专利说明:
FENCE This invention relates to a fence comprising at least one fence post, at least one fence panel and at least one retaining element that forms part of the fence post or is attached to it for attaching the fence panel to the fence post and comprising snap means for snapping the fence panel into the retaining element. To install fences, wire panels are often attached to fence posts. For this purpose, clamping rings, brackets, adapted clamping pieces etc. are usually used, whereby a wire panel is clamped between these clamping rings, brackets, clamping pieces, etc. and the fence post, so that screwdrivers or other accessories are required when placing the fence. A multitude of fence posts have already been developed, whereby wire panels can be attached to fence posts without the use of such fittings. The first developments in this regard were fencing as described, for example, in FR 2 676 488 A1 or EP 1 306 502 A1, in which wire panels are attached to the fence posts according to a hook system. With this, fence panels can, however, be attached less securely to fence posts, and disassembly remains easily achievable. In practice, in addition to such a hook system, fastening means will often also be used to fix the fence panels more firmly to the fence posts and / or to hinder or prevent dismantling thereof. Namely, it is undesirable that intruders can simply penetrate a fence by disassembling it, or that when, for example, a ball is projected against the fence with relatively great force, a fence panel comes off undesirably. In order to attach fence panels more firmly to fence posts, thereby preventing their disassembly, a fence was developed as described in EP 1 736 617 A1, comprising click means for snapping a vertical wire from a wire panel to the fence post. In order to prevent dismantling of the fence, these click means are provided in such a way that loosening of the vertical wire after being clicked in with the aid of the click means is prevented by these click means. However, completely preventing dismantling of a fence is often undesirable. When mounting the fence, one may want to release a clicked-in fence panel. After mounting the fence, it may be that, for example, with a fence that has been installed around a garden, it may occasionally be desired to open this fence again to carry out work in the garden. The frequency of this is usually low, so that one does not want to provide a gate for this in the fence, but still high enough to avoid having to break the fence for this purpose or to be strongly prevented from loosening it again. There is therefore a great demand for fencing in which disassembly is made difficult in such a way that intruders are strongly prevented when they want to penetrate the fence, and in such a way that fence panels cannot come off undesirably, but in which disassembly is not made impossible or overly prevented. The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a fence in which a fence panel can be securely attached to a fence post without the need for additional fittings on site, and whereby dismantling thereof is made difficult without completely preventing it or require additional fittings for this purpose. This object is achieved by providing a fence comprising - at least one fence post; at least one fence panel; at least one retaining element that forms part of the fencing post or is attached to it for attaching the fencing panel to the fencing post comprising snap means for snapping the fencing panel into the retaining member, wherein the retaining member comprises two or more snap means positioned relative to each other such that the fence panel is successively clickable in two or more directions in this holding element, by successively clicking this fence panel in at least a first direction with the aid of a first set of click means of said click means and clicking in a second direction with the aid of a second set of click means of said click means. By attaching a fence panel to a fence post in several directions, without preventing it from being released again, disassembly is made difficult in such a way that an intruder cannot penetrate the fence quickly and the chance of being caught is increased. For example, when a ball is projected against the fence with great force, a fence post will at most be clicked loose with respect to one of the click means, if the force acting on the fence panel mainly occurs in the click direction of these click means. However, the fence panel will continue to be clicked with the aid of the other click means, because the force acting on the fence panel not only occurs in a different direction, but is also largely absorbed by the click-off relative to the click means from which the fence panel is clicked-off. Preferably the first set of click means of such a fence is adapted to snap the fence panel into this holding element in a direction perpendicular to or parallel to the plane of this fence panel and the second set of click means is adapted to snap the fence panel into this holding element in a direction parallel to or perpendicular to the plane of this fence panel, respectively. Even more preferred are the snap means for snapping the fence panel in a direction parallel to the plane of the fence panel than adapted for snapping the fence panel in a direction away from the fence post. When a fence panel is then fitted between two fence panels with the aid of such retaining elements, this can be tensioned in this way between these fence panels, as a result of which such a fence panel can be disassembled from such a fence again less easily after mounting. In a more specific embodiment of a fence according to the present invention, the fence panel is in the form of a wire panel comprising a set of horizontal wires which, in the mounted state of the fence, extend substantially horizontally and a set of vertical wires, which, in the mounted state of the fence, extend vertically and the holding element is adapted to hold at least one vertical wire from the fence panel to secure the fence panel to the fence post. Retaining elements can also be adapted to retain at least one horizontal wire of such a fence panel. However, dismantling such a fence panel is more difficult when at least one vertical wire is clicked into a holding element adapted for this purpose. Preferably, the holding element then comprises a first cavity in which the vertical wire of the fence panel can be applied via the first set of snap elements and a second cavity in which the vertical wire of the fence panel can be applied via the second set of snap elements. Holding elements adapted for holding at least one horizontal wire can be worked out in an analogous manner. Even more specifically, the holding element forms part of a fixing element that can be attached to the said fence post. However, retaining elements of such a fence can also form part of a fence post. The manufacture of a fence post in which the retaining elements are incorporated, however, usually requires a difficult and / or cumbersome production process. It is then easier to manufacture the retaining elements separately, forming part of a fastening element. These can then be produced, for example, by injection molding. So that no screwdrivers or other accessories would be required when mounting the fence, these fixing elements can then already be attached to the fence post during production. Such a fixing element then preferably comprises a first holding element for fixing a first fence panel to the fence post and a second holding element for fixing a second fence panel to the fence post. The fixing element is preferably further symmetrical in structure, wherein the retaining elements extend after attachment of the fixing element to the fence post on either side of the fence post. Fence panels which are attached to a fence post with the aid of such fixing elements can therefore also extend on either side of this fence post. In order to ensure an extremely strong connection of the fixing element to the fence post, the fixing element preferably adjoins the fence post in several directions after attachment to the fence post. Preferably, the fence post then comprises at least a substantially flat rear side and at least two substantially flat side surfaces, the attachment element after attachment to the fence post extends substantially along the rear of the fence post and the retaining elements extend at least partially after attachment of the attachment element to the fence post next to the side faces. Also, in order to obtain a firm connection of the fixing element to the fence post, the fence post is preferably made hollow and the fixing element comprises a part which after attachment to the fence post extends at least partially in the cavity of the fence post. The fixing element can furthermore be made of plastic in a preferred manner, so that its desired shape can easily be realized via, for example, injection molding. This invention will now be further elucidated with reference to the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of a fence according to the present invention. The purpose of this description is to give only illustrative examples and to indicate further advantages and details of this fence, and thus cannot be interpreted as limiting the scope of the invention or the patent rights claimed in the claims. In this detailed description reference is made to the accompanying drawings by reference numerals, in which - figure 1 shows a part of a fence according to the present invention with two wire panels, which are attached to a fence post by means of fastening elements; figure 2 shows a part of a fence according to the present invention in top view, wherein a wire panel is attached to a fence post by means of a fixing element; figure 3 shows a fixing element of a fence according to the present invention in perspective in front view; figure 4 shows the fixing element of figure 3 in perspective in rear view; figure 5 shows the fastening element of figure 3 in top view; figure 6 shows the fastening element of figure 3 in front view; Figure 7 is a sectional view of the fastening element of Figure 3 along the axis AA of Figure 6; figure 8 shows a fence post of a fence according to the present invention in perspective, wherein three fixing elements were pre-mounted on this fence post; figures 9 to 11 show in top steps of the fixing element from figure 3 in successive steps how a wire panel is attached to these fixing elements by arranging a vertical wire of this wire panel in the cavities of this fixing element via the click means. A fence (1) according to the present invention, as partially shown in figures 1 and 2, comprises one or more fence posts (2) and one or more fence panels (3). Furthermore, this illustrated embodiment of a fence (1) according to the invention comprises several fixing elements (4) with which the fence panels (3) can be attached to the fence posts (2). The fence posts (2) shown in Figures 1, 2 and 8 are hollow posts with a simple basic shape, so that they can easily be produced. They include a substantially flat rear (2a), two substantially flat side faces (2b) and a curved front (2c). These fence posts (2) can be manufactured, for example, from an aluminum alloy, or from steel, or from plastic, etc. and can be manufactured, for example, via creases, or via welding, or via injection molding, etc. These are preferably made from galvanized steel. The fence panels (3) are wire panels and comprise horizontal wires (3a) and vertical wires (3b) that are welded together at the places where they intersect. These wires (3a, 3b) are preferably made from galvanized steel. The fastening elements (4) shown in Figures 1 to 11 are made of plastic via injection molding. However, fastening elements (4) according to the same fastening principle could also be made from other materials and / or via other production methods. The fixing elements (4) are of symmetrical construction and comprise two retaining elements (11), each for fixing a fence panel (3). These fixing elements (4) are attachable to a fence post (3) and can be pre-mounted thereto, as shown in figure 8. After mounting, a part (5) of these fixing elements (4) extends at least partially in the cavity (12) of the fence post (2), as shown in Figure 2. This part (5) can be designed in such a way that, after fixing this part in the cavity (12), the fastening element (4) with the aid of a nail (6) by attaching this part (5) to the fence post (2), this part (5) is pressed in a direction perpendicular to this nail (6) in the cavity (12) and thus the fastening element (4) in the cavity. The retaining elements (11) of these fastening elements (4) extend after fastening of the fastening elements (4) on either side of the fence post (2) and at least partially next to the side faces (2b) of this fence post (2), as also seen is in figure 2. In this way an extremely strong connection of the fastening elements (4) with the fence post (2) is achieved. Each retaining element (11) comprises a first set of snap means (8) for snapping a vertical wire (3b) of the fence panel (3) into a first cavity (7) of this retaining element (11) in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the fence panel (3) and a second set of snap means (10) for snapping the fence panel (3) into a second cavity (9) of this holding element (11) in a direction parallel to the plane of this fence panel (3), such as is shown in figures 2 to 7 and 9 to 11. In figures 9 to 11 the successive steps for snapping this vertical wire (3b) into the cavity (9) of the fence panel are clearly ( 3) shown. To this end, as shown in Figure 9, the vertical wire (3b) is first placed in front of the opening of the holding element (11), which is delimited by the first click means (8). This opening is narrower than the diameter of the vertical wire (3b). This vertical wire (3b) is then pushed through said opening in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the fence panel (3) into the first cavity (7). For this purpose, the holding element (11) will temporarily deform elastically to temporarily enlarge said opening, so that the vertical wire (3b) is passed. The vertical thread (3b) is hereby clicked into the first cavity (7) via the first click means (8). The vertical wire (3b) is then located in the cavity (7) for the opening which is delimited by the second click means (10). This opening is also narrower than the diameter of the vertical wire (3b). This vertical wire (3b) is then pushed through this last-mentioned opening into the second cavity (9). To this end, the holding element (11) will again temporarily deform elastically so as to temporarily enlarge the latter opening, so that the vertical wire (3b) is passed. The vertical thread (3b) is hereby clicked into the second cavity (9) via the second click means (10).
