Improved closure shirt
The present invention relates to a jacket provided with a new closure means.
In the practice of certain professions, or during certain events, it is essential to wear a formal shirt of impeccable cleanliness and therefore to change shirt very frequently, often several times a day. This operation may take a certain amount of time which is a disadvantage.
In addition, the button closure of a traditional shirt can be difficult for some people with a disability, for example a physical disability in the fingers or hands.
The same applies to persons who are bedridden and / or to be dressed by third parties, in particular nursing staff, for example in hospitals or nursing homes.
Moreover, it is common for people simply pressed or stressed to make a mistake in buttonhole location and shifts the shirt, which forces them to undo and repeat the operation of buttoning.
Finally it may be useful to wear a shirt with which a yawn between the buttons is no longer visible, or which facilitates the placement of the back of a tie.
Patent documents of the prior art, (CN 203040686 U and CN 201789926 U) disclose shirts with zipper having false buttons. Nevertheless these shirts do not have visible buttonholes and therefore can not be confused with conventional shirts.
According to the invention there is provided a jacket with a closure device to avoid the aforementioned disadvantages.
According to a preferred embodiment there is provided a zipper folder (zipper, zip or lightning (R)) not visible inner and also including false external buttons, some of which may be coupled with snaps. Each fake button is preferably sewn on the corresponding buttonhole, making it fake since the slot is covered by the fake button attached by stitching at its edges. By buttonhole, sometimes called carnation, is meant the slot provided in a garment to accommodate a closure button.
The snaps can be internal and partially or totally replace the zipper, they will preferably be transparent. Magnetic elements, including magnetic tapes, can also be envisaged as snap-fastening means, or pull-type (ie with continuous closure). It is the same closures type "Velcro" (R), continuous web or not.
It will be understood that false buttons coupled with internal snaps can also be advantageously provided at the neck of the shirt, on both sides, and the free ends of the sleeves.
The preferably transparent pressure knobs may have a diameter of for example 13 mm or 10 mm depending on the case.
The zippers and / or slides can be advantageously polyester, nylon, or other plastic. The invention will be better understood on examining the accompanying Schematic drawings presented as non-limiting examples, in which FIG. 1 schematically shows a shirt seen from the front showing the false buttons 11 covering a zipper 14 not visible. The upper false or buttons 12 do not cover the zipper, which does not extend so far, but are provided with a snap closure under the rear face not visible (below). The first upper button 16 is a normal button associated with a normal buttonhole. It also illustrates fake buttons 13 at the ends of the sleeves covering pressure buttons not shown. FIG. 2 shows another shirt, this time open, showing one of the teeth of the zipper or zipper 24, the false buttonholes 25 and the false buttons 21. FIG. 3a shows an open shirt portion with the conventional upper button 31 and the normal buttonhole 32. The button 33 in the second position is a false button with a trompe l'oeil buttonhole covering the male part of a snap button sewn to it beneath the shirt, which is associated with the female part sewn in the usual manner over the top. the opposite part of the shirt. FIG. 3b is an enlargement of a button 33 with buttonhole 34. FIG. 4 is a diagrammatic cross-sectional view of a partial shirt section illustrating a false upper button 33 and two false buttons 36. The false button 33 covers a buttonhole 34 which itself covers the male part 35 'of a snap button attached to the inner side. The false buttons 36 with buttonholes are located along the slide 37 which extends on the inner face of the fabric or hem. There is also the slider 39 with the tab or zipper proper 40 and the stopper 41.
It will be understood that the invention also discloses a shirt having only hidden snaps, at least some of which are associated and fixed behind a pair of false button-buttonholes. The slide is then replaced by an alignment of snaps.
This embodiment may be suitable for a particular handicap of the user.
It will also be understood that the slides, false buttons, buttonholes and snaps are most often sewn and fixed at the level of conventional hems provided in a shirt.
It should be noted that one of the advantages of a shirt according to the invention is that it can be produced from a conventional shirt by dislodging the buttons and moving them from one panel to the other, and by fixing and hiding conventional closure means, in particular of pull type, provided on the edge of the shirt sections.
In summary, the invention proposes a pull-tab folder comprising buttonholes associated with false buttons and which are superimposed on said pull-tab when the shirt is closed under the effect of said pull tab.
The zipper is invisible from the front of the shirt.
The zipper may not extend to the neck, the shirt comprising 1 to 3 upper false buttons, and one or more snaps located behind them or staggered.
The shirt may also include one or more fake buttons associated with snaps at the ends of the sleeves or at the collar.
