shading device
The invention relates to a shading device, in particular a vertical awning according to the preamble of the independent claims 1 and 2 and a suitable guide rail insert according to the preamble of claim 8.
Such shading devices with lateral fabric tension are widely used on the market today. In this case, in each case an insert is guided in the two lateral guide rails, which has a Kedernut, are usually threaded into the semi-zippers executed edge members of the awning fabric when draining the awning fabric. The inserts in the guide rails are based on elastic damping elements on undercuts of the guide grooves of the guide rails, so that the drained awning curtain is held in tension in the transverse direction, but there is a certain flexibility, which is determined by the or the elastic damping elements. This compliance is necessary to prevent the awning fabric from breaking during wind gusts and to compensate for manufacturing tolerances and wear-related fabric shrinkage resulting from the nature of the mostly textile material of the awning fabric.
Conventionally, the awning fabric is attached with its upper end to a winding shaft arranged in a box, the guide rails extend into the passage slot on the box on which the awning fabric with its lower, attached to a drop bar profile end pulled out of the box and before the Shading building opening can be pulled. A generic vertical awning can be found in DE 10 2009 007 682 A1. On the upper end of the guide rail inserts infeed funnel are attached, which should ensure a reliable inlet of the lateral Kederabschnitte the curtain in the associated Kedernuten in the inserts.
The path that the guide rail insert can travel in the direction of the fabric tension is limited by the damping elements, which can only cover a predetermined path due to their contact with the guide rail. In this case, the problem arises that the awning cloth with its wound on the winding shaft area is not subject to lateral bias and thereby "shrinks" compared to the solid area of the awning fabric, which is held by its edge edge portions on tension. This lateral offset of the edge piping section often causes the unrolling of the awning fabric from the shaft that the edge piping section does not thread into the inlet funnel.
On this basis, it is an object of the present invention to provide a user-friendly shading device and a guide rail insert for it.
This object is achieved with regard to the shading device with the features of claim 1 or claim 2, with regard to the use with the features of claim 8.
According to the invention, the guide rail insert or the two guide rail inserts should be able to move inwards with their upper ends facing the winding shaft out of the guide rails in the transverse direction, so that they can follow the cloth shrinking transversely inwards towards the winding shaft, thereby eliminating the aforementioned threading errors become.
According to a first aspect of the invention, the inserts do not have any side flaps projecting from the piping rail section at their upper ends over at least such a trimming length and at least have such mobility in the transverse direction that the inserts can move with their upper ends so far transversely inward, that a transverse offset of the Kederabschnitte the tensioned in the transverse direction unwound hangings can be compensated against the tensioned, extended curtain.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the undercuts supporting the inner sleeves are cut free at least over such a trimming length, and the trimmed inner shoulders and the trimming inserts have at least such mobility in the transverse direction that the inserts interfere with their the upper ends can move transversely inwardly so far that a transverse offset of the Kederabschnitte the tensioned in the transverse direction unwound hangings can be compensated against the tensioned extended drapery.
The inserts may consist of a plastic profile, in which in the area of the trimming length, the lateral tabs with which the inserts are supported on the undercuts of the guide rail grooves in the other area, removed or at least cut free from the central area with the Kedemut.
As suitable values for the trimming length has thereby with usual
Awning fabric widths and awning fabric made of a textile material exposed a range of 70 - 130mm, preferably in about 100mm.
In addition to the present invention designed as a bending beam upper end of the guide rail inserts can of course also be provided on this upper end attached inlet funnel. However, this is not necessary. Rather, the fact that the Kedernuten be funnel-shaped widening at the upper end of the Kederschienenabschnitte the inserts in a penetrating from the curtain undercut upwards, a safe threading of the lateral edge of the awning coverings in the Kedernuten the guide rail inserts.
It is also advantageous if the Kederabschnitte in a known manner in
Shape of a half of a zipper from zipper-like segments are formed and / or the winding shaft is mounted in a box, wherein the guide rails in the region of the drape associated outlet opening of the box.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 6 is a perspective detail view of an upper end of the guide rail insert shown in Figure 5, and
Figure 7 is a plan view of a guide rail with inserted guide rail insert a vertical awning according to this embodiment of the invention.
In Figures 1 and 2, a vertical awning according to the prior art DE 10 2009 007 682 A1 is shown. Figures 3 and 4 show a sectional view on the one hand, approximately at half the height of the guide rail, and a single representation in partial section, which are identical found both in the subject invention and in the vertical awning according to the prior art. Only the figures 5 to 7 show the improvement of the prior art according to the invention, however, because of the large part of the same for all features shown the vertical awning according to the prior art and according to the invention, like reference numerals have been used.
Vertical awnings are usually arranged on the outside of a window inserted into a building opening, etc. The vertical awning on which FIG. 1 is based contains a box 1 which is generally arranged in the region of the upper edge of the building opening and from which lateral guide rails 2 protrude downwards. Within the box 1 is a rotatably mounted, driven in the direction of rotation winding shaft 3, on which a web-shaped, consisting of an awning fabric curtain 4 wound or from which this curtain 4 is unwound. The curtain 4 is accordingly attached with its upper end to the winding shaft 3. At the lower end of the curtain 4, a drop bar 5 is attached, which may be provided with weight weights and is guided with its side ends in the guide rails 2. The curtain 4 passes through a provided in the region of the lower, rear corner of the box 1, over the box length continuous, slit-shaped outlet opening. The box 1 contains lateral, suitably produced as castings caps 8, which can be provided with downwardly projecting pin for connection of the guide rails 2. The winding shaft 3 is mounted on the caps 8. The interior of the box 1 is bounded by a circumferential jacket 9, whose ends are fixed to the caps 8. The jacket 9 comprises a rear wall 10, as well as an upper part 11 and a
Lower part 12.
In the guide rails 2, on the one hand, the lateral ends of the drop rod 5 are guided on flanks 71, shown in FIG. 3, of a guide groove 7 extending in the drawer extension direction. On the other hand, the lateral guidance and tightening of the blind 4 serving guide rail inserts 25 are inserted into the guide groove 7, which are supported transversely to Behangauszugsrichtung by elastic damping elements 26 on inner shoulders 72 of the undercut guide groove 7 in the respective guide rail 2.
The guide rail inserts 25 include, as Figure 4 shows, also a vertically extending groove 30, which serve as Kedernut 30 for Randkederabschnitte 32 at the side edges of the curtain. The guide rail inserts 25 are arranged with their opening to each other Kedemuten 30 so that the curtain 4 is supported with its lateral Kederabschnitten 32 at the undercuts of the Kedernut 30 and is held in Behangauszugsrichtung movable in the transverse direction of the hanging on tension. On lateral tabs 61 projecting from a central Kederschienenabschnitt 6 of the respective guide rail insert 25 in both normal directions for hanging, the inner shoulders 72 facing, elastic damping elements 26 are attached, via which the guide rail inserts 25 respectively in the associated guide rail 2 and Supported inside shoulders 72 of the guide rail 2. This results in a certain flexibility in the transverse direction of the curtain, so that manufacturing tolerances and wear-related fabric shrinkage or the like can be compensated if the awning curtain 4 is kept at tension when drained or in the discharged state.
In that regard, the vertical awning according to the aforementioned prior art corresponds to the vertical awning according to the invention. In the prior art, however, as shown in Figure 2 can be seen on the upper ends of the guide rail inserts 25 inlet funnel 27 attached, which should ensure a reliable inlet of the lateral edges of the curtain 4 in the guide rail inserts 25. The inlet funnels 27 are formed on a plate 28 which may be anchored to the guide rail and box-side components.
In order to avoid the problems of threading into the inlet funnel resulting from the lateral offset of the peripheral edge portions 32 of the curtain in the tensioned state shown in FIG. 4 in relation to a unstretched state rolled up on the winding shaft 3 and the resulting cases of complaints, according to the invention instead of the invention Einlauftrichters provided a design of the upper end of the guide rail inserts 25 as a bending bar, as shown in Figures 5 to 7 can be seen.
Figure 5 shows a guide rail insert 25 according to an embodiment of the invention, which, as is conventional, a central Kederschienenabschnitt 6, project from both sides of two side flaps 61 to which the elastic damper 26 are attached. The position of the insert 25 in the guide rail 2, which remains unchanged from the prior art, can be seen in Figures 3 and 4. In contrast to the prior art, however, the insert 25 is disposed of at its upper end over a trimming length L of its side flaps 61. These can simply be cut off as shown. However, it would also be sufficient to attach only a free cut between the side flaps 61 and the middle Kederschienenabschnitt 6.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 7, the upper region of the guide rail insert 25 extending over the trimming length L can be moved inwards out of its position in the guide rail groove 7 like a bending beam or resilient element in the hanging / transversal direction. The upper end of the guide rail insert 25 can therefore follow the course of the lateral edge edge portions 32 of the curtain 4 at the transition from the winding shaft 3 into the guide rail 2 and thus ensure improved threading of the keder sections 32 into the welt groove 30.
The trimming length is advantageously chosen so that the guide insert elastically springs and thus over the length of the cut a tension in the awning fabric 4 is built up. The inlet of the marginal piping section 32 in the edging 30 on the insert 25 is thus ensured even with larger shrinkage of the fabric or in case of incorrect installation of the system.
For this purpose, the welted grooves 30 can further expand in a funnel-shaped manner at their upper end in an undercut region 62 penetrated by the curtain 4 (see FIG.
Modifications and modifications of the embodiment shown are possible without departing from the scope of the invention.
