Brussels, 07/10/2018, By special delegation: COMPRESSIVE CLOTHING WITH A HOMOGENEOUS EFFECT BE2017 / 5744 Technical field and prior art The present invention relates to the field of so-called therapeutic clothing which is made to measure. More particularly, the present invention relates to compression garments, or compression garments, with a homogeneous effect for burn victims. One of the objects of the present invention is to provide a compressive garment with a homogeneous effect made to measure from an innovative textile whose properties improve wound healing, and in particular the healing of a severe burn in a burn victim. The present invention thus finds a particularly advantageous application in burn victims. By compressive garment with a homogeneous effect within the meaning of the present invention is meant in any description which follows a garment comprising at least one piece of garment suitable for surrounding a part of the body of its wearer and applying to said part a determined pressure force uniform (or homogeneous) and constant over time. We already know compression garments with a homogeneous effect for burn victims. Such garments are made to measure from an elastic textile material, for example composed of polyamide fibers and elastane fibers, so as to exert a uniform compression, determined or not, on a part of the body to be treated, for example a hand, a foot, a leg, an arm, the face, the trunk or other. To improve the healing process of burn victims, the compression garment with a homogeneous effect consists of an orthosis used during the healing of a severe burn (that is to say with damage to the dermis) for the main purpose of avoid the appearance of hypertrophic or retractable scars which may have functional repercussions, or in order to improve their aesthetic appearance by promoting the reduction of the thickness of the scars. More specifically, the compression garment is in this case intended to avoid the appearance of hypertrophic or retractable scars, to improve its aesthetic appearance or to reduce the intensity of the functional signs linked to the inflammatory phase by an action on the inflammatory components. (pruritus, pain, erythema). To achieve these objectives, the compression garment with a homogeneous effect must meet standards concerning various expected properties including: - the elasticity of the fabric; tolerance ; compression pressure; product aging; color stability; air permeability; dimensional stability in washing; - the quality of the seams, hems and closures. Health authorities have defined standards to be reached for these garments so that they perform their function properly. The Applicant nevertheless submits that the healing process can still be improved; The healing results obtained with the compression garments used so far for burn victims are not optimal. Summary and object of the present invention The present invention aims to improve the current situation described above by proposing a compression garment made from an innovative textile whose properties promote the healing process. BE2017 / 5744 To this end, the present invention relates to a compressive garment with a homogeneous effect comprising at least one piece of clothing suitable for surrounding at least one part of the body of a wearer. According to the present invention, the piece of clothing is tailor-made from a so-called technical fabric configured to exert a uniform pressure force on the part of the body concerned. Advantageously, the textile in question comprises at least a first elastic synthetic fiber and at least a second synthetic fiber. Advantageously, this first synthetic fiber, which is linked to this second synthetic fiber, comprises a plurality of mineral and / or ceramic fillers. The Applicant has surprisingly found that the fact of using such a textile with a synthetic fiber comprising a plurality of mineral and / or ceramic fillers makes it possible to significantly improve the healing process, this as much in time as BE2017 / 5744 on ie aesthetic plan; using this technical textile, the healing process in burn victims takes less time and the appearance of the scars is more aesthetic. After tests carried out on severely burned patients, it was found that the scars obtained with the prolonged wearing of such a garment were less deep and less wide. The beneficial effects obtained by the use of such a textile on the healing of a severe burn of the dermis are particularly advantageous for making a compression garment for severely burned person. Such healing results on burn victims were not expected using such a fabric which is designed initially to produce clothing improving blood microcirculation and cell metabolism in order only: - to improve the elasticity and smoothness of the skin, - reduce muscle fatigue, and - reduce the signs of cellulite. It should also be noted that such a textile having mineral and / or ceramic fillers is normally used for compression garments with a heterogeneous effect; that is to say clothes that are configured to exert different pressures on the body for example for aesthetic reasons in particular in order to gain size or refine the legs or even to mask cellulite or the orange peel effect. Until now, this textile has been used to mass produce aesthetic clothing and not to tailor clothing for burn victims. Advantageously, the first synthetic fiber comprises at least one polymer selected from the following: polyamides, polyesters, polymers based on cellulose ester, acrylic polymers and copolymers, copolymers and their mixtures. Preferably, the first synthetic fiber is based on polyamide selected from the following: polyamide 6, polyamide 66 and the polyamide 6 / polyamide 66 copolymers. Advantageously, the second synthetic fiber is based on elastane. According to the present invention, the textile comprises approximately 59% of the first synthetic fiber and approximately 41% of the second synthetic fiber. Such a percentage of fibers allows good elasticity of the textile and good resistance to washing (permanent effect). According to the present invention, the fillers are mineral fillers chosen from the following types BE2017 / 5744: oxides, sulfates, carbonates, phosphates and silicates. Preferably, the mineral fillers are in the form of crystals, called bioactive crystals. Advantageously, the mineral fillers are at least of two different types, preferably three. In a particular embodiment, the mineral and / or ceramic fillers are uniformly dispersed inside the first synthetic fiber. In another embodiment, the mineral and / or ceramic fillers are randomly dispersed inside the first synthetic fiber. It will be understood here that the first fiber has a polymer matrix inside F aquell e ies mineral and / or ceramic fillers are positioned; these charges are therefore integrated into the polymer matrix of the first fiber, which avoids any chemical migration between the skin of the burn victim and the textile. The interaction between the textile and the skin of the burn victim who wears such a garment is entirely physical and without any direct chemical action. Preferably, the mineral and / or ceramic fillers have absorption and / or emission properties in the far infrared region ranging from 2 μm to 20 μm. These properties allow the textile fiber to absorb the infrared energy emitted by the patient's body and return this energy to the body in the form of far infrared. This energy returned to the body allows stimulation of the skin by interaction with the water molecules present in the body (representing approximately 70% of the body mass). It is this energy that will stimulate the skin and improve the healing process. Advantageously, the first and second synthetic fibers are linked together by warp knitting, also known as knitted stitch knitting, in order to obtain a multidirectional elasticity of the textile. Preferably, the fabric obtained by knitting the first and second fibers therebetween has an elasticity in elongation called Zwick under 60N with the following values: in length: an elasticity of between 145 and 175%, preferably substantially equal to 160%, and - in width: an elasticity of between 170 and 210%, preferably substantially equal to 190%. Such a technique also offers good resistance and makes it possible to have a structure that cannot be broken down. According to an advantageous characteristic of the present invention, the textile is arranged so that the pressure force exerted on the part of the body surrounded by the piece of clothing is substantially greater than or equal to 10 hPa. Preferably, the pressure force is at least equal to 10 hPa for pieces of clothing having a large perimeter, for example a perimeter substantially equal to 55 cm. Preferably, the pressure force is at least equal to 15 hPa for garment pieces having a small perimeter, for example a perimeter substantially equal to 24 cm. In other words, it is provided during the tailoring of the garment to work the textile so that the garment exerts on the. part of the body surrounded by the piece of clothing a pressure force equal to at least 10 hPa. Such a force exerted uniformly on the part of the body to be treated is advantageous and allows good healing. According to another advantageous characteristic of the present invention, the textile is configured so that the air permeability of said textile in the normally stretched position is at least 200 f'm 2 / S. In other words, it is provided during the tailoring of the garment to work the textile so that the air permeability of said textile in the normally stretched position is at least 200 l / m 2 / S. Preferably, the garment comprises at least two pieces of clothing adapted to surround at least two different parts of the body, the pieces of clothing being connected to one another by one or more connecting pieces or directly by one or more seams. Preferably, each piece of clothing consists in particular of a sleeve, a vest, a jersey, a long or short sleeve of a vest or a jersey, leggings, tights, a long or short leg of leggings or tights, shorts, a mitten, an open or closed glove, a headband, a hood, a collar, a finger cot, a hood or even a high or low sock. BE2017 / 5744 It will be understood here that the garment can thus consist of a combination of pieces BE2017 / 5744 of garment as mentioned above. Thus, thanks to the different functional and structural technical characteristics described above, the present invention provides a compression garment with a uniform effect which promotes healing of burn victims; this is made possible by the new use of a technical textile whose intrinsic properties present benefits hitherto unknown for the healing of severely burned patients. Brief description of the attached figures Other characteristics and advantages of the present invention will emerge from the description below, with reference to the appended FIGS. 1 to 6 illustrating various exemplary embodiments which are devoid of any limiting character and in which: - Figure 1 schematically shows a sectional view of a first synthetic fiber comprising fillers distributed homogeneously inside the polymer matrix of said fiber; - Figure 2 shows schematically a warp knitting of the first and second fibers together to form the textile; - Figure 3 schematically illustrates a first embodiment of a compression garment according to the invention of the sleeve type which can be positioned independently around a part of the body; Figure 4 schematically illustrates a second embodiment of a compression garment according to the invention of tights or leggings; FIG. 5 schematically illustrates a third exemplary embodiment of a compression garment according to the invention of the jersey or vest type: - Figure 6 schematically illustrates a fourth embodiment of a compression garment according to the invention of ripe sock; D & icriyU (m_dé / gillèe_ according to _mn_gvggydpdeyéfûisaUim_ advantageous. The present invention will now be described in what follows with reference to Figures 1 to 6 appended to the description. For the record, designing a compression garment 100 with a homogeneous effect to promote healing of burn victims is one of the objectives of the present invention. BE2017 / 5744 Such an objective is achieved by the present invention, several embodiments of which will be described below. In this example and as illustrated in FIG. 2, the textile 1 used in the context of the present invention comprises a first elastic synthetic fiber 10 in the form of threads linked by warp knitting with a plurality of threads of a second synthetic fiber 20. This warp knitting provides multidirectional elasticity of the textile î as well as good resistance to deformation. As illustrated in Figure 2, knitting consists of the intertwining of several threads together to create stitches using needles. For warp knitting, it is necessary to have a thread for each of the needles. Preferably, a textile 1 is provided which comprises approximately 59% of the first synthetic fiber 10 and approximately 41% of the second synthetic fiber 20. Preferably, the first fiber 10 is based on polyamide and the second fiber 20 is based on elastane. In this example, the polyamide is chosen from polyamide 6, polyamide 66 and the polyamide 6 / polyamide 66 copolymers. The first synthetic fiber 10 is characteristic of the present invention. As illustrated in FIG. 1, it has a polymer matrix 12 inside which mineral fillers 11 are dispersed in a homogeneous manner. Preferably, the mineral fillers 11 are chosen from oxides, sulfates, carbonates, phosphates and silicates. These charges ί 1 are in the form of bioactive crystals which, in addition to thermo-regulating and compressing the part of the body concerned, promote the healing of burn victims by positive interaction with the skin. As explained above, these mineral fillers 11 have absorption and / or emission properties in the far infrared region ranging from 2 μm to 20 μm. The presence of these charges lî allows the textile 1 to absorb the infrared energy emitted by the body of the burn victim and to return this energy to the body in the form of far infrared. This energy returned to the body stimulates the skin by interaction with the water molecules present in the body (representing approximately 70% of the body mass). This stimulation of the skin accelerates and improves the healing process of the skin in burn victims. BE2017 / 5744 In the exemplary embodiments which follow, the textile 1 is used to tailor a garment 100 comprising garment pieces 110, 120, 130 and 140. In these examples, the textile 1 is arranged around the part of the body C concerned so that the pressure force exerted by the pieces of clothing 110, 120, 130 and 140 on the part of the body C is substantially equal to at least 10 hPa. In a first exemplary embodiment described here and illustrated in FIG. 3, the compressive garment 100 comprises a simple sleeve 110 made to be positioned around a very precise part of the body C and to compress it. This part of the body C can be for example the calf, the thigh, the waist belt, the bust, the forearm, the rear arm or the head circumference, a hand or a foot, or even other parts from the body. In a second exemplary embodiment described here and illustrated in FIG. 4, the compression garment 100 is a pantyhose or legging 120 which includes two legs 122 and 123 each compressing the calves and thighs of the burn victim, and a waist belt 121 compressing size. In this example, the pressures exerted by the parts 122 and 123 on the legs are uniform and are substantially equal to at least 15 hPa. The pressure exerted by the waist belt 121 on the waist is uniform and substantially equalized at least 10 hPa. In a third exemplary embodiment described here and illustrated in FIG. 5, ie garment the compressive garment 100 is a jersey or a vest 130 which comprises two sleeves 132 and 133 positioned at arm level and a last sleeve 131 positioned around the trunk of the burned. In this example, the sleeves 132, 133 and the sleeve 131 are assembled together by means of seams 101. In this example, the pressures exerted by the various parts 132 and 133 on the arms are uniform and are substantially are substantially equal to at least 15 hPa: the pressure exerted by the sleeve 131 on the trunk is uniform and substantially equal to BE2017 / 5744 minus 10 hPa. In a fourth embodiment described here and illustrated in FIG. 6, the compressive garment 100 is a sock 140 comprising two sleeves 141, 143 connected by means of a connecting piece 142 positioned at the heel and seams 101. In this example, the first sleeve 141 provides pressure around the ankle and the second sleeve 143 provides pressure around the foot. In this example, the pressures exerted by the various parts 141 and 143 on the ankle and the foot are uniform and are substantially equal to at least 15 hPa. It will also be understood that the compressive garment 100 can also be composed of a combination of a plurality of compressive garments 100 such as those illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 6. One can also provide a combination of pieces of clothing so as to constitute an integral combination ensuring uniform pressure over the entire body of the burn victim. The textile innovation developed within the framework of the present invention allows the integration into a synthetic elastic fiber of bioactive mineral crystals for the production of compression garments 100 with homogeneous effect which improve the healing of burn victims and promote blood microcirculation and metabolism while providing a thermoregulatory effect independent of the outside temperature. Thus, the textile used for the tailor-made garment of compression garment 100 pennet not only good healing of the wounds of burn victims; it also provides alone (that is to say without a double layer of textile layer) the comfort of burn victims by allowing both thermoregulation of the. part of the body which it surrounds and a soft contact surface favoring the donning of the garment 100 on the part of the body C which it compresses. The Applicant further submits that the textile developed in the context of the present invention benefits from a UV 50+ protection index. It also respects the Ôeko-lex label. It should be observed that this detailed description relates to a particular embodiment of the present invention, but that in no case this description does not have any limiting character with the object of the invention; on the contrary, it aims to remove any possible inaccuracy or misinterpretation of the claims which follow. It should also be observed that the reference signs put in brackets in the claims which follow are in no way limiting; the sole purpose of these signs is to improve the intelligibility and understanding of the claims which follow, as well as the scope of the protection sought.
