingly, two grooves 8B are formed on the lower bottom of the ring socket 2B. At the time of mounting, a projection 7B is first engaged at one end of the elastic C-shaped ring tire 1B in the corresponding groove 8B formed at the lower bottom of the ring socket 2B. Thereafter, the elastic C-shaped ring tire 1B is compressed inwardly to lock the other projection 7B in the other corresponding groove 8B formed on the lower bottom of the ring socket 2B.
At the ring socket 2B four screw holes 17B are arranged symmetrically, wherein the gate of the screw holes is convex. The bore diameter of the top of the screw holes 17B is slightly larger than the diameter of the spindle 16B and smaller than the diameter of the screw head. The bore diameter of the lower part of the screw holes 17B is larger than the diameter of the screw head, and the depth is larger than the thickness of the screw head. A ring member 6B clamps on the ring socket 2B so that a space 15B for receiving the gemstone is formed. At the bottom of the ring member 6B, four screw holes 19B are disposed at the positions corresponding to the positions of the convex screw holes 17B on the ring socket 2B. The threads of the screw holes 19B mate with the threads of the screws 16B. The gemstone 4B is disposed in the space 15B for receiving the gemstone and projects out of the ring member 6B. On the upper surface of the ring member 6B, a convex ring 14B surrounding the periphery of the gemstone extends inwardly. On the upper surface of the ring member 6B, a plurality of gems 13B are edged. On the upper surface of the ring socket 2B, a plurality of gems 18B are edged.
Embodiment 3
As shown in Figs. 7, 8, 9, a combination ring has an elastic C-shaped ring tire 1C, a ring frame 2C connected to the C-shaped ring tires 1C in a ring circle. At the peripheries of the elastic C-shaped ring tire 1C, a groove 8C is formed respectively. Accordingly, two projections 7C are formed on the lower bottom of the ring socket 2C. At the time of mounting, a projection 7C is first engaged with one end of the bottom of the ring socket 2C in the corresponding groove 8C formed on the elastic C-shaped ring tire 1C. Thereafter, the elastic C-shaped ring tire 1C is compressed inwardly to lock the other projection 7C in the other corresponding groove 8C formed on the elastic C-shaped ring tire 1C.
On the ring mount 2C four screw holes 17C are arranged symmetrically, wherein the gate of the screw holes is convex. The bore diameter of the top of the screw holes 17C is slightly larger than the diameter of the screws 16C and smaller than the diameter of the screw head. The bore diameter of the lower part of the screw holes 17C is larger than the diameter of the screw head, and the depth is larger than the thickness of the screw head. A ring member 6C clamps to the ring socket 2C so that a space 15C for receiving the gemstone is formed. At the bottom of the ring member 6C, four screw holes 19C are arranged at the positions corresponding to the positions of the convex screw holes 17C on the ring frame 2C. The threads of the screw holes 19C mate with the threads of the screws 16C. The surface body 4C is disposed in the space 15C for receiving the gemstone. On the upper surface of the ring member, a cruciform glass 20C is disposed. On the surface of the ring member 6C, a plurality of gems 13C are edged. On the upper surface of the ring socket 2C, a plurality of gems 18C are edged.
Embodiment 4
As shown in Figs. 10, 11, a combination ring comprises a resilient egg-shaped ring tire 1D, a ring socket 2D connected to the C-shaped ring tires 1D in an annular circle, and one with the top of the ring socket 2D threaded gemstone decorating piece.
Above, the combination ring of the present invention is set forth. This leads to a better understanding of the present invention. However, the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above embodiments. Within the scope of the independent claim, all changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, simplifications that do not depart from the principle of the present invention are equivalent substitute embodiments and are included within the scope of the present invention.
