Method and device for quickly changing the stamp plate. Production principle of a stone making machine. Stone products: paving stones and hollow building blocks, curbs and much more. With reference to figures 1 to 4, the state of the art is explained below. Many concrete products 1 consist of a concrete core 1A and surface layer 2. The surface layer 2 is the visible surface 2 and it must form a uniformly sealed and closed surface. According to the compaction principle, the vibrating table 3 with the main vibrators 4 vibrates under the production palette 5 and compacts the concrete 1A from below. The stamping plates 6 with piling plates 7, mutually connected by means of a mechanical connection 8, hereinafter and also referred to as screw connection 8, form the overlying counter mass. As shown from top to bottom in Figure 1, the device further comprises a ballast with lead 9 and rubber dampers 10. The core layer of the concrete 1A and the surface layer 2 are provided between a mold 11 and a production palette 5. With increasing concrete compaction, this overlying counter mass vibrates with it and the concrete product 1 also compacts at the top. The appearance and quality of the visible surface are thereby decisively influenced. If this upper counter mass is too heavy, the vibration at the top will be too light and the product 1 will be poorly compacted on the visible surface 2. That is clearly visible and it is a quality problem with an excessive porosity and a defective concrete compaction. The invention relates to a method and a device for quickly changing the stamping plate 6 without increasing the vibrating upper mass. The usual screw connections 9 are thereby replaced by fast clamp connections. Hereby known are: pneumatic and hydraulic clamping systems as shown in figure 2, which exert connecting forces via tie rods or wedges 12; magnetic connections as shown in figures 3 and 4, formed from additional magnetic disks 13 which are arranged under the entire surface of the pile plate 7. Figures 2, 4 and 6 are a side view, respectively, of the part designated F2, F4 and F6 in Figures 1, 3 and 5. Both installations have the disadvantage that a great deal of additional mass is created. For pneumatic and hydraulic clamping systems, it is furthermore known that when clamping punch 6 and pile plate 7, a shift can occur. This leads to friction and wear on the punch 6 and the mold parts 11. In practice, the tensioning is repeated several times to find the center of the mold, or an additional adjustment is applied. All known clamping systems are attached and clamped with the aid of screws or the like, with the risk that connections will relax and become free during vibrations. The invention aims at an installation for connecting the stamping plates 6 which requires no additional mass. As is shown preferentially in figures 5 and 6, the invention consists in placing the magnets 13 in the piling plate 7. Holes 14 are made for this purpose in the piling plate 7, in which the magnets 13 are then placed directly. This way no additional mass is created. According to the invention, the magnets 13 are arranged in the holes or recesses 14 in the piling plate 7 and the mutual position of punch 6 and piling plate 7 is retained thanks to the North and South poles. No screw loads are required in this case. An additional advantage is the targeted placement of the magnets 13 in the piling plate 7. This makes it possible to concentrate the magnets 13 in certain highly loaded places. As a result, fewer magnets 13 can be mounted on the unloaded surfaces. Overall, this results in fewer magnets 13 and a cost advantage.

Device for manufacturing stone products, which device comprises a vibrating table (3) on which a production palette (5) can be provided which can cooperate with molded parts (11) to form a mold in which the hardenable product for manufacturing the stone product such as for example concrete can be applied, and which device comprises an upward and downward displaceable punch (6) which can be connected to an upper pile plate (7) above which, if necessary, dampers (10) and a ballast (9) are provided, characterized in that In order to connect the stamping plate (6) to the piling plate (7), magnets are provided in the piling plate (7).
