FIELD OF THE INVENTION [001] The present invention relates, generally, to agricultural implements for planting seeds and their groove opening sets and, more particularly, to the apparatus for adjusting the depth of the groove opened by the groove opening set. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [002] Farmers use a wide variety of seed planting implements, including seeders and planters. In a known type of planting implement, planting seeds or planting line units are attached to a toolbar that extends across the direction of planting. The toolbar is coupled to a tractor or other suitable work vehicle to pull the planting implement along a field that must be sown for a harvest. Each planting line unit includes a soil penetration set that often includes one or more disks for opening a furrow or seed pit in the soil as the planting implement is pulled through a field. The components of the soil penetration set conform to the bottom and sides of the seed groove, and a seed measuring device provides individual seeds at a controlled rate for the seed deposit in the groove. The groove closure components of each planting line unit close the seed groove in a controlled manner. [003] It is a desirable agronomic principle, and perhaps even a major one, that seeds should be planted at precisely controlled and consistent depths. Since a single planting implement can be used to plant several different types of crops and / or the same crop at different planting sites under different planting and growing conditions, it is necessary for the planting depth to be adjustable so that the seeds are placed at a depth that has been determined to be the best for seed germination and crop plant growth, in particular, under existing and anticipated conditions. [004] To control the planting depth, it is known to provide regulating wheels that travel the surface of the field to control the depth in which the soil penetration set can move, with the positions of the regulating wheels being adjustable in a way that the depth of the seed groove can be controlled within fractions of an inch. Adjustment connections are provided to change the position in relation to the regulating wheels in relation to the ground penetration set. It is known that it moves the adjustment connection through a lever connected to it, in which the lever engages a leveler that has multiple positions to fix the lever to maintain a position in which the lever is adjusted. [005] As farmers have gained greater understanding of seed germination and plant growth, and soil preparation procedures have changed and improved, harvest producers have come to demand more precise control over seed placement both in the distance between the seeds and in the depth in which the seeds are placed below the surface of the soil. Consequently, there is both a demand and a need for more precise control over the depth of the seed groove that is formed during planting operations. [006] What is needed in the technique is a depth adjustment control for a planting implement that provides greater control over the depth by which the soil penetration components can move during a planting operation. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [007] The present invention provides a seed planting implement with better depth control for the soil penetration components of the implement by providing a depth adjusting assembly with a depth adjustment leveler and a lever that engages the leveler in multiple positions for each leveler location. [008] In a form of the same, the invention is oriented towards an agricultural implement for planting seeds with a set of soil penetration and a set of depth control associated with the set of soil penetration and with adjustable positions to change a depth in which the ground penetration set can operate. The depth control assembly includes a leveler that defines a fixture location and a lever that has a first lever orientation in which the lever engages the fixation location to establish a first depth for the ground penetration assembly and a second orientation lever in which a lever engages the attachment location to establish a second depth for the ground penetration assembly. [009] In another form, the invention is an agricultural implement for planting seeds with a set of soil penetration, an adjustable regulating wheel that supports the set of soil penetration at controlled depths of penetration and a connection control arm of depth that positions the regulator wheel in an adjustable way. A lever is connected to the depth control link arm to axially position the depth control link arm. A lever is rotatable around a longitudinal geometric axis of the link. A depth adjustment leveler includes a pair of notches engaged by a lever in a first swivel orientation of a lever to establish a first depth for the ground penetration assembly, and in a second swivel orientation of a lever to establish a second depth for the ground penetration set. [010] In a further form thereof, the invention is an agricultural implement for planting seeds with a soil penetration set and a depth control set that adjust the depth at which the soil penetration set operates. The depth control set includes an adjustable arm and a leveler that has pairs of notches to secure an adjustable arm position. A lever on the arm is rotatable between the first and second orientations to selectively engage each pair of notches, both in the first and second orientations, and to define the different depths for the ground penetration set. [011] An advantage of the depth adjustment for the soil penetration equipment disclosed in this document is that the depth of penetration for the seed planting equipment can be easily and precisely controlled. [012] Another advantage of the depth adjustment for the soil penetration equipment revealed in this document is that more options are provided for the control of planting depth. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [013] The above and other functions and advantages of this invention, and the way to obtain them, will become evident and the invention will be better understood by reference to the following description of an embodiment of an invention taken in conjunction with the drawings annexes, in which: Figure 1 is a perspective view of an agricultural implement for planting seeds; Figure 2 is a perspective view of one of the seed planting line units of the seed planting implement; Figure 3 is a side view of the seed planting line unit; Figure 4 is another perspective view of the seed planting line unit showing the unit from an angle different from the angle shown in the perspective view of Figure 2; Figure 5 is a fragmentary side view of the seed planting line unit that illustrates the internal components used for depth adjustment; Figure 6 is an enlarged fragmentary view of the depth adjustment leveler for the seed planting line unit; Figure 7 is an enlarged perspective view of the connection set of the depth adjustment leveler of the seed planting line unit; Figure 8 is a top view of the lever of the depth control assembly on the seed planting unit; and Figure 9 is an elevation view of the lever. [014] The corresponding reference characters indicate the corresponding parts through the different views. The exemplification given in this document illustrates one embodiment of the invention and such exemplification should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention in any way. DESCRIPTION OF REALIZATIONS OF THE INVENTION [015] Referring now, more specifically, to the drawings and, in particular, to Figure 1, a seed planting implement 10 is shown. The seed planting implement 10 has a frame that includes a tow bar assembly 12 which has a tow bar 14 and a connection assembly 16 at the front end in a longitudinal way, configured to mate with a corresponding hitch of a tractor or other working vehicle (not shown) to pull the seed planting implement 10 through a field. A laterally extending toolbar 18 is generally transverse to the tow bar 14 and therefore is generally transverse in the direction in which implement 10 is towed during planting operations. A plurality of seed planting line units (or row units) 20 are connected to the toolbar 18 in a side-by-side relationship, where each of the seed planting line units (row units) is substantially identical to the others. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the seed planting implement 10 includes sixteen units of the seed planting line 20, only a few of which are identified with numerical references; however, it is understood that more or less units of seed planting line can be supplied in a particular seed planting implement. [016] Referring now mainly from Figure 2 to Figure 5, each seed planting line unit 20 includes a frame 22 which is connected to the toolbar 18 by the upper arms 24 and the lower arms 26, with each arm 24, 26 is connected to frame 22 and toolbar 18. Consequently, each unit of seed planting line 20 extends backwards from toolbar 18 to plant a row of seeds according to the seed planting implement. 10 is towed across a field. The individual planting line units 20 are spaced along the toolbar 18 to provide rows of seeds planted at a desired spacing. During a planting operation, the forward movement of the seed planting implement 10 causes each unit of seed planting line 20 to form a groove, deposit the equally spaced seeds in the seed groove, and close the groove of seed on deposited seeds. [017] Each seed planting line unit 20 includes a seed furrow opening or soil penetration set 30 (Figure 3) that has a pair of front and back angled opening discs 32 that converge forward and back to open a seed pit or furrow as the seed planting implement 10 moves forward. A seed measurement system 34 receives the seeds from a seed hopper 36 and delivers the individual seeds at a controlled rate to a seed tube 38 to the deposit at the bottom of the formed seed groove. A vacuum system 40 (Figure 1), which includes a fan 42 and air ducts 44, provides vacuum for the seed measurement system 34 for the operation of the seed measurement system in the seed supply to the seed tube 38 . [018] A seed furrow closure mechanism 50 (Figure 1) at the rear end of each seed planting line unit 20 closes the seed furrow after the seeds have been deposited in the seed furrow. The seed furrow closure mechanism 50 includes a pair of fixing wheels 52 (Figure 2) that operate on opposite sides of the seed furrow to move the soil back into the seed furrow and over the seeds deposited at the bottom of the seed groove. A rear pressure wheel 54 (Figure 1) runs along the top of the closed seed groove and firm the covered soil in the seed groove. [019] The depth at which opening discs 32 are allowed to penetrate the ground is controlled by a depth control set 60 (Figure 5) which includes a pair of adjusting wheels 62, adjusting wheel arms 64 and an adjusting set and depth link 80. One of the regulator wheels 62 is supplied adjacent to each opening disc 32.Each regulator wheel 62 is pivotally mounted on one of the regulator wheel arms 64 which are pivotally connected to an articulated fixture 66 for a seed planting line unit frame 22. Each regulator wheel arm 64 has a wheel retention segment 68 that generally extends backwardly from pivoted fixture 66, and a control segment 70 that extends generally extends upwards from the pivot fixture 66. The pivot of the regulator wheel arm 64 around the pivot fixture 66 of the frame 22 changes the position of the relative height of the regulator wheel 62. [020] A pivoted position, in which each regulator wheel arm 64 is placed, is controlled by the depth adjuster and link assembly 80 that has a control assembly 82, a depth control link arm 84 and a support bracket. oscillation 86. Control set 82 adjusts an axial position for link arm 84 and therefore a position of oscillation support 86 with oscillation support 86 engaged in the control segments 70 of the regulator wheel arms 64. Raising the regulator wheels 62 allows opening discs 32 to penetrate deeper into the ground, and lowering regulator wheels 62 limits the depth that discs 32 can penetrate into the ground. [021] Referring now mainly from Figure 5 to Figure 7, the control set 82 includes a pivot arm 90 in a "V" shape in general, with a pivot connection 92 at the base of the same, in the frame of the seed planting line unit 22. An inner arm 94 of the pivot arm 90 has a pivot connection 96 to the depth control link arm 84. An outer arm 98 of the pivot arm 90 extends through an adjustment leveler depth 100. The depth adjustment level 100 defines a groove 102 with a first row of grooves 104 along one side of groove 102 and a second row of grooves 106 along an opposite side of groove 102. The opposite pairs of notches including one of the notches 104 and one of the notches 106 define the attachment locations for fixing the position of the pivot arm 90 after adjusting them. [022] A lever 108 is provided at the distal end of the outer arm 98 and includes support pins of position 110, 112 that project laterally for engaging the grooves 104,106 of the leveler 100. The groove pairs that include one of the grooves 104 and one of the notches 106 fix a position of the pivot arm 90 by receiving and engaging the pins 110, 112. The lever 108 is mounted on a spring 120 and can be lowered in relation to the outer arm 98 so that the pins 110, 112 disengage from the slots 104, 106 by sliding inward through the slots so that the lever 108 can be moved back and forth in the slot 102 to align the pins 110, 112 with the different pairs of slots 104,106. As lever 108 recedes outward, pins 110, 112 slide into the pair of notches 104,106 with which the pins are aligned. Moving the lever 108 back and forth pivots the pivot arm 90 around its pivotal connection 92 and therefore extends or retracts the depth control link arm 84 to change a position of the swing support 86 which in turn instead controls the positions of the controls segment 70 and, therefore, the permissible height of the regulating wheels 62. [023] Referring now, in particular, to Figure 8, it is observed that the outer arm 98 defines a longitudinal geometric axis 114, and the pins 110, 112 define the longitudinal geometric axes 116, 118 respectively. The geometry axes 116, 118 are not aligned with the geometry axis 114; that is, a plane defined by geometrical axes 116, 118 does not include geometry axis 114. Lever 108 is rotatable around longitudinal geometry 114 so that pins 110, 112 can be engaged selectively and alternately with notches 104 and 106. That is, lever 108 can be rotated to a first orientation, in which pin 110 engages a notch 104 while pin 112 engages a notch 106, or a second orientation, in which pin 110 engages a notch notch 106 while pin 112 engages notch 104. Rotating lever 108 by 180 ° from the first lever orientation to the second lever orientation changes an extended position of the depth control link arm 84 for each pair notches 104, 106 engaged by pins 110, 112. For example, with lever 108 in a position shown in Figure 6, a position where pins 110 and 112 are at the front of the machine relative to the geometry axis wheel 114, pin 110 engages the rearmost notch 104 and pin 112 engages the rearmost notch 106. The depth control link arm 84 is in a first extended position with the regulator wheels 62 positioned, therefore, in a first adjusted position and the opening discs 32 are placed at a first depth. If the lever 108 is rotated so that the pins 110 and 112 are at the rear of the machine in relation to the axis 114, the pin 110 will engage the rear notch 106 and the pin 112 will engage the rear notch 104, the control link 84 will be in a different extended position with the regulator wheels 62 positioned, therefore, in a second adjusted position, and the opening discs 32 placed at a second depth. Consequently, for each pair of notches 104, 106 there are two possible extended positions for the depth control link arm 84 which depend on which of the pins 110,112 is engaged with a notch in the first row of notches 104 and which is engaged with a notch. in the second row of notches 106, each different extended position for the depth control link arm 84 results in a different depth for the opening discs 32. The depth control set 60 therefore provides twice as many adjusted positions, since there are pairs of notches104,106. In other words, for each pair of notches 104,106, there are two positions for lever 108 and, therefore, two different extended positions for depth control link arm 84, which result in two different configurations for regulator wheels 62 and therefore, two different depth settings for aperture discs 32. A single pair of notches can establish two depth settings, where two pairs of notches can establish four depth settings, where three pairs of notches can establish six settings depth, etc. [024] Although this invention has been described in relation to at least one embodiment, the present invention can be further modified within the spirit and scope of this description. This application, therefore, is intended to cover any variations, uses or adaptations of the invention with the use of its general principles. In addition, this application is intended to cover such deviations from the present disclosure since they are within the known or customary practice in the technique to which this invention belongs and are within the limits of the appended claims.

SEED PLANTING LINE UNIT FOR AN AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT, which comprises: a set of soil penetration (30); an adjustable regulating wheel (62) that supports said soil penetration set (30) at controlled penetration depths; a depth control link arm (84) which adjustable position the said adjusting wheel (62); a lever (108) connected to said depth control link arm (84) to axially position said depth control link arm (84), said lever (108) being rotatable about a geometric axis longitudinal (114) thereof; and characterized by also comprising a depth adjustment leveler (100) which includes a pair of notches (104, 106), each notch of said pair of notches engaged by said lever (108) in a first rotating orientation of said lever (108) to establish a first depth of said ground penetration set (30), and in a second rotating orientation of said lever (108) to establish a second depth for said ground penetration set (30). SEED PLANTING LINE UNIT, according to claim 4, characterized in that said lever (108) includes a first and a second peg (110, 112) selectively coupled to said notches (104,106), the said first pin (110) is engaged with the notches of said first row of notches (104), and said second pin (112) is engaged with the notches of said second row of notches (106) in said first orientation of said lever (108 ), and wherein said first pin (110) is engaged with the notches of said second row of notches (106) and said second pin (112) is engaged with the notches of said first row of notches (104) in said second orientation of said lever (108). SEED PLANTING LINE UNIT, according to claim 1, characterized in that said leveler (100) defines a groove (102) with a first notch (104) of said pair of notches on one side of said groove (102) ) and a second notch (106) of said pair of notches on an opposite side of said groove (102).
