FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates, in general, to connectors for medical fluids and, in particular, it concerns a male Luer valve, connectable to the fluid line and designed to be connected to a connector usually of the female Luer type and similar , to open the flow of fluid through the two connectors. STATE OF THE PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE [0002] From US patent 7,559,530, as well as from European patent application EP-2504056 (WO 2011/064738), both provided by the applicant, a male Luer tube valve is described, comprising a housing, a tubular element having a part inlet and outlet part with an open end end, and an elastic hollow element attached to the housing and surrounding the tubular element. The elastic hollow member has an end wall, which normally closes the end end of the outlet part of the tubular element with a seal and has a cut. A collar, interposed between the housing and the elastic hollow element, is axially displaceable, following the press fit by a female connector connectable to the male connector, causing a deformation by stretching the elastic hollow element and the consequent opening of the flow passage between the part inlet and outlet part of the tubular element. [0003] This valved male Luer connector thus operates according to the stretch deformation of the elastic hollow element: in this way, it can guarantee a perfect closure in the absence of the female connector, an immediate opening during coupling with the female connector, and a quick return to the closed condition, following the decoupling of the female connector. [0004] In the case where the tubular element is connected to a medical liquid supply line, contained, for example, in a bag, it is necessary to conduct the "preparation" of the line beforehand, or, preferably, before connection of the female connector for transferring the medical fluid to a patient. Therefore, the operator must manually open the valve connector, until the medical liquid, originating from the line, reaches the terminal end of the tubular element. This operation is delicate and can be complicated and inconvenient. [0005] From US-5032116A and WO-2004/014477, medical devices provided with a renewable ventilation cover are known. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0006] The objective of the present invention is to solve the problem mentioned above in a simple, practical and functional way and in a way to avoid liquid loss. [0007] According to the invention, this objective is achieved due to a male Luer valve connector of the type defined at the beginning of this specification, and corresponding to the preamble of claim 1, whose unique characteristics are based on the fact that it includes a preparation, designed to be removably connected to the connector housing for deformation by stretching said elastic element, and to maintain said end end of the outlet part of the tubular element in communication with the atmosphere by means of a liquid impermeable membrane. The preparation cover comprises a skirt, arranged outside the housing and configured to fit with the connector housing and with a tubular part coaxial to the skirt, which, on one side, leads to the liquid impermeable barrier mentioned above, and on the opposite side , is arranged to interact with the collar interposed between the casing and the elastic hollow element. [0008] The skirt of the preparation lid is selectively fitable with said housing, in a first axial position to protect the end wall of the elastic cast element, in which that elastic cast element is essentially not deformed, and in a second axial position , in which said elastic hollow element is stretched. [0009] In the second axial position, the skirt of the preparation cover is conveniently connected to the connector housing by means of a bayonet type coupling. [0010] Due to this idea of solution, the Luer male valve lock connector, according to the invention, allows, during use, the immediate connection to the female connector without the need to, first, need to conduct the preparation of the supply line of the medical liquid, once the preparation is ready and available due to the presence of the cover applied, removably, to the connector body, without the risk of loss of liquid, when it is disposed in the second axial position mentioned above. The connection of the male Luer locking connector to the female connector can therefore be conducted directly, following the removal of the preparation cover, the effect of which returns the elastic element to the closed, undeformed condition of the connector, which will then be reopened, due to the effect of coupling with the female connector. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [0011] Other features and advantages of the invention will be evident from the detailed description presented below, with reference to the attached drawings provided simply by means of a non-limiting example, in which: Figure 1 is a schematic perspective view of the male Luer connector valve according to the invention; Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of the valve connector in a first condition; Figures 3 and 4 are two perspective views, front and back, of the preparation cover of the valve connector according to the invention; and Figure 5 is a view similar to Figure 2, which shows the connector valved in a second condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [0012] With reference to the drawings, the male Luer locking valve connector according to the invention comprises (in a manner generally known from the documents US-7559530 and EP-2504056 mentioned above), a housing 1 formed of an upper flange part 2, permanently coupled to an upper hollow body 3 formed, on the opposite side to the flange 2, from an internally threaded support 4. [0013] The flange 2, in turn, is formed integrally and coaxially with a tubular element, indicated as a whole by 5, having an inlet part 7 and an outlet part 6, which extends through the hollow body 3 and projects outwardly of the internally threaded support 4. The outlet part 6, together with other parts, which will be described below, defines with the threaded support 4 a male Luer lock connector, suitable for coupling with a female connector, not shown as it is a known type in itself. For example, the female connector can be of the tube type, described and illustrated in EP-1834665, also by the present applicant. [0014] The inlet part 7 communicates with a tubular accessory 8, which is also integrally formed with the flange 2 and is designed to fix a flexible line, connected to a bag containing medical liquid for infusion. [0015] The input part 7 and the output part 6 are connected to each other by means of two series of separate passages 9, 10, the mutual communication of which is controlled in the manner explained below. [0016] The outlet part 6 of the tubular element 5 has an open end end, indicated by 11, in which an annular extension 12 is formed, which defines the upper limit of an external annular groove 13, having, in turn, a lower limit defined by a stop step 14. [0017] The numeral 15 indicates an elastic hollow element, typically made of rubber or elastomeric silicone, including an annular base 16, attached to the casing 1 between the flange 2 and the body 3, a first generally cylindrical part 17 connected to the base 16 by middle of a generally tapered part 18, deviating towards that first cylindrical part 17, and a second generally cylindrical part 19, slightly narrower than the first cylindrical part 17 and having a terminal transverse wall 20. [0018] The end wall 20 has a central cut 21, for example, linear or tricuspid, as in the case of the illustrated example, which is normally closed due to the intrinsic elasticity of the elastic hollow element 15, to essentially seal the seal open end end 11 of tubular member 5. [0019] The second cylindrical part 19 of the elastic hollow element 15 is formed internally with a protrusion of annular guide 23, slidable within the groove 13 of the inlet part 6 of the tubular element 5, between the annular extension 12 and the step 14. [0020] The first cylindrical part 17 of the elastic hollow element 15 has, internally, a first, a second and a third annular sealing protuberances, axially spaced from each other, indicated, respectively, by 24, 25 and 26, and in a sliding sealing contact. of the tubular element 5. The annular protuberance 24 interacts with the passages 9 and 10 to close and open, respectively, the communication between the inlet part 7 and the outlet part 6 of the tubular element 5. [0021] Reference 28 indicates a collar interposed between the hollow body 3 of the housing 1 and the elastic hollow element 15, forming an actuator element, configured to control the opening of the flow passage through the connector, due to a deformation by stretching of the elastic hollow element 15. The collar 28 has an external annular step 29, arranged to cooperate, in the manner described in document EP-2504056 mentioned above, with a female Luer connector, or the like, attached to the support 4 of the body 3. Consequently of this coupling, the female connector applies an axial thrust to the step 29 of the collar 28, to pull it towards the inlet part 7 of the tubular element 5, and to elastically deform the elastic hollow element 15 to open the flow passage between the tubular fitting 8 and the female connector by the end end 11 of the outlet part 6 of the tubular element 5, in the manner shown in Figure 5, which will be discussed below. [0022] In accordance with the unique characteristics of the invention, the male Luer valve connector is also equipped with a preparation cap, indicated as a whole by 30, which is designed to be attached loosely to the housing 1, to keep the connector in a at least partial opening condition, before coupling it with the female connector. In this way, during use, the medical liquid, coming from the line connected to the tubular accessory 8, is able to reach the terminal end 11 of the tubular element 5, without the need for a preparation intervention by the operator, thereby making the Luer connector valved male ready for its coupling with the female connector, for the supply of medical liquid to a patient. [0023] The preparation lid 30 comprises a striped skirt 31, configured to externally surround the hollow body 3 of the connector, and a tubular part coaxial with the skirt 31 and having an external part 32, which protrudes axially beyond the skirt 31, and an inner part 33 protruding into the skirt 31. The outer part 32 conducts a transverse liquid impermeable barrier, typically formed from a hydrophobic membrane 34, while the inner part 33 is configured to interact with the step 29 of the collar. 28. [0024] The skirt 31 of the preparation lid 30 is selectively attachable to the housing 1, in a first axial position, shown in Figure 2, or in a second axial position, shown in Figure 5. In the first position, the skirt 31 is it engages with body 3, for example, by simple interference, essentially without interacting with collar 28, and therefore without interacting with collar 28, and therefore without deforming the elastic hollow element 15. [0027] In this second axial position, as mentioned, shown in Figure 5, the preparation cover 30 is attached to the body 3, due to the fixation of the slots 35 of the skirt 31 relative to protuberances 36 of the body 3, under the elastic thrust applied by the elastic hollow element 15, showing a deformation by stretching, against the step 29 of the collar 28. [0028] Following the deformation by stretching of the elastic element 15, the internal annular protuberance 24 of the elastic element 15 is arranged downwardly, to release the communication between the radial passages 9 and 10, and, therefore, between the inlet parts 7 and the outlet 6 of the tubular element 5, while the cut 21 of the end wall 20 is opened simultaneously, thereby placing the end 11 of the outlet part 6 of the tubular element 5 in communication with the outer tubular part 32 of the preparation lid 30. The tubular connector 8 and, therefore, the line connected to it during use are thus maintained in communication with the atmosphere by the membrane 34, which, as mentioned, constitutes an impermeable barrier to the medical liquid from the line. [0029] In this way, the male Luer tube valve according to the invention, without any risk of loss of liquid, is ready for subsequent coupling with the female connector, without the need for additional preparation operations: it is, in fact, sufficient to remove the cover 30, uncoupling the bayonet coupling 35 - 56, to then be able to apply the female connector in its replacement. [0030] Of course, the construction details of the embodiments can be varied widely with respect to those described and illustrated, without thereby deviating from the scope of the present invention, as defined by the claims presented below.

Claims (6) [0001] 1. Valved male Luer connector comprising: a housing (1), a tubular element (5) having an inlet part (7) and an outlet part (6) with an open end end (11), an elastic hollow element (15) attached to the housing (1) and surrounding the tubular element (5), said elastic hollow element (15) having an end wall (20), which normally seals said end end (11) of the outlet part ( 6) of the tubular element (5) and having a cut (21), and a collar (28) interposed between the housing (1) and the elastic hollow element (15) and axially displaceable, following the push coupling by a female connector connectable to said male connector, causing a deformation by stretching said elastic hollow element (15) and the consequent opening of the flow passage, between said inlet part (7) and said outlet part (6) of the tubular element ( 5), and characterized by the fact that it also comprises: a preparation cap (3) oviously to the connector housing (1) to provide deformation by stretching said elastic element (15), and to maintain said end end (11) of the outlet part (6) of the tubular element (5) in communication with the atmosphere by a liquid impermeable barrier (34), said preparation cap (30) comprising a skirt (31) and a tubular part (32, 33), said skirt (31) disposed outside the housing (1) and configured to fitting with said housing, said tubular part (32, 33) coaxial to said skirt (31), said tubular part (32, 33) comprising said liquid impermeable barrier (34) and said tubular part (32, 33) arranged to interact with said collar (28) interposed between the housing (1) and the elastic hollow element (15) to cause said collar (28) to move in contact with said hollow element elastic (15) to deform said cast element and allow fluid to flow from said inlet part (7) of said tubular element (5) for said outlet part (6) of said tubular element (5) to an interior of an outer tubular part of said preparation cap (30), said interior bounded by said liquid impermeable barrier (34). Valve connector according to claim 1, characterized in that said skirt (31) of the preparation cover (30) can be selectively fitted with said housing (1) in a first axial position to protect said end wall (20) of the elastic cast member (15), wherein said elastic cast member (15) is essentially deformed, and in a second axial position in which said elastic cast member (15) is stretched, respectively. Connector according to claim 2, characterized by the fact that said skirt (31) of the preparation cover (30) in said second axial position is connected to the housing (1) of the connector by means of a coupling of the type bayonet (35, 36).
