专利说明:

The innovation relates to a fall-through protection for light bands, according to the preamble of claim 1.
Rooflights are provided on flat roofs or slightly inclined roofs to the interior of halls or the like. to illuminate. For stability reasons, such bands of light consist of sections of cylinder jackets, which rest along generating on a frame construction on the roof and rise above the roof surface or recessed in the roof longitudinally rectangular surface. The transparent, optionally transparent surface, usually made of plastic, variously made of glass, is not formed continuously, but divided into individual, mostly equal sections, the bumps between the sections are covered by appropriate profiles, both for the seal as also provide mechanical stabilization of the construction.
Similar to the case of skylights, especially in light strips made of plastic, which are exposed by the weather and UV radiation aging process, the risk that the originally given fall protection for people and objects is lost. In the case of skylights, good experiences have been made with various safety devices that cover the hatch in a net-like or latticed manner, but the large longitudinal extent of the rooflights does not allow such a fall-through protection to be secured easily and inexpensively and yet reliably.
There is thus the problem of creating a cost-effective, easy to install while reliable and safe acting fall protection for such light bands.
According to the innovation, these objects are achieved by the measures and characteristics indicated in the characterizing part of claim 1. This means that a Absperrgeländer is provided along the edges of the light band, said Absperrgeländer on the butt joints bridging profiles of the light band can be supported or mounted on it, directly on the edge with a substantially vertical post and preferably with an approximately 60-bar strut which can be anchored to the profile at a distance from the edge. Between corresponding stanchions or supports horizontal rods (so-called side protection struts) are provided as actual security elements.
The innovation according to the solution has the great advantage of being able to be attached to existing light bands without complex modifications or measures are necessary. The erection of the post and the support takes place via foot plates which are attached to the profiles, for example screwed on or fastened with blind rivets. Since the light strip systems offered on the market have similar constructions to one another, the foot plates can be prepared and assembled as standard.
For special situations, such as in the range of ventilation or smoke flaps, which are provided in the light strip and make a greater stand distance necessary, it is provided for stiffening, postpone parallellogramma between adjacent horizontal catch elements connecting plates or aufzuschweissen. By this connection of the individual horizontal catch elements (pipes, profiles, etc.) they are stiffened so that even large distances between adjacent stanchions can be made sufficiently stable mechanically.
At the end of the light bands, these are usually at a certain distance from the edge of the roof, so as not to affect the supporting structure of the roof, is preferably between the two terminal uprights a profile with significant height extension, preferably 10 to 20 cm, attached to the increase the stability and to compensate for the installation tolerances between the opposite securing lattices of this profile is divided into two parts and telescopically telescoped parts, each part is firmly attached to its associated stayer and the adjustment requirement is compensated by the telescoping between the two parts.
The innovation can be configured and varied in many ways. Although it is preferred that profile members have a cylindrical profile and thus can be used independently of the width of the connection profiles, it is possible under special circumstances to give them the cross section of an inverted U to laterally enclose the connection profiles.
The innovation will be explained below with reference to an embodiment. It shows or show<Tb> FIG. 1 <SEP> a fall-through protection in perspective view,<Tb> FIG. 2 <SEP> the entire assembly in more detail,<Tb> FIG. 3 <SEP> the attachment of a strut and<Tb> FIG. 4 <SEP> the attachment of a stanchion.
Fig. 1 shows a fall protection 1 in the assembled state. It has essentially vertical uprights 2 and oblique struts 3. These bear horizontally extending rods 4, in the example shown lower rods 4 and upper rods. 4 To increase the strength in the longitudinal direction struts 5 are variously provided, which extend either from the upper end of a post 2 to the lower end of the next or after next post 2, or otherwise, as shown in the foreground.
At the front end a telescopic strut 6 is provided, which consists of two telescoping profiles 7, 7. As shown, two such struts are preferably arranged one above the other between the uprights 2 on the transverse side of the light band 8.
Furthermore, FIG. 1 shows the securing in the region of the light band 8 by a frontal profile 15: At the transverse stanchions 2 and the bars 4, 4 protruding slightly beyond the frontal profile 15, there is at least one profile on each side 7, 7 attached. These profiles are telescoping (telescopic), and thus allow the compensation of different tolerances.
Fig. 2 shows the attachment to the light band 8, more precisely at the connection profiles 9: Both the uprights 2 and the struts 3 are fastened by means of foot plates 10 to the connection profiles 9. This connection is preferably done by blind riveting.
As can be clearly seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, the foot plates 10 have a profile part 11 adapted to the shape of the connection profile 9 with an angled mounting part 12. The profile part 11 is connected to the connecting profile 9, preferably with the interposition of an intermediate part 13 made of plastic or rubber; the mounting member 12 has a mounting hole 14 on which, depending on a strut 3 or a pillar 2 is screwed tight.
In this structure, it is possible to use for floor 2 and struts 3 equal foot plates 10, which facilitates the production and storage.
The attachment of the rods 4, 4 against lateral displacement can be done for example by connecting pieces on the uprights 2, which are connected to the rods 4, 4 by screws or rivets, many other fasteners are aware of Innovation by the expert easily from the prior art to select and adapt.
The intermediate part 13 may consist of a variety of materials, it should prevent corrosion and infiltration of moisture. The screws and rivets are to be selected equally, in knowledge of the innovation, the expert can decide without any problems. For the main components, the uprights 2, the struts 3, the rods 4, 4, and the profiles 7, 7 offers aluminum or stainless steel.
