专利说明:
Device and method for coupling a header to a harvester The invention relates to a device and a method for coupling a header to a harvester according to the features of claims 1 and 12, respectively. It is well known agricultural harvesters, such as combine harvesters, forage harvesters and the like. Ä. Use for harvesting and processing a variety of plants. For this purpose, usually different harvesting attachments can be coupled to the harvester. In addition to harvesting attachments for different plants sometimes harvesting attachments with different working widths must be used. In addition, there are many harvesting attachments that go beyond a maximum allowable transport width and therefore must be decoupled for road transport. When coupling and uncoupling the header on the one hand must be mechanically fixed to the harvester and on the other hand, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and / or mechanical drive connections must be made or resolved. In order to make these connections manually, the driver has to descend from the harvester, which extends the downtime of the harvester and decreases productivity. The object of the invention is to provide a device and to show a method with which the coupling and uncoupling of a crop attachment to a harvester is simplified. This object is achieved by the features of claims 1 and 12, respectively. By a device according to the invention, both the header attachment on the harvester and coupling halves with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and / or mechanical connections for the drive connections, etc., each aligned exactly with each other and coupled or coupled. Other features and advantages will become apparent from the dependent claims in conjunction with the description. Hereinafter, the features of the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to preferred embodiments. In the accompanying schematic drawings shows, 1 is a coupling device according to the invention on a case of self-propelled forage harvester, 2 shows a coupling device according to the invention on a train housing of the exemplary forage harvester, Fig. 3a and 3b show the coupling device according to the invention in operative connection between the harvest header and the harvester. Fig. 1 shows a harvesting machine in the form of an exemplary self-propelled forage harvester 1, which is equipped with a Fläckseleinrichtung, with which crops chopped into small pieces and can be ejected via an upwardly projecting chute on a chopping truck. For harvesting the crop, in particular stalk-like plants such as corn, sorghum o. Ä., The forage harvester 1 is equipped at its front end with a header in the form of a well-known corn dentition 2, which is arranged on a retraction device 3. To accommodate a header so-called catch pins 4 are provided on the retraction device 3 in the upper region, which are encompassed by so-called catch pockets 4a, which are arranged on the respective attachment. In the lower area of the housing of the retraction device 3, a first coupling device 5 is arranged, which cooperates with a further coupling device 6, which the attachment, i. the maize header 2 is assigned. Instead of the maize header described by way of example, it is also possible to cultivate a so-called direct cutting unit for harvesting whole plant silage or a so-called pick-up for picking up already mowed crop lying on the field to the forage harvester. Also on these and other attachments not explicitly mentioned, the device of the invention explained in more detail below can be applied. Furthermore, the invention or the inventive method is not limited to a forage harvester, but can also be applied to other harvesters, such as combines. In Fig. 2, the front part of the retraction device 3 is enlarged and shown in perspective. Within a schematically shown feeder housing two front feed rollers are visible, which take over the crop from the header out between each other and possibly promote the interposition of further non-visible pre-press rollers for chopping unit of the forage harvester. At the top of the feeder housing the catch pins 4 can be seen, which are designed as a hump-shaped receiving means and engage in receiving a header in the complementary shaped catch pockets, whereby this can be roughly prepositioned relative to the feeder housing. In the lower region of the feeder housing, a coupling device 5 is arranged, which is preferably mounted centrally below the feeder housing. The coupling device 5 has a receiving shaft 13, whose ends protrude on both sides of the feeder housing. Furthermore, insertion aids with guide surfaces 16 are provided on both sides of the coupling device 5. In addition, bolts 14 are arranged on both sides of the coupling device 5, of which only the one - bottom left - is visible. The other - concealed - bolt is symmetrically arranged on the other side of the coupling device 5. With the bolts 14, the header can be locked to the feeder housing, i. be fixed. For this purpose, the bolts 14, which are in this representation in a retracted position, extended. On the coupling device 5, a coupling half 7 is arranged, with a plurality of different terminals or valves or contacts for the production of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic or mechanical connections between the forage harvester and a header. To protect these connections from damage and contamination, a protective cover 9 is preferably provided, which is pivotable via a lever arrangement between a closed position and an open position. To open the protective cover 9 whose lever assembly is preferably kinematically connected to the control of the bolt 14 that the protective cover 9 moves when retracting or retracting the bolt 14 in the open position. At the coupling half 7 of the harvester preferably nozzles are arranged, with which the opposite coupling half 8 can be cleaned prior to coupling with compressed air. In Fig. 3a, the coupling device 5 is shown without the feeder housing and in Fig. 3b opposite to the header or the maize header (not visible) arranged coupling device 6 is shown. In a Ankoppelvorgang the two coupling devices 5 and 6 are directly opposite. So that the individual elements of the devices are better recognizable, the coupling device 6 has been pivoted along the drawn dash-dot lines or moved away from the coupling device 5. For coupling, the harvester 1 (FIG. 1) is first moved up to the male attachment 2 and the lowered feeder housing is positioned with the catch pins 4 under the corresponding catch pockets 4a of the attachment 2. By raising the feed housing 3, the catch pins 4 move into the catch pockets of the attachment 2, whereby the attachment 2 is taken up to this first receiving means 4 and roughly prepositioned in the lateral direction. Upon further lifting, the undersides of the feeder housing and the attachment 2 approach each other until the leading edges of the cheeks 10 of the coupling device 6 (Fig. 3b) abut the pin 14 of the coupling device 5 (Fig. 3a). If the coupling device 6 with the attachment arranged thereon by the pre-positioning is not yet in the correct relative position, that is laterally offset, it can be laterally displaced in the desired position by the alignment means during the approaching process. For this purpose, cheeks 10 are provided on both sides of the coupling device 6, which in the coupling direction, i. executed to the other coupling device 5, projecting beyond the outer contour of the coupling device 6. The inside of one of these cheeks 10 comes in this case in contact with a guide surface 16 of the feeder housing associated coupling device 5 and slides on this, whereby the coupling device 6 is laterally aligned with the attachment and displaced to the desired position. The projecting ends of the cheeks 10 preferably have chamfers 11 on the inner sides, which facilitates threading onto the guide surfaces 16. Subsequently, the bolts 14 are retracted or retracted, whereby the coupling device 6 with the attachment of the coupling device 5 of the feeder housing continues to approach and moves into its final receiving position or falls. The coupling device 5 of the feed housing or the harvesting machine is located in the space between the two cheeks 10, wherein the positioning 17 lie on both sides of the inner sides of the cheeks 10 or have a distance of about one millimeter. As a result, the coupling device 6 is positioned with respect to its lateral orientation to the coupling device 5 with an accuracy of about one millimeter. If a lower positioning accuracy is sufficient, the distance between the inner sides of the cheeks 10 can be increased or the distance between the positioning surfaces 17 of the coupling device 5 can be reduced. When merging the coupling devices 5, 6 and half shells 12 of the coupling device 6 come into contact with the receiving shaft 13, as a cylindrical complementary part. By the cylindrical surfaces, the coupling means 5, 6 are also positioned in the vertical direction to each other. The half-shells 12 preferably have inlet slopes to facilitate the assembly. In this relative position of the two coupling devices 5 and 6, in which the positioning surfaces 17 are located between the cheeks 10 and the half shells 12 abut the take-up shaft 13, the coupling half 8 of the attachment to the coupling half 7 of the harvester is in a coupling-capable position, in which the respective terminals can be coupled to each other in contact or with each other. For coupling or connecting the electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and / or mechanical connections between the harvester 1 and the header 2, the coupling half 5 arranged on the coupling device 7 is moved in the direction of the other coupling half 8, whereby the terminals are connected together. For this purpose, the coupling half 7 is mounted linearly movable in the coupling device 5. The linear movement of the coupling half 7 is preferably coupled to the extension of the bolts 14, which retract to the completion of the coupling operation in apertures 15 of the coupling device 6. As a result, the coupling device 6 is locked and fixed to the attachment device on the coupling device 5 of the feed housing or the harvesting machine. The bolts 14 are preferably each provided with an oblique surface, which cooperate with a corresponding mating surface on the associated opening 15, whereby the coupling device 6 is used when retracting the bolt 14 in the openings 15 to the coupling device 5 and clamped with this. Since the apertures 15 also have a cylindrical portion forming a positive connection with the cylindrical outer contour of the receiving shaft, one can speak of a non-positive and positive connection between the coupling means 5, 6 of the header and the harvester. Instead of the coupling half 7 and the attachment assigned to the coupling half 8 can be performed linearly movable. It is particularly advantageous to arrange the alignment means in the spatial vicinity of the coupling halves with the electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and / or mechanical connections. The alignment of the device according to the invention are preferably arranged in pairs left and right with a distance to the longitudinal center axis of the harvester and the coupling halves with the electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and / or mechanical connections are preferably arranged in the region between the alignment. Particularly preferably, the alignment means and the coupling halves are arranged centrally under the feeder housing of the harvester, executed to the male attachment.
