专利摘要:
Method for manufacturing a layer intended for finishing a floor, wherein a mixture of a binder and one or more fillers is deposited on a substrate, in particular said floor, and evenly spread, the filler comprising cork particles. If the process is carried out either at a production plant where the substrate is a production substrate with means by which the mixture of binders and fillers is rolled on the back of a carrier, or at a location where the substrate is the substrate to which the layer is applied, preferably uses a binder comprising exothermic reacting components, such as, for example, components that are part of a group comprising biopolymers, epoxy, PMMA, polyurea, polyaspartic, polyurethane.

Method for manufacturing a layer intended as a finishing of a floor
A method of manufacturing a layer intended as a floor finish, wherein a mixture of a binder and one or more fillers is deposited on a substrate, in particular said floor, and spread evenly, the filler comprising cork particles. If the method is carried out either in a production factory where the substrate is a production substrate with means for wiping the mixture of binders and fillers on the backing of a support, or on site where the substrate is the subfloor on which the layer is applied. preferably uses a binder comprising exothermically reactive components, such as, for example, components that are part of a group comprising biopolymers, epoxy, PMMA, polyurea, polyaspartic, polyurethane.

DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a so-called hard floor covering, which is understood to mean a floor fabric or covering which is manufactured at the factory or which is only to be produced on a tanning basis, which is not a carpet or needle felt. Hard spring cover has a closed surface and is usually composed on a layer 10 thickness of 2 to 8 mm. Hard floor coverings are used in particular in areas where a hard-wearing, closed, drivable floor is required that is easy to clean. This includes soholes, offices, hospitals, shops, etc.
Two different versions of application are distinguished for hard feather coverings;
a. The variant that is manufactured in rolls, tiles or slits in a factory and then transported to a project, where it is cut to size and applied to the floor by means of gluing or lying loose.
b. The variant as a casting feather where on a project the floor is manufactured by mixing components and then pouring and possibly. spread over the surface, the feather coverings are made by combining mostly mineral and / or stony fillers, clay pigments with a binding agent. This
BE2017 / 5003 binder hardens and binds! the fillers. The hard floor coverings are often provided with a transparent wear layer / top layer. Binders for floor coverings that are manufactured in the factory are, for example, PVC, linseed oil, polyurethane or rubber. In molded variants, the binders include polyurethane, epoxy, polyester, acrylic etc.
The present invention involves the complete or partial replacement of mineral, stony fillers of the "cast" hard floor covering by cork or a mixture of wood flour and / or cork flour and cork. This replacement creates a product that is relatively lightweight and also remains flexible. With mineral filled screed floors, these fillers sink down after application (due to the higher specific gravity). In this invention, the cork flour floats in the binder and does not sag. Cork flour has a low social weight. By floating the larger cork particles in the liquid binder, a patterned appearance is created. Curing of the binder takes place within 2 to 12 hours. The floors thus formed are usually applied in a layer thickness of 2-4 mm, but thicknesses of up to 15 mm are also possible.
Due to the overlap between production and application of the two types of manufactured “hard floor covering” mentioned above, this invention also has an effect on the current production method of linoleum. In addition, the invention consists of fabricating linoleum in another way.
Linoleum is a hard floor covering that is manufactured with linseed oil, cork curing (oxidation) of the linseed oil (binder), the additives are bonded. This method of drying now takes place in a factory by adding heat. This addition of heat to effect the curing of the binder is a so-called "endothermic" reaction. This reaction from curing to finished product takes about 4 weeks at a temperature of about 30 degrees Celsius,
BE2017 / 5003
The present invention includes the addition of an additional binder based on biopolymers and / or epoxy, PMMA, polyurea, polyaspartic, polyurethane, or any other exothermically reactive binder to accelerate or replace the hardening process. This binder develops heat through a reactive bond (exothermic reaction), as a result of which the bat covering has already hardened within a few hours. This method can be carried out both in the factory and at a project location. This curing also works when no linseed oil is used. This creates a kind of hybrid effect,
Both the new binder (biopolymer) causes the owling and the old one (linseed oil). These work separately and in combination,
Another difference is that in the factory linoleum paste is rolled between coils to obtain an even thickness. The present invention also comprises applying the product in a liquid cast form, whereby the smooth nature of the linoleum paste automatically gives an even thickness on the floor. The ingredients of this new way of producing linoleum are identical to the linoleum that is made in the factory: resins, limestone, linseed oil, pigments, wood flour and / or cork flour and cork. The invention is mainly in the accelerated curing by adding an extra binder. The use of external heat to harden linoleum (in the factory) is therefore not necessary. This also saves on the use of energy to heat up the drying chambers in the factory in linoleum manufacture. Another effect of adding the additional / replacement binder is that the hardness of the end product is adjustable.
The product can therefore be made softer or harder: measured with a Shore hardness tester, varieties are possible between Shore D 20 to Shore D 90.
In summary, the present invention includes a method of manufacturing an alder finish to a floor intended layer, wherein a mixture of a binder and one or more fillers is deposited on a substrate and evenly distributed, the filler comprising cork eggs.
BE2017 / 5003
The method can be carried out, for example, on location, that is to say at the work or construction site where the finishing layer is deposited on the floor (poured or poured and spread evenly, the said substrate being the floor on which the layer is applied.
The method preferably comprises, either carried out in a production factory of (hard) floor coverings such as linoleum (bttps'. // en, wikipedia.org / wiki / Unoteum} ! Where the substrate is a production substrate with means with which the mixture of binding and fillers on the back of a carrier (such as jute or cloth material) are wiped (see https://nl.wikipedla.Org/wikiZLinoleum#Fabrlcage), either carried out on location, where the substrate is the (sub) floor on which the layer is the use of a binder comprising exothermically reactive components, such as components that are part of a group comprising biopolymers, epoxy, PIVIMA, polyurea, polyaspartic, polyurethane.
The present invention also includes any floor finish or covering made by a method according to the invention as set forth in the
