CONTAINER AND CONTAINER SET
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION [001] The present disclosure relates generally to vials, and more specifically to vials and containers with indication of violation.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [002] There are many bottles and containers currently in use with many different types of lids. In addition, many household items, such as containers for laundry detergents, dish soap, food products, etc., require a container and lid that attach sufficiently to prevent children from opening the product. In addition, it is increasingly important for the integrity of the items stored inside a container to be protected. For example, it should be evident if a container has been opened or a seal has been broken the first time. However, many lid / container combinations that prevent children from opening these containers and that have an indication of tampering are also unnecessarily complicated for adults to open. Therefore, there is an unresolved need for a long time for a tamper-proof and child-proof container, with a lid that is also not too complicated for opening by adults and that provides an indication of the integrity of the items contained therein.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [003] Briefly described and according to one embodiment, aspects of the present disclosure generally refer to vials, and more specifically vials and containers with indication of violation. One bottle with indication

In particular embodiments, the lid 112 and the body of the flask 102 can be manufactured individually and can be joined or fused in one or more hinges 302. In other embodiments , the container of example 100 includes more or less hinges 302 than shown, depending on certain
Petition 870190094414, of 20/09/2019, p. 10/21
17/29 project settings and restrictions. In one embodiment, exemplary bottle 100 is manufactured as a unitary member.
[0044] Now returning to Figure 5, the side view of the sample bottle 100 is shown according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the present embodiment, the hinge 302 is shown projecting slightly outward beyond where the cap 112 meets the satellite ring 114. A hinge support 304 is also shown in the present embodiment. In one embodiment, the hinge support 304 can be molded or otherwise fixed to both hinge 302 and the body of flask 102. In various embodiments, the bracket of hinge 304 may extend downwardly along the body of flask 102 by about 1.0 inch (2.54 cm) from the bottom of the hinge 302. In particular embodiments, the fixation of the hinge support 304 both on the hinge 302 and on the body of the flask 102 provides a structural support for the hinge 302, as well as the cap 112.
[0045] As will be described in greater detail below, Figures 6, 7, and 8, show cross views taken by cover 112 and closure assembly 118 (indicated by dashed lines AA in Figure 1), according to various aspects of this revelation. In various embodiments, the cross-sectional views show how the lifting handle 202 (and its individual parts) is coupled with the tongue assembly 118 (and its individual parts) through the opening and closing transition of the lid 112.
[0046] Figure 6 shows a cross section taken on a tongue assembly 118 and a tearing handle 120 of the sample bottle 100 with the cap 112 in a closed position. In the present embodiment, the cross section reveals the

18/29 lifting handle chamber 602 with lifting handle 202 occupying the existing space. In this embodiment, the lifting handle 202 is shown in a closed position within the chamber of the lifting handle 602. In one embodiment, the lifting handle 202 includes a tongue tooth 604. According to various aspects of the present disclosure, the tongue of the tongue 604 may have a substantially triangular shape. As seen in the present embodiment, the tongue tooth 604 looks like a right triangle. In other embodiments, the tongue of the tongue 604 can be any edge that extends outward from the lifting handle 202 and can look like any shape that allows a directional movement when coupled with another object (e.g., a hook). In a given embodiment, the object, a tongue tooth 604 is coupled with tongue 404. In various embodiments, the angled side of tongue tooth 604 may allow tongue tooth 604 to pass through tongue 404. In one embodiment, once the acute-angled side of the tongue tooth 604 has passed through the tongue 604, the right-angled side of the tongue tooth 604 can prevent the tongue tooth 604, and thus cause the lifting handle 202 to recede. For example, and for the purpose of understanding, tongue tooth 604 and latch 404 may behave similarly to a tongue screw in a door. Generally, a bolt on a door has an angle and allows the door to be easily closed; however, once the door is closed, it does not reopen by simply pulling the door back out.
[0047] In one embodiment, the lifting handle 202 includes a part that extends downwards under a

19/29 tongue of the tongue 604. According to various aspects of the present disclosure, included in the part extending downwards from the lifting handle 202 there are one or more pressure edges 606. In the present embodiment, three pressure edges 606 are shown as rounded projections protruding from the lifting handle 202. As will be discussed in more detail during the description in Figure 7, the user can push inwards (towards the body of the bottle), and then upwards (out of the chamber of the bottle). lift handle) the lift handle 202 by means of the pressure edges 60 6 to unlock or release the lift handle 202 from the closed position within the lift handle chamber 602. In one embodiment, the pressure edges 606 may allow the user better retains the region of the lifting handle 202 for user pressure. In some embodiments, the lifting handle 202 may include more or less pressure edges 606 as shown (for example, two pressure edges, one pressure edge, many pressure edges, no pressure edge, etc.).
[0048] In one embodiment, the wall of the lift handle 608 is seen behind the lift handle 202. According to various aspects of the present disclosure, at least two walls of the lift handle 608 define the space of the chamber of the lifting handle 602. In particular embodiments, the chamber walls of the lifting handle 608 are substantially aligned perpendicularly to the body of the flask 102, thus defining a space outside the body of the flask 102. In one embodiment, the walls of the flap chamber lifting handle 608 extending downwardly from the top surface 119 of a set

In various embodiments, the walls of the chamber of the lifting handle 608 extend below the lower part of the lifting handle 202 to prevent access to the lifting handle. lifting 202, while the breaking handle 120 is still attached to a tongue assembly 118. In certain embodiments, the walls of the chamber of the lifting handle 60 8 can be integrally formed with the tongue assembly 118 and the body of the bottle 102. In other embodiments, only one side of the chamber walls of the lifting handle 608 is integrally formed or connected to an adjacent part of the sample bottle 100. In various embodiments, the walls of the chamber of the lifting handle 608 not only define the space of the lift handle chambers 602, but also provide structural support for the tongue assembly 118. In certain embodiments, the lift handle chamber walls 608 can be triangular, rectangular, quadrant, etc.
[0049] Continuing with Figure 6, the cross section of the breaking handle 120 is shown, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In one embodiment, the tear handle 120 is positioned just below the tongue 404, thus creating the gap 122 seen from the front of the sample bottle 100 in Figure 1. The gap 122 between the tear handle 120 and the tongue 404 may allow the user or the operator of the sample bottle 100 to see the tongue of the tongue 604, but not to access the pressure edges 606. In some embodiments, the breaking handle 120 may be flush with the tongue 404, (or any part of a tongue assembly 118), thus eliminating the presence of the gap 122. In particular projects, the
Petition 870190094414, of 20/09/2019, p. 10/25
21/29 break handle 120 can prevent children, or any user with motor coordination problems, from opening the exemplary bottle 100 until the break handle 120 is removed. In certain embodiments, even when the breaking handle 120 is removed and the lifting handle 202 is exposed, the user with motor coordination problems can still try to open the lid 112.
[0050] In the present embodiment, and located immediately above the cross section of the tongue 404 is the cross section of a reinforcement for the support of the closure 406. In particular embodiments, a reinforcement for the support of the closure 406 has a substantially triangular shape, being fixed or integrally formed with the tongue 404, as well as the tongue assembly 118. In other embodiments, the reinforcement for the support of the closure 40 6 may have a rectangular shape, quadrant shape, etc. As previously described in the discussion of Figure 4, the reinforcement for the lock support 406 provides structural support for the latch 404. For example, a scenario may arise where an upward force is being exerted on cover 112 in an attempt to open the lock. exemplary bottle 100. In this scenario, the reinforcement for the closure support 406 can distribute the force between the tongue 404 and the tongue assembly 118. In various embodiments, the distribution of force between the tongue 404 and the tongue assembly 118 can prevent that the tongue 404 becomes deformed or breaks with force, thus keeping the lid 112 in a closed position.
[0051] In certain embodiments, cover 112 includes a natural bend or flex. As seen in the present embodiment, the lifting handle 120 in its natural state extends
Petition 870190094414, of 20/09/2019, p. 10/26
22/29 to the opposite side of the exemplary bottle 100. In particular embodiments, the natural folding or flexing of the lid 112 allows the lifting handle 202 to remain in a closed position. According to various aspects of the present disclosure, the initial shape of the lid 112, as made during manufacture, can be the source of the external force that allows the lifting handle 202 to remain in a closed position. Furthermore, the natural folding or flexing of the cap 112 allows the lifting handle 202 to extend backwards and outwards after being pressed inwards by the user or operator of the example bottle 100, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0052] In one embodiment, the support ribs 206 are shown accepting the upper rim 208 of the sample bottle 100. According to various aspects of the present disclosure, the support ribs 206 can support the exemplary bottle 100 and prevent the exemplary bottle 100 is compressed or deformed in extreme conditions. For example, consider a scenario in which the exemplary bottle 100 is exposed to forces that force the sides of the example bottle 100 inward. In this scenario, the reinforcements for support 206 can prevent the upper ring 208 from bending inward, thus avoiding that the exemplary bottle 100 is deformed, thereby preventing unintentional access to the contents of the example bottle 100.
[0053] Now returning to Figure 7, an embodiment similar to that of Figure 6 is shown with the tear-off handle 120 removed. In one embodiment, removal of the tear handle 120 allows the user access to the lift handle 202. In various embodiments, the tear handle 120 may be
Petition 870190094414, of 20/09/2019, p. 10/27
23/29 connected to a tongue assembly 118 by means of perforated seams, cast corners or other suitable means of attachment. In particular embodiments, removing the tear handle 120 may require the user or operator to exert a force by breaking or removing the tear handle 120. In other embodiments, the user can remove the tear handle 120 in or out to move the tear-off handle 120 from its starting position. In various embodiments, once the tear handle 120 has been removed, the user or operator of the sample bottle 100 can push the lift handle 202 inward and then upward to open the lid. According to various aspects of the present disclosure, by pushing the lifting handle 202 inwardly, it positions the right-angled side of the tongue tooth 604 of the tongue 404 in opposition. In addition, pushing the lifting handle 202 upwards after it has being driven inwards allows the tooth of tongue 604 to avoid being prevented by tongue 404. In one embodiment, the result of this action can be seen in Figure 8.
[0054] Now returning to Figure 8, the tongue tooth 604 is shown in an intermediate removal position and most of it is removed from the lift handle 602 chamber and partially removed from the lift handle hole 204. In the present embodiment, the edge of the tongue 404 is in contact with the space between two of the pressure edges 606. In this embodiment, the pressure edges 606 in the lifting handle 202 can further prevent the lid 112 from opening or closing. In particular embodiments, pushing in the lifting handle 202, and then up or down, can allow the lifting handle 202 to still come out
Petition 870190094414, of 20/09/2019, p. 10/285
24/29 of the lifting strap chamber 602 or re-enter the lifting strap chamber 602.
[0055] Now returning to Figure 9, the exemplary bottle 100 is shown without the breaking handles 120, according to one embodiment. In the present embodiment, the tear handles 120 may have been removed from the tongue assembly 118. As seen previously in Figure 2, the exemplary bottle 100 can be manufactured and distributed with the cap 112 in an open position and the tear handles 120 included on the tongue assembly 118. In one embodiment, closing the lid 112 can cause the lifting tabs 202 to attach to the tongue assembly 118 behind the tear-off handles 120, as seen in Figure 1. In particular embodiments, removal of one or more tearing loops 120 allows access to the lifting loop chamber 602. As seen in the present embodiment, positioned within the lifting loop chambers 602 are the lifting flaps 202. According to various aspects of the present disclosure , the tongue of the tongue 604 of the lifting handle 202 can be fixed below the tongue 404 when the lid 112 is in a closed position. In particular embodiments, tongue 404 is hidden behind the front face of tongue assembly 118. In one embodiment, one or more pressure edges 606 protrude out of lift handle 202. In certain embodiments, the drive inwards and then on top of each lifting handle 202 by means of the pressure edges 606 allows the tongue of the tongue 604 to disengage from the tongue 404, thus allowing the lid 112 to be raised to the open position. In one embodiment, triggering inward and then upward each lifting handle 202 can be difficult for
Petition 870190094414, of 20/09/2019, p. 10/29
25/29 users who have motor coordination problems (ie children), thus preventing certain users from opening the cover 112.
[0056] Figure 10 shows the exemplary bottle 100 with the lid 112 in an open position and without the breaking handles 120. As described above in the discussion of Figure 9, push each lifting handle 202 inwards and then upwards through of the pressure edges 606 allows the tongue of the tongue 604 to disengage from the tongue 404, thus allowing the lid 112 to be lifted in the open position. The present realization shows the result of the action described above. In certain embodiments, while being lifted from a closed position to an open position, one or more lifting flaps 202 are lifted by the lifting handle chamber 602 and then by the holes in the lifting flap 204.
[0057] Now returning to Figure 11, an exemplary 1100 bottle is shown according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In various embodiments, the exemplary bottle 1100 is an alternative embodiment of the example bottle 100. [0058] Figure 12 shows an isometric view of an example 1200 bottle, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In several embodiments, the exemplary bottle 1200 is an alternative embodiment of the example bottle 100. In the present embodiment, the exemplary bottle 1200 includes features substantially similar to those of the exemplary bottle 100, such as cap 1212, satellite ring 1214, closure assembly 1218 and handle breakage 1220. In particular embodiments, lifting handle 202, tongue tooth 604, and tongue 404 present in exemplary bottle 100 are also substantially similar to the same characteristics as exemplary bottle 1200. As shown in the present embodiment, the first side 1202 of example bottle 1200 includes a handle 1204. According to various aspects of the present disclosure, handle 1204 is integrated or shaped in the form of the first side 1202 of example bottle 1200. In various embodiments, handle 1204 is formed by a recess 1206 on the first side 1202, on the front 1215, and on the back 1216 of the sample bottle 1200. In certain res In some embodiments, the recess 1206 allows the user or operator of the 1200 sample bottle to easily retain the 1200 bottle with one hand. In some embodiments, a handle 1204 may exist on both the first side 1202 and the second side 1208 of the sample bottle 1200. According to various aspects of the present disclosure, the general curvature of the first side 1202 and the second side 1208
Petition 870190094414, of 20/09/2019, p. 10/31
27/29 of example bottle 1200 are substantially similar. As shown in the present embodiment, both the first side 1202 and the second side 1208 of the sample bottle 1200 extend directly downward from the satellite ring 1214 and then continue to curve inward towards the bottom 1213 of the bottle 1200, thereby reducing the sample bottle volume 1200.
[0059] Continuing with Figure 12, the handle 1204 includes a plurality of retaining edges 1210. In one embodiment, the plurality of retaining edges 1210 allows the user or operator of example bottle 1200 to better retain bottle 1200. In various embodiments, the plurality of retaining edges 1210 protrudes slightly off the inner surface of the handle 1212 (as seen in Figure 13). In other embodiments, the plurality of retaining edges 1210 can extend into the exemplary bottle 1200. In one embodiment, the retaining edges 1210 are aligned vertically along the inner surface of the handle 1211. In certain embodiments, the edges of retention
1210 can be horizontally aligned, diagonally aligned, crossed or with another suitable pattern. In various embodiments, the handle 1204 may not include any retaining edges 1210. In embodiments where the handle 1204 does not include retaining edges 1210, the inner surface of the handle
1211 can be smooth or can include another surface that promotes better retention, such as sandpaper, an adherent substance, etc. In particular embodiments, the exemplary bottle 1200 can include various types of holders (for example, jar holders, etc.).
Petition 870190094414, of 20/09/2019, p. 10/32
28/29 [0060] Now returning to Figure 13, the present embodiment shows a bottom view of the container of example 1200. In various embodiments, the bottom 1213 of the example bottle 1200 includes a substantially different shape of the cap 1212. Referring again In Figure 4, the bottom 108 of the sample bottle 100 includes a shape and proportions that are substantially similar to those of the cap 112. Now looking at Figure 13, the bottom 1213 of the sample bottle 1200 includes the curvature of the first side 1202 and the second side 1208, and the recess of the handle 1206. In one embodiment, the bottom 1213 looks like two disproportionate semicircular halves, in which the smallest semicircular half is close to the handle 1204. In a given embodiment, each recess of the handle 1206 reduces the surface area bottom of the 1213 flask, thus creating the smallest semicircular half. In various embodiments, handle 1204 is tapered inward when handle 1204 extends downward and folds inward from satellite ring 1214 to the bottom of bottle 1213.
[0061] Continuing with Figure 13, the curvature of the recess of handle 1206 looks like the shape of a valley. In the present embodiment, the recess of handle 1206 begins to curve inward at location 1321 into the interior of exemplary bottle 1200. In one embodiment, the recess of handle 1206 then forms a rounded bottom at location 1322. In various embodiments, the bottom rounded at location 1322 represents the innermost part of handle 1206 and, therefore, the inner part with greater retention of handle 1204. In certain embodiments, the recess of handle 1206 then begins to curve outward to location 1323. In particular achievements, location 1323 is similar to location 1321,
Petition 870190094414, of 20/09/2019, p. 10/33
29/29 since both locations are above or outside the innermost part of the recess of handle 1206, which is 1322 in the present embodiment.
