专利说明:
SYSTEM FOR ASSEMBLING A SHUTTER BOX The present invention relates to a system for assembling a roller shutter box on a slide. It will find its application among manufacturers of roller shutters. There are two known methods of installing roller shutter box assembly system, namely a first mode in residential rehabilitation, and a second mode in new construction. These two methods of laying in rehabilitation and new construction currently involve the use of two different systems. Indeed, the installation in rehabilitation involves the addition of a chest on the existing joinery that uses slides, for example aluminum, attached to the side walls of the window frame, door or French window or on the masonry in table painting. This box can also be integrated with a new window, door or window joinery in the case of rehabilitation using a bay block, the slides being in this case PVC or aluminum material. The term "table" means the outline of the opening defined at the level of a building wall, at the level of which is positioned the door or window frame. Following these different modes of rehabilitation, the assembly system comprises a cheek that allows the maintenance and positioning of the trunk that encloses the rolled apron on a drum or winding axis. This cheek consists in particular of a bottom and a contour extending laterally relative to the bottom of the cheek; this contour defines a receiving zone in which are housed the operating elements of the roller shutter for rotating the drum to wind or unwind the deck thereof. The assembly system, which allows to fix the cheek on the slide, also includes a bracket assembly. This tab is arranged in the lower part of the bottom of the cheek, said tab being attached to the slide or integrated into the end thereof. For this, and according to the two modes of rehabilitation where the chest is either attached to the carpentry or the table, or integrated into the carpentry, behind the scenes include a reservation, also called a reception room, in which is housed the leg of the cheek. This reservation has significant dimensions that correspond to the size of the cheek, including the lateral contour that receives the operating elements. According to the second mode of installation in new construction, the wings include a different design than that used for rehabilitation. Indeed, it presents a reservation, or room, whose dimensions are reduced compared to those of the slide used in renovation, this room being intended to receive either the foot of a console support or the console itself, the foot of a guide flange. The reduction of the dimensions of the reservation on the slide in new construction is possible, since the size of the reservation on the wings in renovation is removed on said slides in new construction, the operating elements of the roller shutter being offset laterally and directly integrated in a lateral reservation at the level of the lintel provided in the wall, during the new construction of the building. The systems for assembling the shutter boxes currently existing in the rehabilitation mode and in the new construction mode therefore have a different design, given the differences in the size of the reservations, or reception rooms, implemented on the slides used in new construction mode and in rehabilitation mode. The present invention aims to implement an assembly system capable of being arranged on different slides responding to both laying modes in rehabilitation and new construction. In this regard, the present invention relates to a shutter box assembly system on a slide fixed on one of the lateral sides of a table at the building wall or on the frame of a door or door -window, in particular, reported at the table level. The system comprises a cheek consisting of a bottom, a contour extending laterally relative to the bottom, said lateral contour defining a receiving zone of the operating elements of the shutter. The system comprises an assembly lug arranged in the lower part of the bottom of the cheek, this tab being attached or integrated into a receiving chamber provided on the slide, in particular at its upper end. The system also comprises a blade guide arranged in the lower part of the cheek and disposed in alignment with a guide zone of the rolling shutter blades, this guiding zone being defined over the entire length of the slide, the lateral contour and the blade guide extending in opposite directions on either side of a plane defined by the bottom. The assembly system is remarkable in that the assembly tab is constituted by a longitudinally shaped plate, said tab being adapted to be folded at its end, to allow the arrangement of the cheek on a slide adapted for the laying in rehabilitation, or kept flat, to allow the arrangement of the cheek on a slide adapted for laying in new construction, the lateral contour being integrated in a reservation in the wall on the lateral side of the opening, for laying in new construction. Thus, the roller shutter box assembly system according to the invention responds to the differences in sizing reservations made on the slides for rehabilitation and on the slides for laying in new construction, the lateral contour corresponding to the zone. the size of the maneuver can be arranged in the area corresponding to the reservation on the scenes for renovation, or be deported and integrated into the doorframe which provides a reservation for this purpose during the construction of the building, the maneuver can in this case to be deported in a lateral reservation envisaged with the construction, this to escape the frame of carpentry. The present invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows and which relies on figures, among which: FIG. 1 shows the assembly system implemented on a slide adapted for laying in new construction ; - Figure 2 shows the assembly system arranged on a slide provided for laying in rehabilitation; - Figures 3a, 3b, 3c show three preferred modes of laying in rehabilitation; - Figures 4a, 4b, 4c show a preferred mode of installation in new construction. Roller shutters generally consist of a trunk, a drum or winding shaft, an apron and drum operating means for winding or unwinding the apron. The trunk contains the drum on which the apron is wrapped when the shutter is open. Slides, reported either on the side walls of the opening table or on the window frame, doors or French windows, or integrated in the case of bays blocks, include guide zones arranged to allow the guiding the lateral ends of the deck during its deployment or refolding. This deployment or folding is achieved by means of operating elements that rotate the drum to unroll or wind the deck. The roller shutter box is assembled on slides by means of the assembly system according to the invention. For this, the arrangement of two assembly systems, according to the invention, at both ends of the trunk, is necessary to allow the attachment of said trunk on the two side wings. Different modes of laying in rehabilitation are possible, as illustrated in Figures 3a, 3b, 3c. These different modes are however not limiting. Figure 3a shows a front laying mode; the door or window frame 101 is fixed to the side walls 103, 105 of the building wall opening 107, defining the array of said opening. The two lateral slides 109, 111 are fixed on the front face 113 on the lateral sides of the board. Figure 3b shows a method of laying inside the table, the slides 109, 111 being adjacent to the side walls 103,105 of the opening and fixed on the front side faces 115,117 of the door or window frame. The frame is defined by the apparent portion of the door or window frame 101, once it is fixed at the opening. Figure 3c is a so-called embrasure laying mode, wherein the slides 109,111 are adjacent to the front side faces 115,117 of the frame and fixed on the side walls 103,105 of the opening. According to the method of installation in new construction, illustrated in Figures 4a, 4b, 4c, this mode is of course not limiting, the slides 109,111 are adjacent to the front side faces 115,117 of the door frame or window and fixed on the side walls 103,105 of the opening, as shown in Figure 4a. The lintel is arranged at the level of the construction, in the upper part 119 of the opening located above the frame of the door or window. Side reservations 121,123 are provided at the lintel, as shown in Figure 4b. These reservations are able to receive the operating elements of the shutter according to this design mode. The assembly system 1 according to the invention comprises a cheek 3 which consists of a bottom 5 and an outline 7 extending laterally with respect to the bottom 5. In the rehabilitation mode, the bottom 5 receives a cover, not shown, which is fixed on the lateral contour 7 in a plane parallel to said bottom 5, this cache delimiting the lateral ends of the trunk. The bottom comprises in the central part an opening 9 for mounting pivotally connected to one of the axial ends 11 of the drum 13 to allow the rotation thereof when actuating the operating elements. The lateral contour 7 extending relative to the bottom 5 of the cheek 3 is arranged to define a receiving zone 15 of the operating elements of the shutter. These operating elements of the roller shutter are known to those skilled in the art, and consist in rotating the winding drum 13 of the apron. The assembly system 1 comprises an assembly lug 17 which is arranged to allow the attachment of the cheek 5, and thus that of the trunk, to the upper end 19 of the lateral slides 21. This lug 17 is arranged in the lower part the bottom of the cheek 5, preferably at its angular end 23, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. This connecting lug 17 is attached or integrated in a receiving chamber 25, 26 defined on the slides 21, 22. The assembly system 1 also comprises a blade guide TJ which is arranged in the lower part of the cheek, this blade guide extending in the opposite direction of the lateral contour 7, relative to the bottom 5 of the cheek 3. The blade guide 27 is arranged in alignment with a guiding zone 29,30 of the rolling shutter blades, defined on the slide 21,22, and makes it possible to engage the end of the apron in said guiding zone 29,30. The assembly lug 17 is constituted by a longitudinal-shaped plate, as shown in FIG. 1. This plate is either preserved as it is or folded for use on at least two slides 21, 22 having in particular a different design. one being able to be used during the installation of roller shutters in housing rehabilitation mode, and the other being able to be used when installing roller shutters in the new home construction mode. Indeed, the mode of installation in rehabilitation and the mode in new construction require the use of slides 21,22 which have a different design, especially with regard to the receiving chamber 25,26 of the bracket 17, this difference in design being due to the fact that in rehabilitation, the receiving chamber 26, illustrated in Figure 2, corresponds to the width of the receiving zone 15 required for housing of the operating elements. While for the installation in new construction, the receiving zone 15 is integrated in one of the lateral bookings provided in the new construction above the joinery, as shown in Figure 4c, the maneuver is often deported from the zone 15 in this lateral reservation. Thus, the same cheek 3 can be used both in rehabilitation mode and in new construction mode. For this, the receiving chamber 26 on the slides 22 used in renovation is more important than the receiving chamber 25 on the slides 21 used in new construction, the receiving chamber 26 for the slides 22 under renovation having a width corresponding to the width of the reception zone 15 of the operating elements defined by the lateral contour 7 on the cheek 3. In a preferential and nonlimiting manner, the lower face 125 of the lateral contour 7 of the cheek 3 is aligned with the door jamb or window, the reception zone 15 straddling the door or window jamb and the reservation 121,123 side of the construction, as shown in Figure 4c. The assembly lug 17, constituted by a flat of longitudinal shape, is able to be folded at its end 31, as shown in FIG. 2, so as to form an angled shape at the end 31 of the lug 17 , said angled shape being introduced into the receiving chamber 26 to ensure positioning of the lug 17 resting on a partition wall 33 between the receiving chamber 26 and the guide zone 30 on the slide 22, and thus allow a appropriate positioning of the blade guide 27 with respect to the guide zone 30 of the blades on the slide 22. Preferably, the assembly system 1 uses a complementary part 35, illustrated in FIG. 2, which has the dimensions adapted to the receiving chamber 26 of the slide to ensure the positioning of the lug 17 resting on a partition wall. 33 and the proper alignment of the blade guide 27 with the guide zone 30. This complementary piece 35, in particular called pad, also has the function of preventing the lug 17 from falling off the cheek 3. This stud 35 is in particular provided for the laying in rehabilitation; in new construction, this stud is replaced by a flattened arranged on the leg 17 adapted to abut on the cheek which represents a locking clip to maintain the said tab in the retracted position. Indeed, during transport, the shutter being conditioned, the tab 17 is kept in the retracted position, folded into the cheek. During the installation of the cheek, the tab 17 is extracted from it, its holding in the extracted position being provided by the locking clip. The tab 17 is kept flat to allow the arrangement of the cheek 3 on the slide 21 provided for laying in new construction, as shown in Figure 1. For this, the flat tab 17 is introduced directly into the receiving chamber 25 of a slide 21 provided for laying in new construction, without folding the lug 17 at its end 31. The lug 17 therefore has dimensions corresponding to those of the receiving chamber 25 on the slide 21 provided for laying in new construction, the lateral contour 15 of the cheek 3 being in this case released in an outer zone with respect to the receiving chamber 25 on the slide 21 . According to a preferred embodiment, the assembly tab 17 is attached in the lower part of the cheek 3, at its angular end 23, and is housed on one of the lateral sides of the bottom 5 of the cheek 3. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the blade guide 27 is attached to the lower part of the bottom 5 of the cheek 3. The blade guide 27 is disposed on the lateral side opposite the lateral contour 7 defining the receiving zone 15 of the elements of FIG. maneuver. According to a variant of design, the blade guide 27 can be directly molded in the lower part of the bottom of the cheek, on the lateral side opposite the lateral contour. According to a variant, the system has an interface 37 shown in FIG. 1. This interface 37 is arranged to allow the blade guide 27 to be adapted to different dimensions of the guide zone 29 on the slide 21. This interface 37 also makes it possible to adapt the tab 17 to different reception chamber dimensions 25. This interface 37 is in particular provided for the use of the assembly system 1 in the new construction installation mode. The interface 37 has a positioning tab 39 intended to be inserted into the receiving chamber 25 on the slide 21. The section of the positioning tab 39 is of dimension corresponding to that of the receiving chamber 25 to ensure a proper retention of the positioning tab 39 in said chamber 25. The interface 37 is positioned at the upper end of the the slide 21 by means of two abutments 43, 45 arranged on said interface 37 which bear on the opposite edges 47, 49 in the guide chamber 29 of the slide 21. The interface 37 also comprises a part 51 able to receive and to properly position the blade guide 27 relative to the slide 21. The portion 51 preferably comprises the two stops 43,45 and comprises an opening 53 arranged to properly receive the blade guide 27 and cooperate therewith when guiding the apron . The positioning tab 39 is provided with an opening 57 opening, in which is housed the assembly tab of the cheek 3 during its insertion into the receiving chamber 25 provided on the slide 21. This orifice 57 is positioned at above the receiving chamber 25 when positioning the interface 37 on the slide 21. Thus, the interface 37 is held in position in the slide 21 by means, on the one hand, of the positioning tab 39 and abutments 43, 45 and, on the other hand, of the assembly tab 17 of the play 3 on the slide 21. As shown in Figure 1, the assembly system comprises a strut 59 which is arranged to be reported between the cheek 3 and the boot of the roller shutter during laying in new construction. This strut 59 limits the forces applied to the bracket 17 of the cheek 3 placed on the slide 21. This strut 59 comprises a square shape whose one end 61 is secured to the cheek 3 at the lateral contour 7, and the other end 63 is secured to the trunk. As shown in Figure 1, the system 1 preferably comprises locking means 65 of the winding shaft or drum 13 on the cheek 3 when laying in the new construction mode. These locking means 65 consist, for example, of a pin which allows a translation stop of the axial end 11 of the winding shaft 13 relative to the bottom 5 of the cheek 3.
