Grinding device for chopping blades of a chopping plant and chopping plant
The invention relates to a grinding device for chopping blades of a chopping plant. Furthermore, the invention relates to a shredder with a grinding device for chopping blades of the chopper.
From DE 41 28 483 C2 a grinding device for chopping a chopping unit of an agricultural harvester is known. The known from this prior art grinding device has a grinding carriage which is displaceable along a housing-fixed guide parallel to a rotation axis of the chopping blade carrying chopper drum of the chopper, which is rotatably mounted on a housing of Häckselwerks. A grindstone is mounted on the grinder. The grindstone is about a likewise mounted on the grinding carriage spindle and a likewise mounted on the grinding carriage and cooperating with the spindle ratchet wheel radially to the axis of rotation of the cutter on the chopping blades of Häckseltrommel adjustable, in conjunction with mounted on the housing wall of the housing of the chaff, attacks, which interact with the ratchet wheel mounted on the carriage. Then, when the grinding carriage moves in its movement along the housing-fixed guide parallel to the axis of rotation of the cutterhead towards a housing-fixed stop, such a stop comes into engagement with the ratchet, whereby the ratchet wheel and thus the cooperating with the ratchet spindle is rotated. The rotational movement of the ratchet wheel and the spindle is converted by the spindle into a linear movement of the grinding stone in the radial direction of the chopper drum, so as ultimately to set the grindstone radially to the axis of rotation of the chopper drum to the chopping blades.
Due to wear on the ratchet wheel as well as other assemblies of the grinder or due to debris, malfunctioning of the chopper blades may occur during radial adjustment of the grindstone.
In a faulty or inaccurate employment of the grindstone to the chopper, the employment can either be too small or too large, with a too small employment the chopping blades are not reground to a defined extent, and wherein at a too large employment the chaff and the grindstone can be damaged.
There is therefore a need for a grinding device for the chopping blades of a chopper plant, which allows a more accurate and less error-prone setting of the grindstone radially to the axis of rotation of the chopper drum to the chopping blades of the chopper drum. Proceeding from this, the present invention has the object to provide a novel grinding device for chopping blades of a chaff.
This object is achieved by a grinding device according to claim 1.
According to the invention the respective stop is pivotally mounted on the respective housing wall of Häckselwerks, wherein the respective stop has an insertion slope, and wherein the grinding carriage has at least one with the Einfahrschräge of the respective stop such cooperating guide element, that when the grinding carriage together with the grindstone , the spindle and the ratchet wheel moves in the direction of the respective stop, the respective guide element of the grinding carriage moves along the entry slope of the respective stop and thereby defines the respective stop defined enters the ratchet, so as to rotate the ratchet wheel defined and defined operation the spindle defined the grindstone in the radial direction to hire the chopping blades.
The interaction of the pivotally mounted on the respective housing wall stop, namely the insertion slope of this stop, with the guide element of the grinding carriage allows a defined and thus exact retraction of the respective stop in the ratchet wheel. When retracting a stop in the ratchet so the ratchet wheel can always be rotated defined and thus ensure a defined employment of the grindstone in the radial direction of the chopper drum on the chopping blades.
A faulty employment of the grindstone on the chopping blades, namely a too low and too high radial employment of the grindstone on the chopping knife, can be reliably avoided with the grinding device according to the invention.
A faulty employment is excluded, excessive wear of the chopper and the grindstone is avoided.
Preferably, the entry slope of the respective stop has a first portion for moving away the respective stop from the ratchet wheel and a second portion for subsequent movement of the respective stop on the ratchet wheel when retracting the same in the ratchet wheel. This is a particularly advantageous retraction of the respective stop in the ratchet wheel possible.
In a further development of the respective stop moves with a free end in the ratchet, which is opposite to a pivotally mounted on the housing end of the respective stop, wherein it is preferably provided that the respective stop adjacent to the pivotally mounted on the housing end has a projection, and wherein the grinding carriage preferably has a co-operating with the projection of the respective stop actuator such that after insertion of the respective stop in the ratchet on the cooperating with the Einfahrschräge of the respective stop guide element of the grinding carriage and after the rotation of the ratchet wheel caused thereby and after the radial Adjustment of the grindstone to the chopping blades, the respective stop on the actuator of the grinding carriage from the ratchet wheel can be brought out. As a result, following the retraction of the stop in the ratchet wheel and after the defined rotation of the ratchet wheel and the defined radial hiring of the grindstone to the chopper blades of the respective stop defined be led out of the ratchet wheel. This serves to further increase the reliability of the grinding device according to the invention. An undesired further rotation of the ratchet wheel can be avoided.
The adjustment of the grindstone according to the invention is independent of the end position of the grinding carriage. Since the adjustment is completed at a predetermined distance to the end position of the grinding carriage, the end position of the grinding carriage is at a distance from the housing wall, which provides space for Schmutzanlagerungen that can not affect the adjustment process.
Since the readjustment takes place independently of the end position of the grinding carriage, a setting for the end position can advantageously be dispensed with in a grinding device according to the invention.
Preferably, a spring element engages on the projection of the respective stop, which is supported on the one hand on the projection of the respective stop and on the other hand on the housing wall, on which the respective stop pivotally engages. The spring force of the spring element presses the respective stop with its free end into the ratchet wheel, the actuating element pressing the respective stop with its free end against the spring force of the spring element out of the ratchet wheel. Hereby, the reliability when retracting the respective stop in the ratchet wheel and when taking it out of the ratchet wheel can be further increased.
An inventive shredder with such a grinding device is defined in claim 10.
Preferred embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and the description below. Embodiments of the invention will be described, without being limited thereto, with reference to the drawings. Showing:

Status.
The invention relates to a grinding device for chopping blades of a chopping unit of an agricultural harvester and a chopper with such a grinding device. Furthermore, the invention relates to a shredder with a grinding device for chopping blades of the chopper.
1 shows a detail of a chopper plant 10 of an agricultural harvesting machine in the region of a grinding device 11. The grinding device 11 is used to grind chopping knives of a chopper drum of the chopper plant, wherein the chopper drum and the chopper knives in Fig. 1 are not shown. Fig. 1 shows only a housing wall 12 of the chopper 10, on which the chopper drum, which carries the chopping blades to be ground, is rotatably mounted.
The grinding device 11 has a grinding carriage 13. The grinding carriage 13 is displaceable along a housing-fixed guide 14 parallel to the axis of rotation of the chopping drum, not shown.
The displacement of the grinding carriage 13 along the housing-fixed guide 14 parallel to the axis of rotation of the cutterhead, not shown, assumes a corresponding drive, for example a chain drive. In FIGS. 2 to 7, this drive displaces the grinding carriage 13 in the direction of the arrow 15.
The grinding carriage 13, which is displaceable along the housing-fixed guide 14, has a mounted on the grinding carriage 13 ratchet wheel 16, via a likewise mounted on the grinding carriage 13 and cooperating with the ratchet wheel 16 spindle 17 and a likewise mounted on the grinding carriage 13 grindstone, the in Fig. 1 to 7 below the Klin kenrads 16 and the spindle 17 and is therefore not visible in Fig. 1 to 6.
Then, when the ratchet wheel 16 is rotated, the coupled to the ratchet wheel 16 spindle 17 is rotated, the spindle 17, depending on its pitch, this rotational movement converts into a linear movement of the grindstone. As a result, the grinding stone, which cooperates with the spindle 17 and is not visible in FIGS. 1 to 7, can be displaced linearly, specifically radially to the axis of rotation of the chopping blades, ie perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the guide 14.
Through this radial movement of the grindstone the same can be hired automatically to the chopping blades of the chopper drum of the shredder for regrinding the chopping blades. By a preferably resiliently employed on the ratchet wheel 16 pawl 32, the ratchet wheel 16 is fixed so that unwanted positioning movements are prevented.
With the grinding carriage 13, namely with the ratchet wheel 16 of the same, acts in Fig. 1 to 7 mounted on the housing wall 12, fixed housing stop 18 together. Then, when the grinding carriage 13 as shown in FIG. 2 to 7 in the direction of arrow 15 is moved toward the housing wall 12, the stopper 18 comes into engagement with the ratchet wheel 16 and thus causes a rotation of the ratchet wheel 16 in the direction of in Fig .. 6 As already mentioned, the spindle 17 is rotated in the direction of the arrow 19, which then converts this rotational movement in a linear movement radially to the axis of rotation of the chopper drum to finally hiring the not shown grindstone to the chopping blades automatically.
For the purposes of the present invention, the stop 18 is pivotally mounted on the housing wall 12 of the Häckselwerks. Thus, the stop 18 engages with one end 20 in a rotary joint 21 on the housing wall 12.
The stop 18 according to the invention also has a retraction slope 22. The retraction slope 22 preferably has a cam-like contour which is defined by two sections 22a and 22b.
The grinding carriage 13 of the grinding device 11 according to the invention has a guide element 23, which cooperates for insertion of the stop 18 in the ratchet wheel with the stop 18, namely the retraction slope 22 of the stopper 18.
In this case, the guide member 23 cooperates with the Einfahrschräge 22 of the pivotally mounted on the housing wall stop 12 18 together that when the grinding carriage 13 moves in the direction of the stop 18, the guide member 23 of the grinding carriage 13 along the retraction slope 22 of the respective Stops 18 moves and thereby the stop 18 defined in a recess 24 between two pawls 25 retracts so as to rotate the ratchet wheel 16 defined and defined by a defined operation of the spindle 17 the grinding stone, not shown defined in the radial direction of the chopping blades of the chopper.
Thus, in particular Figs. 2 to 5, that when the grinding carriage 13 is moved starting from its position in Fig. 2 further in the direction of the housing wall 12, the guide element 23 of the grinding carriage 13 initially at a first portion 22a of the retractable slope 22 for Anlage comes (see Fig. 3) and in the further movement of the grinding carriage 13 in the direction of the housing wall 12 along this first portion 22 a along, in which case the stop 18 about the axis of rotation 21 first in the direction of the shown in Fig. 3 Arrow 26 deflected and this is initially moved away from the ratchet wheel 16. During the further movement of the grinding carriage 13 along the guide 14 in the direction of the housing wall 12, the guide element 23 of the grinding carriage 13 subsequently engages with the second section 22b of the insertion bevel 22, in which case the stop 18 in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG 27 and the joint 21 is pivoted and this then then enters the ratchet wheel 16 defined. The stop 18 moves with a free end 28 in the ratchet wheel 16, which faces the end 20 of the stopper 18, via which the same is articulated to the housing wall 12. The retracting slope 22 is formed between these two ends 20 and 28 and is preferably closer to the free end 28 of the stopper 18 than at the opposite end 20 of the stopper 18th
According to Fig. 1 to 7, a projection 29 is formed in the region of the end 20 of the stopper 18, on which the same hingedly engages the housing wall 12. With this projection 29, a spring element 30 cooperates, which is supported on the one hand on the projection 29 of the stopper 18 and on the other hand on the housing wall 12. The spring force of this spring element 30 presses the stop 18, namely the free end 28 thereof, in the direction of the arrow 27 of FIG. 5.
Then, when the guide member 23 of the grinding carriage 13 cooperates with the Anfahrschräge 22 of the stopper 18 in the defined insertion of the free end 28 of the stopper 18 in a recess 24 between two pawls 25 of the ratchet wheel 16, the guide member 23 of the grinding carriage 13 presses when the Guide member 23 cooperates with the portion 22a of the retractable slope 22, the free end 28 against the spring force of the spring member 30 away from the ratchet wheel 16.
Then, when subsequently the guide member 23 of the grinding carriage 13 cooperates with the portion 22b of the retracting slope 22 of the stopper 18, the spring element 30 pushes the stop 18 in the direction of the ratchet wheel 16 in the same.
To after the insertion of the stopper 18 with its free end 28 in the ratchet wheel 16 and after the defined rotation of the ratchet 16 by the interaction of stop 18 and ratchet wheel 16 the stop 18 subsequently redeployed out of engagement with the ratchet wheel 16, has the Grinding slide 13 in addition to the guide member 23 via an actuating element 31 which, when the grinding carriage 13 is subsequently displaced in the direction of the arrow 15 in the direction of arrow 15 in the direction of the arrow 15 in the direction of the housing wall 12 along the guide 14 against the defined retraction of the stop 18 in the ratchet wheel 16, against presses the projection 29 of the stopper 18 and so pushes out the stop 18 against the spring force of the spring element 30 from the ratchet wheel 16. This is shown in Fig. 7. For the defined insertion of the stopper 18 in the ratchet wheel 16 is therefore the pivotal mounting of the stopper 18 on the housing wall 12 of the shredder and the defined interaction of the Einfahrschräge 22 of the stopper 18 with the guide member 23 of the grinding carriage 13 of importance , For the defined moving out of the stopper 18 from the ratchet wheel 16, the interaction of the actuating element 31 with the projection 29 of the stopper 18 is important. The spring element 30 presses in both partial phases of the interaction of ratchet wheel 16 and stop 18 the stop 18 defined in the direction of the ratchet wheel 16, in the direction of the arrow 27 shown in FIG.
The grinding device according to the invention 11 allows an automatic hiring of the not shown grindstone towards the chopping blades of the chopper drum of the shredder by defined rotation of the ratchet wheel 16 via the stop 18, wherein the rotational movement of the Klin kenrads 16 through the spindle 17 in a linear movement of the grindstone in Radial direction of the cutterhead is implemented.
In the area of two opposite side walls 12 of the chopper plant, which are arranged laterally next to the chopper drum, a pivotable stop 18 may be present in each case. The grinding piles 13 then preferably has two guide elements 23 and two actuating elements 31. But it is also possible that only on a side wall 12 of the shredder a pivotable stop 18 is present.
The guide element 23 is preferably a guide pin and the actuating element 31 is an actuating pin.
The invention further relates to a chopping unit with such a grinding device 11 for the chopping blades of the chopper plant. The chaff is part of an agricultural harvester, e.g. a forage harvester.
