专利说明:
Screen profile. and screen installation provided with such a screen profile The invention relates to a screen profile for a screen installation intended for a greenhouse or greenhouse, which screen profile is defined by a top side, a bottom side, a back side that can be turned towards a screen cloth of the screen installation, and a front side facing away from the back side and which screen profile is at least a base sleeve comprises, an upper mounting profile at the top such as for top wire guides of the screen installation, a lower mounting profile at the bottom such as for lower wire guides of the screen installation, a body extending upward from the basic sleeve, as well as a rear profile of the screen profile retaining device for the screen cloth, wherein the upper mounting profile is shifted backwards with respect to the lower mounting profile. Such a screen profile is known from Dutch patent specification 1,011,545. This known screen profile has a base sleeve at the rear of which both fixing profiles for the lower and upper wire guides are located. Due to the torsional stiffness of the basic sleeve, the screen profile has acceptable stiffness properties. Moreover, the body protrudes relative to the base sleeve, whereby the desired bending stiffness is also obtained. The mounting profile for the upper wire guide is attached to the rear of the base tube by means of an obliquely rearwardly facing body. This construction leads to the dimension of the screen profile being relatively large in the horizontal direction and transversely of the longitudinal direction. This means that the total package consisting of the screen profile and the compressed screen cloth is relatively large. This is disadvantageous because in that state the package causes quite a lot of shadow. This is also caused by the fact that the compressed screen cloth lies against the rear side of the basic profile and against the body present there. The object of the invention is to provide a screen profile which on the one hand has the desired torsional stiffness and bending stiffness and which on the other hand offers the possibility of making the package consisting of screen profile and compressed screen cloth smaller in order to minimize the shadowing effect. This object is achieved in that the body extends rearwardly from the front side of the basic sleeve. In the screen profile according to the invention, the basic sleeve also provides the desired torsional rigidity. The protruding body provides the desired bending stiffness. However, since the body has been moved forward with respect to the base sleeve, additional space is formed above that base sleeve for receiving at least a portion of the compressed seherm cloth. The advantage thereof is that the total thickness of the package consisting of the new screen profile and the compressed screen cloth can be smaller, so that the shadow effect of that package is also smaller. A cavity is formed, as it were, in the screen profile which can be filled with a part of the compressed screen cloth, so that the desired light gain is obtained while retaining the strength and stiffness properties of the screen profile which are necessary for forming the package. A further increase in these strength and stiffness properties is obtained in that, as mentioned above, the upper fixing profile is shifted backwards with respect to the lower fixing profile. The desired cavity for receiving a part of the compressed screen cloth is thereby retained, while the dimension of the screen profile increases horizontally transversely to the longitudinal direction without this leading to a thicker package. The upper mounting profile extends over the compressed Screen Cloth and overlaps it, without contributing to the thickness of the package. In particular, this favorable effect occurs if the fixing profiles are displaced so far relative to each other that they do not overlap each other, viewed in the direction from the front to the rear. The provision of a space for the compressed screen cloth can be further improved if the rear side of the base sleeve extends downwards and backwards. The lower fastening profile may comprise an undercut cavity that opens at the bottom. Thread guides known per se for the lower support wires can be received in that cavity. The upper mounting profile can likewise comprise an undercut cavity which opens out at the top, also for receiving per se known wire guides for the upper support wires. In a favorable embodiment, the lower mounting profile can be provided with a protective lip projecting backwards with respect to the mounting profile. Such a protective lip protects the compressed screen cloth against damage by preventing the screen cloth from coming into contact with the lower support wires. As already mentioned above, the screen profile is provided with a basic sleeve that can provide the required torsional rigidity. In a preferred embodiment, an auxiliary sleeve may be provided which is located at the top of the body. Such an auxiliary sleeve brings several advantages. First of all, this provides additional torsional and flexural rigidity. Furthermore, such an auxiliary sleeve provides advantages at that position in the extrusion process by means of which the screen profile is manufactured. Namely, in practice it appears that extruding a profile from a tube and a body can lead to undesired deformations as a result of the different cooling periods for the tube and the body. The sleeve encloses a space, as a result of which it can cool down less quickly than the body that is fully exposed to the outside air. To prevent deformations as much as possible, the auxiliary sleeve is provided at a distance from the basic sleeve, which auxiliary sleeve also cools down more slowly than the body. Because the body is surrounded on both sides by sleeves, bending forming during cooling is limited or omitted. The retaining device for the screen can be made in various ways. According to a preferred possibility, the retaining device for the screen can comprise a dam projecting at the rear of the body. The screen can then be secured to this dam by means of suitable clamps which grip over the screen folded on the dam. The invention further relates to a screen installation for a greenhouse or greenhouse, comprising a screen profile as described above, lower support wires and upper support wires extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the screen profile, lower and upper wire guides, respectively, provided on the lower and upper mounting profiles cooperating with the lower wire guides. respectively upper support wires, as well as a screen cloth of which an edge is attached to the retaining device. In a preferred embodiment, the screen profile is thereby provided with a dam which is continuous in the longitudinal direction, the edge of the screen cloth being provided with mutually spaced fixing elements which are accommodated on the dam. The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in the figures. Figure 1 shows a cross section through the screen profile according to the invention. Figure 2 shows the screen profile according to Figure 1 as part of a screen installation. The screen profile according to the invention shown in the figures has an upper side 1, a lower side 2, a rear side 3 and a front side 4. The screen profile consists of the base sleeve 5, an upper mounting profile 6 with an undercut cavity 19, a lower mounting profile 7 with an undercut cavity 23, a body 8 and a retaining profile 21 for the screen cloth 17 (see Fig. 2) and an auxiliary sleeve 10. In the shown example, the basic sleeve 5 has a trapezoidal shape, with a vertical front wall 11 and a rear wall that slopes downwards towards the rear. 12. The auxiliary sleeve 10, also shown in the example shown, has a cylindrical section. It is of course also possible that other shapes are chosen for these tubes. The front side 4 of the screen profile further has a groove 9, into which a flexible lip 22 can be received as will be shown in figure 2. The body 8 connects to the front side of the base tube 5 and runs obliquely upwards and backwards, towards the auxiliary tube 10 and the upper mounting profile 6 projecting backwards relative thereto. This upper mounting profile 6 is offset backwards relative to the lower mounting profile 7 such that it does not overlap. The dimension of the screen profile in the horizontal direction and transversely of the longitudinal direction of the screen profile is therefore relatively large, such that a relatively large bending stiffness in that direction is ensured. The screen profile is also relatively high, so that a relatively large bending stiffness is also ensured in that direction. Finally, the 5.10 sleeves provide the required torsional rigidity. As a result of the connection of the body 8 to the front side of the sleeve 5, a relatively large hollow space at the rear side 3 of the screen profile is obtained. There, therefore, there is much room for receiving an important part of the compressed screen cloth 17. The advantage thereof is that, with a screen profile with the required bending stiffness and torsional stiffness, a relatively small package of screen profile and compressed screen cloth can nevertheless be realized. In the view of figure 2 it can be seen that a wire guide 13 is present in the undercut cavity 19 of the upper fixing profile 6, and that a wire guide 14 is located in the undercut cavity 23 of the lower fixing profile 7. By means of these wire guides 13 and 14 respectively, the upper support wires 15 or lower support wires 16 can be slidably guided with respect to the screen profile. The screen cloth 17 is attached to the retaining profile 21 by means of spaced elements, such as clamps 18. The flexible lip 22 comes to lie in the extreme position of the screen profile against, for example, a girder, in connection with the closing of the screen installation.
