专利说明:
Seating unit with improved handling DESCRIPTION The present invention relates to a seat furniture comprising a body; an articulated backrest on said body with adjustable inclination; and a hinged headrest on the free upper end of said backrest, an actuating rod being articulated by a first end to a frame member secured to the body, the second end of said rod being attached to a frame member articulated, connected to the headrest. Seat furniture with tilt-adjustable backrest is known in many respects in the prior art. It is also known to have, at the free end of the backrest, an additional headrest which is forcibly moved during the adjustment of said backrest, by means of a suitable embodiment of the armatures, so that, when said folder is moved from the approximately vertical use position to a comfort position close to the horizontal position, forcibly moving said headrest forward takes place to provide appropriate support for the user's head. This realization has the disadvantage that the parts are coupled to force, so that the headrest is always animated a joint movement depending on the reclining position of the folder. Such an embodiment is disadvantageous for the comfort of the user, because the latter can not obtain a particularly comfortable adjustment of the headrest as a function of the simultaneous adjustment of the inclination of the backrest. Based on this state of the art, the invention aims to provide a seat furniture of the type in which particularly comfortable adjustment of the headrest, vis-à-vis the backrest, is made possible without the user must manually intervene and make a particular separate adjustment of said headrest. To achieve the object sought, the invention proposes that the actuating rod is composed of two parts that can achieve limited sliding, one vis-a-vis the other, in the longitudinal direction of said rod; one end of a force accumulator, in particular a tension spring, engages with the part of the rod which is attached to the articulated armature part of the headrest, the other end of said spring coming from in the vicinity of the extreme free region of the file; and that the free end of said backrest has a race limit stop against which the headrest, or components thereof, is (are) applied when said headrest is in a pivoted and tilted position forward. The combination of the two-part actuating rod, with the force accumulator and the travel limiting stop to limit the pivoting strokes of the headrest, offers a particularly comfortable and simple adjustment possibility which also provides great comfort of use. When the seat unit occupies the normal sitting posture, the backrest is slightly inclined backwards with respect to the vertical. The headrest is oriented substantially in alignment with the front profile of said backrest, so that the two parts form a substantially flat common seating surface. When the backrest is moved (which can be done simply by force application by the user, or also by means of a setting drive), said backrest pivots rearwardly to a position more strongly inclined relative to the padding of the seat. At the same time, there is a relative pivoting of the headrest forward. The parts of the rod, which can slide longitudinally with respect to one another, are then urged by the force accumulator, so that the maximum reciprocal elongation of the two parts is maintained as such is also the case in the basic position. After a certain tilt adjustment, the headrest is pressed against the limit stop races, so that it can not continue to pivot forward. The angle, located between the support surface of the backrest and the support surface of the headrest, is thus retained despite a more pronounced inclination of said backrest. Thanks to the design of the parts of the stem subjected to the action of the force accumulator, the latter can perform relative movements in the longitudinal direction, which allows a retrograde movement of the backrest without disturbances, and without the rest head is inclined further forward. The movement of the movements is reversible, so that the similar movement occurs when the user back the folder to the front, to the initial position. In order to obtain the ability of limited sliding of the two parts of the rod relative to each other, and to ensure a safe and uninhibited guidance of said parts, it is expected that the first part of the articulated rod , at one end, on the frame part fastened to the body, has two guide pins near its other end, the second part of said rod having two oblong holes in which said nipples penetrate and being attached, by its free end , to the articulated armature piece which is connected to the headrest. To obtain an impeccable operation of the force accumulator, it is provided that one end of said force accumulator, in particular of the tension spring, is fixed in the central longitudinal zone of the second part of the rod. It is furthermore preferably provided that the pivoting stroke of the headrest is limited, on the one hand, in a position in which said headrest is in alignment with the backrest and, on the other hand, in a position in which said headrest is pivoted forwards and described, with said backrest, an obtuse angle preferably measuring about 150 °. The adjustment of the inclination of the backrest, with respect to the seat part, can take place in such a way that said seat part and said backrest describe in a manner known per se, in the basic position, an angle about 104 °; and that, in a first comfort position in which said backrest is pivoted backwards, an angle of 125 ° is set between the seat portion and the backrest, an angle of about 152 ° being adjusted between said folder and the headrest. In the position resulting from extreme rearward pivoting, the angle between the seat part and the backrest is approximately 141 °, knowing that, in this position also, the angle between said backrest and said headrest measures 152 °. In order to increase the user's ability to adjust, and to be able to adjust other comfort positions, it is furthermore provided that the headrest is attached to the hinged frame member with hinged pivoting capability. , in particular by means of a friction hinge. According to this embodiment, when the file occupies for example the position inclined to the extreme, the headrest can also be moved 152 ° backwards vis-à-vis said folder, from the inclined position to the maximum forward, until it is in alignment with said folder. A hard maneuver of the hinge, in particular of the friction hinge, makes it possible to obtain the corresponding intermediate positions, which are also maintained following the presence of said friction hinge. In a manner known by itself, it is expected that the reinforcing parts and functional parts are arranged in pairs on either side of the body, the backrest and the headrest. The invention will now be described in more detail, by way of non-limiting example, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a side elevation, partly in section, of a base piece in a position of sitting posture; Figure 2 illustrates said furniture in a first comfort position; Figure 3 shows said furniture in a second comfort position; and Figure 4 shows the seat furniture in the position according to Figure 3, during a further adjustment of the inclination of the headrest. The seat furniture illustrated in the drawings has a body 1 on the side walls of which corresponding reinforcing parts can be fixed. A seat portion 2 is additionally shown in the furniture. Said piece of furniture is furthermore provided with an adjustable tilt backrest 3 and a hinged headrest 4 on the free upper end of said backrest 3. An actuating rod 6 is articulated at 7 by a first end, on a frame piece 5 secured to the body. The second end of said rod is attached to an articulated armature piece 8, connected to the headrest 4. The articulation zone is marked by 9. The actuating rod 6 consists of two parts 10, 11 which can accomplish limited sliding, one vis-a-vis the other, in the direction of the longitudinal extent of said rod. One end of a force accumulator 12, in the form of a tension spring in the embodiment, is engaged with the portion 11 of the rod which is attached to the articulated armature piece 8 of the head 4, the other end of said spring engaging close to the extreme fiber region of the backrest. Said force accumulator can also be embodied by other elements. In addition, the fiber end of the backrest comprises a limit stop 13 against races against which the headrest 4, or components thereof, is (are) applied (s) when the headrest 4 is in a position taken by pivoting and tilting forward. This emerges, for example, from FIGS. 2 and 3. This stop 13 therefore limits, at a determined angular value, the pivoting mobility of the headrest 4 with respect to the backrest 3. The pivoting of the headrest 4 rearward from the location illustrated in Figure 1 is prevented on the one hand by the constituent elements of the backrest and said headrest which bear against each other; and, on the other hand, the pivoting forward is blocked by the rod 6. Thus, a pivoting can take place only according to the adjustment of the inclination of the backrest 3. In order to obtain precise guidance and a movement of the portions 10, 11 of the buckling-free rod, the first portion 10 of said rod, hinged at one end to the frame member 5 secured to the body, has two guide pins 14 near its other end , while the second portion 11 of said rod comprises two oblong holes 15 in which said pins 14 penetrate. One end of the force accumulator 12 is fixed at 16 in the middle longitudinal zone of the second part 11 while the other end is hooked in a reinforcing piece at the free upper end of the backrest 3 . The pivoting stroke of the headrest 4 is limited, on the one hand, in a position in which said headrest 4 is in the alignment of the backrest 3 and, on the other hand, in a position in which said rests head 4 is pivoted forward and described, with said backrest 3, an obtuse angle of about 152 °. During the displacement of the backrest from the position according to FIG. 1 to the position according to FIG. 2, the joining of the parts 10, 11 of the rod simultaneously forces a forced pivoting of the headrest 4. Continued pivoting of said headrest is impossible as soon as said headrest is stopped against the stop 13. If the record is then animated by an additional pivoting backwards, as is highlighted by Figure 3 , the parts 10, 11 of the rod can effect a sliding corresponding to the realization of the oblong holes 15. This position is not only ensured, but also permitted under the effect of the prestressing force of the accumulator 12. In the position starting point, and at the location according to Figure 2, the pins 14 are retained, under the action of the force accumulator, in the extreme upper position in which they therefore bear con be the oblong hole 15 located in the upper part; however, in the position according to FIG. 3, said nipples are preferably in the central zone of the oblong holes 15. An additional adjustment possibility is evoked in FIG. 4. In this case, the headrest 4 is attached to the articulated armature member 8 with a hinged pivoting ability, for example by means of friction hinges. In this way, it is also possible to pivot the headrest backwards, from the position according to Figure 3, then to maintain this position, knowing that the corresponding adjustment movement takes place in opposition to the force of the accumulator 12. In a manner known per se, the reinforcing parts, functional parts and other elements are integrally arranged in pairs on either side of the body 1 or the backrest 3, and the headrest 4. The invention offers an extremely comfortable setting ability that can be implemented by the user without great complexity. It goes without saying that many modifications can be made to the seat furniture described and shown, without departing from the scope of the invention.
