FIELD OF THE INVENTION [001] The present invention relates to a device for trimming hair and beard, in particular a device for trimming hair and beard with a comb accessory that can be attached to the housing of the device for trimming hair and beard. The present invention further relates to the comb accessory itself. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [002] Electric hair trimming devices are widely known and include trimmers, clippers and shaving or waxing devices powered by batteries or electricity supplied from the mains. Such devices are generally used to trim body hair, in particular hair and beard, to enable an individual to look well groomed. [003] Commonly, conventional hair and beard cutting devices comprise a main body forming an elongated housing that has a front or cutting end (herein called the "distal end") and an opposite handle end. A cutting assembly is disposed at the distal end. The cutting assembly generally comprises a stationary cutting blade with a stationary cutting edge and a moving cutting blade with a moving cutting edge. The movable cutter blade moves in a reciprocal fashion against the stationary cutter blade. The cutting assembly is generally fixed in a single position relative to the housing of the hair and beard trimmer so that the orientation of the cutting assembly is determined by a user who orients the housing or main body of the cutting device. hair and beard trimming. The stationary cutting edge and the moving cutting edge are disposed at the tip portions of the stationary cutting blade and the moving cutting blade, respectively. These cutting edges generally protrude from the front side of the hair and beard trimmer housing so that the cutting edges are always visible to the user. This makes it easy for the user to see where exactly the hair and beard are cut, which is particularly beneficial when the hair and beard trimmer device is used to form and create precise contours in the hair and beard. [004] As there is a great demand for hair and shaving devices that offer the possibility of being used for different lengths of cut, many known hair and shaving devices make use of different comb attachments and of different sizes. Such comb attachments are generally mounted on the distal end of the hair and beard trimmer to position the trimmer assembly relative to the skin. In other words, such a comb attachment is used as a guide that moves over the skin and guides the hairs of the beard and hair towards the cutting assembly. Generally speaking, the comb attachment is mounted over the cutting assembly and spaces the cutting blades, in particular their cutting edges (the stationary cutting edge and the moving cutting edge), away from the skin surface where the hair and beard hairs extend. However, the need to replace the comb accessory with a different one, whenever the length of the hair and beard cut requires it, can be impractical for the user, as this is not only a time-consuming process, but also requires the user keeps a stock of various comb accessories of different sizes. [005] Thus, many prior art hair and beard clippers use a single comb attachment that can be adjusted in different positions relative to the housing of the hair and beard clipper device. Users can then adjust the comb attachment to different positions to achieve different haircut and beard lengths. In general, these mobile comb attachments can be adjusted between haircut and beard lengths of 3mm, 5mm, 7mm, 9mm and up to 10mm. [006] In most cases, it is more difficult to ensure effective hair and shaving performance when the hair and beard trimming device is used with a comb attachment rather than the hair and shaving device being used without the comb accessory. Since such a comb attachment increases the distance from the cutting edges to the wearer's skin, it is more difficult to reach the hair and beard that are on the wearer's skin. In other words, the comb attachment, in general, acts as an obstacle that prevents the hair and beard hair from reaching the cutting edges of the shaving assembly. Especially curly or stiff hair and beard hair therefore need to be lifted from the wearer's skin in an appropriate manner in order to be cut. Effective hair and beard hair lifting is, however, a challenge in many of the hair and beard trimming devices used with comb attachments. To ensure hair and beard reachability, the structure of the comb attachment arranged in front of the cutting edges needs to be as small as possible. This, however, limits the space for hair and beard lifting features in the comb attachment. In addition, sharp features in the previous section of the comb attachment, which would allow good hair and beard hair capture, are generally not acceptable as this would impact the good relationship with the skin and therefore in user comfort. [007] Due to the lack of effectiveness in hair and beard lifting of most of the known comb attachments mentioned above, many movements are required before all the hair and beard hair are lifted by the comb attachment and cut by the trimming assembly. A comb attachment that would make it possible to lift the beard hair and hair from its natural orientation before entering the comb attachment and reaching the cutting edges of the trimming assembly, however, would increase the likelihood of the hair and beard hair being cut to length. right and would reduce the number of moves needed to cut all the hair and beard hairs. [008] Thus, there is still room for improvement. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [009] It is an object of the present invention to provide a hair and beard trimming device and a comb accessory for such a hair and beard trimming device that solves the problems mentioned above. In particular, it is an objective to provide an improved comb attachment that ensures reachability and improves the capture and lifting of hair and hair, so that haircutting and shaving performance is improved. [0010] According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is presented a hair and beard trimming device comprising: - a housing, - a cutting assembly that is arranged at a distal end of said housing and comprises a blade. stationary cutting with a stationary cutting edge and a movable cutting blade with a movable cutting edge, and - a comb attachment which is secured to the housing and comprises a first comb element and a second comb element; [0011] wherein the first comb element is configured to be disposed on a front side of the housing and configured to cover the stationary cutting edge and the movable cutting edge, said front side running transversely to the distal end and to the cutting assembly, and the first comb element comprising a plurality of first comb teeth which are parallel to one another and parallel to a first longitudinal direction of the first comb element; [0012] wherein the second comb element is arranged transverse to the first comb element and configured to at least partially cover the distal end of the housing, the second comb element comprising a plurality of second comb teeth that are parallel to one another. to the other and parallel to a second longitudinal direction of the second comb element, a span size, which is defined as the distance between two of the second comb teeth measured in the lateral direction perpendicular to the second longitudinal direction, is less than 1 mm, and that the element of the second comb comprises a connecting arm which is arranged at a rear end of the teeth of the second comb opposite its free end and runs parallel to the lateral direction; and [0013] whereby a free end of the teeth of the first comb is spaced apart from a free end of the teeth of the second comb, so that a gap occurs between the element of the first comb and the second comb. [0014] According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is presented a comb accessory for attachment to a hair and beard trimmer having a housing and a cutting assembly disposed at a distal end of said housing and comprising a blade stationary cutting edge with a stationary cutting edge and a movable cutting blade with a movable cutting edge. The comb attachment comprises a first comb element and a second comb element. The first comb element is configured to be disposed on a front side of the housing and configured to cover the stationary and movable cutting edge. The front side of the housing runs transversely to the distal end and the cutting assembly. The first comb element comprises a plurality of first comb teeth which are parallel to each other and parallel to a first longitudinal direction of the first comb element. The second comb element is disposed transverse to the first comb element and configured to at least partially cover the distal end of the housing. Said second comb element is thus arranged on a lower side of the cutting assembly, i.e. on the side of the stationary cutting blade which faces away from the movable cutting blade. The second comb element comprises a plurality of second comb teeth that are parallel to each other and parallel to a second longitudinal direction of the second comb element. A span size, which is defined as the distance between two of the teeth of the second comb measured in the lateral direction perpendicular to the second longitudinal direction, is less than 1 mm. The element of the second comb further comprises a connecting arm which is arranged at a rear end of the teeth of the second comb opposite its free end and runs parallel to the lateral direction. A free end of the teeth of the first comb is spaced apart from a free end of the teeth of the second comb so that a gap occurs between the first and second comb elements. [0015] Preferred embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims. It is to be understood that the claimed comb accessory has similar and/or identical preferred embodiments to the claimed hair and beard trimming device and as defined in the dependent claims. [0016] One of the central features of the present invention refers to the technical design of the element of the second comb. This second comb element is configured to be disposed at the distal end of the hair and beard trimmer housing and configured to cover the rear of the stationary cutting blade, said rear portion indicating the side of the stationary cutting blade that remains. facing away from the movable cutter blade. The second comb element is thus arranged substantially parallel to the stationary cutting blade when the comb attachment is secured in the housing of the hair and beard trimmer. [0017] The technical design of the second comb element mainly incorporates the following three features: 1. a precision pitch comb attachment structure, the gap between two prongs close to the second comb is designed to be relatively small in comparison with comb accessories known in the art. 2. a gap that is arranged between the elements of the first comb and the second comb. The free ends of the first and second comb accessory elements, however, are not directly connected to each other. The span preferably runs parallel to the lateral direction and preferably extends over almost the full width of the comb attachment measured in the lateral direction. 3. The element of the second comb further comprises a connecting arm which is arranged at the rear end of the teeth of the second comb, i.e. at the end opposite the free end of the teeth of the second comb. The connecting arm connects the rear ends of each of the teeth of the second comb to one another, and runs perpendicular to the teeth of the second comb, that is, perpendicular to the second longitudinal direction. [0018] The above three features of the comb attachment cooperate together for improved lifting of hair and beard hair which, in turn, enhances haircutting and shaving performance. In comparison to art-known comb attachments, in which such second comb tines (comb tines which cover the back of the stationary cutting blade) act only as a bearing surface which is used to slide the comb attachment over the skin the user, with the teeth of the second comb provided in the present invention now also acting as an active manipulation of hair and beard. This works as follows: Due to the gap provided in front of the free ends of the teeth of the second comb, uncut hair and beard hair can easily enter the gaps between the teeth of the second comb. Precise pitch comb structure (span size less than 1 mm) improves combing and lifts uncut hair and beard hair. This is especially beneficial when curly or stiff hair and beard need to be cut. By moving the comb accessory over the user's skin in the opposite direction to the hair and beard growth, that is, in the opposite direction to the rooting or growth line direction, the hair and beard hair will be guided in the gaps between the teeth of the second comb and finally reach the connecting arm. Due to the small gap size between the teeth of the second comb, hair and beard hair are already lifted during the regular styling movement. Then the hairs and beard hairs will meet the connecting arm at the rear end of the teeth of the second comb. The connecting arm then passes over the hair and beard and thus bends them. The connecting arm, in this way, ensures that the hair and beard hair are slanted completely in the opposite direction to the direction of growth, with the probability of the hair and beard hair being arranged in a more vertical way after being lifted by the teeth. of the second comb and inclined by the connecting arm, it increases. These more vertically arranged hairs and beard hairs can be captured more easily when moving again over the same area of skin with the comb attachment. [0019] The applicant's experiments have shown that the haircut and beard performance is significantly improved, since the tendency of uncut hair and beard can be unintentionally flattened without them being lifted by the comb attachment , is reduced in the way mentioned above. Even if comparatively long haircut and beard lengths are desired, where the comb attachment has to have a relatively large distance from the trimming assembly, an evenly distributed haircut and beard length can, that way, be guaranteed. The hair and beard manipulation provided by the cooperation of the three resources mentioned above has, however, been shown to be more advantageous. [0020] According to a preferred embodiment, a rear part of the connecting arm, wherein the rear part faces away from the distal end of the hair and beard trimming device, is configured to touch a user's skin during the use, said back part being substantially coplanar with a corresponding back part of the teeth of the second comb. [0021] In other words, the rear part of the teeth of the second comb which, during use, faces away from the rear of the stationary cutting blade is preferably disposed in substantially the same plane as the rear of the connecting arm. The term "substantially" shall herein mean that plane deviations of less than +/- a few millimeters are possible. However, in an especially preferred embodiment, the rear part of the connecting arm is arranged exactly coplanar with the rear part of the teeth of the second comb. Such an arrangement of the connecting arm will improve the bending action of the hairs and beard hair mentioned above, which is accomplished by the cooperation of the teeth of the second comb and the connecting arm. The back of the connecting arm can then come into contact with the user's skin while moving the comb attachment back and forth. The connecting arm can thus incline the hairs and beard hairs in the opposite direction of growth in a very low position close to the roots of the beard hairs and hair strands. [0022] The effectiveness of hair and beard hair lifting and hair and beard cutting performance can be further improved by proper sizing of the teeth of the second comb of the second comb element. It should be noted that the dimensions mentioned below cannot be viewed simply as arbitrary design choices, but result from the applicant's concrete experiments. [0023] According to one embodiment, a height of the teeth of the second comb measured perpendicular to the second longitudinal and lateral direction is, at the free end of the teeth of the second comb, less than 2 mm. [0024] Such small height at the free end of the teeth of the second comb facilitates the capture of hair and beard hair by the element of the second comb and guides them in the gaps between the teeth of the second comb. The height at the rear end of the comb tines can, in contrast to them, be greater, so that a sufficient mechanical stability of the tines of the second comb is still guaranteed. The height at the rear end of the teeth of the second comb is preferably chosen to be in the range of 1mm to 5mm. [0025] According to a further embodiment, the free end of the teeth of the second comb comprises a rounded tip portion. [0026] This rounded tip portion prevents skin irritation and increases wearer comfort. In combination with the height dimensions mentioned above, a good commercial solution was therefore found. On the one hand, the free ends are sharp enough to effectively capture the hairs and beard hairs in order to lift them in the aforementioned manner. On the other hand, the rounded tip portion at the free end of each of the teeth of the second comb prevents a user from being injured. [0027] According to an additional embodiment, a step size, which is defined as a sum of the span size and a width of one of the teeth of the second comb measured in the lateral direction, is less than 2 mm. Even more preferred is a pitch size between 0.7mm and 1.7mm. [0028] It should be noted that the span size and step size mentioned herein preferably refer to the size of all teeth of the second comb and the size of all spans between two teeth near the second comb. The aforementioned step size between 0.7mm and 1.7mm ensures an even distribution of hair and beard hair, no scratching to the skin and therefore results in no skin irritation or little skin irritation. Considering the fact that such comb attachments generally have an overall width (measured in the lateral direction) of approximately 30 to 50 mm, the comparatively small pitch size mentioned above leads to an overall number of more than 20 to 30 teeth. of the second comb that are parallel to each other. This means that the comb accessory according to the present invention comprises much more comb teeth than a prior art "regular" comb accessory. Common comb attachments typically have five to ten comb tines with a comparatively large gap size between them. [0029] According to an additional modality, the span size is greater than 0.2 mm and less than 0.8 mm. Even more preferably, a span size is between 0.3 mm and 0.6 mm. The specially chosen lower limit results from the fact that hair and beard can have a diameter of up to 0.2 mm. [0030] It should be noted that the reduction in span size and step size as taught in the present invention for the second comb element of the newly presented comb attachment is by no means obvious. Rather, prior art comb fixtures focus on comb elements with only a few comb teeth that have a comparatively large width and relatively large spans between them, as most prior art comb fixtures are intended for prevent an unwanted clogging effect that can result from hair and beard hair being trapped between the comb attachment and the shaving assembly. In addition, thicker comb teeth with larger gaps between them were thought to be better for the skin and mechanically more stable. However, applicant's experiments have shown that even very small comb tines can lead to acceptable skin comfort, as the total number of tines of the second comb is increased and the gaps between them are relatively small, so that the second comb element of the comb attachment does not look uncomfortable. The teeth of the second comb are separate from those more flexible compared to the comb teeth of the prior art comb attachments. This also proved to be advantageous in terms of user comfort. [0031] According to an additional modality, the width of the teeth of the second comb is greater than 0.5 mm and less than 1 mm. Such small width of the teeth of the second comb ensures reasonably good visibility of the cutting assembly. [0032] According to an additional embodiment, a length of the teeth of the second comb measured along the second longitudinal direction is less than or equal to 20 mm. [0033] This upper limit for the length of the teeth of the second comb was selected, as larger comb teeth proved to be very flexible and very unstable. A length less than 20 mm instead results in comparatively stiff comb teeth. [0034] According to a further modality, the device for trimming hair and beard additionally comprises an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the position of the comb attachment in relation to the trimming assembly. [0035] This makes it possible to use a single comb accessory in the hair and beard trimming device, which is adjustable in different lengths according to the user's needs. The adjustment mechanism preferably makes it possible to adjust length sizes from 1 mm up to, for example, 21 mm. The adjustment mechanism can be configured to allow for a length adjustment in predefined increments, for example, 1 mm increments, or to allow for an adjustment without increments over the entire range, for example, 1 to 21 mm. [0036] The adjustment mechanism can be formed by two guide rails provided in the housing of the hair and beard trimmer that engage with two corresponding guide rails arranged on the comb accessory. Similarly, it is also possible to design the adjustment mechanism as a rigid type guide rail. [0037] According to a further embodiment, the span size and pitch size of the teeth of the first comb element of the first comb differ from the span and pitch of the element of the second comb. The element of the first comb can thus have fewer comb teeth having dimensions that differ from the dimensions of the teeth of the second comb. The width and height of the teeth of the first comb are preferably chosen to be greater than the width and height of the teeth of the second comb. [0038] According to a further embodiment, an angle between the first longitudinal direction of the element of the first comb and the second longitudinal direction of the element of the second comb is preferably less than 90°, more preferably less than 80°. It has been shown that an angle of less than 80° between the first comb element and the second comb element ensures that hair and beard hair can still be captured effectively and that larger angles would result in a reduction or even loss of the advantageous function of aforementioned elevation of the second comb element. [0039] Still according to a further modality, the device for trimming hair and beard may additionally comprise a suction unit to generate an underpressure in an area between the cutting assembly and the comb accessory. Such a suction unit can suck the cut hairs and beards and guide them towards the collection surface or collection chamber. In combination with the above-mentioned precision pitch comb structure of the second comb element, it effectively presents unwanted hair and beard disposal, i.e., preventing cut hair and beard hair from falling out of the system. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS These and other aspects of the invention will become evident and will be elucidated with reference to the embodiment(s) described later in this document. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [0046] Figures 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the hair and beard trimming device according to the present invention with and without a comb accessory. The hair and beard trimming device is hereby shown in its entirety with reference number 10. [0047] The hair and beard trimming device 10 comprises a comb accessory 12 which is detachably attached to the hair and beard trimming device 10. Figure 1 shows the hair and beard trimming device with the hair accessory. comb 12, while Figure 2 shows the hair and beard trimming device 10 without the comb attachment 12. [0048] The hair and beard trimming device 10 comprises a housing 14 in which all other parts are normally integrated and in which the comb accessory 12 can be attached. The housing 14 also serves as a support for a cutting assembly 16. The cutting assembly 16 can be releasably attached to a distal end 18 of the housing 14. The cutting assembly 16 can, however, also be permanently attached to the end. distal 18 of housing 14. Housing 14 is generally designed as an elongated body that forms a cable 20 at its rear end, i.e., the end opposite the distal end 18. [0049] The cutter assembly 16 comprises a stationary cutter blade 22 and a movable cutter blade 24. The movable cutter blade 24 is shown in the known position, offset mounted on an upper surface of the stationary cutter blade 22. With the aid of one or more springs (not shown), the movable cutting blade 24 is resiliently biased against the stationary cutting blade 22. The spring exerts a spring force on the movable cutting blade 24 in order to maintain the two cutting blades 22, 24 next to each other. Both cutting blades 22, 24 each comprise a cutting edge 26, 28 with a plurality of cutting teeth arranged parallel to each other. The cutting edge 26 of the stationary cutting blade 22 is shown here as the moving cutting edge 26. The cutting edge 28 of the moving cutting blade 24 is shown here as the moving cutting edge 28. [0050] During operation, hair and beard cutting is performed by the interaction of the stationary cutting blade 22 and the movable cutting blade 24 which reciprocates over the stationary cutting blade 22, as known from other hair trimming devices and conventional beard. [0051] The stationary cutter blade 22 is generally designed to be thicker than the movable cutter blade 24. Said stationary cutter blade 22 is also represented as "bulk". In order to receive good cutting performance, the movable cutting blade 24 is actively pressed onto the upper surface of the shield 22 to receive a so-called tooth pressure. This tooth pressure is, inter alia, ensured by the spring mentioned above, which presses the two cutting blades 22, 24 together. [0052] A drive arrangement that includes a motor (not shown) is configured to drive the movable cutting blade 24 oscillatingly relative to the stationary cutting blade 22. The motor is generally designed as an electric motor that it is powered by mains-supplied or battery-powered electricity. [0053] Depending on the desired length of hair and beard cut to be obtained, the hair and beard trimming device 10 can be used with or without the comb attachment 12. Specifically when longer hair and beard cuts are desired, the comb attachment 12 can be attached to the distal end 18 of the housing 14. As shown in Figure 1, the comb attachment 12 is thus mounted on the cutting assembly 16 and separates the cutting blades 22, 24 from the surface. of the user's skin from where the hair and beard extend. The comb acts, so to speak, as a spacer between the wearer's skin and the cutting assembly 16, so that the resulting cut length is increased compared to a use of the hair and beard trimmer device without the comb attachment 12. [0054] The comb attachment 12 is preferably designed to be displaceable relative to the housing 14, so that different lengths of hair and beard cuts can be obtained with the same comb attachment 12. hair and beard 10 comprises an adjustment mechanism 30 for adjusting the position of the comb attachment 12 relative to the housing 14. The adjustment mechanism 30 comprises, according to the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2, an adjustment wheel enabling the displacement of the comb attachment 12 by rotating the adjustment wheel about a longitudinal axis of the handle 20. However, it should be noted that the adjustment mechanism 30 may also be designed differently, e.g. a scroll bar or other types of mechanical shift mechanisms. In the embodiment shown, the comb attachment 12 is guided by two guide rails 32 which are disposed on two side sides of the housing 14 and two corresponding guide rails (not shown) disposed on an inner side of the comb attachment 12. Instead of these guide rails 32, a ratchet-type mechanism can be provided. [0055] It should be noted that the adjustment mechanism 30 for adjusting the position of the comb attachment 12 relative to the housing 14 can be constructed in a variety of other shapes. Instead of continuous adjustment of the 12 comb attachment, other adjustment mechanisms are conceivable to provide a gradual adjustment in certain preset increments, for example, in one-millimeter increments. [0056] One of the central points of the present invention relates to the structural design of the comb accessory 12. The comb accessory 12 comprises a first comb element 34 that is configured to be disposed on a front side 36 of the housing 14 and configured to cover the stationary and movable cutting edge 26, 28 when the comb attachment 12 is attached to the housing 14 of the hair and beard trimming device 10. It should be noted that the front side 36 of the housing 14 will represent the upper side of the housing 14 which extends transversely to the surface provided at the distal end 18 of the housing 14. The last mentioned surface at the distal end 18 is disposed on the underside of the cutting assembly 16, i.e. on the side of the stationary cutting blade 22 that faces. to the opposite direction of the movable cutting blade 24. In the context of this invention, the term "transverse" will not necessarily be understood as "perpendicular", but rather as “non-parallel”. [0057] The comb accessory 12 further comprises a second comb element 38 that is disposed transverse to the first comb element 34. This second comb element 38 is configured to at least partially cover the distal end 18 of the housing 14, i.e. , to at least partially cover the bottom side of the stationary cutting blade 22. [0058] Each of the first comb element and the second comb element 34, 38 comprises a plurality of comb teeth 40, 42 running parallel to each other. The comb teeth 40 of the first comb element 34 are represented in the present invention as the teeth of the first comb 40. The comb teeth 42 of the second comb element 38 are represented in the present invention as the teeth of the second comb 42. The teeth of the first comb comb 40 are arranged parallel to a first longitudinal direction 44. The teeth of the second comb 42 are arranged parallel to a second longitudinal direction 46. As shown in Figure 1, the first longitudinal direction 44 is disposed transverse to the second longitudinal direction 46. [0059] As can be further seen from the Figures, in particular Figures 3A and 3B, the teeth of the first comb 40 have different dimensions than the teeth of the second comb 42. The teeth of the first comb 40 of the first comb element 34 are preferably designed to be thicker than the teeth of the second comb 42 of the second comb element 38. The space between two teeth proximate the first comb 40 is preferably also greater than the space between two prongs proximate the second comb 42. In other words, the second comb element 38 comprises more comb teeth which are spaced closer together than the first comb element 34. The second comb element 38 comprises a very precise pitch comb structure, while the first comb element 34 may comprise a "regular" comb structure, as is known from many prior art comb attachments. However, it should be noted that the first comb element 34 may also comprise a similar precision pitch comb structure or even the same structure as the second comb element 38. [0060] All teeth of the second comb 42 preferably have the same dimensions. In contrast to the comb elements known from the prior art, the dimensions of the teeth of the second comb 42 and the distances between the teeth of the second comb 42 are chosen to be comparatively small. A distance 48 between two teeth near the second comb 42 is preferably less than 1 mm. Said distance 48 is represented in the present invention as span size. Span size 48 is defined as the distance between two teeth near the second comb 42 measured in the lateral direction 50, with the lateral direction 50 being arranged perpendicular to the first and second longitudinal directions 44, 46. It should be noted that the mentioned span size 48 preferably occurs between all teeth near the second comb 42. [0061] A width 52 of each of the teeth of the second comb 42 is preferably in the range of 0.5 mm and 1 mm. Said width 52 represents the dimension of the teeth of the second comb 42 measured in the lateral direction 50. [0062] A pitch size 54, which is defined as the sum of the span size 48 and the width 50 of a tooth of the second comb 42 is preferably less than 2 mm. [0063] Such a precisely pitched comb structure of the second comb element 38 increases the likelihood that stiff, curled hair and beard will be actively captured and lifted when the comb attachment 12 is moved over the user's skin. In other words, the second comb element 38 provides an active manipulation also for curly and stiff hairs and beards to lift them from their natural orientation, so that haircutting performance and beard hair are significantly improved in contrast to prior art “regular” comb attachments which generally have significantly larger span sizes with larger comb teeth. [0064] The comb elements of known comb fixtures that are arranged in the same position as the second comb element 38 of the comb fixture 12 shown here are normally only used as sliding elements that enable the comb fixture to slide or move over the user's skin. However, the second precision pitch comb element 38 presented here is not only used as a glide element, but also provides active beard hair and hair handling. This structure will compel the uncut hair and beard to be lifted as much as possible to increase the likelihood that the hair and beard will be cut effectively during the second movement of the hair and beard trimmer over the same area. Then, the flat, partially grown hair and beard will also be pre-combed in a more vertical orientation. The teeth of the second precision pitch comb 42, due to their close spacing, still make it possible to follow the skin effectively, and provide a contact surface in good relation to the skin. [0065] The applicant's experiments led to the preferred size dimensions of the teeth of the second comb 42, as follows: [0066] the span size 48 is preferably between 0.2 mm and 0.8 mm. The pitch size 54 is preferably between 0.7 mm and 1.7 mm. The width of the teeth of the second comb 42 is preferably between 0.5 mm and 1 mm. [0067] A height 56 (see Figure 4A) of the teeth of the second comb 42 is preferably between 1 mm and 5 mm, at least at a trailing end 58 which is opposite a free end 60 of the comb teeth 42 Said height 56 represents the dimension of the teeth of the second comb 42 measured perpendicular to the second longitudinal direction 46 and to the lateral direction 50. Such small height 56 provides the advantage of a greater visibility of the cutting assembly 16, so that the assembly of cut 16 is always clearly visible to the user during use. This makes it easier for the user to handle the hair and beard trimming device 10. However, it should be noted that the height 56 of each of the teeth of the second comb 42 is preferably even smaller than the range mentioned in and around the area. of the nose portions at the free end 60 of the comb teeth 42. The height 56 at said free ends 60 of the teeth of the second comb 42 is preferably even less than 2 mm. This further improves the capture of hair and beard hair as the hair and beard enter the second comb element 38 generally at these free ends 60 of the teeth of the second comb 42. In order to further improve the good relationship with the skin, the free ends 60 of the teeth of the second comb 42, furthermore, each preferably comprise a rounded tip portion. [0068] A length 62 of the teeth of the second comb 42 measured along the second longitudinal direction 46 is preferably less than or equal to 20 mm. The longer lengths 62 would otherwise result in comb teeth 42 that are too flexible and too weak. [0069] However, the advantageous hair lifting effect mentioned above results not only from the precise pitch grated structure of the second comb element 38, but also from the following features that are also essential for the present invention: [0070] The teeth of the first comb 40 of the first comb element 34 are not directly connected to the teeth of the second comb 42 of the second comb element 38. Therefore, not only do each of the teeth of the second comb 42 comprise a free end 60, but also each of the teeth of the first comb 40 comprises a free end 64. This results in a gap 66 occurring between the teeth of the first comb 40 and the teeth of the second comb 42, in particular, between the free ends 64 of the teeth of the first comb 40 and the free ends 60 of the teeth of the second comb 42. This span 66 extends parallel to the lateral direction 50. Span 66 serves as an entry space for uncut hair and beard hair. [0071] An even more important feature of the second comb element 38 is the connecting arm 68 which also extends parallel to the lateral direction 50 and is disposed locally behind the teeth of the second comb 42. This connecting arm 68 connects the rear end 58 of each of the teeth of the second comb 42 with each other. A rear portion 70 of the connecting arm 68 during use of the comb fitting 12 faces away from the distal end 18 and is configured to touch the user's skin when the comb fitting 12 is moved over the user's skin. Said back part 70, in other words, faces away from the bottom side of the stationary cutting blade 22. The back part 70 is preferably arranged coplanar, i.e. in one and the same plane, with a corresponding rear portion 72 of the teeth of the second comb, the rear portion 72, in use, also facing away from the bottom side of the stationary cutting blade 22. [0072] The precisely pitch grated structure of the second comb element 38, the span 66 as well as the last mentioned connecting arm 68 cooperate together in order to capture the uncut hairs and beard hairs and lift them in a manner. efficient. The technical principle of the cooperation of these three resources is explained below with reference to the schematic illustration shown in Figures 4A and 4B. [0073] Figures 4A and 4B schematically illustrate how the uncut hair and beard 74 are combed and lifted by means of the second comb element 38. The uncut hair and beard 74 enters the second comb element 38 in the gap 66 between the first and second comb elements 34, 38. By moving the second comb element 38 over the user's skin, these uncut hairs and beard hair 74 will then pass between the teeth of the second comb 42 until they reach the connecting arm 68 arranged at the rear ends 58 of the teeth of the second comb 42. For this purpose, the element of the second comb 38 is preferably moved in the opposite direction to the growth of the hair. The uncut hair and beard hair will already be lifted when passing between the teeth of the second comb 42. However, as soon as it meets the connecting arm 68, the hair and beard hair will be tilted. By moving the connecting arm 68 over the hair and beard 74, each strand of hair and fur will then be completely slanted in the opposite direction of growth, so that the hair and beard 74' that have passed through the comb attachment 12 are arranged much more vertically compared to hair and beard 74 that have not yet gone through comb attachment 12. Moving over hair and beard in vertical position 74' again a second time, almost all strands of hair and beard hair 74' is cut by the cutting assembly 16 to the desired haircut and beard length. It should be noted that, logically, several hairs and beards 74 are already cut to the desired length in the first movement. [0074] The aforementioned effects are not normally achieved with prior art comb elements. Figures 5A and 5B show an example of such a prior art comb element. This prior art comb element 38' serves more or less only as a glide element which enables the comb accessory to slide over the user's skin. However, it does not lift the hair and beard hair as efficiently as the second comb element 38 in accordance with the present invention. First, it usually comprises a much larger gap size between the comb teeth. Second, the connecting arm 68' is not configured to touch the wearer's skin and thereby bend the hair and beard hairs in the aforementioned manner. In contrast to this, the connecting arm 68' is normally spaced apart from the back of the comb teeth, so that the hair and beard simply passes under the connecting arm 68' without being tilted and reoriented. [0075] The comb attachment 12 of the hair and beard trimming device 10 according to the present invention thus provides, compared to prior art comb attachments of this type, a significantly improved hair and hair lifting that again leads to improved haircut and shaving performance. [0076] Although the invention has been illustrated and described in detail in the drawings and in the aforementioned description, such illustration and description are to be considered illustrative or exemplary, and not restrictive; the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments. Other variations to the disclosed embodiments may be understood and made by those skilled in the art in practicing the claimed invention, from a study of the appended claims. [0077] In the claims, the expression "comprising" does not exclude other elements or other steps, and the indefinite article "a" or "an" does not exclude a plurality. A single element or another unit can perform the functions of several items mentioned in the claims. [0078] No reference signs in the claims are to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
