专利说明:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION [001] The present invention generally relates to a closure and in particular, though not exclusively, to a container closure that includes one or more tamper-evident features. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [002] There is a very widespread requirement within the field of closures for mechanisms that can be used to indicate to a consumer whether a closure is tampered. A very common system uses a protective strip that is frankly connected to the open end of a closure base and that falls over and remains in a container neck if the closure base is removed. There are also mechanisms to indicate whether two parts of a closure have been separated, for example, if a cover has been removed from a base. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [003] The present invention seeks to provide improvements in relation to the indicator indicators of violation. [004] According to one aspect of the present invention, a flip-top dispensing closure is provided which comprises: a base connectable to a container neck; a cover hingedly connected to the base so as to move between a closed position and an open position; and a dispensing member, the closure additionally comprising a tamper indication member, wherein the tamper indication member is active both after the first opening of the cap and if the base is removed from the neck. [005] If the base is removed from the neck, the dispensing member can be kept in the neck until after the tampering member is activated, and, consequently, removed along with a base. [006] The dispensing member may include a lip, or the like, to interact with a corresponding lip, or the like, on a tampering member, the lips interact to cause activation of the lip if the lid is opened or if the base is removed. [007] The dispensing member may have a bead, or the like, to hold it in the container neck. [008] The base may include a flange for engaging the dispensing member so as to raise the dispensing member from the neck if the base is removed. [009] The flange may be located axially separate from the distribution member so that the base that initially moves axially outside the neck of the distribution member remains in the neck to thereby cause the member to evidence tampering. be activated. [010] In accordance with an additional aspect of the present invention, a flip-top dispensing closure is provided which comprises a base connectable to a container neck, and a lid hingedly connected to the base in order to move between a closed position and an open position, the closure comprising a bifunctional tamper indicating member that breaks both after the first opening of the lid and if the base is removed from the neck. [011] Therefore, the present invention provides a tamper indication system that has the ability to provide multiple functions. [012] The closure may comprise a dispensing member, for example, a spout. The dispensing member can be separated from the base and the cover. [013] In some embodiments, the distribution member may cause the breach evidence member to break if the base is removed from the bottleneck. [014] The dispensing member can be removed from the container neck if the base is removed. Withdrawal may be delayed / delayed in order to cause activation of the member of evidence of violation. [015] The member can comprise a double ring structure with two rings frankly connected together that break in case of violation indication. [016] When the violation indication member is activated, at least part of the member may fall into a pocket or a gap in the base. In some embodiments, part of the member is visible in a gap before opening and moves out of the gap in case of opening. [017] According to an additional aspect, a container is provided that comprises a base and a lid, the base being fixable to a container and the lid is fixable to the base, the closure having an inviolable member that has the ability to indicate whether the cap has been opened, wherein said tamper-evident member also has the ability to indicate whether a base is removed from the neck. [018] According to an additional aspect, a container closure is provided that comprises two or more parts and is connectable to a container, the closure being vulnerable to two or more different opening cases, in which the closure includes a system a single multifunctional violation indication that can be activated if any of the opening cases occur. [019] In one embodiment there are interactions between: 1. a bead on a spout and a bead on the bottom of a double ring with evidence of tampering, which causes the ring to break if the lid is opened or the base is removed; 2. a rim / clamp on a spout that holds it to a container neck (until a rim on the base raises it); and 3. a ridge at the base and part (for example, an edge) of the nozzle, which causes the nozzle to be lifted from the neck after the breach evidence ring has been broken due to interaction 1. [020] In some achievements, the member is the sole remedy of violation indication; in other realizations, other resources can be provided. [021] The closures of the present invention can be formed from any suitable material, such as a plastic material (for example PP or PE). The closure can be formed by molding, for example, by injection or compression molding. Closures with covers and bases can be formed with the cover in an open and closed position. [022] The present invention also provides a closure, as described in this document, in combination with a container. [023] An additional aspect provides a method for providing a container closure with multiple tamper evidence features that uses only a single case of tamper evidence that occurs during any one of two or more different opening cases. [024] An additional aspect provides a neck or neck finish for a container, the finish having a height in the range of 7 mm to 11 mm when measured from a transfer rim. The finish can have a height in the range of 8 to 10 mm, for example in the range of 8 mm to 9 mm. In some embodiments the finish has a height of approximately 8.41 mm. [025] An additional aspect provides a bottleneck or bottleneck finish for a tamper evidence closure, the bottleneck finish being formed with the absence of a tamper evidence rim. The neck finish can be formed in combination with a closure that has a base and be part of a system that can still detect an attempt to remove the base and provide an indication that the base has been removed. [026] The finishing of aspects and realizations of the present invention can be a 29/25 finish. [027] The finishes of the present invention can include latching means to allow connection with a lock, for example, they can include an external and / or internal threaded formation, snap-on edge or the like. [028] An additional aspect provides a container that has a neck or neck finish, as described in this document. [029] The present invention also provides a closure, as described in this document, in combination with a neck, neck or container finish, as described in this document. [030] The container, neck or neck finish of the present invention can be formed from any suitable material, including plastic material (for example, PET, PP or PE) or glass. [031] The different aspects and realizations of the invention can be used separately or together. [032] The preferential and particular aspects of the invention are defined in the attached independent and dependent claims. The features of the dependent claims may be combined with the features of the other independent and dependent claims, as appropriate, and in combinations other than those explicitly stated in the claims. DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE INVENTION [034] Referring first to Figures 1 and 2, a sports-type bottle cap closure is shown, usually indicated 10. [035] Closure 10 comprises a body 11, a nozzle 20 and a tamper evidence member 5. [036] Closure 10 can be connected to a container neck 1. [037] The neck 11 comprises a base 12 and a cap 14. [038] The base 12 comprises a generally cylindrical side wall 16. The side wall 16 ends at one end with an annular shoulder 16c extending radially inward. [039] The interior of the base sidewall 16 comprises internal threaded formations 16a for engaging corresponding external threaded formations 2 in the container neck located above a transfer rim 4. The interior of the lateral wall 16 additionally comprises a retaining rim ring 16b positioned below a second shoulder 16d on the side wall 16. [040] The cover 14 comprises a top plate 34 from which hangs a curved outer side wall 35; and an inner skirt 25b that hangs from the underside of the top plate, radially into the outer wall 35 and a spool 36 that hangs from the bottom of the center of the plate 34, radially into the inner skirt 25b. [041] In addition, skirt 25d of cover 25 has a projection 25e. This projection 25e protrudes radially outwardly at a lower end of the skirt 25d. [042] The cover usually of the tower type 14 is connected to the free end of the shoulder 16c by means of a generally indicated hinge arrangement 32. [043] A gap 27 is left between the lower end of the side skirt and the upper surface of the base 20 and the cover includes a shallow cut window 28 opposite hinge 32. [044] In opposition to hinge 32 the cover 14 includes a small tip 38 used to lift the cover and open it by turning it in relation to the base 12. [045] The nozzle 20 comprises a lower portion 50, a central portion 51 and an upper portion 52. [046] The lower portion 50 comprises an edge 21 with an annular seal 56 that hangs from it. In use, the seal 56 enters the orifice of the container neck in such a way that it seals against its internal surface. [047] The edge 21 comprises a plurality of retaining rays extending outwardly 60 at its periphery. Rays 60 are adjacent to shoulder 16d. It will be seen that the spokes 60 are separated from the rim 16b and that they end with a "claw" 61 that allows them to adhere to the rim 3 of the container neck 1 which comprises a peripheral rim 3a. [048] The central portion 51 includes a flange 41 that protrudes radially out of the side of the nozzle 40, approximately at the same axial level, when mounted with the base and / or cover, as the gap 27 between the bottom of the cover 25 and the upper surface of the base 20. [049] A slot or pocket 31 is provided between the edge of the nozzle 41 and the base 20. [050] The upper portion 52 comprises a curved outer surface, usually frustoconical that defines a nozzle. At the end of the side wall of the nozzle opposite the central portion 51 is a cylindrical terminal portion 70. An inclined annular orifice wall 72 extends into the free end of the portion 70 and an annular wall 73 hangs from it; wall 73 defines an orifice 74. In the closed position, the cap shoulder 36 enters through wall 73 to close orifice 74. [051] The breach evidence member 5 takes the form of a separate element that has an upper ring 6 and a lower ring 7 connected together via frangible connections 8. The breach evidence member 5 fits between the base and the cap and radially out of the spout 20. The upper ring 6 includes an upper projection 6a that projects radially inward. The lower ring includes a flange 7a that protrudes radially outwardly and an internal projection similar to a hook 7b that protrudes radially inwardly. [052] The upper projection 6a engages with the projection 25e provided on the radially internal surface of the inner skirt 25b of the cover. [053] The flange 7a is adjacent (and may or may not initially engage with) to the lower part of the shoulder 16c and the projection / rim 7b is adjacent (and may or may not initially engage with) under the nozzle flange 41. [054] As described below, the cover cannot be opened without breaking frangible connections 8 and without separating rings 6, 7. [055] When a user wants to drink from the spout, he holds the lid and opens it by turning it to the position shown in Figures 5 to 7 using tip 38. [056] Due to the interaction between member 5 and the base and the nozzle, member 5 divides into two rings 6, 7, as shown in Figures 5 to 7; and the lower ring 7 is no longer visible through the gap 27, after having fallen into the slot 31 above the edge of the nozzle 21. [057] The user can access the nozzle freely and unimpeded by the cover. With the lid in the open position, ring 6 is held in the lid by the projection 25e and is clearly visible in the lid. Ring 7 falls into the slot and is retained therein. Separate rings 6, 7 show that the closure cover has been opened at least once. [058] Referring to Figures 8 to 17, in addition to the lid opening being the first opening case, the closure 10 also has the ability to show that the base has been removed (or an attempt has been made to remove the base) from the bottleneck 1. [059] Initially, as the 12 is unscrewed, the nozzle 20 remains in the neck. This means that, as the base moves upwards, the ring hook 7b comes into contact with the lower part of the nozzle flange 41 (Figures 8 and 9). [060] Continuous unscrewing causes ring 7 to break from ring 6 (Figures 10 and 11). [061] Ring 7 falls into slot 31 and can no longer be seen in the window / window 27/28. It will also be noted that the frangible bridges 15 between the base and the cap are intact, i.e., the member 5 has been broken due to the removal of the base from the neck. [062] Furthermore, in Figures 10 and 11 it can be seen that, due to the fact that the base side wall has been moved upwards, then the flange 16b is contiguous to the lower part of the rays 60. Up to this point the nozzle is held in the neck by the interaction of the radius rim 61 and the rim rim 3a. [063] As the base continues to be unscrewed, the nozzle 20 now begins to be lifted from the neck ring (Figures 12 and 13) by the flange 16b, but this is only after the member 5 has been broken (this ie, the delay in raising the nozzle allows the limb to be broken). The nozzle edge / claw 61 is pulled from the rim edge 3a by the interaction of the wall edge 16b and the radius 60. [064] The base now continues to be unscrewed (Figures 14 to 17) and can be completely removed. [065] When the base is replaced (Figures 18 and 19) the evidence of violation remains, since the rupture of limb 5 is an irreversible case. [066] The multiple (in this duplicate / double realization) function of member 5 eliminates the need for a separate tamper evidence strip on the free end of the base sidewall and allows for a reduction in the weight of the closure and eliminates the need for a step cutting to form the strip. By eliminating the need for a flange to cause a breach strip to break, this also allows the weight of the neck finish to be reduced. [067] Referring now to Figures 20 to 22, a container neck 101 shown according to an aspect of the present invention is shown. [068] The neck 101 includes a neck finish 102 and a transfer lip 103. [069] The finish 102 is the part of the container that holds a lid or closure in use and surrounds the opening 104 in the container. It is so named due to the fact that, at the beginning of the manual manufacture of glass, this was the last part of the glass container to be made, hence the term "finish" [070] The exterior of finish 102 includes a single initial thread 105. In this embodiment, this is a continuous spiral projection groove in the finish that is intended to indent with a thread of a thread-type closure. Other threaded formations, which include multiple start threads, are possible. [071] Transfer rim 103 is a continuous horizontal groove near the bottom of the finish used to transfer a container from one part of a manufacturing operation to another. [072] It will be noted that the rim finish of the neck 106 includes a lower cut 107 whose purpose is described in more detail below. [073] In this embodiment, the dimension x is in the range of 25 mm to 30 mm (for example 27.70 mm), the dimension y is in the range of 30 mm to 35 mm (for example 32.50 mm), the dimension z is in the range of 7 mm to 11 mm (for example 8.41 mm) and the dimension α is in the range of 0.2 mm to 0.3 mm (for example 0.25 mm). All dimensions are within certain tolerances, for example +/- 10%. [074] Figures 23 to 28 show a comparison of a known neck closure and finish with a neck closure and finish formed in accordance with aspects of the present invention. [075] The known closure 270 includes a tamper evidence strip 271 at the free end of its side wall 272. The strip 271 includes a rim 273 which engages under a tamper strip edge 274 necessarily formed at the neck finish 275 in addition to a transfer flange 276. [076] In contrast, lock 210 does not have a strip of evidence of tampering and, consequently, the neck finish does not require a tampering edge. This means that not only can the weight of the closure be significantly reduced, but the weight of the finish, formed without a breach strip border, can also be significantly reduced. [077] It will be noted that the spout of closure 220 is fixed under the bottom cut of neck finish 207. Closure 210 operates in accordance with the principles established in relation to Figures 1 to 19. [078] In this embodiment, the provision of a double function breach system in the closure produces a height reduction of approximately 4.19 mm in relation to a corresponding breach band closure. The short neck finish 202 offers a significant reduction in weight. [079] Some aspects and realizations of the present invention consist, substantially, in a neck closure and / or finish, exactly as shown in Figures 23 to 28, that is, restricted to the dimensions shown in the drawings (within a tolerance of + / -10%). [080] Although the illustrative embodiments of the invention have been revealed in detail in this document, with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is understood that the invention is not limited to the precise embodiments shown and that various changes and modifications can be made to them by a technical subject without departing from the scope of the invention, as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
