State of the art
The transport of temperature-sensitive goods places high demands on logistics. Especially drugs and also many fresh vegetables such as fruit or other perishable goods need a constant temperature during the entire transport route from the place of origin to the destination. A continuous cold chain through, for example, vehicles can often be difficult or insufficient to ensure.
In addition, when a transhipment from one means of transport to another, the goods usually for shorter or longer time of the local outside temperature, if necessary, a sun exposure is exposed. This is all the more true if, due to logistical bottlenecks, the goods have to be stored for several hours or even days in a non-tempered room. As a result, the cold chain is endangered, and it can quickly lead to spoilage of the goods.
In this context, refrigeration units are already known with mostly a relatively expensive cooling liquid, such as paraffin, salt solutions, glycol, alcohol or other suitable liquids, which are placed in transport boxes with multiple containers. These refrigeration units should ensure that the goods to be cooled remain tempered. However, such cooling methods not only have the disadvantage that their cooling liquids are relatively expensive, but that their loss, no matter what reason, refilling the units with another cooling liquid is not readily possible because the cooling properties of different types of liquids are different.
Also, it is often necessary that the cooling elements to a very low temperature, for example, well below -20 ° C, must be cooled down, but this is not possible with commercial refrigerators. As a result threatens just in case of unforeseen delays interruption of the cold chain and thus spoilage of the temperature side to be protected goods.
Object of the invention
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide an inexpensive transport packaging or a transport box with cooling elements, which ensures a cooling of temperature-sensitive goods for a long time at a constant temperature.

Advantages of the solution
This object is achieved in a simple manner in that the transport box has a plurality of nested container, between which at least partially the cooling elements can be inserted. Ways to carry out the invention
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 4, in a transport box according to the invention, three rectangular containers are nested, starting from an outer first container 1 in this a middle second container 2 is fitted and in turn, this is an inner third container 3 is provided, in which then ultimately a temperature-sensitive product is stored. In Fig. 2 is shown as a first embodiment that the middle second container 2 is only positively inserted into the outer first container 1, without the interposition of a cooling element. If losses of coolant occur, they can be easily done by refilling with any clean water such as drinking water. It is important here that the water is freed from possible suspended particles, which can be done for example by filtering using commercially available filters, as they are known for coffee or tea drinks. Special hygiene standards for the cooling liquid are not to be considered. For refilling and draining the cooling liquid, the cooling elements 4 and 5 have special filler neck 6, the steppkissenartigen pad, referred to with 7, fluidly communicate with each other.
The transport of the empty transport boxes is facilitated by the individual containers 1 to 3 zusammensteck- and / or zusammenleg- or be formed collapsible, which in addition to the space transport thereby space and weight can be saved by the water as a coolant before the empty transport simply drains and at the loading place refills the cooling elements with water and cools down to the desired temperature.

The advantageously used in the present invention, the cooling elements 4 and 5 need only be filled with tap water as a cheap coolant and cooled down depending on the application and the desired temperature.
For this purpose, commercial freezers can be used with which a cooling down to a preferred temperature range of + 5 ° C to -20 ° C is easily possible.
Finally, by the multiple layers of containers 1 to 3 and boxes on the one hand and the cooling elements 4 and / or 5 on the other hand in the remaining interior, which serves to hold the cargo to be cooled, over a long time (at least 12 hours) one ensures constant temperature, and without that it requires an interim replacement of the cooling elements 4 and / or 5. This period allows a transport of temperature-sensitive goods in remote areas, without having to cool the inventive transport or refrigerated transport box consuming from the outside.
