Because of the multiplicity of different consignments, the loading of containers requires the use of different means of transport and transport routes and access to them. The unloading of packets can be carried out, for example, by hand or that of pallets, by forklift, while the shipments are brought to the containers by conveyor belts or by toboggans. But at the same time, this means that, depending on the size of the type and the weight of the pieces of goods in packages, it is necessary to carry out loading operations of the containers in different, separate positions in the space. But the preparation and transport of containers is time consuming and expensive. In the state of the art, the loading of the containers is often carried out on toboggans installed in a fixed manner, very often on propeller slides, which transport the consignments until they are on the containers. But installing the slides in a fixed way makes it impossible to use other loading possibilities, for example using forklifts, or the limit a lot. It has been remedied so far by moving the containers into different loading positions to allow full loading. The present invention relates to a handling facility of materials for the transhipment of pieces of goods in packages, such that one can make both a contribution of the pieces of goods in packages to the containers by toboggans and also with the aid of other means of transport, such as forklifts or the like, in the same place. It is achieved according to the invention, in that the slide is mounted in the high level area on a support frame and can swing upwards around a pivoting bearing of a working position, connecting the two high levels , at a rest position so that the space becoming free, below the slide, can be used for other manipulations. By tilting the slide up near the high level, a space is provided below which can be traversed without difficulty, for example, by a forklift and which can be used to bring and remove pieces of goods in parcel especially those that are not suitable to be transported by the toboggan. According to the invention, the slide is articulated to a coupling member, one end of which is pivotally mounted on the support frame and at the other free end of which the slide is articulated so that when the body coupling rotates around the hinge point on the support frame, the lower end of the slide moves from the working position, connecting the two high levels, to the rest position, the upper end of the slide being mounted movably on the support frame so that the slide executes, in the manner of a rod of a link mechanism, a movement in the opposite direction to the direction of transport. For reasons of ergonomics, the discharge part of the toboggan, and therefore the lower end, must be placed in the immediate vicinity of the transport container to be loaded. In the case where the toboggan is tilted away, it could occur during the collapse of the collisions of the slide with the transport container if the slide was not removed at the same time as the transport container tilts. This is assured, in a safe manner according to the invention, by the displacement paths which correspond to a rod or crank mechanism. To ensure the displacement of the upper end of the slide, it is provided, according to a feature of the invention, to mount this sliding end on the support frame. The toboggan can thus follow inexpensively the crank movement of the coupling member when the slide is moved away from the means of transport as it pivots upwards. But, alternatively according to another characteristic of the invention, it is also possible to mount the upper end of the slide in an oscillating element on the support frame so that a movement of the slide away from the means of transport is made possible when it pivots upward. The coupling member between the slide and the support frame is according to the invention preferably made in two parts and is articulated symmetrically to the two long sides of the slide. It can be a stirrup or a transport frame whose attachment is made on the two lateral cheeks of the slide. According to another judicious characteristic of the invention, it is provided that, in order to tilt the slide, a traction means is articulated to the slide and / or to the free end of the coupling member which rests above it. of.toboggan on the support frame. Thus, the piece of parcel goods arriving from the transport device can be transhipped on the slide by being deflected by 180 °. The particular advantage of the invention lies in the fact that, by tilting the slide out of the load area of the means of transport, one no longer obstructs or no longer blocks, access to them for other items that can not be transported by the toboggan. The load area of the means of transport is released by the tilting of the toboggan, which significantly improves access and thus the availability of containers for loading. The means of transport can be loaded completely without changing position. This makes the duration of the. loading of the means of transport is substantially shortened. The combination of the various currents of shipments in a common point of load makes it possible to save a lot of space and thus to save in the dimensioning of the conveying technique and in the buildings. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and will be described in the following. The single figure of the drawing shows the handling installation 1 according to the invention in a very schematic representation. It is designed to transport packets from a high level 2 to a high 3 level lower where they are loaded into a transport means 4 for example a ULD. For this purpose, a slide 5 is shown in the drawing in two tilting positions, namely in a working position 5a and in a resting position 5b. Packets transported by a usual conveying technique, in the example by two belt conveyors 9 and 10, going on a collecting band 8, are trans-shipped from the collecting band 8 to a slide 11 with a propeller, from which they arrive on the toboggan 5a which is in its lowered working position. The packs slide on the transport surface 6 of the slide down towards the means 4 of transport where they are loaded manually.
