专利说明:
CLOTHESPIN The invention relates to a clothespin consisting of two halves which are provided for being hinged and detachably connected at the height of a hinge section, the clothespin when the halves are hinged and detachably connected at the height of the hinge section the hinge part consists of a pinch part for pinching an object and on the opposite side of the hinge part consists of an operating part for opening and closing the pinch part, the operating part comprising a spring system for closing the pinch part after it has been closed opened, the operating part comprising a spring system for closing the pinch part back after it has been opened, wherein at least the first of the two halves at the level of the hinge part is provided with at least one first element with a hook-shaped end defining a cavity, and the second va n the halves comprises at least one second element which is provided to be introduced at least partially into the cavity, the hook-shaped end and the second element provided on the second half being designed such that the part of the second element provided on the second half located in the cavity can pivot in this cavity, the hook-shaped end comprising a first part extending substantially in the height direction of the clothespin which prevents the portion of the cloth from moving apart between the two halves in the longitudinal direction of the clothespin the second element provided on the second half and inserted into the cavity could leave the cavity, and wherein the first element comprises two first elements provided with a hook-shaped end with a gap in the width direction of the clothespin. To date, different types of clothespins are known that consist of two halves that are hinged and detachably connected at the height of a hinge part. On the one hand, there are clothespins that are made up of two separate parts, being two parts that are not connected to each other at the level of their hinge portion before joining the two halves of the clothespin, and which are held together in the connected state at the level of the hinge part. The most well-known clothespin here comprises two halves (also referred to as legs) which are hingedly connected at the level of a hinge part with the aid of a pre-stressed coil spring, wherein on one side of the hinge part there is a pinch part which is provided for pinching of an object, and on the opposite side thereof comprising an operating part which is provided for opening and closing the hinge part. By manually operating the operating part, or in other words by bringing the halves of the clothes peg together by means of a (manual) compressive force, the halves are opened at the level of the pinching part or in other words moved away from each other . The pre-stressed coil spring ensures that the halves close again at the level of the pinch portion after opening thereof. A drawback of such a clothes peg is that over time the coil spring will corrode and therefore rust. If this coil spring is not galvanized properly, this corrosion even occurs very quickly. On the other hand, clothespins are also known which are made in one piece, the two halves of the clothespin being connected to each other at the level of the hinge section before the two halves of the clothespin are connected, for example by means of an integrally formed resilient portion. Various embodiments of such clothes pegs are already known. For example, FR 2 615 873, GB 1 225 812, GB 2 342 117, GB 1 335 650 and WO 97/20979 describe clothespins which are made in one piece and which are detachably connected to each other at the hinge part. The hinge part is thereby designed in various ways. The drawback of all embodiments is that, due to the design of the hinge part with which the halves at the height of this hinge part are hinged and releasably connected to each other, these hinges are not firm. As a result, there is a real risk that when applying pressure to the halves of the clothespin at the level of the operating part against the spring force of the spring system, as a result of which these halves move towards each other in the operating part and whereby the pinching part starts to open, the elements from which the hinged part is constructed move apart and this hinged part consequently comes loose. JP 52 140928 shows a clothespin consisting of two releasable halves pivotally connected in a hinged portion in a fused state to form a pinch portion and operating portion, the operating portion comprising a spring system, and wherein the hinge portion is formed by one half being hook-shaped part comprising delimiting a cavity in which a part of the other half is hingedly received. Also with this clothespin the assembled parts can come loose again quite easily. The object of the invention is therefore to provide a clothes peg with the features indicated in the first paragraph of this description, wherein the hinge part realizes a more reliable connection of the assembled halves such that the chance is very small or even zero that these halves can come off again during the use of the clothespin. This object of the invention is solved by providing such a clothes peg wherein, according to this invention, the first parts of each of the hook-shaped ends, when the clothes peg is viewed in the longitudinal direction thereof, face each other, and wherein the second element includes elements that are complementary to said first elements to form the hinge portion. In this way a clothespin is obtained which consists of two halves which are detachably and hingably connected to each other at the level of a hinge part, and which can be manufactured both from one piece and from two separate halves, the two halves of the clothespin at the height of the hinged part are held together by means of a firm and reliable connection, such that the halves cannot separate from one another, neither when the operating part is squeezed by a compressive force against the spring force of the spring system, nor at the exerting forces directed along the longitudinal direction of the clothespin on these halves, whereby the chance is very small or even zero that the two halves at the level of the hinge part can come apart during the use of the clothespin. In a preferred embodiment of a clothes peg according to the invention, at least the first half at the level of the hinge part comprises two elements arranged with a gap in the width direction of the clothes peg next to each other with a hook-shaped end, the first parts of each of the hook-shaped ends, when the clothespin is viewed in the longitudinal direction thereof, are facing each other. In an advantageous embodiment of a clothespin according to the invention, the elements provided on the second half are each designed as an element provided with a hook-shaped end, the first parts of the elements provided on the second half being delimited in the cavities by the elements provided for in the first half can be inserted, and vice versa. In a preferred form, the two adjacent elements (7a, 7b or 7c, 7d) of one half (1a and 1b, respectively) are arranged such that the opening of the one element (7a and 7c) in the direction of the operating section (4), and the opening of the other element (7b and 7d, respectively) is in the direction of the pinch portion (3). In yet another embodiment, the two elements arranged side by side are designed without gaps. By designing the hinge part as interlocking elements as embodied according to the invention, in particular which are provided with a first part which extends substantially in the height direction of the clothespin and which prevents the halves of the halves of the clothespin in the longitudinal direction thereof, and which moreover are provided for hooking together releasably and hingedly, an even stronger connection of the halves at the hinge portion of the clothespin is obtained. In a more advantageous embodiment of a clothespin according to the invention, the second half of the clothespin is provided with two elements with a hook-shaped end arranged next to each other with a gap in the width direction of the clothespin. When the first and second half of the clothespin respectively comprise two elements provided with a hook-shaped end adjacent to each other with a gap in the width direction of the clothespin, the hook-shaped ends of these two elements are arranged relative to each other such that when the clothespin is viewed in its width direction, with a projection of the hook-shaped ends of these two elements on a vertical plane, the projection of the first part of the hook-shaped end of the one element extending at least partially within the projection of the cavity delimited is passed through the hook-shaped end of the other element, and vice versa. In a particular embodiment of a clothes peg according to the invention, each of the hook-shaped ends comprises a second part which connects to the first part and which extends substantially in the longitudinal direction of the clothes peg, and each of the hook-shaped ends comprises a third part which connects against the second part and which extends mainly in the height direction of the clothespin. In a more special embodiment of a clothespin according to the invention, the second parts are rounded. This is a very suitable embodiment in order to obtain a good pivotability of the halves relative to each other. In a preferred embodiment of a clothespin according to the invention, at least one of the halves, preferably the two halves, is provided at the height of the hinge portion on the outside thereof with a wall extending in the height direction of the clothespin which is provided such that this prevents the two halves of the clothespin from moving apart in the width direction thereof when these two halves move apart. This wall can be very minimal in this case to ensure that when the two halves of the clothes peg move apart in the width direction of the clothes peg, they could not move apart. In a more preferred embodiment of a clothes peg according to the invention, the wall (s) extend substantially to the underside of the first parts of the hook-shaped ends. In a special embodiment of a clothes peg according to the invention, the space between the elements lying adjacent to each other in the width direction of the clothes peg is designed as an elongated opening which extends obliquely with respect to the longitudinal direction of the clothes peg ash. In this way the two halves of the clothes peg can be hingedly connected to each other by means of a turning movement. In a preferred embodiment of a clothespin according to the invention, at least one of the halves, preferably both halves, is provided with blocking means to prevent the halves in the width direction of the clothespin relative to each other in the closed position of the pinch section. can be shifted. In a more preferred embodiment of a clothespin according to the invention, at least one of the halves, preferably the two halves, is provided at the level of the squeezing portion with a protrusion which fits into an opening provided on the other half. In an advantageous embodiment of a clothes peg according to the invention, the two halves of the clothes peg are of identical design. By designing the two halves identically, a very large economic advantage is obtained, in particular that only one mold has to be produced. In a particular embodiment of a clothespin according to the invention, the two halves are separate halves. In a more special embodiment of a clothespin according to the invention, the spring system consists of a pleated leaf spring which can be releasably coupled to the two separate parts. In an even more special embodiment of a clothespin according to the invention, each of the two separate halves is provided with a notch into which one end of the leaf spring can be releasably inserted. This invention will now be further elucidated with reference to the following detailed description of a preferred clothespin according to the invention. The purpose of this description is only to provide a clarifying example and to indicate further advantages and details of this invention, and thus can in no way be interpreted as a limitation of the scope of the invention or of the patent rights claimed in the claims. A preferred embodiment of a clothes peg (1) according to the invention consists of two separate halves (1a, 1b). These halves (1a, 1b) are hinged and releasably connected to each other at the level of a hinge section (2). On one side of the hinge section (2) a pinch section (3) is provided which is provided to hold an object in its closed state. On the other opposite side of the hinge section (2), an operating section (4) is provided. This operating part (4) is provided with a spring system (5) that can be releasably coupled to the operating part (4). This spring system (5) ensures that when a compressive force is exerted on the operating part (4), or in other words, the two halves (1a, 1b) of the clothespin (1) at the height of this operating part (4) are brought together, whereby on the other side the two halves (1a, 1b) move away from each other at the level of the pinch part (3), and the pinch part (3) opens, the pinch part (3) returns to the original state being the state in which the two halves (1a, 1b) are pressed against each other at the level of the pinch section (3), and thus the operating section (4) returns to the original open position. In this preferred embodiment of the clothespin (1), this spring system (5) consists of a pleated leaf spring which can be inserted inside a notch (6) provided in the two halves (1a, 1b). The spring system (5) can be made of different materials. For example, the spring system (5) may consist of a metal core that is sprayed over by means of a plastic. It is more advantageous to design the spring system (5) entirely from a plastic that has sufficient flexibility and sufficient resilience. An example of such a material is the thermoplastic plastic POM (Polyoxymethylene), which has very good resilient properties. The hinge part (2) is designed such that at least the first of the two halves (1a or 1b) is provided with at least one element (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) with a hook-shaped end (8) defining a cavity (9) . The second of the halves (1b or 1a) comprises at least one element (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) which is provided to be introduced at least partially into the cavity (9). The hook-shaped end (8) and the cavity (9) are thereby designed such that the part of the element (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) provided on the second half (1b, 1a) is located in the cavity (9) can hinges. Moreover, the hook-shaped end (8) is provided with a first part (10a) extending substantially in the height direction (h) of the clothespin (1) which prevents the two halves (1a, 1b) from moving apart the longitudinal direction of the clothes peg (1), the part of the element 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) which is arranged on the second half (1b, 1a) and which is inserted into the cavity (9), from the cavity (9 ) could move and thus leave this cavity (9). The hinge part (2) can be designed in different ways. It is thus possible to provide one half (1a or 1b) of the clothes peg (1) with one or more elements (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) with a hook-shaped end (8) as described above, i.e. each of which the hook-shaped ends (8) are provided with a first part (10a) extending substantially in the height direction (h) of the clothespin (1) which prevents the two halves (1a, 1b) from moving apart in the lengthwise direction of the clothes peg (1), the part of the element (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) which is arranged on the second half (1b, 1a) and which is located in said cavity (9), from said cavity (9) could move and thus leave this cavity (9), and provide the other half (1b or 1a) with one or more tubular elements (not shown in the figures) which serve as hinge axis around which the hook-shaped ends (8) can hinge. Furthermore, it is also possible to provide each half (1a, 1b) with one or more elements (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) with a hook-shaped end (8), each of these hook-shaped ends (8) being provided with a first part (10a) extending substantially in the height direction (h) of the clothes peg (1) which, when the two halves (1a, 1b) move apart, the part in the longitudinal direction of the clothes peg (1), of the element (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) is located in a respective cavity (9) that could move out of said cavity (9). These hook-shaped ends (8) are also directed towards each other. These hook-shaped ends (8) which have to hook into each other are directed towards each other. These hook-shaped ends (8) are, in addition to the first part (10a), provided with a second part (10b) which extends substantially in the longitudinal direction (1) of the clothes peg (1), and a third part (10c) which again substantially extends in the height direction (h) of the clothes peg (1). The third part (10c) forms the closed end of the hook-shaped end (8), while the first part (10a) forms the open end of the hook-shaped end (8). The hook-shaped ends (8) are thereby rounded. In the preferred embodiment of the clothespin (1) according to the invention, each of the two halves (1a, 1b) is provided with two elements (7a, 7b, 7c, arranged next to each other with a space (11) in the width direction (b). 7d) with a hook-shaped end (8) as described above. The two elements (7a, 7b or 7c, 7d) arranged next to each other are arranged in such a way that the opening of the one element (7a and 7c) in the direction of the operating part (4) and the opening of the other element (7b and 7d, respectively) is in the direction of the pinch portion (3). The elements (7a, 7b and 7c, 7d, respectively) arranged on one half (1a or 1b) are arranged with respect to each other such that when the clothespin (1) is viewed in its width direction, a projection of the hook-shaped ends (8) of these two elements (7a, 7b and 7c, 7d, respectively) on a vertical plane, the projection of the first part (10a) of the hook-shaped end of the one element (7a and 7c, respectively) partially extending within the projection of the cavity (9) defined by the hook-shaped end (8) of the other element (7b and 7d, respectively) and vice versa. The gap (11) preferably extends obliquely with respect to the axis extending in the longitudinal direction (1) of the clothes peg (1). In this way the two halves (1a, 1b) can be connected to each other by means of a rotational movement. This oblique, elongated opening (11) can, for example, extend at an angle of 45 ° to the axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the clothes peg. Each of the halves (1a, 1b) at the height of the hinge section (2) is provided with a wall (12) extending in the height direction (h) of the clothes peg (1) which is provided such that it prevents the two halves (1a, 1b) of the clothes peg (1) could move apart when the two halves (1a, 1b) move apart in the width direction (b) of the clothes peg (1a, 1b). This wall (12) does not necessarily have to extend over the full height of one half (1a, 1b), but can also extend over a part of the height thereof, so long as this wall (12) is moving the halves (1a, 1b) apart in the width direction (b) of the clothespin (1) prevents the halves (1a, 1b) from moving apart. At least one of the halves (1a, 1b) of the clothespin (1), and preferably both halves (1a, 1b), is provided with blocking means (13) which prevent the pinch section (3) from closing in the closed position. halves (1a, 1b) can be shifted relative to each other in the width direction (b) of the clothespin (1). At least one of the halves (1a, 1b), preferably both halves (1a, 1b), is provided with a projection (13a) at the level of the pinch portion (3) that fits into an opening (13b) provided with is on the other half. As is the case with the preferred embodiment of the clothespin (1) according to the invention, the two halves (1a, 1b) are preferably of identical design. For the manufacture of a clothes peg (1) provided with a plastic core (14) with one or more cavities (15) extending from the outer surface (14a) of the plastic core (14) to at least partially inside the plastic core (14), the plastic core (14) over-injected with a plastic layer (16). The cavities (15) in which no plastic stomachs run during the over-injection of the plastic core (14) are closed with one or more sealing elements (17) which extend within the space defined by the respective cavity (s) (15) in which these sealing elements ( 17) and wherein the outer surface (17a) of these sealing elements (17) is located in substantially the same plane as the outer surface of the plastic core (16). The plastic layer (16) can be a soft or a hard plastic, and can be the same plastic as the plastic from which the plastic core (14) is made, as a different plastic. The plastic core (14) is preferably made of a hard plastic and the plastic layer (16) is made of a non-slip material. Non-slip material provides more grip on the clothes peg (1) when pressure is exerted on the operating part (4) of the clothes peg (1) at the end of the squeezing part. In the preferred embodiment of the clothespin (1) according to the invention, the cavities (15), which are sealed with a sealing element (17), are formed during the injection molding of the plastic core (14) to form the above-described elements (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) with hook-shaped ends (8). These cavities (15) extend through the full height of the plastic core (14). The elements (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) extend within the full width of the plastic core (14), and the elements (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) extend within the full width of this cavity (15) , but protrude such that the two halves (1a, 1b) of the clothespin (1) could be hingedly connected to each other. However, such cavities (15) can also arise during the injection molding of the plastic core (14), generally during the formation of functional elements of the clothes peg (1) which are provided with one or more bent and / or folded parts. These functional elements may not be provided with a layer of plastic during the over-injection of the plastic core (14) as this would completely or partially lose their functionality. In the clothespin (1) according to the invention, other cavities (18) are provided in the plastic core (14). However, these cavities (18) may overflow with plastic during the over-injection of the plastic core (14).
